I have a complaint against the service of Hero Honda. I have given my bike for servicing & replacing the spares in ARC MOTORS ,OKHLA-II on 8th of April 2011.they told me collect your bike on 13th of April when I called they said spare parts are not available you contact on 15th of April after that they told me contact us 18th of April when I called on 18th they told me the same thing spares are not available contact...

Dear Sir,

I came with a complaint that my head light and self start is not working.I register this complaint in my honda service centre(Arya Bhangy Honda Aluva, Kochi,Kerala). They said this complaint caused due to low battery charge. They said need to replace battery.I asked that do i get any spare battery for my use in replacement period(2 weeks).They said that that is not possible.I can use my ride as usual with less performance...

I HAD PURCHASED HONDA UNICORN FROM YOUR DEALER ROYAL MOTORS (BHIWANDI).WHEN I HAD TAKEN THE DELIVERY OF THE BIKE AFTER FEW DAYS THERE WERE LOT OF NOISE IN THE BIKE FROM SILENCER ,ENGIE AND I HAD ALREADY GIVEN MY BIKE AT YOUR MAHIM WORKSHOP BUT THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING.
I REQUESTED TWICE TO THEM,INFACT THEY DIDNT GAVE ME PROPER SERVICE.
YOU PEOPLE ARE A MARKET LEADER IN BIKE INDUSTRY,THATS THE REASON I...

i have problem in mileage at starting in got mileage around 53, but now a days i got only 33, and i have also engine valve problem in honda show room they are not response properly...

As I perches Honda Aviator scooter on 23/08/2010 with faith Honda is giving good one scooter but there is so many problems in the scooter after two servicing it is still pending & service center engg. are not able to rectify the problems………

*To much vibration on front & back side
*Running time body/scooter is going tilt
*Balance not proper

i have purchase a byke from hero honda show room(vishal motors) unnao.from the purchasing date(03/02/2011) byke gare box faulty. when i inforemed them.they told me it would be repaired as it possible changed.but the problem is not rectifing.for this cause i m unable to do my work.kindly request to u that plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

i have a honda twister. at the first time when i buy the vehicle(30/01/2011) it have the complaint of rear shock absorber. i report it to them. but they not responding correctly they are saying it is the complaint of seat. on this april i sured that it is the complaint of shock absorber, i went to the service centre and complaint it also they accepted it. now they are saying as we wants a approval from head office. what ican ido?...

purCHASED from date of purchasing to till today dealer cant give good response in Service. and also he commited me change some faulty accesories like Gear Box,and other acce.but from dealer side very poor responce. i am waiting till today

Starting Trouble
I had purchaced a Hero Honda Pleasure from M/s Diya motors Kerala on December 22nd 2010, Engine number JF 16EBAGL22994,Chase number MBLJF16EDAGL20177, As i am based in Dubai and this scooter we had brought it for my father, at this old age now he has to run arround piller to piller for geting this soughted out.

Unfortunately it started giving trouble from very next week by not geting self started, so...

honda service at indiranagar is the worst that can happen to your bike... i hav had the worst experiences here... the negligence of staff , poor or rather worst service for your bike, manipullation of custommers and goes on.... !! i love honda but this place ruin's its quality and brand name..... i had given my bike for service but i guess i can service it better than these so called experts.... its stupid !!!!!!!!!...

i serviced my byke at zodiac honda kottarakara for changing fork oil and replace ballrazer. but i got the vehicle with fault in the movement of fork and handle loose after that i went 3 more times to rectify but the problem still exist...

I have purchased Honda Shine on[protected] from Punjab Honda-Ahmedabad. I have reported problem of petrol cock not functioning properly on[protected] and requested for replacement. Since last 1 month they are saying that petrol cock not in stock and also not replied satisfctory. My Vehicle Registration number is GJ1-MP-2066. Please help for replacement of faulty petrol cock...

My Name is LEVINSON.I bought Latest model of HUNK from FOCUZ BIWHEELERS,COCHIN on DECEMBER 9th of 2010. After purchase I found that:-




After inserting the KEY into petrol lid and while removing, the whole KEY is getting applied with PETROL even if the TANK has got only very less amount of PETROL.

Left side BATTERY COVER is not getting fitted...

I had given 2nd free service in Jayanagar T block. I had informed them about starting problem and they informed it has been rectified but to my horror it wasn't corrected at all. Moreover the mileage was around 38 before the service and after service it had come down under 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God knows whats in store for further services.......

i have purchase a byke from hero honda show room from unnao in up.from the date of purchasing my byke is not riding well.the seller told me that this problem would be resolve in 1st free service.but his commitment is not correct.

i went there for car service at pinkcity motors pvt ltd. for problem of humming noise of my car honda cityZX no. RJ 25-CA-0156, on 15/04/2011.
problem diagnosed was in bearing of rt. rear wheal.

What a poor service center that one bearing was not available, moreover when asked for complaint book they misbehaved & was not provided at all.

they returned the car unattended.

I MET WITH AN ACCIDENT AND MY FUEL TANK
GOT DAMAGED. I HAD AN INSURANCE OF MY BIKE. I WENT UP TO GAGAN MOTORS . THEY REPLACED MY TANK AND CHARGED ME RS.300 FOR REPLACEMENT. I WANT TO KNOW WHEATHER IT IS A COMPANY CHARGES OR A KIND OF CORRUPTION....

I have brought a CBZ xtreme bike from Supreme Automobiles(in Tamluk)..My bike reg no-WB 30H 4287...There is a mobile leeking from main cylinder of my bike........Frmom 1 months I m not able to drive my bike as the dealer is saying that he do't have the parts to be changed with him.......I am running days after days to the dealer...
