Dealers charging unauthorised money

Almost after 8 years I have shifted back to Mumbai and so applied for new gas connection from HP Dealer M/s Doshi Brothers in Wadala (W), Mumbvai. To my surprise I have been charged Rs.145/- for the Lighter and Rs.150/- towards Instrument Charges which I believe are not the mandatory charges. Moreover I have not been provided with these items after 3 months of connection yet. The owner Mr. Doshi is most reluctant to clarify on these issues...

Non delivery of cylinders despite repeated requests

I am Vishal Jaiswal residing at Chaitanya nagar, Pune since the last two years.

I am facing the following problems. I was earlier availing the booking services from Shiv Shanti Gas Agency, 32/1/1 Sree mangal Society, Dhankawdi, Pune - 411043. Ph: 24378060. My Consumer No is 622470. I had booked my cylinder in the month of November 2008 (on 22/11/08).

However, upon repeated reminders, I did not get the same...

non availability of gas agency in nearby

sir, in town nagram district lucknow your gas agency is closed since 2 year custmer shifted to MS. USHA GAS AGENCY SADAR LUCKNOW. they are not giving quality service. there is lot problem with existing gas they are not giving gas cylinder to genuine custmer. some priviate shop owner are selling your gas on black rates, sir i request to you that please restart your gas agency in town....
