I had bought Here Handa Passion from Ramen Motors (indore, Malva Chouraya)
I have given my bike for service in their own service station after the accedent 01/03/2011. My bike number is MP-09 MB 3671& it is insure from Bajaj Alayance. It' is with the ramen Motors from last 17 Days and I still haven't got my bike back. It's been a very horrible experience as I keep calling them every week and they always tend to extend the time without taking any initiative.My Younger Brother Mr. Preteek personally visiting the service station for bike I have not bought my bike for the service station people to use it. I going to file a case in the consumer forum to ask for compenstaion. I do hope for your early reply as I have'nt got any feedback from your side till now.

Hero Honda — Bike yet not delivery.

Hi,

byke was booked on 18/06/2010. i was paied 1000 rs. advanced booked on same day.recpet book no : 836 name of the parson V. Ganesh.
As per sales person confirmation is next 15 days delvered. after 15 days no responce and teaching him so badly. still we are not giting a byke.
byke finance confirmation is last two months back fully financed to show room.
yet not receved a byke.finance confirmation last two months due complited. we have receved a latter in our end.

Hero Honda Splendour Plus was booked on 13th Oct 2010 and made an advance of 2000 Rs. also in the name of PRAVEEN KUMAR. A. T. They told that we will get the byke, maximum 45 days. We are daily going to the showroom, they have no response against it... What we have to do...?? When we will get it...??

I already deposit all documents and demand draft to canteen stores department at jabalpur and i received purchase order them on 9/2/11, but now gourav automobiles refuse to delivered byke and they says contact canteen depot at jabalpur.please solve my problem.

    Respected Sir,

    I am having Honda Shine bike number GJ3 AQ 8444 since last 2 years.My bike's headlight switch is not working last 3 months. Here in rajkot city both the dealers are not having switch since last 3 months and I am riding my bike without light last 3 months without headlight. Traffic police stoped me many times without light. Dealers are not giving me day when I will get it. I am visiting both the dealers twice a week but they are giving me very chip answers.

    Please do need full.

      i have a motor cycle which is honda unicorn-that have a problem-running and starting time missing and smoke over.i am send to service sentre of honda (AM HONDA ANGADIPPURAM PERITAHALMANNA-KERALA-INDIA)in perinthalmanna in three times. but now same problem.i paid about mor than 1800 rs in all time.i have lost about 60000 rupees already and complaint not finish i am really unsatisfied with the service provided by dealer. how can i solve my problem plz let me know soon

      i have bought the bike on last september. after the first service i found out the compalint - missing - and informed the dealer M/s.aditya Honda, west nadakkavu,kozhikode. they have cheked and repaired the bike 10 times according to my complaint. Till day i cudnt use the vehicle properly as am bought it for a huge amount. by profession am a marketing executive in leading ad agency in kozhikode. due to the compalint of my vehicle i cudnt even attend my duties properly and i faced many business lose. the delaer M/s/aditya Honda cudnt give any attention to their customers, this is the truth i got from my experience as well as the customers i found there. I never have a belief that the dealer can solve the problem my vehicle or any other vehicles in their complaint register. i have been informd the matter to the Service manager, MD many times but didnt get any response. my question is what am i want to do with this type of irresponsible officials? how can i get solution as am purchased the vehicle for an amount of Rs.65,000/-which is a good loss to me as it became a show peice.

      can i get my vehicle repaired? or can i get the money back to me as the vehicle is not a useful thing.

[protected]) .I have a motor cycle which is honda unicorn-that have a problem-running time missing .i sent to service centre of honda (PURACKAL HONDA KANJIRAPPALLY, )in Kottayam for three times and paid about more than 2200 rs in all time.We have noticed that the above mentioned service center is not equipped with the sufficient and experienced mechanic. They have never taken my complaints seriously. i have rectified the missing complaint by a simple carborator cleaning with the help of an out side mechanic just for rupees 100. Please consider the things seriously and the needful.

        i have a hero honda passion pro bike with a complaint of easy heating up of the engine since we bought the bike. On repeated services i have mentioned the problem but nothing being done to sort it out. kindly tell me the fault with the bike and what can i do to get rid off this problem??

        i have purchase passionpro on 14 sept 2010. bike colour black blue.they have checked and said we have order parts, and when received parts the we call u,
        problem is that our bikes accident on approx 2nd febon night, then next day i have go on patliputra service centre s.p verma road patna.where ur servise provide says that we have order parts, u will come on approx one week.after one week we have go in service centre then he said come after next week, again we have go on next week then one person said come on monday and tuesdays and take come photo state on insurance paper, owner book and driving licence, then i go on sc on 16 march then he said that come after holy, no such responce, what this my problem that i have purchase hero honda bike, if my faulty the i suggest u closed the sale,

        if it's not my faulty the replaced my damage parts immideatly.

Automobiles I told my dealer please issue me a gift but he says we face some problem I know that he face some problem he suggest me to take the gift to another dealer I know the another dealer Upper India trading Co Delhi private limited Kashmir gate because I have Referred two or three costumers for purchasing bikes from upper India but he can not enter the point in my passport I don’t know why and he can refused to give me the gift because I have the good life card member of R.k.automoobiles Please tell us This good life card issued by hero Honda or dealer If we have earned the points then you can issue me a gift .I put the Question of the directors of hero Honda motors limited If you are not capable to delivered the gift to the member in time or you have no control then you stop this program and free the costumers.             Sir, I purshased a Passion Pro Reg No-WB-14 F2590 from Sahara Auto Centre, Ranihati last Sept 10. Till dated they not given me the Good Life Card.

              We purchased New Honda City Automatic from Capital Honda, Chennai. The front Tyre RHS has bulged out and I have made complaint to Honda and No action is taken even after two months. Honda’s customer care is getting worst and worst on the other hand Hyundai is focusing mostly on customer satisfaction. If this this continues already bleeding Japanese Cars will loose their market share in India also very soon.

                I have purchase Honda CB Twister Frame No.-ME4JC47 4KA8041274 & Engine no.-JC47E 0114093 from SAI POINT HONDA ,Mira Road,Thane,Maharashtra on 2nd November 2010.

                My Complains are
                1) I am not getting average more than 42-48km/ltr from start i have purchased the bike.
                2) Getting gear shifting problem.
                3) Bike is giving Jataka when speed is more than 50km.

                All the above problems i am getting from start and from 1st Service to 3rd Service these problems have not been rectified by SAI POINT HONDA SERVICE,Mira Road. Even I have given 2-3 more time than the 3 services but above problems are still in my bike.

                Please do the needful to rectify my bile problems or suggest what action can be taken to rectify the problems.

                I too have similar problems, mileage is good(haha), givin 55-60kmpl, but gear shifting problem, specially2nd to 3rd and JHATKAs after 50km/hr is a big headache.
                your service provider is making the condition worst. even no any review has been taken from company side about bike performance, services and satisfaction of costumor. very strange strategy for such a reputable company like HONDA... hope authorities will consider it seriously.

                I own the same bike since 6 months. I agree that the bike has a gear shift problem (also called false neutral) and that the bike tends to have irregular acceleration (the jhatka).

                But mileage is great. I get a little over 65 kmpl and I have driven just 1500 km. But I am a slow driver, always in the left most lane and drive slower than 50 kmph.

                Personally, I would not recommend this bike to anyone. I think while it's a honda, it's made for india (cost over quality).

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I have procured Honda Activa from the dealer, Atul Honda, Jamnagar, Gujarat.
                  I have visited the service centre for the replacement of Honda Activa-Deluxe handle lock on 10.01.2011.
                  Since two months the dealer is not able to change the handle lock. The service centre manager advised me to every day for one week and he assured me to replace with in a week time. I am visiting his service centre every day since the day one. He is always telling me to come tomorrow for the replacement.
                  He is always blaming by saying that the spares are not available with him.
                  If he is true, please look into the spares supplement to the dealers in time. Otherwise the service centre manager has to provide the services to the customer in prescribed time.

                  We request you to look into the matter and resolve the same. Please see the delaer to not to balme the customers like me.

                  This is to inform u that i have purchasesd a new honda activa on dated 16/08/2011 and chasis no. ME4JC448HB8425113 kindly register my vechile in company records

                  I am disappointed that within a month the activa honda side stand broken by default and i want to know the replacement process,
                  i have to suffer from one major factor, i have paid Rs. 55.500/- for purchasing this honda activa with accessories TO JMV AUTOMOBILE, the subdealer of Honda activa and i request them to change my foot side stand cover they have told me that they will not repair or replace it, they can deliver the honda activa by opening the showroom but they will not provide me a service of honda activa and even when i contact the dealer DHINGRA AUTOMOBIE they also denied to replace the service of this stand

                  tell where should i go? who will hear the voice of customer

                  and i have also done first service on dated 15/09/2011 and paid Rs. 480/- for engine oil, gear oil and speed oil etc.

                  I m also enclosing the Receipt of activa honda for chasis no. and i have a lot of trust in HONDA ACTIVA kindly help me in this matter

                    I had booked my Honda Activa 6 months before through Honda Authorised dealer. While Booking they have mention in the registration form that delivery within 5-6 months. When i was about to complit my 6 months waiting I paid full amount of the my Activa even if they are telling me that I will get the delivery after 15 days.

                    This is really cheating by them as they are blocking my fund for 15 days.

                    Please help me for same.

                    Activa — not delivered of booking this time

                    I have perchesed a new activa but your dist. say this time not avelebal. you have booked the activa and diposit than after 4/5 months you colect your activa. this is not a fear for coustmer. he say our booking period is start in May. so I say you have not provide to activa at a time.
                    I had booked my vehicle on 06/04/2010 with the dealer Counto Honda, Mapusa - Goa. and then i have made the full payment on 11/05/2010 and still they are not delivering the bike to me. so kindly take some necessary action.
                    I had booked honda activa on 24/5/2010 at counto honda showroom at mapusa goa. At the time of booking dealer had said that the bike will be delivered after 2 months that is on 24/7/2010. But after that dealer said that waiting period is 3 months from booking that is the delivery will be on 24/8/2010.On 2/8/2010 the dealer said that the waiting period is 2 months after the payment has been made which is a very long period. I am ready to make the payment if the bike is getting delivered by 24/8/2010 or else i am going to withdraw the booking amount.Last year i had booked mahindra scorpio which was delivered in 20 days from booking and your 2 wheeler is taking more than 4 months to deliver...this is just playing with customers...I hope you will look into this matter as fast as possible.

                      my new honda shine gray colour was brought on aug 2010 and met with an accident on 28 jan2011 and given my two wheeler for the repairs at shreeram bikes and scootrs.shrirampur , nearly one month got over but till now they have not taken any steps and they are saying that they have not got the spare parts. Is this how a reputed company will say to the customer.for this delay in service some action need to be taken. plz. make the parts to be available soon.

                        i am swati prakash from pune i purchased the Honda Dio bike in 11/12/2010 under registration no. MH-12 FS 9839 the bike is under warranty period but company service station do not any part to replace in warranty period. i do not satisfied this bike because many problem in this bike. fistly part not available in market.
                        this bike small part damage but company service station is not replace and ask to me change the carborator and the this part is not availabe in the market but do not afford this expenses. so i requrest you to please co-operative to me and asked to company service station to replace this part because my bike is under warranty period

                          I,VE HERO HONDA GLAMOUR, IT IS A GOOD BIKE BUT SINCE LAST 6 MONTH IT IS GETTING A PROBLEM OF COMPRESION IN ENGINE, SERVICE CENTRE TECH SAYS WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE PACKING OF CYLINDER BUT I MA NOT GETTING CYLINDER PACKING IN KANPUR AND LUCKNOW. SERVICE CENTRE EMPLOYES TOLD ME THAT HERO HONDA HAS STOPPED TO MAKE THIS PART AND THEY ALSO SUGGEST TO ME PURCHAGE ANOTHER BIKE, I REQUEST YOU TO PLS ARRANGE THE SAID SPARE TO ME AT KANPUR, IF HERO HONDA HAS STOPPED THE MAKING SPARES WHY WE WILL GO WITH HERO HONDA.

                            Acyually my motor cycle lock is not working from last 2-3 month and it not avilable at your agency. I have done several visit but every time they say that company has not sent the lock. Please do need ful and provide me new lock.

                              I have booked HONDA ACTIVA - GREY on 6th Jan'2011 (Booking No. 5039) at Honda Activa Dealer - Nawab Honda - Honda Chowk.

                              I was promised delivery by 28th January.

                              But still today I have not received any confirmation as on when I would be getting delivery of my booked vehicle.

                              I am repeatedly following up for the delivery date but still no positive response.

                                Gud morning frnds myself manipal iam working as a doctor in osmania hospital. There was a great in the honda to increase of there sales they not sending vehicle of hondaactiva to the showrooms and that was benefiting to the sales executives they taking the extra amount from the customers and they saleing the vehicle to the ramkoti deelers my sister had taken the vehicle of hondaactiva from orange honda by paying 4000rsto the executive. She said that the executive had said to her that he has to pay the amount to the allotment madam. If the vehicle they are giving by taking 4000rs extra then y they keeping the bookings its only to cheet the public.                                     I hav a hreo honda Pleasure which self start was not working . I went to service center they told that battery is low without even starting the vehicle . I told him to repair it they told me that it is not repaired over here and told me to go to a local battery shop and charge it . When i went to the battery shop i was told to go to service center and to bring the battery as opening the vehicle was to be done by service center only . Ans so i went but in service center i was told to come next day and when i reached next day they told me to come next day and ther is no one to even recive a complain about it . so please kindly help me .                                     Hero Honda — Bad Servicing of bike

                                    I gave my bike (Passion Plus) for servicing on 12th July 08 at “Creative motors Pvt. Ltd”, Andheri (East), Tel No. 28221933/34,[protected]Job card no. 205341). I took the delivery at evening and loaded vehicle with 4 litres of petrol, went home at (Kandivli).

                                    Next day while going back to office, suddenly my bike got stop at Jogeshwari, on check noticed empty petrol tank. I have to push my bike for almost 1.5 km to reach to a petrol pump.

                                    On thorough check a leak was noticed near carborator, same was highlighted to service centre but approach towards it was found to be unsatisafactory, approach was like we are solving your problem free of cost

                                    My complaint about service centre is that they are delivering bike without thorough check, which cost me for lost of time, energy and petrol. Only wish that this should not happen with any other customer.

                                    I want to know what corrective action a service centre is going to take to avoid such situation with customer, I hope they must need to maintain record for every vehicle and must clear the bike only after passing all the requirement specified in record. What control Hero Honda has got on such service centre.

Mayurbhai who is sitted as a incharge that this scraches created during your service so please change me back side black guard so he didnt any response

                                    so please do the needful ASAP.

                                    On 12/6/2011 I purchased a Passion Pro motorcycle from M/s Narbheram Agencies, Adityapur, Jmashedpur.
                                    I have been a customer of yours product since last 2004. My earlier motorcycle was a CD-Dawn.Unfortunately this time the services of the said agency awfully dismal.

                                    I give below some of the examples:-
                                    I purchased the M/Cycle on 12.06.2011.
                                    I’ve been going to them regularly. They are yet to give me the formal Invoice/Bill of he motorcycle, Registration No, Insurance papers, Registration book etc.
                                    At the time of delivery they handed over the manuals etc loose. When asked a poly bag to keep the documents, they said they didn’t have in stock.
                                    On 15/7/2011- I gave the m/cycle for my first servicing. They kept M/Cycle whole and returned the M.Cycle without doing anything. They even did not wash it, but took away the service slip and took my signature on it. They took about Rs203/- for Engine oil and did not give the Cash memo. They gave the cash memo only after I requested them.
                                    The employees don’t even answer customer’s queries properly. Some times do not behave properly.
                                    My M.Cycle was serviced on 15.07.2011. I would like to get my M. cycle inspected by a reliable person and if he certifies that at least 25% of servicing was done on the said m.cycle I shall not only withdraw this complaint but shall be ready to do anything you suggest.
                                    From the above you will appreciate the pathetic plight of your committed/loyal customers at the hands of the agencies, representing your workmanship, reputation.
                                    This is serious matter and I sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter.

                                      I'd purchased Honda CB Twister on 3rd April 2010 from Punjab Honda, Sarkhej Branch, Ahmedabad.
                                      The Speedometer & Odometer of my bike are not working, I'd shown this fault to the Service Center of Punjab Honda on 25th January 2011, the mechanic told me that the Cable is faulty & needs to be replaced but the part is not available & will come in 10-15 days from the company. It's almost a month now & still the part is not available. My bike is under warranty and as per the policy it should be replaced free of cost.
                                      I've done a lot of phone calls and travelled many times to the service center & it's head office, also i've uploaded my complaints & mailed 2-3 times to HONDA's customer care dept. but still I've not got any response from them either.

                                      I am from Nepal. I bought Honda CB twister five months ago in Nepal.I was just riding my bike for 15 days when my Dad got an accident and front sucker pipe and wheel was damaged. There were no use of these parts after accident. So I asked for the parts from Honda head office, Kathmandu. They told me it will be available if i order it! So i ordered it hoping i will get the parts soon! But it had become 5 months of order and still i have not got the parts. I am too ashamed for buying honda bike! Rather it would be good if i own a YAMAHA product! I am now too fed up with this product and never buy a honda bike in my life!!

                                      i am from bangalore. i bought honda cb twister 9months ago in bangalore ( dhruvesh honda showroom in mecri circle) it got self accident 3months ago and it took 1month to repair and i taken service 2months agoin ( dhruvesh service centre at gokul extn), there was few parts pending and paid for that, but still now i didn't recive that spare. Getting same replay that we had ordered for the spares but we didnt recive.and even there is no followups, not intimating when it will be available, all are going behind that we dont no, for there problem, customer we are suffereing, I am too ashamed for buying honda bike! Rather it would be good if i bought other company, i surely suggest my friends not buy honda and even i will not go for honda in my life. thank you honda, hatts of your service, its very good service, keep it up, Asshamed of your company.
