Dear Sir,
I had purchased a new Honda Aviator on 02nd August 2010 registered in my name at Regn. No. DL13SH2135. Till to date, the vehicle has covered around 1600 kms. and I have maintained the vehicle in proper condition and all the due services till date has been conducted from Honda Authorised Repair & Service Centre only.
Few days earlier, the vehicle engine suddenly stopped while driving and afterwards, it does not pickup race properly and start giving problems while driving. When the vehicle was shown to your RACE HONDA, Patparganj, they told me that the vehicle's drum and shoe needs to be replaced which will incur a minimum expenditure of Rs. 3000/- payable my myself. When I requested that it is a new vehicle, under warranty and properly maintained, there should be no cost for manufacturing defects, they didn't pay heed and insist that the vehicle could only be repaired on paid basis.
I wish to lodge my complaint and request to kindly redress my following grievience :-
> How could a new vehicle manufactured by a company of such good repute give such a manufacturing defect ?
> Moreover, if the vehicle is under warranty, this defect should be rectified / repaired free of cost.
I request to kindy look into the matter and arrange to get my vehicle repaired under warranty.

This is B.Sreekumar. I brought the Bike in Sep.2010 & I have done my 3rd servicing on 27-04-11 in following Authorized Sevice Center.

During the Service I instructed to check the Head Light & to do the regular check up as Autorized service center done during servicing as there was no problem in bike.
When I received my bike i realised that during servicing they broken Head Light body. I was facing this problem when I return home.
I show this to guy in service center he told that there no hope to change.when I send bike to service there is no problem this happened to their side then why they could not change head light body. After discussion they said this happened for their side they will replace it. But still date they said that there is no stock . When did I got new parts . We are sorry to say that your Authorized service center work is not good. I think they do not know how to service . I am also a mechanic i know how to service my bike and how to care this. ur guy are not do any work in sincerly
We are leaving our bike in Authorized service center feeling that they have all accessories & they do the servicing properly, but it was just our assumption.
