My name is Siyaram sharma & my customer ID i have no Idea I have
purchase a Hindustan Uniliver Pureit 16/04/2011. From your
advertisement we have known that pureit gives us 750 liters water as
save as boiled water but within one months & 15 days our germ kill
battery has became red. In the pureit warranty details you assured us
that in addition you cover the customer with a 2 months warranty
against manufacturing defects & my case is nothing but a manufacturing
diffect because two months maxim 650 liters water is used in our
pureit filterso it is your responsilibity & duty to replace the
baterry in free of cost & save your companies warrenty niether I shall
published all the details in my city & that can prevent your companies
good will. So replace the battery as early as possaible.

Hindustan Unilever — change of battery

Dear sir, I Santosh Bhardwaj, had bought pure it 2 years back. (customer id [protected] ) We got the battery changed last year. It was working well.But this year when we got the battery changed it is not working.We get impure water even after paying Rs 580.We have complained many times on these numbers ([protected], [protected] [protected] ) but nobody bothers to come and check it.They just give false assurance. Hope u will pay attention and do the needful.

The tap in our pureit filter was broken on 14-May-2011 and we immediately requested for change of tap. We were promised that it would be done in 2 days time but to our disappointment we found that the request was not even registered when we called the customer service after waiting for about a week. After registering our service request on 21-May-2011, we were being promised that it would be changed within a day. But until this day, no one has turned up to change the tap.

Pureit places advertisement promising Rs.1 crore for findiing any fault in the filter, But what about service?

My second remainder is on 6th June 2011, Complaint No is C[protected].

After all this I have called and twice to the customer care for the Germ kit. Till the date no one has been responded. I got the feedback call on day before yesterday.
She also promised to take care. Today I am in 11th June. I could not get your spare. However I am going to pay for your product and I am calling each every day to your call centre.

Very recently (6 months) we have purchased your product pureit by paying Rs.1000/- at your local dealer Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore-97, but unfortunately the battery went wrong and we approached your service provider, after replacement of the battery we foundthat the same looks to be duplicate one. When we touch it, the black coloured powder is coming out and we have also [paid the service charges Rs.300/- for replacement of battery.

Iam sanjay kumar joshi i want register a complaint against pure it company they are not changing my machine during guarantee .sir i bought pure it last 2 month before and after few days later i saw it is not working properly .then i called customer care they told me you have to buy new machine and you have to pay 550rs sir my product under guarantee so its companys duty to change the same .kindly take a neccesary actioin against company i highly obliged you .

sir I was a satisfied customer of the pureit for the past four years. Now i had a small complaint. The company is too busy to attend any complaints. I made a complaint through the call center no. the ladies were too good and patiently took my complaint promising that it will be attended in the next 48 hrs, but i had to dream only for them to attend. At this rate of service the company cannot go ahead in the future After -service is the most important and valuable part of your sales. I[censored] dont give a proper after service you will lose your customers without your knowledge, my cellphone no. is [protected]. In case the complaint department of the pureit co, happens to see this by any chance, I hope they will wake up and be alert in furture
