I am a consumer of HP GAS in Patna, Bihar, My consumer No. is 608289, our Area Dealer is ANANT GAS AGENCY, 10, HANDLOOM BHAWAN, RAJENDRA NAGAR, PATNA -16.( Dealer Code : 300020). I have booked gas on 18/10/2008, till today they have not delivered gas to me. When I ask them, they always told me that u book your YOUR REQUEST FOR REFFILING & IT WILL SEND TO YOU BY TOMMROOW . This is happining again and again since last 25 days....

booking problem

My Connection No. is :51127 on the Name of Saroj Rani Jain and the agency name is M/s Satya Tulsi Agencies, Vijay Nagar colony, Hyderabad. We have not recieved the gas from last few months as your agency's no is always Engage or they dont lift up the phone. Being so big company and we have trusted you and we are getting these type of services ... least expected...

Dear sir,
I have got one LPG cylinder booked and am using it. i need a spare one. i booked this month but the dealer clearly told that the gas is on demand, so we will be getting in the month of April. And i would like to know how much we have to pay for an extra booking and when shall we get refilled after our booking date. please do kindly inform....

not delivered even 25 days after booking

i have booked the cylinder on 13th Oct. they attempted to deliver on 29th (door locked). after that i keep on calling daily they are saying we will deliver it tomorrow.
this is the case since 15 days.
they are not even caring the customers....

Transfer of Gas

Dear Sir,

I'm using your HP Gas from last 8 years in Raniganj, everything was fine there. Now as I got a transfer to Kolkata & now 1 of your dealer in Bandhaghat, Howrah is of no use. 1stly he's not accepting Rent agreement as a resi proof, it's strange. Well fine then I gave him my bank statement as a resi proof. But now he come up with other excuse that his link has been failed. It's been 8-10 days...

I am gas connection at nokha (Bikaner) dist. There is a gas agency name is "Raj Gas Service". Person those are alloted this agency is not doing work there. Some other has been hijack this agency & not giving gas those who are not have any approch....

How to transfer gas

Sir,
I stay in joint family. Gas connection is on the name of my father since last 30 years.Last year my father expired due to illness. I would like to know about procedure for transferring the connection on my name. I stay at Nagpur, hence I would like to know the entire procedure about name transfer....

Regarding forcible purchase of gas stove by the Vendor.

Hello,

Myself Jigar Sanghavi would like to complain regarding the forcible selling of items like GAS Stove, Tea leaves etc by the Authorised vendor of HP in Thane (Mane Gas Agency) without which a new connection will not be issued by them. I had applied for a new connection few months back, One month after being in the waiting list, I got the new connection. I had no other option but to purchase the stove at a very high price....

non delivery of 2nd cylinder after 7 months of booking

Hello,
My consumer no. 621812. I have given a request for 2nd cylender to kankaria gas agencie (Navi saghavi) in May 2008 but whenver i go to enquire i am given the same answer that you need to wait 2 more months still so many waiting.I don't understant why so much delay in giving 2nd cylender.

I am Sanjeevaiah.N, having HP gas connection, HP gas consumer No.641598, with Madhu Gas Agencies, HP gas dealers, 6-1-96/6 Padmarao Nagar, Secundeerabad 25, Phone 27507708 and complained to emergency phone No.[protected] at 7 am informing leakage of LP gas from regulator after inserting it to the cylinder. The person manned the phone attended after 30 minutes and advised to keep the cylinder outside the house...

Additional Connection

Dear HPTeam,
I am from Pondicherry.I am a consumer of HPGas and my Service Provider is Kumaran Gas Agencies, Pondicherry. I own a single cylinder connection.For the past two years I am requesting them for additional cylinder. Whenever I ask for additional cylinder, they reply that it will provided another few months (Normally Jan, June and ...). But still now I am not able to get additional cylinder.

Hi, I am working with TVS Electronics LTD. got company transper from Delhi to Orissa. Now I am in Orissa & want to transper my HP Gas connection from Delhi to Orissa. I have send all needful documents to my brother in delhi. HP GAS Sarita Vihar poeple is not helping me or my brother. I week back my brother went to Sarita Vihar HP GAS Agency with all papers. They told him that PAN Card Xerox copy is not clear, come with a clear ID Proof....

New Registration

I take a Connection from Mr. Santosh Sahoo who is a HP sub delar in Bhadreswar, Cuttack.I take from the Gas 2 yaers before but he doesn't give me the paper for registration a New Connection.He always tod your paper work is in process. I always purchase gas from Balck in out side or from him and he take mora mony like 100 rupees extra charges.

Please hep me out and give me my paper work please....

hindustan petroleum cylinder problems

We leave in Bhandup(w) mumbai - 400078.

We have two cylinders booked from hindustan petrolium gas but the fact is we never get two cylinders. When we book the cylinder and try to book for the second cylinders they always say you can only book after 20 days of booking. And even after booking for second cylinder after 20 days we never get it even within 10 days. Hence every month we are facing problem of cylinder shortage as...

booking of gas cylinder

I am not been able to contact the maharashtra gas depot (gas agency), powai on the phone 25781282/[protected]/25790133. When my parent went physicaly to that agency they asked them to email the request for gas cilender booking. My parents are not internet or computer users. so how can they email the request for gas cilender booking? Please clearify this. And the person sitting there have no manners to talk to consumers.
