The racquet which I received is damaged and it is bent. Also in product list "1 Yonex ETec Badminton Grip Free" with it, but the package I received doesn't contain the grip. I have returned the product due to damage and there is no replacement product yet. According to the courier service the product has reached you on 27th august. Even their CC executive confirmed the same

27 Aug 2012 12:30:00 Meerut Shipment Returned To Origin.

I have now requested to cancel the order but they are not doing it or responding to my queries.

    In Home Shop18 I have ordered One BATA Shoes...When order was placed within 2 days they delivered the MAterial but the sizes they have sent are not we have ordered so we paid the amount and they have taken the Product for replacement...so I complained about them and after 15 days I m not getting any response from there end not even received the complaints...

      Is your ticket system working? Check out my 4 tickets I raised to get details of order number[protected]. Neither I get any reply for the tickets I raised nor the order delivered. I informed on phone twice about the problem (which takes 5 minutes of waiting to get my turn to speak to your customer care officer). Finally I have to cancel the order because of no response from your side. Hopefully that would be done. Else I may need to approach consumer court as last resort. It's the worst service I came across.

        I this is Deepak Kumar. Mob. [protected]. I have purchased Ardhangini Managlshutra from homeshop18 in June2012. After two month a found color fed and black of Mangalasutra. On the homeshop18 channel asked to color will not fed and black and they were asking it's gold plated. I got a pair of anklets free and his color also changed as same manglasutra. I called homeshop18 but they not giving any satisfied answer. I am very fursted with homeshop18 guys because I called many time but they were not giving any answer and blame to me about that. they told me we can not any help you about that and we are not responsible for it. I have complaint number: 74380905. I want to refund my money or replace my product. I have lost my money. I am not happy with homshop18 family and homeshop18 tv channel because they are miss guide and making fool. I received a call from homeshop18 and they told me we can not replace and help. I received a sms for issue has been resolved but my issue not resolved. I am very unhappy with homeshop18 family.

        Please take action and help me about that.

          I have ordered a watch as a gift 15 days back from homeshop18 , still i haven't recieved the watch. I called customer care , of the Aramax courier service , they say that the shipment was lost in transit.they have informed Homeshop18, when i call to homeshop18, these people deny the complaint and, give me false assurance that the watch will be shipped.1 day later, homeshop 18 confirms watch is lost and said that they have sent a new watch. A day later when i call the customer care ,they deny of watch being lost. and tell me to wait for 24 hours for delivery of the same.
          a day later , they say that the watch is in pune office and will be delivered to me by evening or next day afternoon.
          next day evening i called them again, they deny of watch being there at pune office and then accept that watch was lost by courier service.
          They again give me a false information new order was place as a replacement of the lost watch.
          by this time homeshop 18 does not communicate the status of my watch, by mail or phone call. Every time i have to make them realize that the shipment was lost.
          Customer care executive tells me order is shipped by aramax courier again This is the old shipping number and track record shows old details of shipment ..
          It has been over 40 calls to homeshop 18.. and still they are fooling the customer.
          It has been 4days that i am calling homeshop18 twice a day .none of the executives have correct information about my shipment. Its a case of providing misleading information to customer.providing false information to customer. Homeshop18 hasn't communicated to me by mail/phone.about shipment being lost.The shipment is delayed by 15 days and still customer is being fooled about false information.
          It has been over 40 calls to homeshop 18.. and still they are fooling the customer.
          Thanks to Android that i have all the recordings of my calls ..they cant lie about the fooling business.

          Homeshop18 is the worst service in this world.

          Homeshop18 — Order still not Delivered after 24 day of payment

          Hi,
          My Order( Whirlpool Microwave with starter kit and reebok watch) is not delivered yet.
          I had ordered on 8-Mar-2010 with complete payment at the time and today is 1-april-2010, i am still waiting for my order delivery. What type of service you are providing to your customers??

          This is too much of frustration I have ever received with any company. You do not care for your customers. Every time I call on your helpline, you guys told me that order will be deliever within 2-3 days...this is such a frustration one can't bear.
          You guys told me that order has been shipped on 25th but today is 8th day after 25th!!

          WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER??????

          I want my order to be delievered by today maximum, otherwise I need to take some legal action against Homeshop18 and team.

            I had ordered a HTC One V on 24th August and there has been no update on the order. All I can do is to log a ticket via My Account and no-one even has the courtesy to reply to it. I call up their CC and all they tell me is that I have to wait for another 8-10 days before there would be an update on the ticket. I request for talking to their manager. The manager is either always busy in some meetings or they put me on hold for 10+ minutes and out of frustration I hangup. Manager saab get out of those meetings and start resolving customer complaints. Gosh!! IT would be 15 days and then they would be kind enough to make an update on the ticket. And this when the said product is available on their site.

            Wake up HS18. Leaving a very bad taste..

              HomeShop 18 — order not yet got

              Sirs,

              I have shop online and ordered for a pearl jewellery set to home shop 18 on 20/06/09 and i got order no[protected]from them and later get confirmation saying that your order no 71379117 has been shipped
              and delivered within 3 working days. My cancard visa had been debited Rs 900 being the cost of
              the jewellery and not yet i get the order..What should I do? How will I get my money back or the order.
              Take them to consumer forum.

              Homeshop18 — Not received an order

              Hi,

              I have ordered[protected] a Kenstar Juicer Mixer Grinder from Homeshop18 but haven't received the product even after 15 days. I have called so many times to the helpline number but no luck. Everytime i call they say "you'll receive the order in 2 days" but haven't received the order till date. tired of calling and chasing up with these peple.

              This is the 2nd time i am ordering somthing from them, my first time experience was really nice. I received the order on 5th day itself and thought Homeshop18 is a really good company but now they are forcing me to launch these type of complaint against them. Why are these ppl spoiling their IMAGE?

                Not given product in offer even if i booked in offer
                i am booked my order of reebok mobile shoe on 15th august (independance day offer).
                Due to homeshop18 and aermax courier delivery problem,i am not geting my order.Then i am called to customer care,he told me that now you don't get the offer on your product.

                  i order a spice full touch dual sim mobile phone from home shop 18 i paid 2500 for this but i did not get battery alongwith the phone i call many times to the customer care but they neglected my call i have all the recordings off the conversation between me and them they always said me that they are couriering the battery in 2 days but a month passed thy did not do so i want my battery within 1 week or i fired a complain of neligency and misguided a consumer to them

                    I ordered Mesmerization Double Bed Sheet Order Number[protected] & Sub Order No. 45405165 and received the bed sheet dirty and damaged. I Sent a complaint to them immediately through there web form on Jul 23, 2012 under complaint number 73314895. They replied after 8 days that too like a thief without informing me on my email with a wrong address Dear Customer,Plot 19 A, Delhi Sanoli Bye pass, near shankar garden, opp. Sec-25, HUDA, Panipat-132103. Who the hell is names his shop as "dear customer" I immediately again sent a complaint which I cannot see now on the website now. now after a month has gone bye I have not received the correct address as to where I have to ship the product. So now neither I can ship the product back nor can i order a new product neither I can receive a refund.

                    I am very sad with there response and thinking what to do now? Should I send Bed Sheet to dear customer?

                          Poor delivery. I ordered for Panasonic Cordless Phone and SD Micro Memory for 8GB. I have received 8GB Memory on time. I enquired with Aramex, they have received the Phone also but even after 2-3 days they have not yet delivered. I checked up Aramex on the internet, there is lot of Complaints in the Internet as they are keeping the courier for multiple days before delivering. There customer service number is difficult to get through and difficult to track the shipment. I also raised complained with Homeshop18 yesterday. I was told by Customer Service rep that a complain will be registered and I will get the SMS. I havent received any communication yet.

                          Finally if you want any item quickly delivered difficult rely on Homeshop18 and Aramex courier is totally unreliable....

                            I spent Rs.27,141/- towards purchasing Samsung Galaxy Note-7000(Order No:[protected] on 08/07/2012..I received empty parcel(it had only a user manual and a separator) and investigation was done for one month by them and told that they cannot help anymore in this regard on last month 31st..I got a call from homeshop18 this month on 14/08/2012 and they told me that they are processing a refund or replacement for the same and told me to wait for 2 days for confirmation since they were busy with 15th August ofers..Yesterday I got a call from Mr.Sikhvinder and he confirmed that refund or replacement would be done..

                            Today I got a call i.e; on 22/08/2012 and again they are saying that complaint has been closed ..
                            THEY ARE NOT PUTTING UP THEIR WORD THAT THEY WILL RE-PROCESS THE ORDER OR REFUND THE MONEY..

                              THIS ORDER WAS PLACED ON SATURDAY AUGUST 18,2012, MONDAY WAS A PUBLIC HOLIDAY. WEBSITE CLEARLY MENTIONS THAT THE SHIPMENT IS HANDED OVER TO COURIER COMPANY. ( I HAVE A PRINTOUT OF THE SAME AS AN DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE). HOWEVER THE CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR SAYS SHIPMENT IS STILL NOT HANDED OVER TO COURIER COMPANY FOR THE DELIVERY.

                              THIS CLEARLY INDICATES THAT CUSTOMERS MONEY IS TAKEN OUT OF BANK ACCOUNT AND DEBITED THE SAME DAY HOWEVER WHEN CUSTOMER TRIES TO TRACK THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT THEY ARE JUST FOOLED AROUND SAYING THAT PRODUCT WOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN NEXT 4 TO 5 WORKING DAYS

                              SUPERVISORS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES THINK WE ARE FOOLS IF THEY CHANGE SENTENCES AND WORDS AND TALK TO US THE SAME THING IN DIFFERENT MANNER. PATHETIC PEOPLE DONOT UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE NOT DUMB WHAT THEY THINK US TO BE.

                              WHEN THE WEBSITE DONOT HAVE POTENTIAL TO DELIVER PRODUCTS ON TIME AND GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I THINK THEY SHOULD SHUT IT DOWN AND CLOSE THE OPERATIONS.

                              THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE OVER THIS WEBSITE AS THIS COMPANY HOMESHOP18 IS CLEARLY A CHEATTTTTTTTTTT AND FRAUD AND ALL THAT THEY DO IS JUST MAKE FAKE PROMISES AND NEVER DELIVER....I SINCERELY REQUEST EVERYONE READING THIS COMPLAINT THAT NO MATTER WHATEVER HAPPENS IN LIFE NEVER EVER PLACE THE ORDER WITH THIS WEBSITE FOR ANY PRODUCT HOWEVER LUCRATIVE IT MAY APPEAR ON THEIR WEBSITE.

                              i had ordered a hamper of angry birds for rakhi n sent to calcutta (howrah) for my kid brother. Homeshop18 cheap people took the money and delivered all broken stuff in it . they should be sued for doing such fraud things in life.

                                I have ordered 5 pieces of suit (order number[protected], Homeshop18 sent me suits which are of completely different desgin. I called the customer care and they told me to send the courier back to them so that they can send different set of suits. I couried them back and after waiting 10 days they sent me same set of suit.

                                I called customer care again, after waiting approx 30 mins they replied me that I have to keep those with me AT ANY COST THEY WILL NOT REPLACE/RETURN my money.

                                I seriously suggest not to buy any thing from this site as these are completely piece of crap, its completely wastage of time, money and piece of mind.

                                  This is Saurabh Ranjan.
                                  From last 4-5 year blindly i am purchasing goods from home shop18 just because of faith and trust but recently i have purchased DOMO slate N9 SE but i found it was not working properly, i am unable to use it, and it's of no use. If this continue then my faith and trust on Homeshop18 will finish.
                                  So i request to this brand to rectify my problem and provide a fruitful solution as many a time i have complained through call but no action has been taken till date.
                                  from the day i have purchased DOMO since from then i am complaining about it. Contact to customer care, he promised me to replace it but till yet no action has been taken.

                                    I have purchased micromax X490 from Home shop 18 and after the getting the product i have seen that is damaged one. I have given complaint 3 times and nobody responded. I am very disapponted there services.

                                      I bought product from HS18 ORDER Number[protected],after a while it stopped working,After which I contacted HS18 as it was under warranty,Support Number 73373613,After that they asked me to sent back the item at my cost & promised to get the product replaced & refund my return shipping charges,As asked by them I did sent back the item, AWB : EL[protected]IN - Speed Post,Now what happened is they gave me the wrong address & the item is back in transit due to non-delivery issues,Now they don't even reply to my tickets,Never had to deal with such a CARELESS & PATHETIC CC ever,Now after all these I started raising complaints at their Facebook page,Now they banned me,Please Take Care of the Issue & BEWARE folks,Keep Away from that FRAUDULENT MONEY EATERS,Worst Service You Can Ever Expect,They only support you still you place the order

                                      Home Shop18 — Pathetic Services after Sale

                                      Hi all,

                                      Please be aware of purchasing anything from Homeshop18. This is one of the best center crowded o[censored]nconcerned and senseless behaviour after sale. Service after sale is pathetic.

                                      I purchase a mobile from Homeshop18. I placed the order on 27th August 2010 and the product was delivered after 10 days on 7th September 2010. A pair of sunglasses was free with this but was not delivered at the time of product delivery. I chased the bloody call center a minimum of 20 times and finally after spending hell lot of time and money to call the Unconcened and Senseless call center, finally the free gift was delivered on 27th September 2010. This is what is related to committment failures.

                                      Now come to services - Within 24 hours that mobile phone started the malfunctioning, the touch screen failed to recognize the commands and as this is completely touchscreen phone (FUJEZONE X2) so one cannot even dial a number or access. I raised the complaint on 8th September 2010 at about 1:50 AM morning. But again that mobile phone started working after restarting a few times.

                                      Again the same error occured on 14th November and since then again the Touchscreen is not recognizing the commands. Again I raised the complaint and got the SR number with SLA of 2 days. But all in vain, nobody turn up to collect the instrument for replacement.


                                      Finally after 5 calls to know the status of SR, I called again on 18th November 2010 and got to know as there is no tie up with BLUE DART Courier for instrument collection from Bhopal, so need to call up TMT services.

                                      Associate shared the TMT Delhi helpline number and when I called there they asked me to call on TMT Mumbai helpline number. When I called again on Mumbai helpline number the associate who received the call said - We are not providing services to Homeshop18 and when I told them that I received this number from Homeshop, they resonded as "Homeshop18 walon ko akal hi nahin hain".

                                      I again called up to the Homeshop18 call center and again told the complete history, but again I got the same Unconcerned behaviour and Nonsupportive answers as we are not providing services of collection of Faulty handsets from Bhopal so need to send through private courier services - Supervison - Mr.Babin said this thing.

                                      So friends this is what that is happening. Planning to raise the complaint against this in Consumer court.

                                      Please never ever even think to purchase anything from Homeshop18.

                                        Homeshop18.com is providing pathetic service to its customers. We have placed an order#[protected] on 27th July 2012 and they promised through SMS that it will be delivered on 31st July 2012. On 10th of Aug another SMS is sent that I will receive my order on 9th Aug-12. I am wondering if HS18 has invented time machine :-) So far order is not delivered despite waiting for more than 15 days.
                                        Last year also we had order Rakhi, flowers and sweets to through HS18. Sweet box was rotten despite on-time delivery and flower bouquet was one of the cheapest quality possible.
                                        Please do not go by their misleading advertisements..these people are Cheats. Once you made payment to them they do not care. Their customer care number [protected] is always busy and you do not have an option of cancelling your order. As per their link (http://help.homeshop18.com/entries/[protected]how-do-i-cancel-an-order-on-homes...
                                        You cannot cancel an order once it had been confirmed. Though, a replacement option is always available if delivered item is damaged.

                                        That's against consumer rights. Please think twice before you select HS18.
