Hp Gas Service — not respond to telephone for gas booking

hello sir,
I have been trying to booking for gas through telphone for last four days. this is Telephone number of Vijay Gas service 4024069, this number always engaged.when i went to vijay gas service center the employer said to me . First u purchase gas tube . they didnt want to give any receipt of gas tube. also said to me i[censored] will not purchase this tube . we will not book any gas ...
kindly direct the dealer to book my gas on telephone .My telephone is[protected] ...

dear sir, i m the consumer of hp gas service & my consumer no is 563107 in etah (up)Moti gas service.i wanna a complaint against the dealer.here is so many probs.no1 is-the dealer doesn, t book the refil by the telephone.i m an old man & can, t go the office of the dealer.so i oftenly use the telephone.but now days the dealer stop the telephonebooking service. And 2nd is[protected]the refil is send by the dealer is oftenly low in wait.whatever u precribe on the cylender is oftenly differ.when we go to the dealer about the complaints the dealer says that"i can, t do nothing.i[censored] want carry this or not.i expend the money on the HP gas staff.you can, t do nothing our. sir kindly do any action on my complaint.
