I am one Consumer Who is Driving a Honda Scooter without a Brake.
I Purchased n Avaitor Disck Brake Version in 2008, I give it for Servicing to Balaji Honda, Washermapet.
In my Last Service i Had Requested the attender to change my Trye and requested for an MRF Zapper,
I was charged for MRF but the tyre i got is Ceat which is much cheaper than the one ordered,
Ongoing the Grivience,
I had an oil leakage problem in the Disk Brakes, I requested the Attender to change the pads and also the necessary steps to control the oil spil, theses people so irresponsible that they did not have the courtesy to inform the customer that the Job has not been done due non availibility of spare,
I am Running from Dealer to Dealer viz Didar, Kun ,and A second round to Balaji Honda, but there is no proper response about the spare, they Lift their Hands up " NO STOCK", .
Today 26/04/2011 I am running my vehicle without Front Brakes and will Held Honda Motorcycle and Scooter Company for an Accident which might occur.
Above all this Grievience i have paid 3000 Rupees for the Service to Balaji Honda, Do you Think it is worth.
I will would Never suggest any consumer to but a honda product , and of they do so donot service it in Balaji Honda.

I HAVE PURCHASED A HONDA BIKE MODEL SHINE FROM MODERN MOTOR ON DATED[protected]. Chassis No- ME4JC366F98276582 & ENGINE No- JC36E9423250. During running the bike, I was felt that abnormal sound was coming from engine. I have compliant about this problem to dealer and he accepted and told me it was due to misalignment of its tabbits. During first service they checked and replaced the clutch plate outer gear. But problem was still there. After almost 7 days, again I was gone to dealer workshop and complaint the problem was still persisting. They checked and accepted the problem and replaced again clutch plate outer gears (big and small both). At the same time the Rajasthan site in charge of Honda Mr. Amol Tiwari was also present there I was compliant him but he did not hear about the problem and tell me bike was ok and I don’t want to talk and altercation with you. I think this is not a way to deal with customer. Again three times I was complaint for same problem, they replaced some other part but problem is same. Please take of this matter seriously and take necessary action because now I have loose my patient other wise I will come through consumer court. I have spent one year for this matter. I am unhappy to purchase a Honda bike. Again I am requested to you please take this matter seriously and take necessary action.
