its really so bad service from the Hindustan Lever Pure it..they commitments lots of fake words before u purchased anything but they never up to the mark guys. even recently i purchased one Pure it Auto fill water purifier from Laxmi Nagar Market M/s. NEELAM APPLIANCES GALLERY on 22nd September 2012. they given me a broken water purifier. after i compliant customer care & the same the all executive commenting all fake commitments still.
so i request to all my in future Hindustan lever customers be careful before u purchased anything this Company Product.

i made a complaint on 11/04/2013 regarding lekage of my pure it the person received my call informed that an amount of Rs.35/- to be paid as service charge i accepted and waited for 48 hours and called on 13/04/2013 the persons lifted the phone is Mr. srinivas (he said) when i asked about my complaint he said that there was no complaint was booked then i asked him why my complaint was not booked he said he will verify; i gave him my id [protected] he again said that my complaint was not registered and if i wish he will lodge the complaint i argued with him why my complaint was not registered and wait for another 48 hours he simply disconnected my call. again i called the customer case one Mr. Obulesh was lifted the phone. i informed the all the details and asked him why my complaint was not registered he said he will enquire and inform i insisted him for complaint number he said he will message the complaint number. But so far no complaint number is messaged. One phone call received from [protected] at 10.53 am on 14/04/2013 enquired about my address and said that he will visit my house for repair. Till 7.20 pm no body visited for repair. Sir, don't you think that you and your people are sending wrong signals/bad service for the products you are selling. You people are advertising about your product is the best one but by not providing good service and even not registering the complaints what kind of message you are going to send the customers. I feel very bad about the behavior about the persons at customer care.. if any body asked about your product i will definitely inform the bad service which you are offering.

PURE IT, , , BUT BATTERY IS NOT PURE...I THINK THIS BATTERY IS CHINEES BATTERY...WHEN COMPANY TELLING THAT BATTERY CAN SUPPLY 1500 LITTER OF WATER..WHAY BATTERY INDICATING RED AFTER 200 LITTER AND 20 DAYS...AM I SURE...BEWARE FROM THIS PRODUCT...

WELL REPUTED NATIONAL LEVEL COMPANY CAN CHEATED TO ANY
