Sir,

I have booked for a cylinder on 20.10.2008, but till today i.e 25.11.2008, no cylinder so far been delivered in my house. When I contacted to them by telephone No.[protected], I got a rude answer from them. We are the customer. If we get this type of reply, it will be better to withdraw from your service, because you are not doing enough to take any strong action. I have complained against them to you earlier also. But no strong action had been taken against them from your end. I am a cutomer of "Quick Gas Service, G. T. Road, P.o.-Uttarpara, Dist- Hooghly, West Bengal, Distributors Code- 958670". My consumer No.613416. I hope ypu will do the needful. Otherwise it will be of no use in writing you a letter.

    Dear Team,

    I have gas connection from last 6 years HP gas, right now i have needed the record of slip ( gas received slip) from HP Gas agency. i I went many times to gas agency, but reception boy says, they have no any past record to give you a print out.

    I have urgentlt needed that last three years record of slips.

    kindly help to resolve this issue asap.

      I have one gas cylinder. we applied for the 2 nd gas cylinder in March 2007. Till now we did not get cylinder. each time when we are asking in agency, they are telling that it has not come, some times as it was cancelled. Can you please explain me the follow up procedure

      I, "R. U. Mandaye" am registered consumer of HP Gas (Consumer No. 608903) since 1991 residing in rural Nagpur. At present I have only one conection at my residence. As the No. of members in my family is large the gas cylinder gets exhusted within 20 days. I had applied for an additional cylinder two years back which was sanctioned but when I was about to get the new connection my agency dealer "Jyotika Gas Agency, Pratap Nagar Nagpur.", refused me saying that allotment of new connection has been stopped by HP Gas Company itself. Even after repeated enquiries and personal visits the agency has adopted rigid posture giving the same answer.
      I have all necessary documents and details reqauired for additonal connection but still I am being forced to inconvenienvce for no fault on my part. I feel that the company should interfere and clear the psoposal for additonal connection. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

      I Sonal Kaware & my permanat address is Mohit appartment, Malginager, Nagpur & issue the one gas connection for my futer fm HP Gas office, Congress Nager. After my eduction i am doing job in Hinganghat. I am carry with my gas & use. After this cylender MT. I am going to HP Gas office in Hinganghat 'He told me - go to Nagpur & tranfer the gas Nagpur to Hinganghat But It is not possible to me because cylender not unbale carry return to Nagpur. So kindly request to you, pl give the best suggetion for trnfer the gas prossiger. Higanghat HP Gas Agency owner talk with me very low wording

      At present I have only one conection at my residence .i ask to dealer for additional cylinder purporses but not respone please take necessary information additional cylinder informatiom
      respected sir/ madam, i have applied for new connection in chandrapur at presetn i was cooking in our relative's gas cylinder i had submitted all necessary documents to saprem gas agency chandrapur they send us confirmation letter of booking & inspected on 12 march 2010 where they found everything o.k i m having receipt of the same when i went to the office to take delivery they offered us for hot plate which i m already having i told them i dont want to purchase another one. sales officer mr.vikas kumar & staff of saprem gas agency, chandrapur asked me for another inspection which has been already done on 12 march 2010. 2nd inspection was done on 14 march 2010. on 15th march i again went to take delivery & they gave us in written that another gas connection will not be issuued to me

        Hi,
        We moved from Mysore to Bangalore. We went to Manrath Enterprise with the transfer form to avail the gas connection.
        I am sad to say that the state of affairs there is pathetic and attitude of personnel is awful. They made us wait for 1 hour when it just takes 10 minutes to finish our work. Also there were no other customers. No one bothered about us that we were just sitting for that long. It is pity that a renowned company like HP has this kind of Distributors who treat people in this disrespectful manner. I went to them twice and had to walk out both the time without having my gas connection. It was a disgusting experience.
        I hope HP will do something about this and improve the situation so that customers have a good experience with HP.

        We had moved from Ecity to tin factory, we had been to transfer the connection, we were running out of fuel for 10 days, usually it takes 3 days to deliver the cylinder but despite of 10 days of booking whenever we were trying to make an enquiry we were receiving the response from he delivery boy as they don't know whey they are going to deliver the filled cylinder

          I would like to put few complaints on the following dealer who supplies the gas to me.

          Distributor's code- 961800
          Laxmi Gas agency
          New Baradwari
          PO- Sakchi
          Jamshedpur-831001

          The following are the complaints.
          1. Maximum time nobody is lifting the phone in the office.
          2. When i booked by phone they confirmed me that gas was booked. Later on we find that the lady has forgotten to book in my name.
          3. Manager/propietor is never available
          4. Distribution is very poorly managed.

          i have booked for refilling of gas through phone on 21.11.08 and booking no. was given 49. While enquired the position to Tap Trisha[protected]they confirmed that it was booked on 26.11.08.
          Till now i have not recd. the gas.
          Today when again enquired the position suddenly asked to meet their office with Rs. 40. Cash. Also asked for gurantee card for pipies-which has been supplied by them only.

          Kindly expedite the same on pririty so that gas is delivered.Payments if any will be made during delivery of gas.
          Your kind co-operation and a line confirmation in the above matter will be highly appreciated.

            My self is Darshna Devi. My Husband Name is Late. Sh Krishan Avtar. I'm a widow. I Need a gas connection. I already made a affidvite in Local courts. I'm reaching to Local Gas Agency named Manjit Gas Service GARHSHANKAR Distt Hoshiarpur Punjab. But they are making me false statements and not even booking my gas connection from long time. I'm feeling helpless to obtain ges connection.
            Please help me to get connection as early as possible because myself is window and old aged lady.

              Dear Sir,

              I am facing regular problem in getting refil cylinder from MAA TARINI GAS ENTERPRISE, Sambalpur. I booked on 27.02.2008 to get delivery on 25.02.2008, booked on 29.07.2008 to get delivery on 30.08.2008 and now booked 21.10.2008 but till date did not get any refill. Every time I visit the Distributer they wrote my consumer no name and address in a register and commit to send it within a day or two, And I have to visit again on the 3rd day to get the same action. Last time I made a telephonic complain to Local Sales officer and he could send me a refil on the same date(30.08.2008). Now disgusted with the service of the HPCL I made a complain through its web page to get only a number[protected]/ 18.11.2008) unfortunately I did not get even an acknowledgement. I astonished the poor consumer redressal system of HPCL. I understand there may be problem or two but What is the bench mark they them selves have set ? and for how log ?

              I am living with my old Grand ma, Old Parent and two school going kids. For last two days we are out of LPG . I am working on a public sector corporation and can not run every now and then to the Distribuer for refil. On 18th morning when I rang up the Distributer they told me send a refil by evening . I also feel that this is not only my problem and many of common man are facing this problem but are not able to get a fourm. And I may be harrased further in booking and getting refill in future.

              Can any body suggest what should I do

                Dated 12.11.2008, while changing the cylider, heavy gas leakage observed from the valve.
                Looking at the valve side and after comparision with the other empty cylinder ( Same make) there was rubber seal missing in the defective cylinder.
                I need the urgent replacement og the defective cylinder & company shall take the appropriate action for the seal missing which can lead to " EXPLODE".

                  Sir,
                  I am consumer of your LPG Gas being distributor to my house through JYOTI GAS SERVICE SCHEME 10 at ALWAR (RAJSTHAN), with my consumer No.700040.
                  In this connection, , it is submitted that the dealer's behaviour is not good.
                  If he is to be convinced to distribute the LPG gas, he is not distributing the gas and don't care for the request of the consumers.
                  I have taken two cylinders.
                  When one cylinder becomes empty, he does not book the gas for 21 days at first.Then after 15 days of the booking of the gas the gas is distriuibuted. So total time for supply of a gas cylinder is 36 days,
                  I have repeatedly request to give me the gas but after booking on[protected], up till now no gas is received to me after total of 39 days .
                  I am without any gas Where as the marriage party are getting the same freely. I want to tell you that he told the consumers that during marriage days, we are to make money for onward distribution to management.
                  I hope you will look into the matter. and arrange to distribute a gas cylinder for my domestic use.

                      My consumer no is 606354 with M/s Shree Veerabhadreshwar Gas Centre, Bagalkot, karnataka PIN 587101 for the past almost 10 years.I have never got refil intime. Of late it is too worst.The refil booking on 5th March 2008 was delivered to me on 11th May 2008, that too after 15-20 phone calls. Booking done in the month of May 2008, June 2008 & july 2008 was also delivered after 45 days and that too after at least 20-25 phone calls. My booking done on 14th August 2008 was delivered on 28th september 2008.I have called the dealer from 23.9.2008 till date of delivery atleast 4-5 times daily.I went and created a scene in dealers shop &then came the refil. Next refil booked on 9.9.08 with booking number 28434 was delivered on 24 Sept 08, once again after lot of hot discussions over phone. It is learnt that refil booking done after my booking were delivered within a week. Now I have booked on 20th Oct 2008. till today refil is not delivered. I am behind them for the last one week. I call the dealer atleast 10 times a day. They assure me every day but no delicery of refil.

                      the distributor of hp gas whose distributer no. is 627570 (jeph gas service ) is failing to deliver hte refil on time. i am from rajgarh(Rajasthan) consumer no. 2249(vishnu dutt gupta) has not got the delivery for 30 days. I personally went to the distributer. but he didn't give any solution for that. He said to come after 2-3 days. the distributer never deliver the refil to home . please make a not on this complain.

                          My domestic gas regulator is found leakage. My gas connection consumer number is 602831.
                          I am getting good service from you since 29/07/1997. Previously I Deposited my new gas regulator at
                          Kolhapur and the connection was transferred to you. But at the time of delivery, you have given me old
                          regulator as at that time new was not available. This may be recorded with you also. So please arrange
                          to replace the regulator as early as possible.

                            This is in regards to my Gas Connection (Consumer No. 638477) services are provided by Ekvira Gas Service[protected]. After 21 Days waiting time we have yet not received our gas cylinder and the agency says it would take 10 days more. However we have notice that cylinders are available and being retailed through indirect channel, we regret to say that these cylinders are also available if you shell out extra money to get it immediately. We would not like to encourage the system devised by Ekvira Gas of providing cylinders at a premium price; this kind of black marketing is not at all acceptable.

                              I am a consumer of HP GAS in Patna, Bihar, My consumer No. is 608289, our Area Dealer is ANANT GAS AGENCY, 10, HANDLOOM BHAWAN, RAJENDRA NAGAR, PATNA -16.( Dealer Code : 300020). I have booked gas on 18/10/2008, till today they have not delivered gas to me. When I ask them, they always told me that u book your YOUR REQUEST FOR REFFILING & IT WILL SEND TO YOU BY TOMMROOW . This is happining again and again since last 25 days. I have called on Daily Basis but they are not taking any action.

                              I am Sales & Marketing personso i did not have time to visit at GAS Dealer Office again & Again. In Other hand my Spouse & children facing Problem because maximum time i am on Sales Tour.

                              LPG Gas is life line for our survival bacause all foods will prepare with the use of Stove and Gas. They are not understanding the GAS Problem. My chiled is not well they also facing probled due to unavaibility of GAS.

                              I am Requesting to you kindly assit me and suggest for better option.Sir, please take some remedial action at your end urgently.

We have not recieved the gas from last few months as your agency's no is always Engage or they dont lift up the phone.                                 The telephone number[protected] provided by the LPG Gas Distributor (Paul Distributor, Bedon Street, Kolkata - 700006)for the booking of refill of HP Gas remains busy all the time. Trying to book the refill for last 7 days, even tried to book refill at midnight.
                                Paul Disributors Number[protected] is also not working for last 7 days.
                                Therefore, booking of the Refill has become a tedious and time-consuming task.
                                Please arrange to provide the customer with the facility of booking the Refill of HP Gas through internet / more telephone numbers /SMS for easy booking.

                                  Iam a consumer of HPgas( No.602653) under the dealership of Gayatri gas agency chelannur (dealer code-512460) . I had applied for the gas in 2006 November and I got the connection on[protected].I want to apply for additional cylinder, I had contacted the dealer ,but they replied that the application for additional cylinder is closed and come on next month. Here for refilling they take more than 30 days.We areGovt. employees and is very difficult to prepare food without Gas. So we are suffering more especially in the morning.I think the additional cylinder can solve our problem of waiting one month for refilling.So I would like to enquire you that Is there online booking for additional cylinder because Iam not impressed with the reply of dealer. Like me most of the consumers are here and there are a lot of complaints.Plese sent me effective reply .

                                  I've booking a cyclinder near about six months ago at Cuttack Chandi gas, Cuttack, my booking no. 286105, but I've not received the cyclinder yet. Kindly inform me what's the status. my Email id is [protected]@rediff.com
                                  I am planning to shift my residential address from Acharya Vihar to Chakeiciani in Bhubaneswar. Presently I am having the gas connectivity thru M/s Rajdhani Gas Agency, Nayapalli. The gas services in the new area I am planning to move is covered by M/s Swasti Gas Agency, Gajapati Nagar, Near Sainik School. In this case should I surrender the cylinder and regulator to Rajdhani gas agency and then make a transfer of the connection to M/s Swasti Gas Agency or without surredering the appliances only transfer thru paper is sufficient as the shifting of location is within the same city. If without surrendering the appliances, if the transfer of connection from one agency to another is possible then it will be easy for us to just visit the agencies only with papers. Please give your suggestion whether or not we should surrender the appliances e.g. cylinder and regulator thru mail to [protected]@hotmail.com or over phone to [protected].

                                    i have booked the cylinder on 13th Oct. they attempted to deliver on 29th (door locked). after that i keep on calling daily they are saying we will deliver it tomorrow.
                                    this is the case since 15 days.
                                    they are not even caring the customers.

                                      I'm using your HP Gas from last 8 years in Raniganj, everything was fine there. Now as I got a transfer to Kolkata & now 1 of your dealer in Bandhaghat, Howrah is of no use. 1stly he's not accepting Rent agreement as a resi proof, it's strange. Well fine then I gave him my bank statement as a resi proof. But now he come up with other excuse that his link has been failed. It's been 8-10 days it has not yet been done. Now what to do?? Should I canceal your HP connection & go for Indane just because of your service. And your staffs are behaving like they are doing me some favour or they are giving me at no cost.
                                      Now will you take any action in this regard if you feel so..?????
