my name is mohd kafeel. i am having a pureit. from last month my battery is not working properly and i had logged a request on 3rd of july,2010 to change the battery and my complaint no. is c[protected]. after a week when noone attend my complain i again logged a complain on 9th july,2010 and complain no. is c[protected] again no one visited again i logged a complain on 12th july,2010 and my complain no. is c[protected].

This is to inform you that your customer care helpline numer is not responding .I called your helpline number a lot of times But you did not show up your responsibility at your fullest. I did call you a numerus number of times but still came no replies from Your dumb mouths. Are you all testing our patience limits. YOU ALL GUYES KEEP ON SAYING IN YOUR T.V COMMERCIALS <ISSE ACHHA AUR SASTA KAHI NAHI> Now let me say you that your pureit battery gets over within a month or sometimes less than that even .Which if i m correct costs worth RS. 600 to RS. 700 . That means in a year that is nearabout RS. 8400 . I did just replaced my older battery with a newer one and its allready over within three or four months . I demand u to take quick actions on this topic and get me a new battery of it as quickly as possible .

It is serous and the matter demands for quick and appropriate actions.
so please this time look onto it and get me a battery as fast as possible thankin you .

I bought a water purifier model no. - RPMO[protected] on dt. 27/4/10 from Electra distributer pvt.ltd
B-29 Near Rama place, Faridabad. I was told that a battery purifies at least 1500 litres water. But I am sorry to say
that my first battery lasted for 42 days only without purifying stipulated litres of water.
I had to purchase the second battery on 14/6/10 for Rs. 365/-. It lasted for only 15 days.
I complain at customer care (Complain no. - C[protected]. DT. 2/7/10,
C[protected] dt 7/7/10, C[protected] dt. 14/7/10). I talked to Mr. Parveen on Phone No. - [protected],
Mr. shailesh - [protected], Mr. Rajkumar - [protected], Mr. Nitesh - [protected].
It is definitely a black spot on your reputation. I want you to take back the whole purifier and replace with a new one.
Hope you will take necessary step at the earliest to avoid any embarrassing situation.

Hindustan Unilever Pureit — not getting pure water

I am facing problem with the hindustan pureit . My dad bought Hindustan Uniliver Pureit on 24/4/10, retail invoice # IS10/480-388 and its just SECOND month and the battery has turned red although we haven't filtered even 70 to 80 lts of water and we are not getting not even a drop of water out of it now and we already complained many times and not getting any response . This is not expected out of the company. We rely on the brand name and this is what we get in return. I kindly ask u to look in to the problem.

hindustan lever pureit — The Battery kit replacement

I placed the request for replace the battery kit on 21st April' 2010. I complaint against this issue more then 10 times over the phone to the customer care. for replace the battery kit. when i called the customer care they are saying by end of the day u will get the battery kit. till date i am didn't received the battery kit. this is not the first time. i am suffering with the same problem from the first time when i am placed the request for battery kit. my customer id no :[protected].

Hindustan Lever Pure It Compact — No proper response for the complaint

Our Complaint number is C[protected] and my name is Salvia residing at New Delhi.

I bought a Pure it Compact on 23rd August,2010 however I made a complaint on 24th August 2010 about water leakage from the 2nd chamber after the final stage of purification of water. I was said that an expert would contact me in 48 hours but I did not receive any call back from any representative. After calling again on 26th August,2010 I was told that my complaint is being forwarded on an urgent basis, however I received a SMS saying that my address is not traceable.

The address given was reconfirmed by the executive at the helpline number on 26th August, 10 and also a landmark (University area, North Delhi) was given but I have not yet received any response from Hindustan Lever team.

Hope you will take appropriate action and get our request and revert to the compliant registered with the company at the earliest.

WE REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY. OTHERWISE WE ARE BOUND TO COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER FORUM AND PRESS SIMULTANIOUSLY.

I ALSO REQUEST YOU TO INSTRUCT YOUR CONCERNED TO TAKE ACTION IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID UNPLEASENT SITUATION AT YOUR END.

I have purchased Hindustan Uniliver Purit on 27/05/2008 and last time replaced germ kill battery on 27/06/2010 but within one month our germ kill battery has become red.It is a manufacturing defect so it is your responsibility & duty to replace the battery free of cost. I have ring so many times to customer care centre and got the answer that we will send the representative within 24 hours or within 48 hrs. till date my complaint is pending in the same position. so replace the battery as early as possible.

sir, i am rajesh kr.singh actually i have purchase pure it on dated 22.05.2010. your executive told us that it gives 1500 litre pure water but within 2 months its battery become red and your executive also told that in case of battery problem with in 6 months they will replace the battery free of cost but now no one is ready to take the resposibility and within two months maxim 600 liters water is used in our pureit filter .so this is your responsibility as well as duty to change the battery free of cost otherwise i can take serious action against the company.
