i have hp gas connection in Akola city (M.S.) Dealer name Akola Gas Agency, Akolacity (M.S.)

dealer is not give propper service, there working only 4 day in week.( mon, wed, fri, sat) othere dealer of same company(Vijay gas, patel gas, Sharda gas) is working 7 days.mean while refile gas will not get, there answer it is compny rools, its true?

- when we gat cilender that time they rightnot no.of cilender on card
- but othere dealer not

- when we took new connection in rs, 3600/-
- but othere dealer rs, 1400/- somehting

- home delivery not get propper day(+ 5 days)
- othere deale is propper

- black market is on
- domestic cilender also gets to see in hotels etc.

we booked the cylinder on jan 3 ...till now we have not got cylinder.Rash answering is the result when we go for enquiring. so many people are facing the same problem.Lady answered that you could buy it in black.

Respected Sir,

With reference to the subject cited above, it is to submit that, I have HP LPG Gas Connection with consumer no. 623470 and my LPG Gas Distributor is ALLIED GAS, 54, BAJAJNAGAR, NAGPUR.

Facts :

Previously I have taken the filled gas cylinder on 09/09/2008 which became empty on around 10/12/2009. Therefore the request for booking the filled gas cylinder was submitted to Allied Gas on 11/12/2008 by personally visiting to the agency by my wife. The officials of agency informed that the filled gas cylinder will be delivered within few days.

But even after 20 days the filled gas cylinder is not delivered to me. Therefore, again I have visited to the Allied Gas agency on 09/01/2009 and resubmitted the request/booking for the filled cylinder. The agency officials informed me that the filled cylinder will be delivered to you within seven days. The entries of both the filled cylinder booking are on Gas connection pass book.

But again the filled gas cylinder was not delivered. Therefore again my wife visited to the agency on 16/01/2009 and at that time the agency officials informed her that the gas cylinder will be delivered on 22/01/2009. The agency officials also informed that you are taking gas cylinder after six months and therefore your gas connection is dead.

But once again the filled gas cylinder was not delivered. Again on 24/01/2009 my wife visited to Gas agency for enquiry and at that time agency officials informed that the vehicle of Filled Gas cylinder is not came and there is Holiday on 26/01/2009 and you will get the filled gas cylinder on Tuesday 27/01/2009.But again even after that the cylinder is not delivered.

On telephone enquiry on 03/02/2009 the agency officials informed that “your connection is dead and we will not give cylinder to you what ever you may do you can do but we will never deliver cylinder you. “

On 04/02/2009, my wife visited to the Allied gas agency at 10:30 morning, the agency officials informed that we don’t know anything and the concerned persons will available between 12 noon to 4 pm and they will only be able to inform something.

From the other sources it is known that this gas agency is distributing the filled gas cylinders openly by taking Rs.40 to 50 extra charges from the consumers without even booking the cylinder. Under such situation the presence of such Gas agency does not serve any purpose for the interest of the public in Nagpur city and such agency should be liable for immediate cancellation in the public interest.

This way even after booking for filled gas cylinder before around two months the filled gas cylinder is not delivered with continuous illusive statements and information from agency officials which results to harassments of visits and household cooking problems to us.

We have found that every time we got very much such trouble from this gas agency for getting the filled gas cylinder.

Relief Sought

Under this situation it is requested to kindly help, guide and clarify about the facts by which the filled gas cylinder is not delivered with the following relief sought.

1. It is requested to kindly take the necessary action, that the filled gas should be delivered to me as early as possible as per the filled gas cylinder booking requests submitted earlier.
2. As we are getting harassed always from the concerned gas agency, it is requested to kindly change our Gas cylinder distributor agency with the other gas cylinder distributor agency which is nearer to Gopal Nagar, Nagpur.
3. It is requested to kindly convey the clear reason and facts for the delay in supplying gas cylinder with justification and the action taken about the matter.
4. If the concerned gas agency is found guilty then we should get the recovery of our harassments by saddling the charges on the Allied Gas agency. It is also to be informed to us with the action taken on Allied Gas Agency. If no action taken on the concerned gas agency then why it is not taken with justification and why the petition should not be filed in the consumer forum / court of law in the public interest about harassments to the consumers by the Allied Gas Agency, Nagpur.


If this grievance is not executed and we are not informed anything in written, then it will be assumed that Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd as well as Allied Gas Agency does not want to say any thing.

Hi,

Recently around 3 months back, I've taken a new cooking Gas Connection (Single Cylinder) at Shree Nidhi Enetrprises, Saligrama, Udupi Dist., Karnataka.

Case 1 :

While taking the new connection, Mr. Rathnakar who is proprietor for the above Dealer is not agreed to give the connection without Gas Stove. And Finally after long discussion with Rathnakar I purchased Gas Stove. (He told me, with every new connection, Gas stove also coming from HP).
Finally I've taken 3 burner stove for Rs. 3000.

Totally he has taken Rs. 7250.00 including stove.

He has given the bill only for following ...

Gas Stove : 3000
Deposit for Cylinder : 1250
Deposit for Regulator : 150

I asked for the Bill for the remaining amount, he told me it has to come from HP. And till now, I've not received the Bill for remaining amount and I know I'll not receive also.


Case 2 :

He has not taken the request for second Cylinder and he told me to wait till next one yr. I'm not understanding why I should wait, to take my request atleast.


Case 3 :

To book the new filled cylinder we should wait 21 days starting from last cylinder delivery date.

Once we book the cylinder we should again wait 10 to 15 days to get it.

One day i went to his shop and asked for filled cylinder which i booked earlier. He told me, "we will not deliver the cylinder in shop and if you want we will deliver to home". Since its the matter o[censored]rgency, i argued and finally he agreed to give, for the same he charged Rs.5 more.


Case 4 :

Actually I'm staying in Brahmavar (maximum 10 Kms far from Saligrama). To deliver the cylinder to my place he is charging Rs.370 earlier and now Rs.345

They don't have the policy to give the Bill.


Case 5 :

I got a news from believable person, In godown, his peoples are dumping the Gas from Domestic Cylinder to Commercial Cylinder.


By doing all these cases he is harassing the Customer.

These peoples will kill the Brand name of HP. So, Kindly take the necessary action immediately. If he continues to do like this in future, I'm going to Consumer Court.

Dear Sir,

I applied for a new gas connection online through HP gas consumer zone. My Internet Registration No. is 105247. Everytime I check the status of my application it shows as Status "Pending". I sent my query by writing an email to the distributor but no reply.

Please suggest me what should I do to get new connection as soon as possible as I am in very much need of it.

This is for your information and necessary action that my gas dealer is not giving proper service. It is to say that both o[censored]s are working and so it is not possible for us to collect the cylinder from their office. At first it is very difficult to make a booking as they will not pick up the phone afterwards they will not delivering the cylinder even after 15 to 20 days of booking that too after repeated reminders. This time also i had booked...

I am 10 year old customer of HPGAS but now i fill inconvenience due to service so please let me give some solution because after booking Gas Refill from last 16 days till date i am not getting cylinder.Even i noticed that evry time i got my cylinder more than10 days after booking.So please do needful else i think correcting thousand mistakes of other rather than that i correct my mistake & transfer service from HPGAS to indane or reliance.

I'm a resident of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The HP LPG supplier for Vasant Kunj, whose office is nearby in
Masoodpur, has their phone constantly off hook or they simply don't answer. It's a rare occasion to have
them answer the phone and get some help out of them...

This causes a lot of delay and irritation as we have to keep trying time to time everyday but to no avail and this is not a one or two time thing, this has been the condition with them for a long time...

I think a brand like HP deserves better people to uphold it's good name and goodwill in the market...
one shouldn't wait until a competition arrives to improve on things...!!!

Please make those irresponsible people aware of the same... and hope we can get better service in
the future for the money we pay...

Gas delivery delay

My consumer no.is 611524. and booking no. 110041.
HP Gas station Sector-5 Rohini-85. I have made booking for gas cylender on 22 of Jan and today is 3rd of Feb. I waited for my delivery for 10 days but after that when i call them, they reply that my person has gone for delivery or tomorrow delivery will happen so on.
so, they failed to deliver my gas cylynder in last 10 days after daily follow-ups.
I am very upset from HP Gas services.

I am subscriber of HP LPG from JAI GAS SERVICE, CHANDA MARKET, TALKATORA ROAD, LUCKNOW. Since long I am observing that the LPG cylinders supplied to our homes by said firm are reasonably lesser in weight. And despite instructions from your office they invariably dont carry weighing instrument. Today while one of their men delivered a LPG cylinder to my home i found that the seal was clearly tempered and the weight of cylinder was reasonaby low, on being asked for weighing instrument, the delivery boy had the same old answer. But to anybody's surprise when we offered to use our own weighing machine, he immediately collected the cylinder and rushed back. I also found that all the cylinders carried by that delivery boy were clearly tempered with. Pl take the said dealer to task appropriately and exemplerily manner.

Almost after 8 years I have shifted back to Mumbai and so applied for new gas connection from HP Dealer M/s Doshi Brothers in Wadala (W), Mumbvai. To my surprise I have been charged Rs.145/- for the Lighter and Rs.150/- towards Instrument Charges which I believe are not the mandatory charges. Moreover I have not been provided with these items after 3 months of connection yet. The owner Mr. Doshi is most reluctant to clarify on these issues and most times unavailable for the talk. The staff also doesn't give any satisfactory answer. Can some one guide me how can I get my money back without getting my services like Gas booking or delivery affected.

I am Vishal Jaiswal residing at Chaitanya nagar, Pune since the last two years.

I am facing the following problems. I was earlier availing the booking services from Shiv Shanti Gas Agency, 32/1/1 Sree mangal Society, Dhankawdi, Pune - 411043. Ph: 24378060. My Consumer No is 622470. I had booked my cylinder in the month of November 2008 (on 22/11/08).

However, upon repeated reminders, I did not get the same even till Dec'08. In the month of January, I was told that my consumer no. has been transferred to Kiran Agencies (Adhoc), 20/1 Punyai Complex, Dhankawdi, Pune - 411043.Ph: 24373233 and that too, without my consent or without informing me.

I again booked my gas on 17/01/09 at Kiran Agencies but till date they have not sent the cylinder to my residence. Each day, they say that it shall be sent today but to no avail.

Is there anyone to listen to my grievances or am i suposed to just suffer like this for no fault of mine.I expect the HP authorities to at least take a note of this incident and to book the guilty for causing harrassment.

M/s. Jyoti Gas Service take a lot time to provide gas as its takes minimum 39-41 days as they are make booking after 21 days and after 18-20 days of booking agency make delivery. I booked the gas o 12th Jan 2009.Till today gas has not been supplied by this agency.

We are customer of your gas company for cooking gas from 15-17 years but we are facing problem in delivery of gas cylender after booking from last one year. Just now i booked cylender on 21 January 2009 but not still received . I asked about this to our agency SUVIDHA GAS AGENCY, CHANDRAPUR - 442401 ( M.S) but they did not give me satisfactory answer . Where as they replied i[censored] need come and get it . It is regular answer of this agency.
Other HP gas agency in Chandrapur city supply gas cylender as fast as but this agency do not give. After 21 days we book the gas cylender but they do not give until 7 days not passed, though cylender is available. I think there is some irregularity in distrubution of gas cylender. And one thing they do not give any receipt of gas cylender when we booked cylender after 21 days

I am a consumer of HP gas since long. Presently we are staying at the following address:

My Consumer No. is 617985 with Rukmini Gas Agency, Coimbatore. I have booked for a cylinder vide
booking no.[protected].01.2009. Till date the cylinder is not delivered. Initially I had my subscription voucher from Muthu Gas Service, Coimbatore, who subsequently transfer it to Rukmini Gas Agency, which is located 9 kms away from our residence.
We are facing a lot of difficulties due to non supply of the cylinder. The employees of the Gas Agency only give false promises of delivery.
Please look into the matter urgently.

Dear Sir,

I applied Gas connection transfer from Khamma.
And the Gas Agency is given Transfer letter.

And i have submitted the Transfer letter in the Gas Agency near by House in Hyderabad.

When Hyderabad Gas agency verified the
Consumer NO: 732900
Dealer code:959720
in the Transfer voucher from Khammam Agency it is showing as Invalid, and the agency is not accepting for transfer.

Please help me how can i fix the same.
