I am a consumer of HP gas since long. Presently we are staying at the following address:

Door 22/A, VISVESWARAYYA STREET-2, OFF CHURCH ROAD, IN FRONT OF WATER TANK, K.K.PUDUR, COIMBATORE-38.

My Consumer No. is 617985 with Rukmini Gas Agency, Coimbatore. I have booked for a cylinder vide
booking no.[protected].01.2009. Till date the cylinder is not delivered. Initially I had my subscription voucher from Muthu Gas Service, Coimbatore, who subsequently transfer it to Rukmini Gas Agency, which is located 9 kms away from our residence.
We are facing a lot of difficulties due to non supply of the cylinder. The employees of the Gas Agency only give false promises of delivery.
Please look into the matter urgently.

    i have complant about there is two cilenders on one name in vikhroli (e) 230 bld, room no 1090 kannamwar nagar . on the name of Avadhut krishnarao shinde. & Sister Anita Krisharao shinde.also on the name of mother Sushila Krisnarao Shinde. Please do take care of the complaint. very emediatly . they will not allow to inter in to the bed room there is one cilender kept for bathroom heater.

      Dear Sir,

      I applied Gas connection transfer from Khamma.
      And the Gas Agency is given Transfer letter.

      And i have submitted the Transfer letter in the Gas Agency near by House in Hyderabad.

      When Hyderabad Gas agency verified the
      Consumer NO: 732900
      Dealer code:959720
      in the Transfer voucher from Khammam Agency it is showing as Invalid, and the agency is not accepting for transfer.

      Please help me how can i fix the same.

          Dear sir/madam,
          During the past about one year we are facing problem for booking LPG from HP Gas agency (Jyothi Gas Agency, Visakhapatnam) on telephone; the phone is either found engaged or there is no response on the phone even after trying for hours together. This has been brought to the notice of the concerned HP PRO but no improvement. Further, there is no response on the toll free no of HP, advertised so greatly[protected].
          I don't know whom to approach now for resolving this problem !!

          My name is Parveen kumar,

          I want to say that i have booked my gas on dt. 29 jan. 09 and we have to get our gas on wednesday or thursday, but till dt. 10 Feb. 09 we have not receive our gas.
          We have DBC connection but our both cylinders is empty and we are facing great problem.
          When we want to book our gas than they says when we despatch the cylinder on your home from that date, you have to count 21 days, and after that your new cylinder can be booked.

          Now our both cylinders is empty and we are not able to book our gas till we get our old booked gas cylinder.

          I want to know that this problem is all over india or it is only in our area.

          I wont be surprised if they have been giving gas on your consumer number to some other third party.
          DEAR SIR, WE ARE IN TIRUPUR, AND OUR HP GAS DEALERS PHONE IS BUSY ALL TIME. INBETWEEN IT RINGS AND NOBODY PICKS UP AND VERY NEXT FEW MINUTES IT IS BUSY. TO BOOK THIS GAS WE HAVE TO SIT IN FRONT OF PHONE FOR HOURS. AND ALSO THE ATTITUDE OF THE LADY SITTING THERE IS REALLY RUDE. ONCE I BOOKED AND I WAS WAITED FOR ONE WEEK AND WHEN I CALLED HER AGAIN SHE REFUSED COMPLETLY THAT SHE HAS TAKEN THE BOOKING AND VERY CONVENIENTLY SHE IS TELLING THAT NOW I HAVE TAKEN THE BOOKING AND IT WILL COME TO YOU IN 4 DAYS. I HAVE ONLY ONE CYLINDER CONNECTION AND I STRUGGLED FOR THOSE 10 DAYS.

          KINDLY MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND THAT THEY HAVE TO BE CORDIAL AND COURTEOUS WHEN THE SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER.

          IF YOU DO NOT BELEIVE PLEASE ONCE CALL TO THE BELOW NUMBER AND TRY TO BOOK THE GAS ([protected]) . NOT ONE TIME, EVERY TIME I EXPERIENCE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL MANNE FROM THE DEALER.

          Every time when we want to book a gas cylinder, the numbers are busy for the dealer.And if we get the cylinder booked it takes minimum 15 days to get the delivery.

            I have a single cylinder connection.Additional cylinder booking no.3714
            Since I have transferable(inter-state transfer in every five years)job, it is very difficult to adjust with one cylinder.Moreover I am not getting refill supply in proper time, I request you to kindly sanction me an additional cylinder at the earliest.

              I am a consumer of Purushottam HP Gas Agency, Nai Basti Malviya Ganj, Katni Dist.Katni.My Consumer No. is 603888. I have booked gas cylinder on 10.10.12 and also I have submitted KYC on same date. Till 5.11.12 I have not got the cylinder. Many times I have remind the agency for delivery of cylinder but now agencies employees are not attending the phone and also not giving response.

                Dear Sir

                I would like to bring in your attention towards this issue.I have applied for a new HP LPG connection at HP gas agency in noida on 13th Dec 2008 and i was told that i will get the connection in 1 month.

                They said that they have the procedure where they will first send a letter and then they will come for verfication.First of all letter came after a month and then no one came for inspection until i called that person to come for verification.I was told that within 3 days after inspection i will get cylinder.But it has been more than 2 weeks i havent got any cylinder and whenever i call them and go to them thety are saying that come after 2 days and this is happening from last 10 days.When i asked them for the reason why its not happening they gave me head office numbers and ask me to call them.on that i called them but always there number is busy.
                Now since i have family and i dont have any gas conenction currently its being really tough for me and also i dont get much time from my office that everyday i can go to there office and ask for the status.

                Kindly request you to help me in this issue as soon as possible.

                Dear sir,

                This is to bring a kind notice our gas agent is keep dragging for nealy two months not supplying the gas cylinders. i have shifted the house three months back, i have give house agreement statement that i have shifted, but he refuse to utilise that documents... since we are in social service commiment, how long should i wait for the same, he asking another letter from other office. y he is doing this since i have shifted just three street away from previous place.. if you could contact the dealer to issue the needy as soon as possible.. if not i need surrender you service due to not satisfactory service for customer request. Agent in sushindra agencienc Manipal udupi district. kindly to do the needful as soon as possible.. he is not in good attitude to deal with.. even for old customer..

                I am working as a manager in tata steel in jamshedpur.my residence address is

                i have applied for a new lpg connection In Gupta gas supply agencies( Supplier of HP gas)telco, jamshedpur. At the time of submitting the required documents for new connection the agency told me the connection will be available to me within 15 days. But After one month When i enquired about this matter, they told me that it will take another 15days but didnot convey the reason.After regular follow up when at last they agrreed to give me connection they charge me Rs-4000/- for single cylider connection. I have asked them to give me the break up and i saw they are charging unnecessarily. When i asked them why they are giving the utencils, tea, Gas stove to the coustomer . In this regard i want to have a talk with the HP Gas Costomer relation office . They denied to give me the number and misbehaved, told if you donot take the acessories(utencils, tea, Gas stove) then have connection from other company.
                I want to know whether these materials are mandetory with HP Gas Connection. If there any company rules to provide these things to cousomer. I Don't think so.

                Mera naam Manju Devi hai. Mera Gas Connection no-604740 (Vaishno Gas Service, Binoli Road Baraut, UP). Mera Pichle 1 Saal se is gas agency se pareshan hu. Maine bahut baar agency jakar gas complaint ki hai par meri gas kabhi bhi 25-30 din se pahle nahi aati. Ab to mai bahut dukhi ho chuki hu. Is mahine bhi maine 19/11/09 ko gas book karayi hai jiska booking no-4892 hai. Ye gas bhi abhi tak nahi aayi. Padosiyo se Udhar cylinder maang kar chala rahe the vo bhi khatam ho gaya. Padosi bhi apna cylinder maang raha hai. Par ye Vaishno gas wale kabhi bhi gas time par nahi bhejte. Aapse nivedun hai ki jald se jald koi action le or meri is problem ko solve karain.

                    Respected Madam, Sir,

                    This is to inform that I had requested transfer of my gas connection from Dwraka to Mehrauli for which I got my transfer no alloted from Chauhan Gas Agency, Palam Extenstion in a cordial way. But when I visited the Mehrauli gas agency name DINESH GAS AGENCY to get the paperwork done they refused to help me get my queries answered.

                    1. The person handling queries was always busy entertaining his personal calls & kept the official phone hanging so that incase someone calls it would give a busy signal.

                    2. We had been trying the number endlessly since last 10 days but no-one would pick the call for which we had to personally visit the office which was more than 5 kms from our residence & that too on an official day since it was urgent.

                    3. The HP people in that office was rude & didnt behave professionally. They were so busy handling their personal things that they didnt have time to answer any of our query.

                    4. Our stove was giving problems as high flames were getting ignited & it was dangerous. We ask for help but inreply they sais that they couldnt help us. In Dwarka the gas agency people used to send HP mechanics immediately but Dinesh Gas agency people denied saying that there was never any mechanic to help consumers in our area. The person asked us to go to a shop & get it fixed at our own heavy expense.

                    HP gas people in this locality was highly irresponsible & doesnt deserve to sit in that office doing nothing except harrasing consumers like us.

                    Hoping the matter gets escalated to the right department.

                      I am an user of HP Gas. Recently I found difficulty in booking gas cylinder( refilling). There are four numbers 23000622, 23006044, 23002793 and 23002794. most of the time both the are engaged and sometimes I hear ring but nobody lift the or no communication. My consumer no
                      : 628033and agency name is Sri Sai Krishna GAs Agency. Its located in GAchiwoli, Hyderabbad. I am trying to book gas for last 15 days. I went to their office. Sometimes they are not opening shutter fully. They were inside their office, but when knocked their shutter, they were not responding.

                      Please take necessary action. May be online booking would hepl us .Please take this mater seriously.

                      HP Gas Refill — NON LIFTING OF PHONE BY THE DEALER

                      The HP gas dealer at JEYPORE ( ORISSA) is not lifting the telephone for gas booking / not booking gas over telephone.
                      i have booked gas on 8 its 11 days now i hvnt gas still, is this the way u work, i m going to change my connection to bharat gas, bcz not once it hapens evry tym and ur dealer at kamle ngr are totally use less...[protected]
                      My self consumer No 615885 of HP gas distributor M/S Amarsons Gas service bathinda.

                      I had booked a refill on 18/12/10 and received gas on 1/1/2011l. After one month lapse of previous booking I tried telephonically to book my new refill. I was denied the opportunity on the pretext that 22 days have not been completed after the delivery. Is the obligation of 30 days only on the customer or is it not ur duty to provide the refill gas within 8 days. It is also to inform that ur above dealer do not pick the phone and harass the customer. Today after 22 days of getting the gas tried to book but they didnot answer the phone call. You are requested to take action against the dealer who always harass the customer. waiting for your response.

                      Dear sir,
                      I am an user of HP Gas and 20days back Ihave booked for refilling my gas. And i have waited upto today morning,
                      In between I have phoned somany times to[protected], 23082222 and 23083333 but not responsed to my phone. Today morning I have gone to Agency(preveen Gas) They told that, "You are not booking done". and Now Rebooking done. and my ref no. given to me (236611)on 5/5/11.
                      Whats the problem and too suffering from you in these again again booking from these 20days.
                      How and what was tobe done and i have taken/taking another 10days for refilling (Totally 30days minimum for refilling )and any body also phones are not lifting and no communication for custumer.

                      My consumer no: 639274 and agency name is Sri Praveen Gas Agency. Its located in Chinthal, Hyderabbad. I am waited for refill from 20days again now booked. Please kindly now arrange GAS as soon as possible to me.
                      Don't think otherwise. And We are not satisfactory for Online booking is not correctly of our custemers.
                      because of Delay and I attemped this is 1st time.
                      Please KINDLY GIVE CORRECT INFORMATION, Don't Dalay and Co-operate with us If continues ONLINE BOOKING.

                        sir, in town nagram district lucknow your gas agency is closed since 2 year custmer shifted to MS. USHA GAS AGENCY SADAR LUCKNOW. they are not giving quality service. there is lot problem with existing gas they are not giving gas cylinder to genuine custmer. some priviate shop owner are selling your gas on black rates, sir i request to you that please restart your gas agency in town.

                            It is very sad to inform you that I am not getting the gas cylider at the proper time .I am a teacher in Vadodara district near karjan and I am getting the cylinder from HP Gas Company Nava Bazaar, Karjan(vadodara) my consumer no. is 610930 and I booked a cylinder on 5/12/08 but till 10/1/09 I had not got the cylinder than again I booked the cylinder on 12/1/09 but then also till today I have not got the cylinderI am facing a big problembecause of cylinder.
                            So what should I do? Should I go to consumer court or not?

                            This is a reminder to my complaint posted on[protected].

                            Firstly, I would like to inform that the said agency entrusted the delivery of cylinders to some unauthorised party, whose shop is situated at ECP Complex, Handewadi Road, Hadapsar, Pune-411028. The said agency keep the book of all customers and they used to book and distribute the cylinders from their shop only. In view of this, I am unable to know the exact date of booking and also the date of availability of cylinder.

                            Further, the said agency is charging Rs.350/- per cylinder. This is the with the knowledge and consent of the main agency (Kiran Gas). I am also not getting any receipt to this amount. When we ask for Home delivery of cylinders since we are (family members) employed elsewhere and have no time to collect the cylinders, they used to argue.

                            When they are charging more than the actual cost of the cylinder, it is their responsibility to deliver the cylinders at Home (Home Delivery), but this is not happending.

                            You are requested to look into the matter and solve the issue, which will give some relief to me.

                            I have the complaint of gas agency (shreeram Gas Agency). They dont supply cylinders on time and we have to book the cylinders 15 days when the earlier booked comes. we have a big family of 7 to 8 members and one cylinder is not enough for us. This is the wrong procedure. i[censored] get the cylinder then u should get the next booking within 8 days but this doent' happen. 15days(booking) and 15 days they come . one month its tiresome. other gas agencies have no such problem. if they book in the morning the cylinder arrives in the evening. they doesn't face such problems.then why should we?
                            this the request from me. And secondly i have one booking i want to apply for second cylinder what should i do and what is the procedure? please tell me each and every step? and secondly what are the charges for getting me the new connection(HP Gas connection).

                              I have gas connection with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation since last 23 years. The connection is in the name of Dr Rajani T. Currently i am staying at Plot 79, II Floor, Lakshmi Nagar Colony, Toli Chowki, Hyderabad-500008. Our current Gas dealers are M/s SaiKrishna Gas Agencies, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
                              Consumer number of ours is 624886.

                              We have booked our gas on 5th of January, and we are yet to receive our refill. When enquired over phone, the company informs us that their delivery boy who comes to our locality is not available and hence suggesting that we should go and collect the same at their office.

                              Sirs,

                              We are informed by our neighbours that the said company's delivery van has visited our locality on the last two days. So what they are telling is not acceptable.

                              Please kindly look into the matter and advise them to immediately supply the refill.

I have booked cylinder on 13 october today on 7th november still i have not received delivery of it, and this is a usual situation, officials should look into this matter immediately .Now this is limit .

                                I am using services of Hindustan Petroleum from 2003, recently I got transferred from Mumbai to Kolkata. I handed over my two cylinders and Regulator to Lalit Agencies in Vashi Navi Mumbai, they gave me transfer letter and told me it will be done in any HP Gas agency in Kolkata. I handed over the documents to Sushma Gas and Gadget in CK market, Saltlake city Kolkata. Then they told me that we need to verify your credential through Internet, and after verification it will be done by tommorrow. Next day I called up, person picks the phone and told me call after 1:30 p.m. then I called up at 2 p.m. got the answer there was some problem in the Internet we have not done the verification yet, Please call tommorrow. Next day again I called up and person told me we are very busy call at around 1 p.m. I called up 1 p.m got the answer due to "Kolkata Band" we are facing scarcity of the staffs, so pls call tommorrow. I enquired from my friend and he told me tommorrow offices will closed. Then there will be sunday and republic day, it looks like transferring a GAS connection is a never ending story with Hindustan Petroleum.

                                    HP Gas Limited — Gas is not Provided on time

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                    We are using the Domestic Gas connection for home use of HP Gas Limited since 2004. When we apply for the GAS cylinder, they didn't provide us the GAS on time (even sometime they didn't provide the cylinder) & it got delay more than 15 days every month. The agency holder providing the GAS first either their relatives or to the rich persons.

                                    Please look into this matter as this is creating the problem to us which is really un-avoidable.

                                      I had subscribed two gas cylinders having Consumer No. 608182 from Radharani Agency Gunpur Orissa. In the mean time I got transferred to Burla. So I submitted the two cylinders and one regulator with the agency requesting a transfer of my article to his burla counter part. But instead of transferring two cylinder and one regulator he has transferred only one cylinder and one regulator. Kindly take necessary action so that I will be able to get my second cylinder and olblige.

                                        I am Customer Of HP GAS vide Customer No.610553 in BHUBANESWAR, ORISSA under Agency- SMRUTI GAS, 194, BAPUJI NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR-9.Since last 5-6 months our agency is showing poor Customer Services like delayed supply of Gas, Rude behaviour of employees of the agency.Besides that I have logged a complaint for check up of my Gas connection as it's not functioning well.But our agency did not send anybody to check up the same till today.I have also made several Telephonic Reminder but there is no result.Is it the way to respond in Any EMERGENCY SERVICE ?

                                        Dear sir,

                                        yesterday i complained for gas leakage from morning to evening 7 times and mechanic turned up at 7 pm he just changed the washer and went away. He didnot wait to check the leakage. And the gas was still leaking. Today inthe morning i complained to the agency and its 5 pm and still the mechanc has not turned up.I cannot leave my hose, i cannot cook, what should i do? Iam going to complain to consumer care and sue a case.
