[Resolved]  Hll PureIT Water Filter — Poor customer support

They are the worst available. I will surely inform to all of those i know to not to buy HLL Pureit.

worst service i ever had.no professional service person available.Let HLL spends at least 1% for training their mechanics.Spending millions of money for advertising is for selling.After sales service big ' 0 '. Who is going to save the consumer. God or government.

Such a worst service iam experiencing with chennai Ashok Nagar team. more than 5 to 6 times they came and do nothing to arrest the leakage . they are calling Hindustan Lever limited. Name of our country is Hindustan!!!. no single proper service person is there in their office, I think. or doing purposely.what benefit by spoiling HLL name by these service persons.Jayasankar [protected]

Pure it has the worst customer support ever. They are nor coming to solve my problem since last 6 days. even after repeated reminders they are not solving my problem. (call me on [protected]) to confirm it, DONT BUT THIS PRODUCT.

I booked my complaint for replacement of Battery Kit dated on 27/03/11. I got good response thru SMS for replacing the Battery Kit within 24 hours. But in actual, I did not get any response from any service person till now.
I humbly request, kindly don't commit the customer, if it is not being fulfilled by the company like Hindustan Unilever.
I hope the Battery kit will be replaced soon.

I have lodged a complaint on 25 May 2011 and in inspite of repeated reminders and requests the complaint was not solved even after 48 hours.

Our battery working from last 12 month and i think water filter not worked.

Plz. send us customer care people for check the purifier.
We have purchase HUL PUREIT on 2009.

The product is good. But the customer service is very very very very.. bad. we cannot say in words. called nearly 15 times.. spent more thatn Rs.100 to call them, allways says that today the person will come and server u. but no one is coming to see it. i totally upset with this prodution. after sales it will be good if it tries to show the same level of commitment after sales. i am suggesting the people dont purchase the product. in 6 to 8 months only i have faced troubled with this.

Yes, totally i agree on the service provided by pureit. I ordered for a plastic pump a week back but not yet delivered. Upon calling the customer service as usual false promise given but no action taken.

Please do not buy this product, you will definetly feel the pain in terms of service and delivery of spares.
