SUBJECT : Complaint about PILOT HONDA WORKSHOP at sunder baug, deonar road, chembur Mumbai 400 088.
Dear sir,
I’m Vikram G. Arote. I have purchased Honda CB shine (CBF125MCA) bike from pilot 2 wheelers pvt. Ltd. On[protected]. Black coloured 2ID type with frame no. ME4JC36DJA8047864 , engine no. JC36E2154651, CST No/Date [protected]C /[protected], Booking no. B032449 & Invoice no. 10IN02394
I have done last two services from PILOT HONDA WORKSHOP at sunder baug, deonar road, chembur Mumbai 400 088. But I’m not satisfied at all with the last service because of following reasons.
NO PROPER WASHING AT ALL
Alloy wheels are not being cleaned with diesel.
Bike is not being washed with soap.
After washing proper drying & polishing is not being done.
EVEN AFTER SUGGESTION PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS
I told about free play of clutch, loosened throttle, tightening of necessary nut bolts & less milege of bike. But even after suggestions problem still persists.
MISGUIDING ABOUT THE PROBLEM
After servicing last time, on the next day tail light problem arises. I went to service centre & told about the problem. Then one technician came & told that its electrical switch not working it need to be replaced. I purchased it from workshop counter. After that another technician arrived to fit it but as per him it just need some adjustment & no need to replace. He done that without replacing & unnecessary customer (me) suffered for repayment. I also made me to wait more than 1.5 hr unnecessary.
AFTER SERVICING ABOVE PROBLEM AGAIN STARTED WIHIN FEW DAYS
Above mentioned problem again started from yesterday & again I have to go there for the problems solution. Please suggest me how should I go there through proper channel for registering my complaint & to onain better service.
AFTER LAST SERVICING I’M FACING NEW PROBLEM
After last servicing, abnormal sound is being observed after 40 km/hr.

honda,aviator — poor service
service is very poor.my aviator has been given for servicing from past two days,and the work is being delayed.
this is not happened for the first time,its always the same case.
we face alot of problems when our bike is not given to us on time.
the honda showroom incharge always has a reason saying that there r no workers or either they don't have the bike's parts.
please look in the matter cause we are the ones facing problems.
if you do so i will be very thanfull to you.
