i serviced my byke at zodiac honda kottarakara for changing fork oil and replace ballrazer. but i got the vehicle with fault in the movement of fork and handle loose after that i went 3 more times to rectify but the problem still exist

This is B.Sreekumar. I brought the Bike in Sep.2010 & I have done my 3rd servicing on 27-04-11 in following Authorized Sevice Center.

During the Service I instructed to check the Head Light & to do the regular check up as Autorized service center done during servicing as there was no problem in bike.

When I received my bike i realised that during servicing they broken Head Light body. I was facing this problem when I return home.

I show this to guy in service center he told that there no hope to change.when I send bike to service there is no problem this happened to their side then why they could not change head light body. After discussion they said this happened for their side they will replace it. But still date they said that there is no stock . When did I got new parts . We are sorry to say that your Authorized service center work is not good. I think they do not know how to service . I am also a mechanic i know how to service my bike and how to care this. ur guy are not do any work in sincerly


We are leaving our bike in Authorized service center feeling that they have all accessories & they do the servicing properly, but it was just our assumption.

      My Name is LEVINSON.I bought Latest model of HUNK from FOCUZ BIWHEELERS,COCHIN on DECEMBER 9th of 2010. After purchase I found that:-




      After inserting the KEY into petrol lid and while removing, the whole KEY is getting applied with PETROL even if the TANK has got only very less amount of PETROL.

      Left side BATTERY COVER is not getting fitted properly.

      The dealer people is not taking any further actions on this.

        I had given 2nd free service in Jayanagar T block. I had informed them about starting problem and they informed it has been rectified but to my horror it wasn't corrected at all. Moreover the mileage was around 38 before the service and after service it had come down under 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God knows whats in store for further services....

        service is very poor.
        my aviator has been given for servicing from past two days,and the work is being delayed.
        this is not happened for the first time,its always the same case.
        we face alot of problems when our bike is not given to us on time.
        the honda showroom incharge always has a reason saying that there r no workers or either they don't have the bike's parts.
        please look in the matter cause we are the ones facing problems.

          i have purchase a byke from hero honda show room from Ranchi in Friends auto.from the date of purchasing my byke is AUG 11 not riding well.the seller told me that this problem would be resolve in TOTAL FREE service and Four paid service .but his commitment is not correct.

          Dear sir,

          I, Mahadevan Sasidharan Nair Purchased a PLEASURE @ HEROHONDA show room in Kerala state shop name: SMART MOTORS UCHAKKADA. On the date of 13.03.2011. I have to say some thing about my Vehicle to you. It’s my Kind request to you dear sir. I have 3 HERO HAONDA bikes of my own I own this company because I trust in this good service and life long level. I am facing some major problems with your new branded HERO HONDA BIKE PLEASURE KL 19B -1552

          1. When I purchased the vehicle it’s too smooth to drive I really got 3kms per liter. How is this possible? I went to the showroom and deal with the Manager he opened the whole vehicle and said, there is a small stone inside the petrol tank which came UN known by the company. I am happy to say am getting a km of 51 now days.
          2. My first service is been done on 09.06.2011 on 939kms job card no:23522
          3. I met an accident in that time and came some scratches on the vehicle on 26.07.2011, I approached the showroom and they took 650rs for repainting the vehicle, Till today date they dint do this so. They say it’s my fault that I dint give them time to paint the vehicle I kept the same vehicle for 2weeks and 2 days in the showroom nothing happened. Now days they says the time has expired and we are not ready to do this so.
          4. Good this gives the company to a good level of costumer satisfaction.
          5. My second service is been done on 06.08.2011 on 2540kms job card no: 24960.
          6. From the date of second service after next day I lost the battery power which and where I suffered a lot in the middle of the road in trivandrum central. I thank you for this too.
          7. When I approached your manager he, says that’s not our fault, we can’t do any thing I charged the battery @rs 150.00 from the place.
          8. I am so sorry to say that your branch office and the officers are nit in good hospitality to do the service or care takes the customers in good manner.
          9. My third service is been done on 10.10.2011 on 3224kms job card no: 26575. when ever I go to consult the realer they makes service.
          10. On 16.01.2012 I bike to Trivandrum on the way to my job the vehicle burst and smoke appeared from the front side, I was not able even to ride or just move the vehicle.
          11. I approached the same center in an auto carrying the vehicle from Trivandrum to your esteemed concern. They opened and said the wiring connections got burned and should be replaced and will charge 800.00 rs for the new wiring set.
          12. I waited 2 days and the answer from the concern was no new wiring set and it take time more than 3 – 4 weeks, they replaced an old wiring kit but when I opened the whole body in an pother service point they replied its just a small pieced wire now on my vehicle.
          13. I really think that your concern is not good to be in real service with the customers.
          14. They say that if I complaint to any other s they don’t have any problem and I would be made no service or any other service to this vehicle.
          15. Am too dispersed to go there and I am going to sell the vehicle its my unlucky vehicle with HERO HONDA.



          16. I f I dint get my bikes whole body cover to be changed to new I will give this copy and publish in main news paper in trivandrum edition and via facebook.
          17. I know the cover will charge of rs: 1200.00 for the bike. I enquired with the showroom manager he itself told me on the date of 26.07.2011. On the time of second service.
          18. Nothing happened till date.
          19. Do the needful which you can do with this GOOD customer.


           PLEASE GO THROUGH THIS LETTER AND PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL.
           I am not so rich to buy another bike in other company TVs or Honda Aviator. Which gives more than 56 kms per liters?
           It’s too smooth as Hero Honda Pleasure.


          I have taken this vehicle in the name of my mother smt: Vijaya kumari.
          The old address has been changed and I dint change the address because if nothing is given as a good reply I have to sell this vehicle. So sorry to do this.
          Surely you will loose this customer. My luck came from when I took HERO HONDA CD DELUXE.

            i went there for car service at pinkcity motors pvt ltd. for problem of humming noise of my car honda cityZX no. RJ 25-CA-0156, on 15/04/2011.
            problem diagnosed was in bearing of rt. rear wheal.

            What a poor service center that one bearing was not available, moreover when asked for complaint book they misbehaved & was not provided at all.

            they returned the car unattended.
            job card prepared was not allowed to signed, no was H[protected]
            I went there from sawai madhopur, 200 kms from service center, & came back.
            shame on being such a poor service center

              I MET WITH AN ACCIDENT AND MY FUEL TANK
              GOT DAMAGED. I HAD AN INSURANCE OF MY BIKE. I WENT UP TO GAGAN MOTORS . THEY REPLACED MY TANK AND CHARGED ME RS.300 FOR REPLACEMENT. I WANT TO KNOW WHEATHER IT IS A COMPANY CHARGES OR A KIND OF CORRUPTION.

              Insurance concept is transfer from individual to mass. Hence it is subject to strict principle of indemnity.. Here, your tanks costs, I suppose 3000/ the insurer will pay less depreciation which in your case must be 10% if it is within one one from the date of purchase of the vehicle hence the 10% =300 which the garragewall collected from you the balance being indemnified by insurer.regards vaidya DO NICL Tirupati

                I have brought a CBZ xtreme bike from Supreme Automobiles(in Tamluk)..My bike reg no-WB 30H 4287...There is a mobile leeking from main cylinder of my bike........Frmom 1 months I m not able to drive my bike as the dealer is saying that he do't have the parts to be changed with him.......I am running days after days to the dealer

                I have a Hero honda Karizma bike and got an accident 3 month before.
                Some parts of bike has broken and given to the thalassery hero honda service staion.
                Now 3 month is over. When i am going to the service station all while the service manager telling the same answer "the broken parts is not getting or not available" I have already paid Rs 90,000 for the bike. now its not useful.

                I patrick aguiar have always have a problem when i give my hunk MHO1 AG 4188 to fort point mahim mumbai workshop they always tell me to change oil after 10000 km .either decarbonise my bike or do wheel alighment i have used my bike for 220000km in 4 years .i have trust in heromoto corp .they make me feel that i have made a wrong choice, they have billed me for change of bulbs .i was told to change my chain & sproket the bike has not even ran 1500 km an it is making noise .they say we will check .there is no garantee for it .why. in my last service i was told my tappid rocker is not working after that they changed some ball and now oil is leaking from the tappid cover, they are now telling me to pay 250 for stopping the oil leak .please justify what is happining .mail me om [protected]@yahoo.com or my mobile no is [protected] .waiting for a repley i trust heromotocop.

                  I have Purchased a bike hero Honda Hunk(new Model with digital meter)on November-26-2010.On the very same day the digital meter of the bike which shows the reading that how much kms you have travelled stopped working.They told me that a senser which is there in the wheel has to be changed and it would be covered under the warranty.since then i am waiting for the senser and they were not able to get it for me. i have spoken to almost 8-9 service centers but none of them helped me.it's been now almost 5 months and they didn't help me.The registration number of my bike is:UP-81-AJ-3826.The name of the Agency from where is bought the Bike is"Aman Motors"Date of Purchase is-November-26-2010.It's in Aligarh on G.T Road.The name of the Workshop Manger is Amit.                       I have bought a Hero Honda Pleasure from Nikasia Group, Pune.

                      At a time of delievery they did not check the functioning of the two wheelar.
                      On the same day 7th April 2011 i come to know one of the part of Pleasure ( fuel meter) is not working i went to them to get replace but at that time they were not having the same .
                      they asked me to come on saturday 9th April. i have given my two wheelar to them at 10 AM morning , they told me to collect the same at 5 PM at the same day.


                      When i went there at 6 PM there was nothing happened and the representative Mr parag told me that we do not have a spare part ,
                      I will sen my person on monday at 10 o clock at your place and will do the replacement done.
                      Today on monday i am calling them again and again but no body is responding properly .
                      I have spokien to Mr prashant (Senior Person) but he is saying to send this two wheelar to their work shop.

                      I stay near Yearwada which is 15 Km away from theier shworoom and despite of their commitment that they will send their person to get the repaire done thjey are not bothering and no body is taking responsibilitiy to get the work done.

                      This is pathetic services i am getting from Hero Honga Company.

                        I had purchased CB twister on 27th March 2010 & I had given complaint of my Fuel indicator from 1st servicing to Om sai Honda service center which is in Charkop,They are not looking to my complaint. I went 4 to 5 times but my problem of fuel indicator has not been solved till yet.

                          I have purchased a new Hero Honda pleasure on 3rd March 2011. Number KA-1 ES - 4300.
                          Within a week of driving the bike stared showing up starting problems. later bike had shown up pick up problems and it tend to stop in btween the road. it runs at a very low speed with jerks all the timw. i save myseld amny a times from major accidents when bike suddenly stops in the middle of the road. i bought this bike from CITY Wheel Hero Honda showroom, in vignan nagar bangalore. i showed it to them thrice every time they do rectify the problem which they said is that bike is not getting the flow of proper current ,but it keeps coming back. i have spent 50 thousand rs in purchasing this bike fro which i took a loan. i am suffering due to these problems. pls helps us in closeing this. i expect a replacement of my bike. till date i have driven only 500 kms.. pls let me know how best i cam be helped in this issue.

                            hello, this is raghukishore from vijayawada,ap,india. i want to complaint about my activa motorcycle service&repairing. the dealer is (sri kankadurga honda, vijayawada, andhrapradesh,india) the showroom dealer is not properly maintained the technicians & servicing for the vehicle. they dont have any parts of the vehicle in their showroom.that dealer maintaince is very bad,bad,bad.
                            i buy activa honda from arneja honda batala road amritsar but their service is no satisfactory due to waiting.there is problem in battery and they tell us for exchange it with in 4 days but 1 week is pass so they not contact us so please exchange it immidiately

                                  I have booked a Unicorn on 05.12.2010 at Jagrut Honda , Ratnagiri. After getting assurance of delivering the vehicle within 15 days from the dealer i paid him the entire amount of the vehicle on 18.02.2011 . Till date i have not received delivery of the said vehicle , instead he is asking me to recollect the entire amount back as he is never going to give me the delivery of vehicle booked at his showroom. Even the company Peoples ( Mr. Pushpendra Singh at pune ) are not helping me and also are trying to demoralize by stating me as a lier . This attitude of the Honda employee is not at all acceptable. Mr. Singh is blindely trying to shelter his dealer without investing the entire episode properly. Attached are scan images of receipt of booking . Jagrut Honda is utilizing my funds for about 2 months.and are also backing out his commitiment .
                                  From where can i get help on this.

When i went to nagpur sudarshan honda agency i am told ki mere halde mein play hain agency walon ne 1st /2nd or 3rd servicing me repair karke diya after two hours problem start showroom mein kaha to he is told me apko 1 month apki vhicle showroom mein rakhna padenga or aap nahi rakh sakte to apko jo karna hain wo kar lo ye apke sudarshan honda walon ne kaha

                                    Today I had very bad experience with Panjab Honda Gurukul road branch of Ahmadabad. I booked in 10.14 morning CB Twister and Mr Bhupender [protected] given me 5.30 as delivery time. Due to mistake in service part they procrastinated it by 2.30 hours and Mr Saleem [ in-charge ] was absent so Mr Mitesh refuse to take responsibility and ask me to complain at main counter.

                                    After they get one ready, who got scratch on tank and front wheel gard, they ask me to take it tomorrow. I refuse and ask to get me or cancel it as Muhurat + Day [ B day ] is more important for me. They gave me another bike from your depo at 7.50 PM. While after all issue I accepted bike and drive till 2 KM aprox, bike got weird voice and stuck in between road.

                                    I called Mr Bhupender and he came there and tested himself on it. He find the same issue and he called one Mam and handover her activa [ used ] to me for time being.

                                    I find this kind of service and customer care is worst example in history of quality customer care.

                                      Dear Sir,


                                      I had purchased a new Honda Aviator on 02nd August 2010 registered in my name at Regn. No. DL13SH2135. Till to date, the vehicle has covered around 1600 kms. and I have maintained the vehicle in proper condition and all the due services till date has been conducted from Honda Authorised Repair & Service Centre only.


                                      Few days earlier, the vehicle engine suddenly stopped while driving and afterwards, it does not pickup race properly and start giving problems while driving. When the vehicle was shown to your RACE HONDA, Patparganj, they told me that the vehicle's drum and shoe needs to be replaced which will incur a minimum expenditure of Rs. 3000/- payable my myself. When I requested that it is a new vehicle, under warranty and properly maintained, there should be no cost for manufacturing defects, they didn't pay heed and insist that the vehicle could only be repaired on paid basis.


                                      I wish to lodge my complaint and request to kindly redress my following grievience :-


                                      > How could a new vehicle manufactured by a company of such good repute give such a manufacturing defect ?


                                      > Moreover, if the vehicle is under warranty, this defect should be rectified / repaired free of cost.


                                      I request to kindy look into the matter and arrange to get my vehicle repaired under warranty.

                                      Honda - Aviator(Drum) — Starting Problem

                                      Sir, on4/9/2009 purchased Honda Aviator Drum.till the date purchasing my bike has a Starting Problem,Without Choke can not be Started,(Hamesha hi choke dekr gadi chalu karna pad rahi hai).

                                        Speedometer problem

                                        Hi...

                                        My name is Sunitha Gopal. I have bought Honda Aviator in the beginning of last year from your dealer Kun, Adayar, Chennai. From the second day after purchase, the speedameter was not working. We have been complaining during every free service. They have done something once, and it worked only for few kms. Till now, its not working.


                                        Kindly look into this and provide a permanent solution.br...
