I ordered a mobile phone from homeshop18 and i must say i made a mistake by choosing homeshop18.On the same day i received the product i found out that the charger is not working and so i registered a complaint on thier customer care and they promised to call back in 2 days but no call came so i had to call them back and then they said they wont replace or refund and i have to go to service center for replacement but when i insisted to do this by themselves they said they will update me in 2 hrs but its been 3 days and no update from thier side.i must say homeshop18 is the worst online shoppin site and pls dont buy from them.

    It is seen that company did not adhere on the complaints regarding the empty parcel received and till date have not refund the amount for the same.
    I would like to inform you at first delivery 23 May 2012 mention product was received empty and complain was launch and the same was approved for the refund after investigation and company accept their apology for the empty parcel and ready for the refund. However prevent to non refund company try to do fraud , and send the same empty parcel again on 8June 2012 without any information and handed over to another person (security guard) at my office address on 09 june 2012 ,
    However I was informed by the such person regarding the parcel and ask to collect the same.
    When I get the parcel I saw the weight of the parcel was very light and over the parcel weight was mention 4 Kg . immediately I inform to Homeshop 18 customer care . And suggested to keep the such parcel with me and the same will be arrange for the reverse pickup . How ever this was not done and I speak with the senior person Mr Ram then he suggest to send the same parcel at my end with any courier and I have send the such parcel without open by DTDC courier on 12 June as it as i have received .

    However first time the same was delivered in very manner and handed over to me only after verifying the proper identification . and the second time it was delivered to guard .
    The parcel was for Rs 30960.00 which can not be handed over to any other person.

    This is clear case of refrain from making refund .Company is just trying to make me fool by sending the empty parcel twice and saying that matter on hold and under investigation .

    This is my final notice to make the refund in next 3 Days after receiving this legal notice . If the same will not resolved in mention period I will move to consumer court.

      I purchased new veedee D10 tablet on 26/5/2012 and the device is not getting power on so I loged a complaint on 1/6/2012 and sent it back and waited for another 10 days and recieved the same old tablet on 16/6/21012 which is not getting power on.
      so people please dont buy any products in home shop 18 Its a very bad seller.

        I have purchased HP 430 Laptop core i5, 500 GB HD, DOS, 4 GB RAM from homeshop18 via order no.[protected] worth Rs.32450 in the name of R K Feed Equipments, Kalpesh Agrawal, 57, Alka Soc., Vadodara - 389350. But I received HP laptop with much lower configuration of Core i3, and 2 GB RAM. I had filed a complain and one executive Mr. Nishant told me that my laptop has been replaced with one guy of b'lore. So I have to send it back and within 2-3 working days, I will get new one back.

        I have sent it back on 5th June, 2012 and it has been delivered on 6th June, 2012. Still I haven't got any replacement yet. On saturday i.e. 9th June, I had a talk with their supervisor Ms. Purnima. She told me of sure commitment to deliver on 11/12th, but I didn't get. Then on 12th, Mr. Vinay another supervisor has given for sure commitment of 13/14th but they went away. Now, when i am calling them, they are blaming their dispatch team.

        But Overall, I am the one who have to suffer. I am a business person and I am wasting my man ours due to homeshop18. Please help me for proceed.

          I have placed my order no. [protected] for two books Quantitative Aptitude and A Modern Approach To Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning (English),( Paperback) done my payment of 734 through uco bank debit card . Rs.734 is deducted from my account but the page shows that Payment decline, Sorry we are not able to process your order with HomeShop18.


          As the amount of Rs. 734 is already debited from my account . So, please look into that transaction and place my order or Refund the money back to my account.
          I have placed my order no.[protected] for Everwel Gold 72 Pcs Dinner Set, and done my payment of 2799 through ICICI netbanking. Rs.2799 is deducted from my account but the page shows that Payment decline, Sorry we are not able to process your order with HomeShop18.

          I called the Customer care they said we have not received the payment for the said order and you may place a new order with us. But when I informed them that the amount of Rs. 2799 is already debited from my account and I also gave them the payment ID number, the customer care executive cuts the phone. I have also mailed them the scan copies of Bank statement and the payment statement for the order[protected], yet there is no response from them till now. HomeShop18 has a worse Customer care service and unprofessional too.

          As the amount of Rs. 2799 is already debited from my account . So, please look into that transaction and place my order or Refund the money back to my account.

            I placed an order at home shop 18 on 12 aug 12. I sent cheque of required amt on 13 aug 12 by courier. Courier at your end was received on 17 aug 12.
            Amt was deducted from my acct on 22 aug 12. For the past 02 days status of my order is indicating is that payment under clearance. Could you please clarify this specific delay? At the time of booking i was told that 08 to 09 working days, you will deliver me my order. Already 12 days have passed and you are telling me that my payment is under clearance.               I have purchased a karbonn smart tab from homeshop18 which they delievered to me after 2 days when i tried to use it does not recognise my 3g usb (Airtel huawei e1731) dongle which i buy after seeing the supported dongle list in the product,when i contacted karbonn mobile customer support they don`t have any solution,i also visited their service centre but they also not not able to solve the problem,i called homeshop 18 for replacement they replaced the product after a period of 7 days but when i tried to use this product again the same problem faced by me,when i tried to contact homeshop 18 they do not helped me regarding this when i contacted karbonn service centre they told me that they can repair but do not replace the product.
              Sir i have made a payment for a brand new product ,but homeshop 18 have delivered me faulty product two times. i am not satisfied with service homeshop 18 have provide,as they have delivered the faulty product two times ,pls made arrangement so that i can get my money back.

                I had ordered 7 books from Homeshop18.com on 19th of May, all the delivery details of the books were about 2-4 business days or 3-5 business days. The Order number is
                I have received only 1 book till today.... And there is no proper response to phone calls that I make inorder to ask for the order. They say I will have to mail at [protected]@homeshop18.com but nothing seems to be happening when I mail there. I have mailed 3-4 mails.
                I was a regular customer there, but I dont how this is happening. And no one seems to be bothered with so many mails and calls from my side.

                  I purchased a karbonn mobile from homeshop18 on dated 12/1/2011 and invoice number being RL-01801...
                  Suddenly lost sound for incoming/outgoing calls and camara was not working..as this happened with warrantee or gaurantee period...so i logged several complaint with homeshop18.
                  Details of complaint--
                  1-----on dated -13/12/2011,complaint number being[protected].and it was returned to me as it is without any resolution..on dated-20/1/2012..
                  2----on dated-20/1/2012,with new complaint being 69471459 i returned the same mobile to them..when i ask them about new complaint number they replied that it was fix as per their record,so we need
                  to looged new complaint....Again mobiled was returned to in a same condition on 3/4/12...so again i call them up and find out the reason of sending it back in a same condition....they said soory for this as parts
                  of mobile was not available in time that is why it took some time but if still your issue not fix,please send it back.....again with new complaint number....
                  3----on dated-4/4/12, with complaint number being[protected]....mobile was send back to them in a address they send me through sms on my mobile.......
                  Now,home shop18,people are saying we didnt received you packet yet..Here i would like to mentioned that when ever i send back mobile to them it was TNT Domestic courier and homeshop18 pays them for picking up the packet from given address and delivered to them...i have all 3 receipt of tnt courier.
                  I call up TNT courier and enquired about the packet send to home shop18 on dated4/4/12....they informed that it been delivered to given address at 5pm on dated-6/4/12,,,,
                  I spoke to several people in customer service during this period and everytime they give some kind of assurance that we will resolve this issue within another 7day,10day or15 days. I have all records that when and to whome i spoke in customer service of homeshop18...If you want i can provide all date/time and name, so that you can check recordings.....Some time people are rude and they also disconnect the line after seeing record of my complaints...
                  So iwould like to request you to please look in this case as its my hard eatrning money is involved...

                    Every I would like to caution you against buying any thing from Home shop18 I have purchased a book and am supposed to gift it to some one I have booked the order and my number is [protected] I have booked on 21th May but till now they did nothing to send the book I have submitted ticket 5 times and the home shop 18 said they are not the right person to give any information THEY SAID THEY ARE RIGHT TO TAKE MONEY AND THEY ARE NOT BOUND TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT IN MY CASE THE BOOK SO BE AWARE

                    Now I demand compensation along with the refund and I request and alert you never buy anything from HOMESHOP18

                      i write this complaint agains homeshop18 due to their false information and without having product on stock they accept the order and deducted money from credit card so customer will stuck into their refund process.I place a order for DELL VENUE smartphone worth of Rs 12,999 on homeshop18 at 7th may 2012 after paying the amount for purchase by creditcard they giveme order no[protected] and tell me product will be reached to u withing 4-5 working days but after 5 days when i call to their customercare their executive tell me it will take more 2-3 days to get then i asked about from which courier company they used . they told me they sent by ARAMEX courier and after 1 day when i again call then thei executive tell me that ur order not shipped yet due to out of stock and we will refund ur money but they do not tell within hw many days they refund or not refund the money
                      actually i purchased that sell to gifted someone on their birthday but homeshop18 ruined everything and my money also stuck due to false information ,customer care service and not update their website about product avaiblity. i want to put a case againt homeshop18 in consumer court for this harresment and adviced my rnds not to shop from their website

                        i am Kripa..from Kerala...i purchased a book from home shop 18 last week..the order number was[protected] and when the product was delivered,i was so shocked..because it was the duplicate book..more better to say that it was the photocopied version of the original book..i paid Rs.1370/-..if it was for a photocopy,i could have taken it myself from my library spending just 100 bugs..i lost all the money for a xerox one..there was no need to buy this from home shop 18..they are actually cheating people by giving products which are not genuine..first time i did an online purchase and i got so disappointed..when tried calling the customer care,they said that they were not the concerned department and asked me to send a mail to a given id..i mailed and its been 4 days ..i got no reply from them other than a computer generated mail as an acknowledgement..they are acting so irresponsible..i placed one more order along with the first order..that is order no:[protected]..i haven't received the product yet..they mailed me telling i would be getting it next week..if the fate of the first order was this way,i have no hopes that i would be getting the original book..please do something..help me!! i dont want to get cheated..neither i want others to get cheated from this site!!they particularly said that they sell new and genuine products and NOT old or used ..THEY ARE PLAYING FRAUD!

                          I have made an order of 4 books on 7th May
                          on 9th May they sent me 8 books! the same 2 books, 4 copies each!!

                          I have called up the customer service a MILLION times, they said we cant help, you can only EMAIL the book department!
                          WHICH, they never reply, i have submitted 5 tickets, and my friend has submitted another ticket also!
                          And I will make all my friends submit tickets unless i dont get a call from the books department!

                          I have Explore Astrology Trikona 1 and Explore Astrology Trikona 2 Each 4 copies ...

                          . I have taken 1 copy of each so the remaining 3 copies of each book
                          Cost of remaining books:
                          Trikona 1 - 67 x 3 = 201
                          Trikona 2 - 79 x 3 = 237

                          total is 438 /- I paid already for the extra copies of book that are in their BOXES UNTOUCHED AT ALL!

                          Remaining books in my order:
                          Prasna Marga 1 Payble after Discounts and Charges (Rs.) 272.00
                          Prasna Marga 2 Payble after Discounts and Charges (Rs.) 203.00
                          Total 272+ 203 = 475

                          So please send me those 2 remaining books and I will give the courrier guy all the 6 boxes that cost 438 and I will pay the difference

                          475 - 438 = 37

                          so I need to pay 37 rupees difference and give the 6 books that i already paid for 438 rupees for in cash to the courrier man ..

                          I cant imagine the amount of trouble I have to go through, I always order from Flipkart and I NEVER have a problem... Plus , they have a DIRECT assistance where I can call up and they understand.... Youll havent even replied to my previous ticket which CAUSED this problem!!


                          Please send me 1 copy of Marga Prasna 1 and 2 and Ill give the courrier guy the 6 books and Ill pay the difference...

                            i m dhruv mithaiwala ,i placed order to home shop 18 online shopping. i placed order of strontium 8gb microsdhc card with deal rate of 279 which i paid as per cash on delivery. i received courier by product is non working with fraud product.the company is playing fraud with people of india by giving heavy discount rate. which further should be immediately stopped on advertisement.i here place complain against company and to refund me.

                              I have ordered a Express Stainless Steel Vacuum Flask 750 ml shown with price Rs 1000 being offered for Rs 899 with a 350 m flask as gift (order no [protected] dated 15.4.2012). After receiving the flask I noticed a sticker on the 750 ml flask. Upon removing the sticker I noticed that there is a original sticker showing Rs 650 as the price that has been concealed by the company. The company has mislead me by stating that the MRP is Rs 1000 while it is actually Rs 650. I had made a complaint and telephoned several times there has not been any response.

                                I have purchased Glen Food processor from Homeshop18 in April 2012 Order no[protected]. We unpacked it after a week as we were busy in normal daily work at home and we found that food processor is not working at all. We followed all the instruction given in user manual, tried with different blade combination and switches but not response of motor. So immediately i called up the Homeshop18 call center, the executive took down the complaint, but 3 days have past and no one bother to resolve the issue.
                                I had purchased first time with HomeShop18 and experience is very bad. Its very reputed shopee and hope if anybody deal with it professionally rather then avoiding the complaint.

                                  It's ridiculous that no body at homeshp even cares to address this issue even after sending multiple mails to them through their protal. they will send an apology reply and will just forget about it after that. why do they offer products on sale if you can't deliver it properly? It is a prepaid order and they have already taken money from my account and still haven't delivered the product. This is my first shopping experience with HS18. And it was a wonderful first impression.

They have send the REEBOK WATCH they had taken Rs 4299/- in Advance.But they have forgotten to deliver the Actual product what they have shown in their own TV Channel which them selves say the most popular channel in india . I even lodged a personal complaint to their website as well, for which I never got a response.                                   Please note, I had Ordered one Whirlpool 20 L Oven from HomeShop18. From the past 16 Days, I am checking the status which is just shown as 'Cargo Ready'. I had called Customer Care many times. But, the only response i had received was that it would be shipped in next 2-3 days from the past 1 week. My Credit Card has already been charged for this. Also, they tell that the Whirlpool Outlet is experiencing some problems due to which the shipment would be delayed.

                                  Once, i received a very harsh reply from them as well. The Status has not yet changed. I dont have any idea when it would be delivered.                                   I bought two products from homeshop18 online shopping website on 3rd august. one is vangurd memory card case and another is a sanyo camcorder, i received the vangurd memeory card case after some delay in shipping. The customer care executive says the sanyo camcorder will be delivered on 20th august 2011 but till the time it’s not been shipped yet I contacted several time the customer care executive and they are only giving falls promise. i insist the executives to talk to the manager. the manager named KARTHINK told me that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours on august 30th at 1.30 P.M. and if it’s not I can contact him but on 31st august after 1.30 P.M. when I tried to contact him somehow the executives refused to transfer the line to him... rather than they handed over the telephone line after several waiting time to a lady and she told me that it will take another 10 working days to ship the product. As I have been told the same thing with different time frame from so many executives I asked about the time frame guarantee. the lady refused to give me the time frame guarantee and rudely told me that this is the best she can do I insist him to put the phone line to higher authority but she refused to do so. Now after near about 30 days no progress has been made to deliver the product. I have a feeling now that I have been cheated by home shop 18 and they are just don’t care about the product delivery. I have contacted the customer care team everyday but when I asked them to within this 30 day just give me update on a daily basis they refused to do so. After several requests and enquiries the product is not delivered and shipped yet.

                                  I have called the customer care team so many times. But they always gave me false promises. They never contacted me and updated me on this product. Rather when I call them and asked for the products update they always asking for some more times. They took my money and never shipped the product.
                                  Actually its not a fault of HomeShop18, its the seller who is making troubles. But HS18 should either give your money back or ship it to you from another seller. HS18 does not sell products directly, they ship it to you from many other sellers located in other places in India. So when HS18 vs. Seller relation goes sour, this kind of things make the customer suffer.

                                  Go to police if needed. You paid for it & didn't get your item. A camcorder isn't a very cheap thing after all! So report the fraud because they aren't helping you out in any way.

                                  Homeshop 18 was considered as fair dealing online shopping website but let me tell you when they fool the customers they fool them completely.
                                  I placed an order of Orpat room heater on 9th December and that too it was a prepaid order but it is not delivered till the time I'm complaining it i.e. 4th January 2013. I've called up call center almost 6 times and logged complaint ticket on their website but they are just making fool o[censored]s and not able to deliver the product.

                                    Someone is using my company's e-mail ID and Company's Address Illegally.

                                    Someone has also placed order by using same e-mail ID illegally.

                                    This is very serious issue because if anyone will use anyone's e-mail ID for Registeration and Place Order on Homeshop18 then you will dispatch product but he / she will reject it and return the Goods.

                                    Your Courier Expense will increase but Goods will not sell.

                                    Kindly take decision and take some actions for same.

                                      I've ordered 'Comprehensive Guide To IBPS- CWE Bank PO Exam ' book on Apr 9, 2012 whose order number is[protected]. Yesterday i.e. on 13th. Apr, I've received the parcel but I was shocked after opening it. The book I've ordered was of Rs.312 but the book I've received is 'Horoscope Reading' whose price is just Rs.95 and it's nothing more than thrash for me.I've tried calling their customer care number but direct refusal that they can't do anything because book department is different.Mailed earlier at [protected]@homeshop18.com but I've got only one response to send the ISBN number of the book.Immediately after receiving the email, I've sent the ISBN number along with photograph of bar-code of the book but till now no support from their side. My examination is very near and they are just trying to ignore my issue.

                                      I request you to please look into this matter and sort it out as soon as possible.

                                      Got Books Inc. — Received wrong product

                                      I ordered used Bernie S. Siegel , MD tapes - Love, Medicine & Miracles, should have been two tapes. They sent on tape #1, the container said Love, &, however, Paul Simon was in the other container marked #2. I thought things were checked out before being sent. The reason I ordered those online is because I am having very serious surgery on Tuesday, March 9 and wanted to listen to these tapes as I can't read his book in Intensive care but can listen to tapes. I am so very disappointed I desperately wanted those. You charged me for them but only received one. I think you should send the other one ASAP without charge to me.

I've received is a book of 'MCA preparation of Madhya Pradesh' it's nothing more than thrash for me.I've tried calling their customer care number but direct refusal that they can't do anything because book department is different.Mailed earlier at [protected]@homeshop18.com but I've got only one response to send the ISBN number of the book.Immediately after receiving the email, I've sent the ISBN number along with bar-code of the book but till now no support from their side.                                       This company is a big cheat and fraud. Stay away from this company

                                        I ORDERED A NECKLACE ITEM NO M-106-N FROM HOMESHOP18, BUT THEY SENT ME A NECKLACE ITEM NO M-107-N,I CONTACTED FREQUENTLY,THEY GAVE ME A NO OF COURIER TO PICKUP RETURN DELIVERY,BUT THE COURIER HAS NO SERVICE IN OUR AREA,NOW THEY SAID THAT U RETURN IT BY ANY LOCAL COURIER & THEY REIMBURSE THE AMOUNT OF COURIER CHARGE,HOW CAN WE TRUST THEM ?I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT HOW CAN THEY REIMBURSE THE CHARGE OF COURIER
