We ordered for the pureit battery kit, and the top filter and we received the battery on 8th of this month. But we still didnt receive the top filter and the battery cover which is broken. We filed a complaint regarding this problem on 15th of this month. Still today none o[censored]r representatives came for resolving the problem. We even called the helpline 5 times, but no response.. We request u kindly to resolve our problem quickly..

I had complaint 4 times by phone to your toll free no. there the order for refill was done quickly, but after a period of one month i have not recd the same. why can't your service team act fast like what they do when a new order is recd.

This is to bring to your notice about the poor service offered by your service team.
we bought a water purifier last May for my parents.
The battery has to be changed as it shows red marks but inspite of repeated calls it has not been attended. Moreover the call is not attended nowadays.
what kind of service is this?
As we are out of station we couldnot do anything for our parents apart from regretting and consoling
.Hope atleast now you will do something after this online complaint.
By the way we have not got the receipt that was to be couriered by your people. This is a lesson for us to be not carried away by the brand name.

I have ordered a battery kit before one week. On that day your customer representative told me it wlol be replaced in 48 hours. But so far it replaced and therre is no reply. It is very bad. last time is also happendd the same thing. I t is totally worst.

I wonder how a company like Hindustan Liver Ltd., appointed such a agency who never care for the service call. Then it is utter waste - giving an ad - CHALLENGE Rs. 1 CRORE .

Hindustan UniLever, Pureit — Contaminated water
I have complained to the HUL local representatives, that my Pureit water filter was giving contaminated water, because of a defective tap. They came to my house and took the tap & a water sample for checking at the factory. After months of follow up they said that the water sample taken from my house was "destroyed" in transit to Mumbai. They then replaced my tap & cleaned the water filter with a chlorine wash & then took the sample. This sample they say is perfect. I asked them about the tests to the old worn out tap, they first acknowledged that it was in their custody & would check and tell me, now they say that since it is a secret design they will not communicate the result to me. I have recorded the conversations on my mobile and also have all the complaints sent to them by email. They claim that if any one proves that the water from their filter is unsafe they will give 1 crore. This is a big fraud. I want to know how to proceed further.Rajan Sekri
