I am using HONDA Shine Red Stiker(BR32C 6678) & HONDA Shine New Model(BR06W 1178). After a minor accident of my Moter byke (HONDA Shine Red Stiker) some Hardware Parts required to repair. When my brother Mr. Rajesh Purvay reached at your Authorised Partner( Prashant Motors, Madhubani Bihar0 ) after shown the byke some parts billed by your Authorised Partner as mentioned -1.-Cowl FRT 2.-Cabel Speed Meater 3.- Clutch Liver 4.-Rubber Step 5.- Merror(Left) and also not provide the oreginal bill on 25/07/2011 at 04:00PM.When my Repair Engg. open the parts Box for repair COWL,FRT found diffective and without Stiker and the Merror is not matched the byke. when next day at First Hour my brother again visit at your Authorised place he rudely said the parts is not Exchanged or Refundable and Steaker not available at the store. he kept us in darkness to sell his diffective COWL FRT and Merror.we request more time but they are not lestning and also rude misbehabe and shout with us.We tried more time to Complaint at your Customer Care Officer on[protected],2340027 but not Picked the phone or no response.when we contact on[protected] he said this line is not to Customer Support kindely write Mail to us.
HONDA is a big name in 2wheler Company and we believed at the Compny Product and services.we are not expecting this type of worst service provide by your person or Dealer. I am also running a Medical Agency and Medical Store and we also provie the Customer service.Kindely see the attachment.

    I Adith residing in bangalore purchased a new honda unicorn bike in the month of january.i just finished my third service and completed 6000km since the first onwards shockabsorb suspension problem(sounds coming when its falling gutter or in bumps).i noticed to the service people from the first service only.But they are not yet rectified my issue.Now they are asking me to replace and pay for the same.
    Kindly do the needful on my important issue as earlier as possible.

      This is to inform u that there was a Big Cheat done by ur Hero Honda Service Centre Employees situated at Ranchi (Jharkhand ) Auto Byke Main Road .Sir I had deposited my Bike having Number Jh-01W-8233 as on 04.08.2011 by Receiving a Job Card Number 16894 dated 04.08.2011 & there was a Service Issue which I had cleared to ur Represtative that I need the Normal Service with Mobil Change & also there was a little bit sound on Engine when byke has start up & Run & get the Confirmation from ur Person that he will let us Know about the Exp incurred in byke .But Unfortunately nobody can make a call in last five Days & I had Chese Up five time for my Bike but every time mis guideness got from ur Representative like that Abhi Apka Paper nahi Mila hai , Byke kon Recd Kiya tha , Hum Apko Call karke Bata Rahe Hai like that .
      And Now Today without Any Prior Information I had sent My Employee to take My Byke , So they had made a Exp of Rs 9456/- How a Big Company like U has made this Kind of Cheat, Without Prior Notification n Confirmation U can not make any Changes in Customer Vehical & that'why all the Service centre is taking a Contact Number of Customer to call him for Any Updation.Sir I need my Bike Return Back in Same Condition & giving assurance that Never went to Any service Centre of Hero Honda Service Stattion for this Kind of Bad & Poor Service .

        DEAR SIR,
        I HAVE PURCHASED CBZ EXTREEM BIKE IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY,
        BIKE WAS GOOD AND VERY SMOOTH RUNNING IN BEGNING. BUT NOW IT MAKING TOO MUCH SOUND AND ENGINE VIBRATION SOUND. I REQUEST TO CHADDA MOTORS AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF HERO HONDA IN DHARWAD. BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSING PROPERLY AND ALSO NOT GIVING GOOD SERVICE. SO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AND HELP ME. OTHERWISE I AM READY TO FILE CASE AIN CONSUMER COURT.

          we are not not at all getting good response from the workshop of fortune honda in
          neredmet malkajgiri Hyderabad,,no quqlity no proper recieving and not even
          basic assistance is provided frm the workshop,today i went to workshop for
          my byk servicing and there is no one over there to atleast assist regarding and
          more over the response is too bad which brings a very bad mark on honda,so please
          look in to this and do the need full
          Respected Sir
          I have bought new honda stunner but it contains some sort of vibration problem. When I want to raise speed beyond 50, it starts vibrating so much that i cant drive beyond that speed. I have to slow it down, vibration is of my bike's big problem.
          I took it to your official honda dealer (C R Scooters) and they suggest me to replace carburettor but the problem still exist and they do not have any solution for it.
          So suggest me how to fix this problem?
          Any spare parts I should replace or how to repair it so that i cant get rid off this problem.

            i have perches Hond CB Twister bike. i have complete 2td service but bike is not proper work bike head lamp drop water in light i was telling service center workers. but he is not solving my problems.
            2) Gear problems occur gear hanging at that time changing gear.
            3) company telling about average near about 70 km/lit
            but my bike is on gives me 50km/lit why?

              My bike hero honda glammer 's centre lock not working , On 13.7.2011 I Put my Bike Glammer, Bike Registration No. DL9SAD7139 to M/s K.S. Automobiles for Bike Servicing after checking my bike Mechanic say your bikes lock faulty and replce it but service supervisor not agree to replace lock after a long 02 hours request he say me ok i place a order you conductme after one week , but they are not replaced above lock so i complaint customer care , and continue telephonic request he call me ( mr. neeraj ) on 5.8.2011 for recheck for bike I reached 0800am , neeraj say me you come after 1630pm , I went There at 16;30 to take Bike, I was shocked he say me above lock is not availabel in my store and he say i am not give warrenty for this lock I asked why, He was not able to give satisfied answer.

              sir I lapsed a long 28 days , i complaint customer care and service centre many time they are not responding till date I am vey sorry to announce that i will never in my life will purchase anything related to Hero Honda Never will advice to anyone to go for this Company.

              i am felling extreme humility & in my life i am going first time to consumer Court for this behaviour of Service provider .

                My name is Mr.Naveen kumar i have purchased a new bike from Tribhuvan Motors in M.G road Mangalore .. six months back ,, and i had given it for 3 rd free service on 6 th of this month ... i had regular complaints of head light dome set vibration .. it has been rectified but the dealer has charged for it .. and screw was removed by the dealer on the second free service ,,, i told the dealer so , but no action was taken ... in third free service they placed new one and they charged for it ... it is a clear picture the dealer works men when we keep our vehicle for service they will remove the original one for their purpose and say all this cock and bull stories ,, i kindly request u too take action immediately and we shall feel the hero honda ride good for ever ...

                  I have purchase Honda cb twister regn. No Mh 12 gj 3301 on 22/10/2010 from aero wheels pune. since iam facing problem while riding as bike jurks above 60 speed and gears are not working properly i have gone to service station 8-9 times but they told me that company not providing. spair parts so please solve the problem immediately.

                  I had purchased Honda Twister new bike on 13/12/2011 from Baramati Saraf Honda and after 7 months rear tyre of TVS has got damaged means, 2-3 side fractures on rear TVS tyre with tyre number SEP[protected]/100//18 5SP.                       I am very much sorry to write that services provided by Honda activa dealer is of very low quality in nature . i bought new honda activa from OM sai Honda (Kandivali W) Mumbai in Apr 2010. i got 4 free services but after buying i found that 2 were chargeable. thae quality of service is so low that they just only wash the vehicle and hand over to the customer. many times i complainted that there is problem in statrting the vehicle but they did not noticed it and every time asking for money in the name of new services.
                      Last month i went for 1st paid services, i paid Rs. 528 for it but i was so upset when i was returning to home and vehicle got off. i tried to start but in vain. then i went to an road service shop and he told me that there was water in carborater , thats why it was getting started and there was no water in batterry. so major thing was ignored by them.

                        i am getting 25234 points through your herohonda passport scheme. Today (5/08/2011) i am servicing my bike at law bike, 39/2, vadgaon bk, sinhgad road, pune 51

                        i am complete 25000 point so i am demanding gift form dealer. that time they say...

                        1- your passport is old so your are not able for gift. ( i have book type passport). you can go and complaint any where and next time you do not come here for servicing. we have no seal (stamp) three year before we thou it in dasbin.

                        2- Company is divided. so passport program also change. your are fullish so use passport. company is earn lot of money in these way.

                        3- company website also change. so we don't no where go for complent. we have no complent book here.

                          Hi,

                          I have bought Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme in Feb2011. Recently the bike is switching off in rain. It won't start even after multiple attempts. The bike seems to work fine when there is no rains.

                          I took it to the showroom 'Pratibha Motors, Dange Chowk,Pune'. But didn't get proper response or solution to my problem. I have also raised a complaint in the Query section of Hero MotoCorp. But even after a week i have received no response till date. Facing lot of problem because of this issue as it is my only mode of daily commute.

                            Sub :Fooling Customers with false advertisement

                            Due to tough competition, Honda City have been advertising about their price reduction in almost all the places stating starting price 7.45Lakhs. Please see at top, they have even put their advertisement in this site. I Have received a quote from a dealer about the price for the entry model E-MT and thats 7.49 as advertised but all the dealers are saying that they stopped the production on that model recently and car will be available only after second week of october. They were trying to sell the next variant which is 1lakhs more and the feature is not worth for a lakh and also the % of price reduction is very less for this & next variant as comparer to E MT. I stopped my plan to buy the Honda City as though we are sure cars are available, they are not selling and they are trying to sell the next variant and one sales rep informally told the E MT model cars are available and as per instruction, they stopped selling though the cars are available.

                            Couple of days before, again a sales rep callled me and the car is available now and can come & book the E MT model. After 4 or 5 confirmation in a day from sales rep, and as informed I went to olympia show room @ 10.30. There they again started the same thing, the car is not available and they were almost forcing for the next variant. I really got irritiated as they have changed the things in 12 hours. Even I book the car with 1 lakhs or 50K, I cant take the car at today's price and really not sure whats that booking mean.

                            My compliant here is 'If the car is not in production or they stopped production that variant, why the hell they are advertising in all the forums that the price starts @ 7.49 Lakhs and why are they fooling customers". If they are not selling the car, they are not supposed to advertise like this.

                              Dear Sir,

                              It is to inform that I have repaired my motorcycle as accidental through ICICI Lombard Claim No. MOTO2106004 from the bikers automobiles which is works under on the ID of Khanna Automobiles located at H-3, Block Vikas Puri (Near Petrol Pump), New Delhi-110 018, the parts which has been changed and used for repairing, the parts are not in genuine form and I am not satisfied with the services provided by them. My bike has been kept for repairing from the last 25 days, after 25 days, I haven't received any favourable response from the agency and my bike is not performing well, which is causing me financial loss, as due to non availability of genuine parts.

                              Hence, it is requested that my complaint may be forwarded to M/s Khanna Automobiles for whom the ID is being used by Bikers Automobiles at H-3, Block, Vikas Puri, New Delhi.

                                Hi,

                                I live in a joint family in Thane, Maharashtra, India and We own 3 honda cars one of which is a Honda Civic1.8 2007 model (2 others being Honda City and Honda Accord). Needless to say, we are Honda fans and put in a lot of trust in the Honda brand.

                                I had parked my car on the station road and when I returned there was a damage on the right rear door along with the handle and right rear panel attached to the door. I gave my car to Hallmark Honda in India, Maharashtra, Thane (a suburb of Mumbai) to be repaired under insurance.

                                I gave my car to repair executive 'Wayne' at the Honda Service center. Wayne worked out the cost details for me and told me that out of the total expenses i.e Rs.19,997 I will have to pay Rs.1,997 out of pocket and the balance amount will be covered under insurance.

                                I received a cheque of Rs.12,337 instead of approx Rs.18,000 from my insurance carrier. Besides, the work done was not upto the standard, and before receiving the car, I made several remarks on the receipt and I was assured that the pending work will be covered on my next visit to the service center.
                                When I called back Hallmark Honda repair executive 'Wayne', his superior 'Vinod' said I was supposed to receive approximately Rs.14,000.

                                It bothered me even more when I called 'Vinod’ the day after his call to me, and he was not ready to even receive my call. Some how, by calling from various other numbers to protect my number from flashing on his phone, I reached him and he said "I am trying to call the insurance surveyor but he is not answering" and asked me for some time to resolve this issue.

                                Next day again the same story. I had to call 'Vinod' from some other number then he said "Sir, Wayne is not keeping well and he is not coming from past one week. I will call you back after discussing this with 'Wayne'. "

                                Day after day, there is no call from 'Vinod'. I don't understand why don't they discuss all this before the car servicing started and atleast they should have a courtesy to call back and keep me informed. As if this is also our duty as a customer of Honda, for which they are getting paid.

                                The staff at Hallmark Honda Thane branch is so irresponsible, when they don't know how to work why do they take the responsibility? I asked Vinod to get me connected with Mr. Mehta who is presumably the owner/director of the company, and he declined to do so, leaving me no option but to connect with Honda directly to resolve this issue.

                                It has been about 14 days since the time I raised this issue with Vinod from Hallmark Honda Thane service center, and the runaround that these guys are giving me is causing me a lot of mental torture to the tune of mental breakdown. I request you to look into this matter on an urgent basis and resolve, else I will be forced to pursue legal action.

                                  I purchased HONDA CB TWISTER on 26/6/2010. Initial few months I could not ride as I was out of city due to official trip. When I started using regularly I found that FUEL COCK is defective as it is not giving any RESERVE indication. Due to this I got stranded in the middle of the road couple of times.

                                  When approached the dealer they told that company is not shipping the required part so better lodge a complaint with company. I lodged a complaint on Honda web site on 12/06/2011. But till date I have not received a single call from company.

                                    I want to purchase new Honda shine and i contacted dealer but he is telling that i will have to wait minimum five months however the show room have so many bikes in its store..

                                    dealer is making intentionally making scarcity of bike in market
                                    so he can earn more money by selling bikes in black.

                                    i want purchase bike within this month.

                                      i had purchased a bike splender nxg in jan.2010 from kipps auto . on30may2011 had given my bike to service with complaint about self start is not working. after service centre told me that self switch near clutch is not working and it is out of stock.after 4 or 5 rounds service centre repeats the same answer out of stock....demand is gone....it is just 2 months gone but my problem is as it is.please solve

                                        I HAVE A HONDA CB TWISTER PURCHASED ON 20TH AUGUST 2010 FROM BOLPUR, SANTINIKETAN. RECENTLY I HAD TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO MALDA BECAUSE OF MY JOB. ON 30TH JULY 2011 I FOUND THE MOTOR CYCLE IS HAVING SOME PROBLEM. I WENT TO THE LOCAL HONDA SHOWROOM i.e. "NEW HONDA, MALDA-732103". THERE I WAS INFORMED THAT CLUTCH PLATE IS NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. AS MY BIKE WAS UNDER THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD, I DEMANDED A FREE SERVICE. BUT THEY REFUSED AND ASKED FOR RUPEES 700. SO I WAS FORCED TO GIVE MY MOTOR CYCLE TO A LOCAL GARAGE FOR SERVICING INSTEAD OF THE SHOWROOM. I HAVE A HIGH NEED OF THE VEHICLE AS I AM A JOURNALIST BY PROFESSION. NOW, I WANT A REPLY FROM YOUR END THAT WHY THE SHOWROOM REFUSED TO GIVE A FREE SERVICE THOUGH MY VEHICLE WAS UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I ALSO DEMAND A COMPENSATION FOR THE AMOUNT WHICH I WILL NEED TO PAY IN THE GARAGE AND ALSO FOR THE INCONVENIENCE I HAD TODAY AND GOING TO HAVE IN NEXT 2-3 DAYS AS I WILL GET BACK MY MOTOR CYCLE ONLY AFTER 2-3 DAYS. I WILL PROVIDE A SCAN COPY OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS OF MY VEHICLE IF YOU ASK FOR. I WILL BE WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE IN THIS REGARD. THANK YOU.
