We have HUL Pure It water filter. Last week found dust in side water.Some white dust in side the water. just look like cotton.We shoot this photographs with my mobile as attached send to you. Hindustan Unilever Pureit — change battery

I am facing same problem with the said product. My dad bought Hindustan Uniliver Pureit and its just two month and the battery has turned red. This is not expected out of the company. We rely on the brand name and this is what we get in return. I kindly ask u to look in to the problem.

Hindustan Unilever — about pure it

MY NAME IS :MAYUR GALA ,i purchase purit model no.sr no.r p b[protected] dt.23/06/2010.my consumer id:[protected], in my purit i found alge grow at 3rd chamber at bottom,i complaint for it 1st time,i got service from them & they told me that again will not happening in future, but within 15 dayc i found again alge in more quantity, i complaint again & demand for excange or refund, but from co's side i got no any proper answer,i complaint again, then they told me that nothig can do they only they can change some fiter part with service charge.
what can i do for this matter?
I am srinivas (A teamleader working for a multinational pharma industry) from mangalore, i purchased pure it in month of September with customer ID as MSM[protected]. I used the product for not more than 2 months and later the water started giving metallic taste and undrinkable. i registered complaint with the customer care on phone many times but the problem is not solved. once a service person attended who is very irresponsible and left the the unit with out proper refitting and problem was not solved till date. every day i complian to customer care they register a new complaint which is not attended by any service person and everyday evening i get a messege to mobile saying the complaint has been attended and asking whether satisfied/not satisfied to reply. This is my latest Complaint No: C[protected] and my contact no: [protected]. Pleas go through my previous complaints records and "RESPOND IMMEDIATELY". I appreciated Hindustan Unilever for providing many useful products but now i almost lost my patience with this product and really feel shame for Hindustan Unilever for doing such useless business and troubling the customers. Dear Sir,
I am Dr. J. D. Waghela, consultant physician, from Civil lines, Akola-444001, Maharashtra. I have purchased one unit of water purifier known as Purit Marvella, was installed to my residence on 21.08.10 through Mr. Prashant Rajurkar PWE from Akola. Before installation what information given to me by him is that it will give me 2250 liter water. We are only two person in our family having requirement of on an average about 4 to 5 liter per day. In the last 4 months the total average comes about 600 liters, out which in the month of December we were out of station for 15 days, hence the consumption might be less than that. About one month back I have complained with customer cell, the person attended told me that it needs change of battery. Now if within 3 to 4 month with 500-600 liter out put if it need to change the battery, than your committment fails. Please arrange to change the battery at an earliest.
Can you please call me as early as possible. I want to give some important suggestion to you my contact No. [protected].

Pure it — poor customer response

hi my name is saravana, 6months back i got pure it water filter frm d nearest dealer, after getting d product they told company people vil come n install it, but no 1 came till a week later seeing d broceture i myself oly installed it. But nw d battery kit has become old so i need to replace it but there is no response from d coustomer care no given by d company
In advertise ment oly d comapny will respond to customers properly but in real life its opposite to wat they do in advertise,
i am not agree with the service... waste service...
I have ordered for change of battery two weeks back, then again two days back I again called them, they gave the same formula of the battery may be changed in next working day, but till today there is no response from any body .
