[Resolved] Hindustan Petroleum LPG Gas — Delay in Delivery of LPG Cylinder

I have gas connection with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation since last 23 years. The connection is in the name of Dr Rajani T. Currently i am staying at Plot 79, II Floor, Lakshmi Nagar Colony, Toli Chowki, Hyderabad-500008. Our current Gas dealers are M/s SaiKrishna Gas Agencies, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Consumer number of ours is 624886. We have booked our gas on 5th of January, and we are yet to receive our refill. When enquired over phone, the company informs us that their delivery boy who comes to our locality is not available and hence suggesting that we should go and collect the same at their office. Sirs, We are informed by our neighbours that the said company's delivery van has visited our locality on the last two days. So what they are telling is not acceptable. Please kindly look into the matter and advise them to immediately supply the refill. HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM LPG — Delay in cylinder delivery

My consumer no is 610037, distributer name is H P Kankariya gas agency, new sangvi, pune 411027 . I have booked cylinder on 13 october today on 7th november still i have not received delivery of it, and this is a usual situation, officials should look into this matter immediately .Now this is limit .

I have taken a new gas connection on 6-8-2010 vide consumer no 615496 from Ajay Gas Sadan @ muzaffarpu, the dealer said that they will deliver the cylinder at home on 7-8-2010, but they fail to deliver the same up to evening, I went their office and complain the same against they said, they will deliver the Gas on 8-8-2010, but since now I haven't recieved the gas, so kindly ask the dealer for necessary action. my contact details as follows.

I have gas connection with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Since last 25 years. The connetion is in the name of lt. Sh. Kailash Chandra Gupta. This connection is my name Rajendra Kumar Agrawal Agter my father'deth. Currently I am staying at Plot No. 162/186, Kumbha Marg, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Jaipur ( Rajasthan ) Our current gas dealers are M/S Saraswati Gas Agencies, Sanganer, Jaipur. Consumer Number of ours is 513741.

We have booked our gas 26th of October and we are yet to receive our refil. When enquired over phone, the Company informs us that their delivery boy who comes to our locality is not available is not available and hence suggesting that we should go and collect the same at their office.

I Vikas Sharma and my Consumer No. 532777, Dealer is Heera Agencies, Malakpet, Hyderabad. I would like to lodge complaint against my dealer as he will not supply refill gas cylinder even after 10 days and when i used to call on the (3) three telephone numbers, always the cassette will be played that the "user is still busy call after some time". So what is remedy available with me, in the present senario of Globalization should i go on each and every occasion, even to verify the when they are going to deliver the refill cylinder. kindly take necessary action against the dealer.
