THIS IS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT THE DRINKING WATER SUPPLY TO OUR COLONY IN UTTAM NAGAR, WHERE AS THE ADJACENT COLONIES, CHANAKYAPURI, RADHAKRISHNA NAGAR COLONIES GET REGULAR WATER ONCE IN THREE DAYS, FOR TWO TO THREE HOURS. THE ISSUE OF WATER DISTRIBUTION WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF HIGHER AUTHORITIES, WHO ISSUED ORDERS TO KEEP A RECORD OF WATER SUPPLY DETAILS WITH TIMING RECORDED WITH THE WELFARE ASSOCIATION FOR WHICH THE CONCERNED MANAGER AT THE CHANAKYAPURI COLONY ACCEPTED A COUPLE OF MONTHS BACK. THE WATER SUPPLY IN OUR COLONY IS SLATED ONCE IN FIVE DAYS FOR WHICH THERE IS RESENTMENT AMONG THE COLONY MEMBERS, WHICH THE COLONY MEMBERS EXPRESSED VERBALLY SEVERAL TIMES.THE CONCERNED MANAGER IT SEEMS IS INTENTIONALLY TROUBLING THE RESIDENTS FOR PROTESTING AGAINST HIM. THE WATER SUPPLY IN THE LAST WEEK ON 20 JAN 2015 LASTED ONLY 45 MINUTES, THE RESIDENTS WERE FORCED TO PROTEST AFTER WHICH THE WATER WAS RELEASED FOR THE SECOND TIME FOR A PERIOD OF ONE HOUR.
THE NEXT DATE FOR SUPPLY WAS SLATED ON 25 JAN 2015 WHICH WAS NOT DONE AND WHEN ASKED THEY SAID THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PUMPING MOTOR.
I KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO GIVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO THE HMWSSB TO STOP DISCRIMINATION AND FOLLOW UNIFORMITY DEPENDING ON THE WATER AVAILABILITY.

1. I have not been getting water every other day at scheduled time 6-8 p.m for several days I registered at 155313 on 29/5/2014 complalint/token 9509. Received an sms that the "problem will be solved in four days"!
2. As water did not come on time, I went to HMWSSB local office on Rd No 7. Was told by a staff member that water will be released at 10 .pm. But it was not released.
3.I, a 73-year old man, had to walk 200 meters from the gate to the tap in the HMWSSB compound to fill my water bottles. The tap near the temple neither opens fully nor closes and continually leaks and wastes water.
A- PLEASE ADDRESS THESE GRIEVANCES IMMEDIATELY.
B- PLEASE PROVIDE A LOCAL 24/7 PHONE NO AT RD NO 7 HMWSSB FOR FOLLOWING UP REGISTERED COMPLAINT.
C- HMWSSB SHOULD ANNOUNCE IN THE PAPERS IF WATER SUPPLY IS GOING TO BE DELAYED, BY HOW MANY HOURS, IN WHICH AREAS.
