My self Virendra . I want complaint against bike servicing at Hero Honda workshop. I was given my Hero Hunk bike for serviceing at Borivali west Hero honda workshop. But they were provide without serviceing(No washing ,No Oil change, No check the problem which i had told them.) my bike and i suspecting that change the bike bettery (before given to serviceing signal barger was working & beeping also but now barger not working). I complaint to them but they were not provide proper response to us.


If any one have proper escalation matrix then plz give us.

My name sachin bhadekar and I bought a HONDA Unicorn from fortune motors hyderabad ranigunj secunderabad on 14th apr 2011. The bike was good, until I found out this defect. This Unicorn Bike in allergic to water, the moment it gets wet the engine cools down and bike turns off. When I visited some websites to figure out what has gone wrong, I got replies from forum members saying it’s a common defect in UNICORN and I need to get this fixed.i was given bike for servicing to same show room but problem has been not yet sorted out,we specified the problem specially but result has not come.i am requesting you all to kindly look in to same as we have spent hard core cash 73000 which is not easy to earn..........................i request Honda company has to look closely as i am from customer care industry(asst. manager in retail) i suggest to retain the customer we have to give satisfactory service first.

Hi Sir/Madam,
I purchased a new hero honda hunk motorcycle on 28 feb 2011 form sri sai motors bangalore. I have done approx 2100km. first service is done . Two weeks back when me and my wife was travelling byke got fire. All the cabling were burned. I got it repaired from nikhi motors, sadasiva nagar, bangalore yesterday[protected]. They said it was due to some short circuit. But after driving for 5 km i was able to feel the heat of the engine on my legs. Now the engine heating like anything now. When morning i started my byke idle rpm was 1400, after 1 km it increased to 2500. and the byke sounds like bullet. Now i strongly believe that the fire was due to engine over heating. At the time i complainted to hh regional office also. They didn't respond well. I send a mail to their customer care , i got a compaint number 22010649, but i didnt any response. I not confident to ride that byke any more without knowing the excact reason of the fire. I went to a Hero Honda showroom at Howrah district on 12/06/2011 for buying a motorcycle to quick auto center at Jadurberia panpurmore howrah, i select Hero Honda CBZ Extreme BLACK in colour with kick paddle, and i agree to pay in cash in full but as i have no documents (address proof, photo i .d proof ) in howrah district i have documents of north 24 parganas so at first shopkeeper told me i have to pay for a temporary registration and after that a permanent registration will be done in my home district by myself so i ask him then which amount i will pay , and shopkeeper told me i have to pay ON ROAD PRICE and i protest because as i am going to make permanent registration so i must pay X SHOW PRICE + TEMPERORY REGISTRATION CHARGE but the shopkeeper does not agree to sell then i call up the main dealer RIDHI MOTOR andul station road,, howrah and they told me yes there is a rule they can sell the motor cycle on X SHOWROOM PRICE but still quick auto does not sell me and behave very badly with the help of their security guard.

The worst part of Honda is the service, the dealer is doing cheating from customer and haress the customer, I don’t what is the meaning of warranty or gurantee to Honda my scotter back shocker is lossen and not working properly but dealer deny to change the shocker say the will hange only in the condition of leakage , when my scotter is guarantee and shocker is not working properly why Honda is not chaning the shocker, whats the meaning of gurantee ithink for Honda its mean to cheat,
Iam a person who belive in the right thing and to know how to get my rights , same time I am also complaint to consumer forum and CNBC Pahrahdar and lodge my complaint against Honda.

I have rejistered my activa at 11/12/2010. As per commitment of my dealer, agency given the dilivery of my activa in SIX MONTHS today six months are over but agency can not given the delivery of my activa and dealer of activa is not give the answer about this matter and BEHAVE LIKE ROUDLY PERSON. pleas solve my problem.

I am running passion pro bike since 7-8 months. Initially bike's average was 65 but since 5 months average was very poor. I am getting 50-54. I talked to hero honda people Mr Abhilesh Bhavsar but they are not responding to my problem. My complaint no in hero honda is 621. He told to me that you keep on complaining but your problem will not solve. I am frustrated with this problem of bike. So kindly do the needful as early as possible.

Hi this is Amit soni , I have purchased honda shine since 15 nov 2010. from your dealer named frontier honda, .my vehcile no. is MP20 ME0434 . From the date of first service of my vechile dated 15/12/2010, regular i am facing engine problem. i have approached to so many persons of your company/dealer. but till the date 28/05/2011, no body is takeing my complaint seriously ... I am very shocked that, how can the company like honda is very irreponsible from their service ...

I have taken a honda shine bike in 15.11.2010.
but from the first day of purchasing the bike I felt the problem in bike that i found the bike is not running in proper it run very hard so I send my bike to service center but taken full one day after i check my bike the problem is same and i have told to manager he said your bike is new it will automatically solve but after seven month the condition is same and then i checked my bike in another workshop they found that in bike has some problem in clach plate then again i reached to frontier workshop then again they says that bike hasn't any problem. I told them that bike sound is to mach they says if we solve the sound problem then engine will affect they just excuse every time but not providing proper servicing

Referring to the above link, I came to know that my vehicle also needs service. I'm following with the dealer since date, and every time they say that this is under process and I'll get a call from you. Till now no calls. If Honda is unable to service the clients, why they need to give such a notification in a daily?

I purchased a Honda Twister Motor Cycle on 11.9.10 from M/s Gugnani Honda, Bhubaneswar. From the beginning the mileage/litre of petrol has remained very low in contrast to the Company and dealer's claim of 70 KMPL. Repeated request to look into the problem has not been listened to by the authorised dealer at the time of the bike's four free services. Hence, I request the company's management to interven in the matter for an early solution to the problem.

I have booked an Activa Hondaon 5th March 2011 at Silicon Honda Rajrajswari Nagara Bangalore. While booking they told 80days now it's going to be 100days. When ever i go there they say wait for another 15 Days. Like that i lost all my time. I asked my friend who got an Activa Honda in less than 80days in other show room. Silicon Honda people are cheating customer. I will advice all of you not to book any vicle at Silicon Honda, you may face the same problem like me.

I would like to state that I am Laxmi Kant Sharma & Passport No. 07DACF15584. I have allready submit to the fee charges at Jain Motors, Delhi Mathura Highway, NH-2, Mathura, U. P. for the renew passport according to renewal time on 08.11.2010. But, I have not received any information for the confirm regarding to same.

So, I have so many problem in getting passport reward since last 5-6 months and I have approx 15 times visit at Jain Motors ( Hero Honda Showroom), Mathura regarding to this problem. But, Jain Motors gives to the reply that now I did not received your passport from Hero Honda Company.

So, Kindly consider to this request earlier.

This was in regards with ma booking of Hero Honda cbz extreme .
I have booked bike n 8-5-11. as at the time of booking i was been promised that i will be getting a bike in 7 days . but after booking no one was intrested in doing follow ups with ma booking regards . after 18 days their executive call me up and says sorry sir . we all were on leave . (Mr Arvind ) . than they said ok. and summited all the documents and other formality . now the query is they are not ready to follow up with me . when i asked for my query's . they are speaking non scene things . said do what ever u want. we dont know we are feed up of.. these things. are face of your dealer ships
just my query was why should i pay exess money. it a simple logic
that i took a loan from hdfc bank . there was a counter person (at showroom ) now the dealer is asking for his margin money saying we do charge fo them thats 5 % of my loan amount and 2500 as my dealer margin .
the caost of bike is 73300/-
loan amount is 58500/-
stamp duty+ process (3%) 1755/-

my disbursal amount from bank is 56830/- ( -3 % stamp duty and processing ) it is been given to your dealer .
the amount to piad by me is Rs 16470/- . They are asking me to pay Rs 20380 /- as my down payments now where is the Rs 3910/- going when i asked them they saying its handling+ margin charges. i think your MRP includes your dealer margin as i believe.
why is your dealer aking me for this money .
now i am asking is Receipt and justification for
my down payment + disbursal amount now they saying i wont give it to you do what ever you want . ( words said by mr arvind ) on the phone # [protected] .
the entire thing is full of goo[censored]ps.
as i have 1st tried to talk to Auto-links manger . (Borivali ) but there was no response till today

iam umashankar from chennai , we are using honda shine bike for past three years, till i got a problem from our engine side ( white smoke) our mechanic told me we just changing your engine bore assembly.
we got a problem for your chennai honda dealer end,he asking only for last two month their is no bore assembly stock,again & again he repeted false commitment, so pls try to help me for issuig the spare kit.

We have booked the Activa one year Back (May’2010) , but still not received the delivery because of non availability of stock as per dealer (Eemerald Honda, Ahmedabad). Now they are ready to give but at higher prices (More by alteast 5K) and compulsory with accessories and other conditions. The staff behavior is exceptionally bad or I say worst. We are really mentally harassed by the staff as they are asking unnecessary thing to us like calling the person in whose name we had booked (though already we are providing ID Proof and Original receipt) seems the person who comes on his behalf is a fraud and they are giving the vehicle free of cost. This is not only our feedback but same for all customers for this dealer. This creates bad name for the global company like HONDA. Also on the site of HONDA there is no email id or grievance numbers to register the compliants.

I am trying to contact Service Centre of Pratik Honda[protected] many times but no response.
This I understand is new No. but there was no intimation regarding change in Tel. No.

I own Honda Activa Scooter, Reg No. MH43 K 5451, It is having starting trouble in the morning> I have changed the battery but still the problem persist,in last year I have given the vehicle for servicing to M/s Pratik Honda for 3-4 times but no improvement.

I am trying for the last time now..
