i had purchased a bike splender nxg in jan.2010 from kipps auto . on30may2011 had given my bike to service with complaint about self start is not working. after service centre told me that self switch near clutch is not working and it is out of stock.after 4 or 5 rounds service centre repeats the same answer out of stock....demand is gone....it is just 2 months gone but my problem is as it is.please solve

    I HAVE A HONDA CB TWISTER PURCHASED ON 20TH AUGUST 2010 FROM BOLPUR, SANTINIKETAN. RECENTLY I HAD TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO MALDA BECAUSE OF MY JOB. ON 30TH JULY 2011 I FOUND THE MOTOR CYCLE IS HAVING SOME PROBLEM. I WENT TO THE LOCAL HONDA SHOWROOM i.e. "NEW HONDA, MALDA-732103". THERE I WAS INFORMED THAT CLUTCH PLATE IS NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. AS MY BIKE WAS UNDER THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD, I DEMANDED A FREE SERVICE. BUT THEY REFUSED AND ASKED FOR RUPEES 700. SO I WAS FORCED TO GIVE MY MOTOR CYCLE TO A LOCAL GARAGE FOR SERVICING INSTEAD OF THE SHOWROOM. I HAVE A HIGH NEED OF THE VEHICLE AS I AM A JOURNALIST BY PROFESSION. NOW, I WANT A REPLY FROM YOUR END THAT WHY THE SHOWROOM REFUSED TO GIVE A FREE SERVICE THOUGH MY VEHICLE WAS UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I ALSO DEMAND A COMPENSATION FOR THE AMOUNT WHICH I WILL NEED TO PAY IN THE GARAGE AND ALSO FOR THE INCONVENIENCE I HAD TODAY AND GOING TO HAVE IN NEXT 2-3 DAYS AS I WILL GET BACK MY MOTOR CYCLE ONLY AFTER 2-3 DAYS. I WILL PROVIDE A SCAN COPY OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS OF MY VEHICLE IF YOU ASK FOR. I WILL BE WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE IN THIS REGARD. THANK YOU.

          I purchased my honda activa from premier car sales having showroom at Hazaratganj Lucknow, when my all free service were over, I opted AMC offered by your service station at hazaratganj meanwhile i met an accident my scooter dameged . I brough my scooter at service station for repair after all the formalities, my scooter got repaired, but new mat changed to old one my one side mirror was not fitted in scooter and new speedometer fuel indicator was not working, when I complained to Mr. Saxena who attained the customer complained there he argued mat was not chaged as this is a big serive station and such thing was not happed here on this i told my scooter is new and my foot mate is also new but his behaviour was like that i am telling false stories, after that l complained regarding fued meter but it was not repair and my AMC period got an end. after that i got a call from service station to renew my AMC but i dared not to do so.also two time my scooter started servicing after 5pm and since this service station closed at 6 pm therefore mechanic carelessly serviced it, I was never satisfied by the service of your authorised service station now i could not understad how i properly serviced my activa..My vehicle no is UP-32 CQ 3301, Phone no [protected] Name Rakesh Kumar Vishwakarma, Asstt Manager Vijaya Bank Hazaratganj Lucknow 226001

            Hi Sir/Mam,

            I want to let you knwo that I purchased Hero honda pleasure on 29 august 2010 . But I got self starting problem very first day. Three servicing is done and every time I complaint for this problem. But still I didnt get any result . previously they were saying its battery got discharged . I got it charged fully .. still I am facing same problem ...... now they are saying its carbon got damaged .... I didint get whats is the problem ............. that too these people are not looking inot problem and their behaviour are also very unsupportive .................. I request you please look into this and let me knwo who is concerned person whom I can contact for same problem.

                  I,Mr. Jayanta Dutta from durgapur, hereby submitting my complaint to Duragapur Honda about the availabilty of spare parts.
                  My honda cb twister ,red color bike engine is generating noise and vibration due to damage of timing chain & wheel . Your honda service centre detect the fault but could 't fixed it due to non availability of that parts. They could not solved this problem since 5 months .
                  so please consider as a request and arrange the parts as soon as faster to keeping company goodwill.

                  Yes i m agree with Jayanta Dutta, Durgapore Honda showroom has this problem. My bike has a geer problem and mileage problem, several time i informed to showroom autherity but they are unable to give solution regarding my problem. Its tru that due to some problem we are not getting spare parts of cb twister and for this company should take important action. my contact no:[protected].

                    I purchased an Honda Actriva Scooter in January. Since the beginning the mileage was under 40 km/h and after one month the engine started to have a very abnormal sound and low compression. The problem is increasing day by day.
                    I think that that the engine is defected, but two services centers in Delhi could not solve the problem. I am asking for the replace of the scooter, but up to now, there is no answer from the customer service in Gurgaon.

                      Dear Sir / Madamme,

                      Pratul Honda somajiguda Hyderabad delivered me Honda Activa (Invoice no:11IN02169) on 8th Jun 2011 But, Unfortunately there was mismatch in Engine number and chasis number on documents and actual parts of the vehicle. Even the showroom authoruty did not notice and handed over the keys to me. I came to know this when I took the bike for registration. when I took this issue to the showroom authority, Because, of their poor response its almost 3 weeks still the issue has not been attended.

                      I want you to take necessary action in resolving this issue ASAP.
                      I also want you to make sure every thing is correct before handing over the bike to the customer.

                      I am proud owner of two honda vehicles now, but because of this kind of response from the dealer I lost the confidence in Honda. I heard the same kind of experience from others, at the same dealer show room. Please take a note on this and I expect necessary action and a reply to my complaint to keep my beleif in HONDA.

                          hero honda Engging noice problem
                          I purchased a hero honda passion pro in[protected],Upperindia showroom 49C, Rama Road Nera Moti Nagar Delhi-110035.

                          I gave it for a service in hole day and he say's me your bike is ok but after 2 week ago my bike is the same condition and the noise is still from the engine.Now he is saying that your machine has been 7-8 months, and this will happen bydefault.They say their cannot repair it further and they claim the machine is just fine. My bike hasn't even completed 5,000 km and how can this be a default issue with every bike?.

                          I give a bike to service station for the five time but they don't solve my problem the engine noise still for engine but this time i don's have service for this part i want to replace my engine so please take a immediate action for Hero Honda company.

                          i am facing the problem for riding a bike after the running bike is so heavy and tapped is very big sound produced by the engine i have gave it for the five time for the service station he tolled me i am tight your bike tapped but the tapped is tight for the one or two weeks when after two week the tapped is still for same condition i have tolled you please change my hole head section is new but he tolled me way i change your head the head is ok but sir i knew the engine sound is still.

                            I purchased HONDA ACTIVA (DL13SH1120) from RACE HONDA (East Delhi) on 05/06/2010. While free services a loud sound was observed from the engine. The Servicing Engineer declared CRANK part defective. I also informed at the time of delivery, but without any action. Because the part was not available at the Service Center Store. It was also assured to replace the part within 7 days. Now after 12 days as I am asking from the service center of RACE HONDA, I am replied that the part is not supplied from HONDA. I also complained to the owner of the HONDA Service Station (Mr. Gupta) and replied that what I can do if HONDA is not supplying the part on order request. I want to ask the Supplier Authority of HONDA spare parts for Delhi Zone that when RACE HONDA service station will get the part, as the defective part may damage other parts of the engine. This all may loss to one HONDA Customer also to his contacts.                               I went to Honda two wheelers showroom (Marikar Motors) today to book Honda shine two wheeler. They have quoted the on-road price of the Self-Alloy variant as Rs.60000 plus few hundreds. When i came back and searched in Honda website, i was shocked as they have mentioned the on-road price as Rs.57,403 (for Nagercoil, Tamilnadu). Why there is a price difference of around Rs.3000 between honda official website and the authorised dealer? Its making me highly uncomfortable as these people are thinking that consumers are ignorant and they can do whatever they want to. I expect a proper response either from HMSI / from Marikar Motors (dealer) end.

                                  i had given my honda activa for service and it is already 15 days. they say that the clutch bell had been damaged and it is under warranty period but requires confirmation from the company to change at their cost. when ever i enquired they say they had not received any reply from the company. they say the spare is worth 750/. the vehicle has done only about 6500kms. till today nothing has been done and i have to face the hardship due to non -availability of vehicle.Will the concern department look in to the matter.

                                      i syed imthiyas owning new honda activa tn47t4866 last year.i am very anger for ur very very worst service',5 months before some hard sound coming from my activa back wheel,i made cal 2 karur & i ask why this fault happen,WITHIN 9 MONTHS OF NEW VEHICLE PURCHASE ? karur HONDA AGENCY SALES SUPERVISOR MR.KARTHIKEYAN SAYS ME 2 CHANGE BRAKE BELT & IT COSTS 550RS, AFTER FIT BELT THE OLD PROBLEM NOT SOLVED &ACTIVA CANT MOVE FROM PLACE,AGAIN I GO 2 KARUR HONDA OFFICE ,I COMPLAINT 2 TALL MAN(OWNER FOR HONDA DEALER)& SERVICE MENS.MR.PARAMESWARAN DINDIGUL SERVICE MANAGER..THEY TOLD ME THAT CURRENTLY V NOT HAVE THIS PART,WAIT FOR 5 DAYS,AFTER FEW MONTHS THEY TOLD ME 2 BUY THIS PART(SPACE MOVABLE COMB DRIVEN)FROM COIMBATORE ALAGENDRA SHOP,THEY GAVE PHONE NO.TILL I NOT RECD MY VEHICLE.ALREADY I WAIT TILL 4 MONTHS ,THEY ALL GAVE VERY BAD RESPONSIBLITY TO ME,LAST 6 MONTHS MY ACTIVA PLACED IN OPEN TERRACE GUARAGE'I HATE UR QUALITY' I REQUEST UR TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM&ALSO UR COMPANY BAD REMARKS.BY i-te imthiyas.pallapaty.
