Plot no1, Asif Nagar, APHUDA.Residental colony, Hyderabad was alloted on my name G.S.SUSHEEL KUMAR and got registered at SRO attapur, Golconda Mandal, Hyderabad vide Sy no 11/2, 17/1/B, 17/1/D, 17/2/A, Block no D, ward no 25, of ASIF NAGAR VILLAGE, GOLCONDA MANDAL, HYDERABAD.Some person got registered on fake names the matter is under investigation at SRO, Golconda, DISTRICT REGISTER, ERRAGADA, HYDERABAD. I REQUEST not to provide any water connection to the above plot.

We don't get water properly.line men is not giving water properly he is asking money to give water.Already we take take issue to the manager, he is not responding and also he supported line men. And also manager said to me that give money to water.If you give money to line men he will give you water properly.What shall we do Sir.We all are decided to pay every month bill to Line men is it ok for sir...Please respond immediately for this issue we are facing lot of problems noboby is responding...

Dear Sir, i submit that in some areas water meters are not working and some meters are working properly.those having proper meters are getting excess water bills.who don't have the meters/struck ed are getting less water bills
How the operators generating water bills when the meter is not working?
it seems blindly they generating bills for struck ed/not working meters.
This is not correct those meters are promptly working getting excess bills
Please verify in this matter and do needful
ie. in TRT Colony Vidyanagar getting excess bills

We are not receiving water since many months, when we raise complaint token no.6411, 1940, 6158 etc, after several request in reply manager asked to change the connection line, but private plumber asking huge amount for the same. Please do the needful.

Complaint: About a month ago, our pipeline connecting my house was damaged, and I got it repaired by a private plumber. Even then, there is no water coming through the tap.Lineman, one Yadgiri was refusing to help when turned down his demand foir money. Please look into this episode and see that we get water regularly uninterrupted.

When we have asked them to fix it at that time they said they fixed and laid concrete, it’s been more than 1 month now and there is no water supply for us. We have raised multiple complains with HMWS &SB and also on GHMC site .HMWS&SB say it’s not in their hands and we have to contact the contractor who laid the road and when we contacted him he says it’s not in his hands get it done on your own expenses. My questions is why we should pay from our pockets when the damage was done by the road laying contractor. If we have to do it on our own it will cost us 1lak which is not acceptable. It will be very difficult for us to pay such huge amount, we can’t afford it. Please help us. Contractor Ramesh # [protected] is the responsible person.

Their has been no water suplly since 1month, but our neighbours geeting sufficent supply even after paying dues before time we have take water from other house.

There is a regular drainage overflow on to the road. Location: Lane in front of Ford Service centre, Behind old RTC office, RTC Cross roads, Hyderabad Problem: Drainage overflow from the lane near Ford service centre to the Main Road near Bus Bhavan (200mts) Regular problem every morning and not being attended inspite of complaints.

Its been almost 10 days since the drainage on the main road between Annapurna Apts, 1-9-485/6, 6A&7, Adikmet, Lalithanagar Hyderabad 44 & Murugan Apts, Adikmet, Lalithanagar, Hyderabad 44, near Jamia Osmania Station is over flowing due to which the road too has got eroded to a great extent. Yesterday two persons came open the drainage lids & left without doing anything, add to that the rubble dumped on the side of the road is creating a bigger problem for pedestrians who are forced to walk on the road which is highly crowded. Please look into the matter & address the same ASAP

As per ghmc employee suggested to lodge a complaint to yourgoodselves i am doing the same.

Respected Sir, I Makhdoom Mohammed Afzal R/O: 16-9-583/2, Old Malakpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, Would like to complaint and get you informed regarding the leakage of sewage water from the footpath in front of my house which is creating a lot of problem to the every one especially the school children (Ashrafia School) and is also causing mosquito breeding which is very painful for the entire locality. By mistake, for the June 2014 bill against the above mentioned CAN No., I paid the bill twice through internet, once on June 30 and again on July 2 for Rs. 578.94 through my Axis Bank. Instead of giving me credit for both the amounts, I have received an SMS on my phone no. [protected] that including arrears I have to pay Rs. 1158.19. Please look into this anamoly, correct the same and inform me that you have received the amounts and that there is a credit balance in my account.

Respected sir i Mr kiran kumar owner of house bearing H no 4-2-1029 ramkote near Naya Bazaar high school requesting you kindly to take action on my neighbour Ranjithmal Baid and his son sanjay baid with H no 4-2-1026 & 28 who illegally digging municipal road with private labour at night for their personal requirements and constrcting illegal MANHOLE on road as they r been warned from long time regarding their drainage water cumming out frm there home and flowing through lane which makes bad odour and getting all our lane ugly with . now at this time we and all our neighbours gave a police complaint and stopped the work. as they made illegal encroachment by putting stairs on road and putting manhole in that instead the pit hole to be with-in their premises. I request you kindly to take immediate action on this

Dear Sir, I'm from Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. I have applied for water connection in the year 2011, and I have done all the related payment but the HMWSSB have failed to give us water connection till date. This is one of the MOST horrible service. I have gone to the concerned area authorities for years now and I have never found any of the officers in there place for solving this issue in 3 years now. Every time i call their number and they say i'm out will check and get back to you, which they don't. Can you kindly look into this and do the needful As soon as possible. Respected Sir, I am a resident of begumpet, complaint regarding sewerage leakage. Every time we complaint half work will be done and if we ask them to do it fully, they say we have other works to do. every time the same and drainage's water is blushing back into the house. The unauthorized people are opening the cover of Manjeera water junction box, tapping the water with buckets and spoiling the water. The HMWSSB valve operators also not bothered about. The concerned May kindly look into and arrange to lock the cover with secured lock. Regards,
