[Resolved]  Hll PureIT Water Filter — Poor Service of HLL Pureit Battery Kit

I registered a call on 10.03.2008 to HLL Pureit Call Centre [protected] for replacement of Battery Kit. Till 20.03.2008 I have not received the Battery Kit. I called up again to the Call Centre and asked for the reason. They gave a reply which is shocking, they have not registered a complaint which i have given on 10.03.2008 and they told that it would be delievered in another three days. The Call Centre Executive added that i can escalate this issue to any of the higher officers. They are refusing that they have not received a call on 10.03.2008.

While selling the product, they run behind the customer, later for service, customer has to run/spend/waste time for complaints as they wont give a proper service.

PURE IT WATER FILTER — Not Giving proper attention to customers

I am viswanathan and staying at Villivakkam, Chennai.I am regular customer for the Hindusthan Products.My product Invoice no:[protected].My customer id :65687297We have given a complaint for Pure it water cleaner.Every time they are replyed as there is no stock.There is no proper answer at the time of visit the agent place.They are very much intersted with playing and chating with lady staff than attention to customer.Hindusthan is very big and genuine company but servicing is going to worest.
Do not spoil your image and at the same time maintain proper good agencies for all your product.
I called the call centre and ordered the replacement on 4th dec 2008 and they promised the replacement withing 3 working days. Again i reminded them on 6th Dec. Till today(12th Dec) i haven't get any replacement or nobody called us to tell the reason for the delay. Looks like there is no coordination of call centre and local delivery centres.
I registered complian regading the replacement of Filter several times. But the person who has committed the replacement free of cost is a nither attended the case nor picking the phone now. I called up again to the Call Centre and asked for the reason. They gave a reply which is shocking, they have denied to attend the fault . The Call Centre Executive added that i can escalate this issue to any of the higher officers.

He is absolutely right. I have also faced the similar isue.
I had purchase a pureit water filter just one year back. But it is out of order since October, 2009 .Several times I have telephoned on help line no. and also reported to local dealer, but no body botherd.

Pureit Water Purifier — Leakage of Carbon

I purchased water purifier in June 2008. I have changed the battery twice. This time there is a leakage in the carbon components which is entering into the water. I have lodged complaint in my respective Customer Care Center but received no satisfied reply frm their end. I want a complete satisfaction immedialtely otherwise wiill be forced to change my water purifier system.
i had purchased the machine 09.09.2008 till date i could not get my online bill for which i had made so many request to all the persons here and lodged a comlaint on 11.05.2009 with u.p. help line no. [protected] and to delhi also. But all in vain. Further I had got my chamber and G.K.B. changed for which i had paid the required amount to the team leader he told me that with in next two working days you will get online bill but till today it is also not recieved by me. Till now i had made approximate 8 calls to u.p. help line and 6 calls to delhi help line. Now if i am trying to call Mr. Raina he is not even ready to pick my call after seening my number who is area incharge o[censored]ttarakhand. There is only one guy who always helps me that is Mr. Deepak at Haridwar who is wokring under Mr. Jhaman. No one else is ready to hear me.

i am taking so much pain to save the reputation of Hindustan Unilever Limited than what is wrong with the guys who are employed with the company. They are sitting just to help customer and look into the matter solve the problem as soon as possible. Company is paying very handsome amount to the every month. I am making call to every one every where in india wasting my money and time. Provoking my friends to buy the machine. FOR WHICH COMPANY IS NOT GIVING ME ANY EXTRA BENIFITS REBEATS FREE SERVICE TO ME. Even though i am trying my level best.

I had read somewhere on the net itself that there are so many complaints with the customer service. Even though HUL is keeping relations with such sort of peoples. It shows that how big heart company is having for there non reliable peoples. It may be the policy of the company i should not get into all this.

Anyone can check about my complaints which has been lodged on 11.05.2009 and again on 20th May 2009. My personal mobile number is [protected]. Might be your time is much more valuable than mine cos i am a customer only to this company. It may also be trend of the company not to hear any short of complaints of customer.

I had written all this as a well wisher of the company but i am sorry if i wrote some thing that heart you and company.

hahahahh ... This is what I am hearing for past 6 days as I have not yet received the replacement of kit ...


Just wanna say if you can give us the address of our zone then why not the contact number ...If the help line team really does not have contact to zonal office then I must say its poor management.
We asked for battery change one week back at your customer care center.
Till date nothing has happened and every time i get a reply that " today we will send the battery"
I request concern pl. let me know when that today will come?

This is regarding the battery replacement, I have raised the request a long time back and till yet I have called them 5 times no response from them. Really the service of HLL is very poor. if they can not provide the service its better to stop using the product.

HLL Pure IT is good water Purifier but after Sales Service is worst.
If company is not able to provide service to customer then they need to stop the production new Water purifier.
I have ordered a battery kit on 12/006/2009 till today there is no call from any one even I m personally doing follow-ups every day but Company is sleeping.
Why HLL is playing with customer. If we drink UN-Purified water within this period then is HLL is taking responsibility of our health? Any Customer can wait for 3- 4 days but not more than this.
Some senior customer support officer should take care of this things and need to do changes in there customer service. Because this is basic need of a common man.

We are using some of your products fro HLL era to HUL for many decades.

We think, Pureit is not your own product, you are sourcing it. Because as you assured it never gives 1500 Ltrs. of water.

That is why your faceless back office (call centre) staff's are not kind enough to listen our problem, simply they say, "we will attend it within 24 hours". But, after 24 hours again we have to spend our time, phone to recive the same reply. It likes a mechanical pre-recorded message.

For your kind information, at my house we are 5 persons, execpt my mother all o[censored]s away from hoem during day time. Hence we oddly use of 5 x 2 Ltrs = 10 Ltrs of Pureit water. Therefore your battery Kit should fetch atleast 4 to 5 months otherwise as follows:

per day 5 x 2 = 10 Ltrs.

Per month 10 x 30 = 300 Ltrs.

300 Ltrs x 5 months = 1500 Ltrs.

My last Battery Kit purchase made on 21/04/2009 and from 23-06-09 onwards I made complaint of insufficient Battery life of not even 600 Ltrs. water output as against your promising of 1500 Ltrs.

HUL should have separate customer cell to receive such complaint and need to address properly.

HUL to have a pucca R & D to develop products and not to expect the customer to do R & D.

Finally, I request you to look into it and replace my Battery Kit (as free of cost) immediately as we have to consume water, which is already over by yesterday.

Surprisingly you are giving ad as Rs. 1 Crore free to challenge HUL's some special quality. May I request you to check the battery's life and ensure the output (1500 Ltrs) as assured.

Does HUL is really care of its Brand image and its customer, then let some responsible person can talk to me to my cell No.[protected] to listen how much pain we had as we are having this useless HUL's Pureit.

HLL Pureit Battery Kit — not replacing

Poor Service of HLL Pureit Battery Kit
I registered a call on 25-05-09 to HLL Pureit Call Centre of banbalore for replacement of Battery Kit(complaint no:S09/bay/[protected]. Till 30-06-09 I have not received the Battery Kit. I called up again to the Call Centre on 02, 16, 23 & 30-06-09 .They are repeating the same words of " within 2 working days our people will come and replace the kit". The Call Centre Executive added that i can escalate this issue to any of the higher officers. Customer does not have the system of closing the complaints. this HLL customer care is not caring their customer & irritating their customer & spoiling the name of the company.
Now i am hlepless. now i am thinking & i will recoment friends not to go for pureit.

Disgusting service. Its been 3 weeks we have been out of battery and still the guys have not appeared.

Shameful. A product would only be completely effective and efficient if the product as such is good and the service provided for it is quick and hassle free.

If Hindustan Unilever is reading this post, let me tell you that you guys have ought to do something about this or the "PRODUCT" will go to "DOGS".
