Dear Sir,

I am facing regular problem in getting refil cylinder from JEEVDANI GAS DISTRIBUTORS, Naigaon (E), Dist Vasai.

Consumer no. 616460.

The lead time from placing order for a refill of LPG and actually receiving the cylinder, is 35 days (on the minimum side). Inspite of owning a connection for 2 LPGs, I have not been able to have one LPG in full state ever, for the past 2 years. We are currently surviving on one cylinder. Fresh bookings are taken only 15 days after you have received your cyclinder, and the delivery of the refill will be done only 20 days after booking date. How do you expect a normal household to function in this manner.
for eg. Day 1 - receive refilled cylinder; Day 16 - New order will be accepted ; Day 35 - delivery. All this with 1 LPG constantly lying in vacant condition at the residence.

Every time I visit the Distributor, they will very candidly indicate that till they complete the above cycle they will not be able to service you. However, if we take the empty cylinder on our own to them, they will replace it immediately. No amount of complaints or shoutings help this situation.

I hope the consumer redressal system of HPCL are able to understand this.
This is taking place only in Naigaon (E), whereas for locations like Bhayander and Vasai, the turn around time for delivery is as close to 3 to 5 days, within which you can get your cylinder replaced.

Also, the staff at this distributors are very rude, and sometimes even haul abuses and threats to the consumers.

Can HPCL look into this URGENTLY, and send us a confirmation of action taken, please.

We are really fad up from this dealer of HP Domestic Gas M/s Ashoka Gas. He use to delay in delivery of gas. Please look into this matter.

I made call to them 4-5 times but still they are telling it will come. when it come. Sir we are not getting the gas supply on time. How the company will grow, I know there is no effect if one connection is going to withdraw. But for company this the busineess, but that is also true proverb "MANY A LITTLE MAKES A MICKLE".

I would like to bring to your notice that since last ONE YEAR we are facing great difficulties to refill our Gas Cylenders because of the rude & non-coopration from the GAS AGENCY, MANMAD-423104.

I want to bring it to your notice that the Domestic Gas Cylenders were issued to commercial users ( like Hotels, Taxi, commercial vehicals) on daily basis by the agency & thus creating an artifitial shortfall. It is also learned that the Domestic cylenders were also issued to the Private Vehical Owners for commercial useages which is area of concern.

Even after registring our requirements for Gas Refilling for 40 days we are not gettig our Gas cylenders refilled.

I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO APPOINT AN NEUTRAL SUPERVISOR ON OUR BEHALF TO REGULARISE THE REFILLING & DISTRIBUTION AT THE EARLIEST.

I am sure that you will look in to the matter at the earliest & will regularise the diatribution system.

I am facing problem in getting refill cylinder from ASHANVIT ENTERPRISES, INDORE.

    Dear Agency,

    Pls do needful for us we alredy call your representative at baroda, sama agency. I talk on this nos.[protected], and land line nos.[protected], 2783293. But his reply is not satisfy. Already his service engineer came and repair that faulty cylinder but still lekage is on. Pls do needful for us. It is very dangerous for us. Who is the responsible for the blast? pls do needful asap.

We are facing problem in getting the HP GAS cylinder here.. if I go to book the cylinder, they will act like entering something, but we will not get any cylinder after one month also. Only if we go twice, thrice, they will take booking. And, also they are charing 370/- inspite of taking 345/-. We are getting cylinder once in two months. And, the way they will respond to customers is not at all professional.       HP Gas — delaying delivery & charging extra money

      I am your customer who is using your gas cylinder. i am sorry to say that your customer service is very very poor and there is no body who can listen my complain. At present, they are asking Rs. 200.00. for nor marking of gas cylinder. they marked some black symbols on their cylinder. but my cylinder didn't show that. after that i heard it from my wife and i called dealer, they behave with me very rudely and lasly they told me, send ur wife to our office bcos then i was in office.

        I was cheated by a petrol pump attendant at Joyce service station's HP petrol pump on Sankey road in Bangalore today. I asked for Rs. 400/- worth of petrol to be filled in my car. While the attendant was dispensing petrol, another attendant came behind and asked for the amount. I just turned around to give him the money when the attendant filling petrol reset the dispenser. I am certain that he had reset it at about 350/- and not filled petrol worth 400/-. This practice of diverting the attention and delivering lesser amount of petrol is rampant across all petrol pumps.

        HP Petrol pump attendants are hopeless. Today I filled petrol for Rs 300 near Chandralayout. He stopped near 299.80 and asked me to move. When asked he clearly said that only 20 paise na what will happen?
        He asked me to move to side so that he can serve others. Given the fact that even beggars don't accept 20 paise, these people have attitude worser than them. This is not the first time they are doing this.
        same is happening daily with me in near pune in this area there is only one petrol pump and attendant of petrol pump daily try to cheat petrol from the customers.please help me where to file a complain against him.there are three machine in petrol pump but in rush hours they only give petrol from one machine and try to make everything in hurry meanwhile hey cheat customer by filling less petrol .

          I had received refill cylinder on 27.01.2010. But this is inform to you that the same has been finished on 14.02.2010. Its mean i have used the refill cylinder for 19 days only. I think this was short supplied because we have only 4 member (including 2 children). Earlier one refill cylinder we used for 40-45 days and last 2 times the same have been down for 30 days.             Its reaIly testing patience that dealer of Noble Traders H.P. Gas Agency based at B-10/12A, Ring Road market, Rajouri Garden New Delhi-27 having two phone lines i.e. 25458269 and 25931019 but not picking up in any of the lines. The employees two ladies of the Agency are very rude and troubling consumers by creating shortage.

            I am continuosly trying dealers phone no. for enquiry but nobody is responding the same. Every time I received late delivery from this Agency.As this is a service industry, harsh action should be taken for creating such problem to consumers. Such dealers licence should be cancelled.
            Pls. take action immediately,

              Dear sir,
              We are consumer of your Gas agency 'M/S. Vijay Gas Agency at Naka Hindola in Lucknow, our problem is that cylinders supplied by the agency do not help for even 15 days, and next supply is booked after 21 days only. The day agency is contacted for booking, there is always a flat reply that supply is out of order and very we are contacted by some of the vendors, employed by the agency to buy the cylinder in black. Please help because in spite of W. B. C. we are unable to use cylinder continuously for a month even.

              Same case happens with me also. Same attitude is from M/S Jay Gas Service, Bulaki Adda, Lucknow. Service of HINDUSTAN PETROLIUM Dealers are very poor & unproffessional.

                i applied for allotment of second cylinder on 03.05.08 at HP gas distributor, bund garden branch, Pune_411001(Maharastra) .but till now there is no any action taken by distributor. Every time when i contact to him, always he say second cylinder allotment is still closed.but he had given a new gas connection to others.
                Please observe my problem and take necessary action.

                  Hi,

                  We have registered for a new HP gas connection at Omkar Gas service on Gorebunder road Thane in the month of December to our new residence, we are yet to receive any response for the same.
                  The shops phones are always off the hook and nobody is ever available to provide correct status.
                  The lady who attends to customers in the shop is never available leaving us in a lurch.Me and my husband are working professionals who donot have time to keeping going back n forth to a gas depot.
                  Pls take up the matter sternely and provide a date when the gas will company is going to contact us and get the same delivered.
                  There is no customer service whatsoever from HP gas and being the only gas connection on the gorebunder road area they seem to be taking all the customers for a ride.
                  Hope the urgency of situation is understood and our issue is resolved soon.

                    Indane HAS TO DEVELOP AN DIRECT CUSTOMER HELPLINE so that we are able to circumvent the manipulations of the distributor.

                      i have been hp gas user for the last 7 years and have two connections with u.i have enjoyed decent service. i deal with an agency called yogesh gas agency on hill bandra, mumbai-50, its behind bandra medicals on hill road.
                      of last 4-5 months..i have complete dissatisfaction with the agency and the cylinders it self..
                      firstly- its happened two times that i have got cylinders when ordered for fresh ones..that on useage they turned out to be empty- on complaint and much screaming i was told to take from the starting point of delivery and to pay 100 bucks- seems like its a racket and we have to suffer because 100 bucks get made by using us helpless people!
                      so, to avid this we started to check the cylinders when they get delivered..so that we dnt suffer later. but reallyy why shud we even doing this? and that also despite checking also u get cheated..refer to my point no.3
                      secondly- two times the regulator doesnt work on the cylinder..again have to beg for someone to come and fix the problem and again we are charged..
                      on monday, 9 feb- when i change my cylinder..and put the fresh one..it works for half an hour and goes off..this is the condition of new cylinder???
                      i reported this but still ...had to deal with extremely rude staff..anyways, i let it pass and booked my cylinder was told it will come in 2 days but,
                      its 12 feb today and i am without gas for the last 3 days...its amazing..how a company which advertisied for 24 hrs delivery has such poor service..
                      lastly, when i order my second cylinder..im told 15 days delivery???? is this ridiculous or its how your organisation normally functions???
                      im at wits end and frankly have zero hopes from you people..as corruption and anything goes attitude has become a norm now..
                      i am writing this in hope that some prompt action will be taken..but frankly..im sure nothing will be done.

                      HP Gas !! — Faulty Gas cylinders!!

                      I am very upset with the service and products of HP gas.They use substandard Domestic gas cylinders. When contacted and told the leakage still company is unaware of customer problems.

                      This is to inform you, I received a cylinder on saturday at 6PM dated 19th Jan 2008.I found gas leakage and nosel of the cylinder covered with mseal.Then i informed Mr Puran Sharma whose mobile number was given to me and asked to contact immediately.Mr Sharma was informed and he said to remind me on sunday morning and that was done at 8AM dated 20th Jan 2008.He visited my place around 3pm after i contacted several times. He came and saw and assured me that the leakage cylinder will be changed on monday morning 21st Jan 2008 and he gave a complaint receipt, till now it has not been changed as i talked to him over phone at 1PM dated 21st Jan 2008. He said he was busy and i should have contacted the delivery boy. What a shame as even after informed about the leakage complaints nothing has been done till now. Our lives are at great danger as we keep that cylider out side home.Please take necessary step and do the needful.

                      If things are delayed further our lives will be in constant danger and i have to file complaints at legal manner.

                          I Used to have an HP connection since 2004 in Mumbai, During my final transit to Delhi recently Ive lost my HP transfer papers. Due to which Ive to apply for a new connection, For which Ive deposited a fees of Rs 3640 & relevent identity proof's papers in West Delhi Gas Agency( B1 Janak puri, New Delhi Branch). The owner of this agency was trying to sell Gas Stove with this. When I've denied to this preposition he has refused to alot me new connections by giving various reasons.I'm totally frustrated because of abusive & disgusting behavior of the HP agency owner.
                          HP was always a fair company in my experience, However these dealers make a difference. I dont want to change to some other Gas agency beacuse of this delaer. Can HP help me in getting this problem resolved & take action against these Gas agency owners who left no stone unturned to mallign HP's Image.

                            hi, unfortunately we lost our gas book during shifting process from 1 place to other and everytime we go to hp office they say manager not available and no one else is ready to accept the request form for issuing a new book.its been 2 months we hav been given a run around.its hp gas, branch @r.c.puram and our old consumer #consumer 615644.kindly look into this asap.BTW do we hav an online submission we can do in this case?

                              DEAR SIR,
                              our complaint is fatehpur gas agency dealer of hp gas situated at fatehpur shekhawati dist sikar rajasthan. The dealer is not supplying gas cylinder regular us. they made rule after supply the cylinder the next booking allow after 23 days and they deliver the after 25-30 days, after around total 60 days next next supply the cylinder and simulteniouly hp gas delivering needed cylinder but they blacking half stock of the cylinder just double prise from last three month.

                                Dear Sir / Madam,

                                My woes have started since I moved to Kottayam, Kerala from Mumbai in May, 2008. I live in the heart of the city. The HP Gas distributor in our area M/s Thripthy flames, Kanjikuzhy, Kottayam, uncermoniously shut shop one fine day in November, 2008. The district collector came to the rescue of the customers and transferred our consumer accounts to M/s Hindustan Gas Agencies, Ettumanoor, Kottayam, which is approximately 24 kms. away. The agency had made it clear, that they are not in any position to deliver the cylinders to our residence and has to be collected from their depot.

                                When we started off with the new arrangement, we could book our gas cylinder by calling the agency directly, and subsequently collect the cylinder on a later date. Since, 15th January, 2009, things have changed again. The agency insists that booking of gas cylinders can not be made to them directly but has given a Telephone No. [protected]. It has been impossible to get through, to this no. When I complained to the Gas agency regarding this, their comments were unsympathetic and unhelpfull. They insisted that we can get through to this telephone number very late in the night and our chances would be better if we tried after midnight. They further commented that, if that also does not work, then we should go to the Gas agency and give a written complaint.

                                I believe that their suggestions are not practical and time consuming. I am sure your esteemed organisation could come up with some practical solutions to serve your consumers in Kottayam, Kerala. And my suggestion would be to appoint a fresh agency in our city.

                                Hope to get a positive response and quick action at the earliest.

                                  I applied for an additional cylinder (I have a single cylinder connection) at Shakthi Gas Dist, Raj Palya, Mahadevpura Bangalore. The application was registered on 17-Mar-2008 under the reference number 6390680. However, it is almost a year and I am still struggling to get second cylinder. Everytime I visit the dealer, they give reponses like there is waiting period of 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years. I also wrote to HP Gas Consumer Zone, but there also everytime I am told to wait for another 2 months or so. I can understand that they are just delaying the process, without any actual resolution. This is a string of messages that I have recieved till now:

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I am the resident of Pimple Gurav. I have HP gas connection in my home. We are the customer of Kankariya Gas Agency, New Sangavi. There are many problems of getting the cylinder on time. We have to wait for 21 days to book the cylinder from the previous delivery of the cylinder and after booking the cylinder we can get it after15-20 days by home delivery service. If we want it early then we have to queue up at the godown for couple of hours. We can understand the situation when there was a shortage of cylinder but we are suffering from this late practice from last 3-4 years . Every time they give the period of 15-20 days for home delivery of cylinder and at the same time other agencies in city deliver it within 2 days. Then why is the shortage for this agency only. Isn't it looks quite suspicious.

                                    We got fed up now with such regular delayed. Please do something so that we can get over of this agency made so called shortage. This is not only my complaint but it is of all Sangavian's complaint about the agency.

                                      I just shifted from Nasik to Pune. Before that I submitted Empty Gas Cylindersto agency in Nasik & got papers. When I went to Swami Samarth HP Gas Agency Bhosari they told that we are new customers & we will have to buy entire set of Gas Burner, pipeline & other things. I donnt need all these as i already have it. But still these people made us to take new pipe saying that this is RULE.

                                      Please save people from these such iirelevant policies of GAS AGENCIES.

                                        This is in subject to my HP gas connection and my consumer number is 511744.i dont get delivery till 50 days and the agency named AVINASh ENt., Sri Ram complex, near abbakka circle, ullala, Mangalore

                                        This man is so rude that he bangs the phone down and talks in a harsh manner and he gave gas cylinder of other consumer number 507962 dated 28/1/09, and my own gas still has not recd.If we book the gas he does not even take the order.So many people have complaints that he gives our gas to some other people.and we have been not given hp gas book which he has kept it with himself.And even the delivery reciept he gives only after asking...Pls cancell his agency and give to some one else so that we ll be happy...Pls look after this as early as possible..
