I HAVE BOOKED HONDA ACTIVA IN MARCH FOR WHITE COLOUR. I HAVE VISITED PIONEER HONDA FOR THE BOOKING OF THE SAME. THEY BOOKED THE SAME FOR 130 DAYS DELIVERY WITH 1000 RUPEES ADVANCE. NOW THE AGENCY IS DELAYING MY DELIVERY. THEY ARE SELLING SCOOTERS IN BLACK WITH RS. 10000 EXTRA WITH IMMEDIATE DELIVERY.THEY ARE ALSO FORCING THE CUSTOMERS TO BUY FULL ACESSORIES.



I REQUEST TO YOU KINDLY HELP US TO STOP THE BLACK MARKETING OF THE SAME.

    Respected Sir,
    Today i send my bike(Honda Stunner) for servicing in MRZ Honda Amritsar(Authorised Dealer of Honda 2 Wheeler).I am facing problem in my bike from last 4-5 days i.e speed of the bike is not showing in instrument cluster.This complaint is mentioned in job card also by service Advisor.But after 2 hours the same service advisor call me & asked me that the wire of instrument cluster become broken inside,so i asked them to replace this part in Under warranty because i have 1 year warranty of my bike,I purchased my bike on 4th march 2011 & today my bike runs only 4031 Km,My bike is serviced at time to time from beginning’s with all this things I have to demand for replace parts in warranty.But the Service Advisor & Area office incharge was not accepting this thing in under warranty.When i asked for reason they replied me this is wear & tear items,So we cannot give the warranty.

    My question is only this if this is wear & tear item then why company make this kind of wire whose life is only 4000Km approx.Why company not using good products whose life is some long because this bike is too costly as compare to other indian bikes of 125 cc.

    Second thing what is fault of customer in this case because it operate automatically.

      Sir
      I have purchased a Honda two wheeler “Dio” from Essl Motors, Rajpur road, Dehradun on 25.09.2010 bearing registration number UAO7AF 8411. I am posted in Delhi and vehicle is under use by my family at Dehradun. Since the day of handing over, the lock (ignition switch) of vehicle had been giving trouble while locking and unlocking the handle. This was brought to the notice of service engineers verbally during first service of the vehicle and it was assured that same would be taken care of. To our bewilderment on 28 Nov 2010 Sunday, the lock was jammed and could not be opened with number of attempts. Obviously being Sunday, Honda office was not responding. Being helpless, all the engagements and assignments had to be deferred for next day. I could rang them next day i.e. on 29 Nov 2010 to attend the matter on priority. To our shock and surprise, ESSL Motors flat reply was to get the vehicle through loader to their workshop. After lot of persuasion and explaining our helplessness considering all ladies at home and also the cost implication, they could send service personnel to our home for unlocking the vehicle. It was also advised by them that the defective lock need to be replaced to avoid similar situation in future.
      During my next visit to Delhi on 11 Dec 2010, the vehicle was shown to the workshop personnel and again to our shock, it was told to us that the lock has to be replaced at our cost since it has been tempered. When informing that this has been unlocked by Honda service personnel only, they refused to replace the lock under warranty.
      The matter was persuaded with owner Mr. Batra but he also gave same stereotyped reply on the same and refused to replace the lock in warranty on the pretext of tempering.
      Sir, the vehicle has been purchased by us on whopping price of Rs. 45000.00 and it may be appreciated that on a genuine request under warranty for replacement of lock of small amount, the dealer is cheating customer. This shows the attitude of big companies who in the name of customer satisfaction misleads the customers during trouble.
      Also the dealer is looting the customers by not disclosing the full details of poor quality accessories during booking/purchasing at exorbitant price. Sir, these are available in outside stores at less tha half of the price with better quality. So my advise to the my fellow customers not to be lured by dealer on this account and go for accessories from outside store for sure shot quality and economy.

        i purchased a hero honda hunk on 25/01/2011 while pruchasing i was assured the milage of the byke is 45 to 50 kmpl. but after first, second and third servicing the byke is giving the miklage more than 35 kmpl, i complained in each servicing about the low milage but the staff told me that it will give a millage up 45 after third servicing but today i cheaked the milage by putting 2.5 liter pterol it runs only 83 km that means it comes 33.2 and the cuty in which i am riding the byke is not to busy as metro,

          i have given my bike for the second free service to Narwana Automobile, Patiala Road, Narwana. But they didn't air dried my bike after washing and nor they polished it afterwords. i asked them to do so but they didn't pay any attention on it. during my first service in delhi , they have done everything satisfactorily. and it is also mentioned in the service coupon to air dry the bike after washing to prevent it from corrosion and to polish it free of cost. So I want u to take the necessary action, so that the costumer don't have to take pain about all this.

          I used to do the service in Southern Hero Honda service centre, I did complaint in first service about the bend in handle bar, they said it will be like this in first service, and the second service they said you should be complaint in the first service so that we can't do it in second service, In third service again mentioned same problem they said, you go to where ever you bought bike, then I went to Adayar Hero Honda show room, where they said you should be complaint in first service and then they you go to Southern we will intimate to them but no one response for me in Southern, but still the same problem persist.

          In all the service they are doing water service only without proper. every time when take the delivery I need to check for break and all the things for i need to spent more than one hour to get ready.

          When I asked them to adjust the break, not even hear me any one, every one says it will like this sir.

          I asked them about the i am getting sound when i switch the gear from first to second, they said that is usual sir, we can't do anything.

          Where no one ready to hear the problem and to response properly,

          Totally wast the free service in Hero honda service centre.

          I never recommend to any of my fried to buy the Hero Honda Bike...

            I ordered a BLUE CB TWISTER and paid CASH in your ARYABANGY HONDA, North paravur, Ernakulam Dt.
            After 2 weeks usage i saw yellow paint underneath of Blue colour on blue painted body parts except fuel tank.
            Yesterday i saw fuel tank color is also yellow, underneath of Blue colour.
            Blue paint falling down day by day and showing its original yellow colour.
            In my R.C. book also mentioned color as Yellow. R.C. book I saw only after purchase date.
            I NEED A GENUINLY BLUE PAINTED FUEL TANK IMMEDIATELY AS REPLACEMENT.
            ALSO YOU HAVE TO CHANGE COLOR AS BLUE IN R.C. BOOK.
            I SUFFERED LOTS OF PAIN AND SHAME DUE TO YOUR ABOVE CHEATING.

              My father booked Honda Activa on 21st of December 2010 by paying Rs.1000/-, with the authorized dealer SHYMAS AUTOSALES at Alappuzha, Kerala. The vehicle was booked in his name (John Kuriakose). We were given a commitment of 6 months and told that they will deliver the vehicle by 21st of June 2011.
              I have been constantly following up with the dealer regarding the vehicle and everytime I get a answer saying, you will surely get it soon.
              Recently I came to know that another person who booked the vehicle after my booking date, got the vehicle. I got this information only because I know that guy personally. They took the balance payment of Rs: 56471/- on 8th of July 2011. Still we are waiting for the vehicle.
              I would like the company to take strict action to make sure the dealings are happening without any partialities.
              It Needless to say that the customer has faith in Honda's brand name and it is very disappointing to say that it may lose because of the bad responses from dealers.
              I just would like to get my vehicle as soon as possible.

                I am searching for Stunner's Air Filter rubber since a month now which is not available at any honda spare part centre nor in the retail market....


                NOw before going to consumer forum i am registering a warning complain that if i dont get my bikes Air Filter's Rubber within a week or if i dont get any confirmation about given complaint then i will be going to consumer forum againts you people....

                dear sir,
                it is very sad to inform you that it has been more than two years since HONDA company has launched his vehicle HONDA AVIATOR (110 cc) but even after two years there are no spare parts available for that model... mainly thoose parts which have been altered by the company. my vehicle has been damaged like hell and i had talked to all the local dealers many times but asusual no spare parts were available. I mainly wanted the air filter,clutch roller(boosh) which are most important parts of the engine.
                i kindly want you to take some action and help me out with my requirements...

                  while driving i have observe that my Fork wheel is rotating very hard , immediately i rushed to service center and asked them adjust that, but they responded like all these problems will be addressed at the time of 1st service (which is a first free service will be done after 750km of ride ), so they are asking me drive the vehicle as it is up to 750km and come for service, if i drive the vehicle as it is Certainly it leads accident,
                  The guys at show room and service center are not at all responding properly, they are talking in a very arrogant way,
                  can u please suggest me how can i get justice for this

                  I have taken a HONDA SHINE motor bike from GHANI HONDA, palakkad, kerala, india - 678001.

                  Last week I hav given my bike for servicing due to small accident to my bike. The servicing from their part is not at all satisfactory to me.

                  It is taking along time to giving estimation to the customer and as well as to the all.

                  Now also I didn't get any response.

                  Customer Care is also been very bad in sense.

                  this is with reference to the above subject, we would like to bring to your kind notice that we have purchased the HONDA SHINE BIKE (KA 41H1593) 18 months before.We have covered around 9000km.we have been regularly visiting the sevice center for maintanance. But day by day we are facing the issue in pickup, it is with the same we contacted the nearest center in CHANDRA LAYOUT, Bangalore, karnataka.

                  Its been already 6 free services done from company and 1 pay service done.It is from the 4th service we have complaing on this issues but no action has been taken.But Finally they are highlighting on BORE, and the same need to replaced with the new BORE . Since the BIke has not even covered 10, 000km it would be not worth to point out on BORE.

                  Requesting you to treat this as urgent and resolve this issue at the earliest.Kindly do the needful and oblige

                  I have given my honda shine to servicing in prathul hoda hyderabad, andra pradesh.When i am taken delivery from servicing center, tale lamp is not working .When i am given for service its working fine.And also i have go iresponsible answer from the work shop that in servicing their may be chance to have small damages. The main problem is they are not changed the tale lamp up to the bill paid to the lamp.It is purly work shop problem they are not rectified and charged for their mistake.Now i have a new problem that the bike is not starting with self start when the bike is in gear.

                  What i have to do...the bike will be given to servicing that to check all the parts are working fine or not and also i am not getting the 50 KM /lit .

                  I had Purchaser Honda shing august 2006. And our Services Senter has been closed and problame of spares not avilable in market. So i am very upset

                  i buy honda shyne in 31 aug. 2008 since strting my bike have few more problem as following

                  (1) my back wheel alingment isvery poor
                  (2) my second and third gear is stucking when i changing the gear in running mode
                  (3) starting problem
                  i requisted to my service and also sals dealer when i serviced in first but they are not able to rectify the my problem and giving many excuses...! the opend the my back wheel and sent to one local cycle wala shop for the alingment of wheel ... i m not accepting that type service from your site. finaly they were not able to satisfactory service and my by problem is still going. so i requisted to u when u read this comlaint please do the needful as soon as possible.

                  Hi this is kartheek kashayp, i buyed my bike from authorised honda show room delier from my negitive place Nalgonda dist(Nalgonda town). The serive of this showroom is very bad, they are not taking minimum care to customers. Even they are not resonding to customer enquires, they are treating customers as very badly n harshly. One bad instant to me and some other customer is they are using absue language towards customers. We people of Nalgonda town are facing so many problems by this showroom and by the managment and another important thing is the serive of workers is also not good n they are not qulified workers. SO, sir please cancle this showroom delarship and give that delarship to good persons. This my only important and sincer request.

                  In Eluru(WG) Andhrapradesh Pavan Honda Showroom creating problem to customers like anything.
                  1.They are telling delivery after 45 days and asking today itself full amount.(Actually booking amount is 1, 000Rs)Let me know are they are doing customers money with business.
                  2.Cost of shine bike also they are costing more than market rate.It gives bad impreession on honda.
                  3.As honda should create the very good name market please don't encourage such type of dealers.
                  4.I decided not to buy Honda bike never.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am Mritunjay Gupta. I bought a two wheeler (HONDA SHINE) on[protected] from your Dealer Anmol Honda Rewa (M.P.), Dealer Code- (M.P.060001). It’s Frame no-ME4JC366F88126197, Engine no-JC36E92199O6.

                  It is under warrantee period. There is a huge humming sound comes from Engine. My bike is in show room of Dealer Anmol Honda Rewa (M.P.) science last week but they are not answering properly regarding this matter. They always say that it will take time but how much time it will take? They don’t know. I have paid money and this is customer right to get at lest satisfactory service from your side. I never supposed that such irresponsibility I would have to face from HONDA Group. Due to this I am facing too much trouble please get it troubleshoot as soon as possible.

                  i booked Honda Shine on[protected] at "Santosh motors" the showroom located at Guntur in andhrapradesh.the showroom manger & proprietor cheating the customers.they are collectiong money 2 minths before. and they did not give any information to the customers like( delivery date).if any customer asks the they are scolding the customer.today i faced same problem. srevice is aslso poor.

                  Please No one Should buy a Honda Shine In Tamilnadu Lodha Honda Showroom Chennai.
                  I purchase honda shine form gandhidham office in jan -09 it gives me milage as below,

                  before 1 st service it gives me 65
                  after 1 st service it gives me 55
                  after 2 nd service it gives me 51

                  what milager after 3 rd service ? it might be 45 - 40

                  no responce from Gandhidham Office till date

                  i think honda company is only interested to sale byke not to give satisfaction to its customer

                  When we go to purchase the new bikes so many dreams are made to us in a beautiful driven manner but the OM HONDA SHOWROOM OF BERHAMPUR, ORISSA is giving such poor services that when we come after servicing no one believes that they have done something.They do cheat peoples by keeping the bike for 5 to 6 hours and do nothing.

                  This is with reference to my telephonic discussion held today with Mr. Bhutani (HONDA CARS INDIA) i.e. Wednesday July 01, 2009 regarding the captioned issue.

                  It was very unfortunate that the person at his level quoting the captioned matter as (A VERY MINOR DAMAGE).

                  I would like to high light the fact that for Mr. Bhutani or HONDA Cars India the matter can be very light but not for me coz i have spent lakhs of rupees on it in fact HONDA's FLAGSHIP MODEL i.e. ACCORD.

                  Now i can easily imagine the kind of seriousness towards the matter by the Honda Honda Officials and by the Dealer's Official i.e. RING ROAD HONDA, Gurgaon.

                  My last discussion with Honda officials (Customer Care Manager) and with Ring Road Honda held on Monday June 25, 2009 and no body bothers to call me to get the solution of this matter.

                  IT SEEMS LIKE... NO ONE IS INTERESTED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

                  This is with reference to our telephonic discussion day before yesterday i.e Monday June 22, 2009 regarding the captioned matter.

                  I had a detailed meeting with Mr. Giridhar Vice President M/s RING ROAD HONDA, Gurgaon yesterday at 07:40 PM Tuesday June 23, 2009 and discussed various possibilities to cop with the current situation.

                  We discussed the following points to solve the issue.

                  Replacement of LHS rear door with the brand new door from a brand new car. OR
                  Procuring a brand new door from the Honda factory along with the paint and other required parts.
                  Body panel issue (which can be solved at dealers end)
                  Standby vehicle
                  and promise to get the solution by very next day i.e. Wednesday June 24, 2009.

                  However, i have received the standby vehicle Honda City but Mr. Giridhar has shown inability to me with the point nr. 1. and point nr. 2 (see above).

                  and indirectly suggested me to have a raw door from the factory and then getting it painted at the dealers end. which is by far not acceptable by me as the same shall reduce the cost of ownership of my car significantly.

                  I request you to kindly look into the matter ASAP and try to resolve the issue.

                  I hope, you would take it with the utmost priority at your end.

                  I instructed the service adviser i.e. Mr. Santosh Kumar ([protected]) for the required job i.e. 2nd periodic service along with the wheel alignment. He told me to collect the vehicle at around 3:00 PM on the same day and i sent my driver to collect the vehicle at around 5:30 PM.

                  During the course of taking the possession of my car by my driver. he came across the LHS REAR DOOR and LHS REAR DOOR BODY PANEL was badly smashed.

                  I immediately rushed to your authorised workshop and discussed the matter with some senior officials over the phone and they accepted the negligence done by their department during the course of vehicle service and told me that they can repair the whole damaged stuff.

                  Dear Mr. Sen,

                  When i bought this car in march 2009, besides the big involvement of money there was and is a big involvement of sentiments as well.

                  and your authorised dealer has not only smashed my car but they have smashed my Sentiments all the way.

                  I can not accept this damaged car now.

                  NO PROPER CO-OEPERATION FROM SERVICE STATION

                  Sir,

                  I have bought HONDA Shine Motor Cycle (Engine No: JC36E 9012487, Frame No: ME4JC36 4M68008073 from PEEYEM HONDA, Kannothumchal, Kannur (District), Kerala, India, on[protected]. It was next day I realized there no bolt on Kick starter as well as the Kick starter was an old one. I complained this problem to the particular showroom and only bolt was fitted.
                  After each free service there were some complaints (eg. Either not fitted the battery terminal screw or loosening of the clutch etc) I used to go again after each service.

                  When last paid service was over[protected] there is no smoothening in driving.
                  When I go through it I found that brake adjustment and chain were too tight and handle adjustment is in the wrong position, also back shock absorber were not clearly adjusted.
                  When I went there to correct the faults, they told that the back shock absorber is weak.
                  I have covered only 19500 Km only and single use only.
                  After the last free service I felt some fault in shock absorber, I suspect that they have change my shock absorber with another.
                  I have informed these complaints to Mr.Mukundan (Mob.[protected] Service Manager PEEYEM HONDA, Kannothumchal, Kannur (District), Kerala, India) more than five times, once directly and rest through phone calls. Each time he asked the details and told that he will send details by email to the concerned authorities. Yet, I didn’t get any response from them. What shall I do…….?
                  They are only interested in sales. Only less facilities is available in the service station (only Five bike at a time). Whenever I reach there I could find some disputes between customer and staff. Whenever we call the complaint phone number([protected]) we didn’t get any response. Due to high demand of the commodity (Motor cycle) the less consideration to the customers (Kannur showroom) is mainly found among the staff and management now a days. I hope the company will accept this complaint and will provide solution.

When I inform the manager he is pushing out these complaints after hearing. They are being done like this because they r having Monopoly of servicing honda in my district Palakad, Kerala.

                  Honda Shine — Manufacturing defect found in the vehicle,poor mileage

                  1. Manufacturing defect in the handle i.e, seating of the handle is incorrect resulting in imbalance while driving

                  3.Poor service provided in Palace Honda.

                  4.Engine doesn't respond correctly and jerks are found during morning and also during night.

                  As I paid 52, 000 hard earned money to your company, i want my money to be refunded or the bike should be replaced as early as possible.

                  This was our earlier complaints in spite of replacement of parts the problem still persists. therefore its the manufacturing defect in the vehicle and hence i want to change the vehicle at the earliest

                  there is oil lickege from engine block from the bying date (17 nov.2008) purchaded from millenium honda sangli problem is not solved yet after fourth servising .they are changing only packings while lickege starts from the centre of block. i am wishing for the replacementof the block

                  I have purchased one honda shine on dated 20/01/2008 fron M/S Sahil Honda Jabalpur (M.P), After six month one tyre has been brust automaticaly and I have purchaed that tyre from your service center because your service people are not hearing our problum.

                  And now we have observe right side footrest bracket broken automaticaly on last december 2008.That time your service people had done welding and i had paid chargeg for this welding. But now same parts agen broken from last welded place and other place also. We have seemed your service persion and discussd to them. As per him this is broken case and this is chargeble.

                  As per me this problum is running from waranty period and same parts had broken three time from different place. It mins this is your manifecturing fault. But your service people is not taken seriusly my problum.

                  i have taken my bike Honda Shine (Registration no OR -01M 3277) for its last (i.e. sixth Frees service) at Honda Service (Raj Kumar Auto Mobile TE-6 Janata Market Gole Bazar KGP )at Kharagpur (West Bengal) . The vehical was taken by the service provider at 1100 hrs on 23 octd 2009 for servicing ( vide Job Card No 2676 dt 23 Oct 09) and delovery time was given 1730 on the same day. At the delivery time, i was told that vehical service is done and engine oil has been changed but, when i checked the vehical 's horn, which was not working prior to service, then i was told that service was not done.
                  so i was forced to collect the vehical unserviced .
                  while way back to My Institute (IIT Kharagpur) on the way my vehical got stopped as all the petrol (appx 2 litres) was taken out during its halt at the Showroom.

                  I purchased a Honda motorcycle, with chassis number ME4JC366AA8377840 from your dealerLakshmi honda Unit Of AR.AS.P.V.P.V Cars PVT.LTD Plot No. 47/2c 2 Theni Main Road.at Madurai on Tamil Nadu I have ridden the vehicle for just four days and covered 50 kms. The inner cable of my vehicle broke, when I was riding it on Friday, but when I took the vehicle to the showroom, the service manager a very rude man told me that I would have to purchase a entire cable set for more than Rs 200 whereas the cost of the broken inner cable costs just Rs 18



                  I am very disappointed with the approach of the service manager, who is rude and not ready to address the simple grievance of a new customer. As a media man I have heard that Honda has one of the worst sales and service all over India, but this is my first personal experience of this drawback.



                  My problem is not purchasing the new cable but the attitude of the employees of the showroom, who treated me well till I purchased the vehicle and now refusing to even listen to my problem. I also have experience to know that the cable could not have snapped as it did if it already did not have a problem or was faulty.

                  I am very disappointed with the approach of the service manager, who is rude and not ready to address the simple grievance of a new customer. As a media man I have heard that Honda has one of the worst sales and service all over India, but this is my first personal experience of this drawback.

                  Honda Shine — Manufactering defect in the vehicle

                  Sir,
                  I have purchased Honda Shine bike from your authorised dealer Palace Honda Mysuru on[protected].
                  Whereas my vehicle gives a less milage of 48kmpl and engine gives lot of noise and the handle bar is having defect even there is leakage of engine oil continuously and poor visibility of head light during night.
                  The front wheel is totally defective hence there is wobbling and it becomes difficult to control the vehicle.I left my vehicle for servicing and told the dealer about all these problems it has defened to their ears and they are unable to solve my problem as vehicle is under warranty,I kindly request you to change my defective vehicle with a new one orelse repay my hard earned money Rs52,000 back. Or else I will be forced to go to the consumer court.

                  Honda Unicorn is the most smoothest (even smoother than R15 & ZMR( I have them both), comfortgiving commuter bike having a milage of around 46-52 km/l in Kolkata roads.Has got a top speed of 116km/hr when milage drops to 35 km/l. But who wants to buy it after having a taste of the Todi Honda service centre, the only service centre of kolkata. They only change the engine oil in the name of service, treats the customers as street dogs. They fits the parts of a different bike and says parts have been replaced. Please do something otherwise the goodwill of bike will also be unable to attract customers, and nawadays the competition is getting stiffer.

                  Sub: Power Steering Pump Failure
                  I am owner of the Honda Civic Car reg. No. DL4CAH-1739
                  I had been facing problem with the staring. I had approached your Sales & Service centre at Peera Garhi under the name of Rind Road Honda, Delhi. I had purchased the car from the same place and the car was being services by them. I have purchased the extended warrantee from them as well. The Car is still covered under the same.
                  On checking the car they told me that the steering pump had fault replacement of which would cost apx. 35, 000.00. But they stressed upon that the fault / cost was not covered under the warrantee.
                  On approaching the other service centre South End Motor at Badarpur, Delhi, I was informed that the fault was covered under warrantee but I should go to Ring Road Honda for the same.
                  I took the Car back once again same day. The car is with them since then. They informed me that the faulty part will be replaced but after the same would be inspected and approved by the surveyor.

                  After the Car is was lying with them for 5 days, no action was taken by them. After complaining to the company at [protected], the surveyor was sent to attend the car. The Car is still with them
                  But the surveyor turned down the coverage by citing the reason that the Car was service was 3000 km late in one instant out of 8 services in two years.
                  Though another service was delayed by 500Km.
                  I would to ask your esteem company, that I have been travelling a lot and I fail to understand, even if the car was serviced in time, the part in question is not a part which is serviced during these maintenance services.
                  On calling on the company I was offered a 25% discount on total bill. I do not accept this consideration by the company.
                  I request you to get the part replaced at the company cost. The Car has done only 42000 km. In case these parts are failing, I wonder about the quality of other parts as well. I have not bough a ordinary cheap car and I do expect the car to prove its worth.
                  I kindly request you to reconsider and get the parts replaced free of charge.
                  I will appreciate your consideration for the same. I trust being a company of high repute and would justify the reputation and satisfy your customer.
                  In other scenario, I will be left with no option but to approach the consumer court and other means available to me.

I Servicing the bike at of your dealership in Delhi/NCR but the dealer was unable to deliver the desired Service. Following I feel are back breaking for your company:

                  Feed back from them is that no stock with them & the HONDA Company is not deliverng the material for long time .

When i got my RC book after 2 months i came to know that there was mistake in printed name, which was already written correctly in there documents. Till today the RC book is not getting corrected from the dealer (VJ Honda Dombivli). Even when we call them they just said hold on after 10 to 15 min they put the call.                   I would like to draw your attention to very poor customer care and customer attention.I booked for Honda Shine bike on Oct, 31, 2010 at Swarup Motors Pvt Ltd, B-1218 GD Colony, Mayur Vihar Phase-III, Delhi-110096 and same I did not received till date.Every time I contacted Dealer he told me that company is not supplying bikes.10 days back I asked for refund of my booking amount of Rs.2000.00 and that also I did not get till date.It is simply frustrating and undesirable.

                  I am unsatisfied with the services provided by the Mayank Honda Agency, Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh). It has been many times that the problem is reported with the bike but the problem still persists with the bike. I had bought the Honda Shine bike from there itself on 23rd august, 2010 and the services provided by them was unsatisfactory to me. Please take some strict action against the respective authority. Now as the vehicle has met an accident on 19 / 05 / 2011 at Manor-Vikramgad Road , Near Vikramgad village , Taluka – Vikramgad , District-Thane . The accident spot is almost 100 kms. From my residence .
                    The surveyor had placed that the frontside bumper was missing at the time of inspection and for that reason the claim of the frontside bumper has not been accepted and the payment for the frontside bumper has been rejected . I request your kindself that is it possible that the Dumper hitting the Car from frontside and dragging the vehicle to almost 12’-0” to 15’-0” and after the accident , do you expect that the driver or the persons sitting in the vehicle will look after the broken pieces of the frontside bumper instead or they will look after the injuries of themselves or their collegues .
                    Now as the company has mentioned that the broken pieces of the frontside bumper were not available , the company will not pay me the compensation against the frontside bumper . So please consider my request that I was not driving the vehicle without the frontside bumper . The said Bumper has been damaged in the process of the accident the only thing had happened that I or my companions could not even think of collecting the pieces of the damaged bump[er . So please consider my request and release the cost of the frontside bumper .
                    Also , I would like to draw your attention about that while the vehile was dragged , the rear side part of the left side was damaged , the same also has not been considered in the parts to be replaced or repaired on the leftside of the vehicle . The said vehicle requires to be repainted fully after removing the dents on the left side rear portion . So please kindly consider the said request and release the said claim at the earliest . Or else I shall feel that it was not worth taking the insurance policy with Iffco-Tokio General Insurance Company Ltd. Mumbai .

                      Hi,
                      I bought a Honda CB Twister in the month of february'2011. This month i have given my bike for servicing along with some replacement in the part.

                      Usually the normal service takes 1 day for giving it back to the customer. But in one of the service center near Indira Nagar, Bangalore, they kept the vehicle for 2 days telling that the parts will be replaced and finally i got the bike with the same condition without any replacement of parts.

                      I am very much disappointed about the service and asked to atleast inform if parts are not available. But instead, they were arguing with me for a long time.

                      This is not at all a customer satisfaction company. They are just doing their jobs. Since it is a Free service, they are not at all taking care of my vehicle.

                      This is very bad experience to me and all of them who has the Honda vehicles, please make sure every thing is done while getting it back.

                      This is just for an awareness of the people who has honda vehicles.

                      i m submitting his complain just to remind u that a a couple of month back i have registered a complain on ur website abt the same problem but to my frustation there is no action were taken from ur side, i had purchased blue honda CB Twister bike in july 2010 i.e. last year and due to a unfortunate accident in last week of jan. 2011 this year i have to submit my bike in service center in first week of feb.2011, now its going to b almost 5 months and my bike is still in service center despite me talking to d authorities regularly as well as complained at ur website once, my bike is on loan and i m paying Rs 1693/month for it n still not using it from last 5 months, total time of purchase being almost 12 months. Evryone was saying earliar to me that honda's bikes r good bt service is poor, i ignored them and purchased the bike selling my old bajaj's pulser bike but now from ur such pathetic service u have proved them right :-(

                          Sir, I have bought a honda Aviator from Vah Auto Pvt.Ltd Chippi tank Begum bridge road Meerut on date 10/6/2010.
                          I got my 1st service on 07/07/2010.
                          after the 2nd service on 9/10/2010, the performance of my battery started to decline, In regard of this problem I visited the service centre, they told me that they would sort out my problem in the third service,, which was done on 07/1/2011.
                          but when they were trying to open the battery terminals they broke it, and they put there mishandling and irresponsible behaviour on me. they Told me that its not there responsibility to take care of the battery but instead of helping me and sorting out my problem they sent me to the exide battery dealer at ramleela grnd on delhi road. he announced that we dont handle such cases, its the duty of service centre. after that i came to the service centre but they did nothing to help me. but instead they again sent me to dealer. And on that the service centre manager Mr. YADAV blamed me that i have tried to open it my own and i brought a broken battery to them. after a 2 months regular attendance at there office they said they would provide me with the battery only at one condition that if i pay half the cost of the battery. with a heavy heart i said that i would pay for it, just for there irresponsibilities i have to pay 1000 rs my time and petrol.
                          but even after 4 months they din't arranged for the battery and after 6 months they raised there hands and said they could do nothing for battery. and silently said that the warranty and claim has expired because it has gone beyond one year. and sir all this duration i have to kick start the vehicle all the time, and became a joke in my circle. and still my aviator is witout the battery.
                          SIR PLEASE HELP ME REGARDING THIS PROBLEM, as soon as possible.

                            Mr. Rajendra Prasad Singh having a HEROHONDA bike CBZ XTREME (OR-02-BL-2333). I purchased this from BHARAT MOTERS LTD, BHUBANESWAR. ORISSA on 27.11.2010. When I took this for 4th servicing on 11.06.2011 I got some noise in engine. When I complained about it the serviced man said this is normal sound and it stay as long as your bike. That time I ignore that but now sound got louder and louder that I feel very uncomfortable to ride this. Today when I went to service station and meet manager Mr. Panda he said came on Monday and it will take another 3 to 4 working days put your bike at service station and you have to wait for it. Another thing is I applied for PASSPORT on date 04.12.2010 having receipt no. C 686893 and I submitted Rs.150/- on that time also when I applied this Mrs. Fatima said it will reach in 15 days by courier on your address today my 6th follow-up but still I couldn't able to got this every time I got not satisfied answer. I'm very big fan of HERAHONDA but these are so hurting is this type of service providing HEROHONDA..???? Please help me about all this mater. I'm very fade up about this type of service.

                                I purhased the Honda Stunner Bike in October 2010. And within eight month bike could not able to self start.

                                Even it is a battery problem , ( told by Honda & personal Mechanics) It could not be happen.
                                Beacaus HONDA is a branded & having better goodwill in the Market , using EXIDE batteries in their products , which is also branded.

                                Finally , the company is not ready to replace the battery ( On Cash ) by giving the reason that , it is unavailable in the Market.

                                I want to buy the battery on cash basis and they are refusing. It means all the production of Batteries ( Exide ) are made only for warranty replacements and not for sale in the Market.

                                It means there is tie up between the Honda & Exide to give trouble to the consumers.

                                Please look into the Matter.

                                Still having Self Start problem and it's since purchased time.

                                I ADVICE, NEVER BUY HONDA VEHICAL AT ALL, GO WITH YANAHA OR HERO

                                  i have purchased a scooter activa from your dealer Shree ram Honda on 6th may, from very first week i am having problem with battery scooter never starts with switch have to kick every time. i have talked to dealer about this once he charged the battery and send me back but didnt work for a day, next working day i went at showroom and temporary he change with service battery saying this battery will go to company till that wait. service battery is also not working and i am waiting for my original battery.
                                  sir i am afraid if i get the battery and still it won't work then what to do and in between warranty period will also finish. please adwise what to do

                                    i purchased my Hero Honda hunk on[protected].i purchased the bike from Sri Lakshmi motors,malakpet,hyderabad. It is giving mileage of 34kmpl. i complained about this for more than 3 times. the mechanic of the showroom told me that he adjusted the carburetor and it'll give a mileage of 45 to 48. but the same problem continues.... so for the 4th time i complained... now he is saying that the mileage will increase after 4 services... my frnd and i purchased two bikes at a time but from different showrooms.... he is getting perfect mileage....

                                        I have purchased the bike Glamour on 22/2/2011 from the above mentioned dealer.After 20 days of purchase,the problems started in my bike that are as follows.
                                        1.engine oil leakage from all packings of engine like head block,gas-kit,central engine
                                        2.over heating with black smoke.
                                        3.poor breaking system.
                                        4.poor mileage(30km/l)
                                        I approached the dealer with the above problems but he ignored my complaints and misbehaved with me and sent me to service center without any proper instruction to his repairing staff.
                                        In first service on 23rd march 2011,coupon no:15996,they retained my bike for three days and repaired the engine leakage but the problems remained unsolved.
                                        Within 15 days the problem again started in the engine and I took the bike to service center but they ignored the problems.
                                        On 22nd may 2011, in second service,coupon no:2246,with all the same problems,but they returned the bike after 3 days with same problems.After the second service,the bike has been repaired three times in service center on the dates mentioned below.
                                        1.10th June 2011
                                        2.17th June 2011(job card no:1193)
                                        3.on 25th june 2011(job card no:327)
                                        Four months have passed since I purchased the bike,the bike has been repaired 5 times and retained in the service for 3 days each time.
                                        and the dealer nither solved the problems nor repaired the bike properly. I have wasted a lot of my time amd irritated with behaviour of the dealer and the problems of the which are still not solved.
                                        The performance of the bike has become worst and engine oil leakage,poor mileage,overheating with black smoke problems still persists.
                                        I request the company to take strict action against the dealer and arrange to either repair the bike or replace the bike or engine.
                                        Otherwise i am compelled to take legal action.

                                        hero honda/glamour bike — bike faulty

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have purchased a hero honda bike(Glamour) on date 03/12/2011.
                                        The bike has a problem that the handle is not good and shake always, so it may tends to accident.
                                        I took the bike for servicing for 2 times but they cheat me.
                                        it is being mental harassment for me.
                                        No spares provided by the company.
                                        I had purchased CBZ Xtrem from City Motors Thirupur, coimbatore(dist), Tamil Nadu(state), India. before 2 years.

                                        Before 5 months my bike Indicator my broken in an accident, I let my bike for service in City motors Thirupur,
                                        There is no spare indicators for my bike in the showroom, and there is no proper response for the dealer,
                                        they just saying we have put an order,
