respected sir i am umair imtiyaz i purchased a product from www.homeshop18.com and the product was not working i leave a complain to homeshop18 customer care within 2 hours of the delivery of the product . and i wait for them to send there courier man for 1 mobth after that i send it by myself and now its being a month i m not getting my refund back from homeshop18 i have call them hundreds of time after every 48hours from 6th june when i get the delivery of the product .every times i am listening a lot of lies from the members of homeshop18 including there floor manager and supervisor vishal both and from there customer care too.

    i ordered the laptop on date 19.07.2012 order no[protected]. I dare ordered a laptop online on homeshop because i saw the product in stock i forwarded the check for payment when they recieved the check the deposited it after 12 days they suddenly informed me that the product is not in stock in betwwen this days they said to me that the product will be forward today or tommorrow and now they forwarding me the check not a product.then what about the commitment or time.i waited to get a good product for a best deal.so i want the product not the money back because i paid already now its their problem to provide me the laptop.

      I have purchased a flask on 02.08.12 through homeshop18 website. They cost of the product is Rs.408/- and i paid through net banking.
      After a week(08.08.12), representative from homeshop18 called me over phone and intimated that there is no stock of flask -which i was purchased, and the refund of the amount will take another week.
      So Without the product in hand, they charged me and keep the money for 15 days.Even a tea shop owner knows his stock level.
      Also there is no email id for HOMESHOP18 for customer complaints, you can check their website - they only have phone contacts. You can't send complaints from your email client but through their website only. So there is no official record for us to keep.

        18th July: Placed order(order no.[protected] for Nokia asha 302(red), Paid in Rs. 6000 in advance.
        25th July: Unsealed package delivered, contacted customer care and requested to send white colour phone, if possible.
        27th July: Manager called and said they can't change colour like this. They are refunding and once refund is received i can order white colour phone.
        7th August: Shipped red colour phone again instead of refunding money. I wonder what phone it will be. I hope chinese phone na ho.

        Apart from delivering unsealed items and wasting customers time, they do nothing. Even customer care don't receive phone.

          I have placed an order at homeshop18.com for a toshiba laptop, I have made payment via my icicibank credit card, i recieved order confirmation details via sms (order no.****24079) and homeshop18 promised me to send the laptop within 5 working days.
          But i have not recieved the product even after 15 days.
          I have called up homeshop18.com customer care several times about my order but every time they replied to wait for 2-3 working days for product delievery.
          today i got a call from homeshop18.com saying that the product is not in their stock.
          Now i am fed up with homeshop18.com and advice you all my friends for not buying any product from this fake website who is cheating the innocent customers by making fool of them.
          Although homeshop18.com is a big shopping website having their own tv channel also but their service is too too much bad, and i will never buy any product from homeshop18.com.
          Now i have demanded my money back from homeshop18.com

            I hv ordered sia rachel collection on 9th jul and after calling twice i received order on 25th jul.
            I didnt receive the 2 free gifts along wid that which was there along wid d product on tv video.
            I complaint abt it 3-4 times and thy r saying it has been dispatched. But still as of now 6th aug 2012 i hv not recwived the free gifts.. Thy even dnt know whr is d product, which courier service is handling it.
            Whn i call d customer care thy talk rudely n says tht dnt know the status of d product, u urself call courier services b check...

            Pls guys dnt ever buy products frm homeshop18. This is d first time i ordered product online and u cn see my experience...

            I have ordered a Videocon Qwerty Phone V1477 on 19 Aug 2011. That's received 24 Aug, but this is incomplete. In between the D2H connection coupon not available. I have complaint about this on the same day. My complaint No is this = 66203057.But right till now they have no action about this. They are really fraud.

              HOMESHOP18 MUST CHANGE THEIR LOGISTIC PARTNERS- DTDC IS NOT AT ALL GOOD....I M GOING MAD TRYING TO TRACE MY ORDER from 30 days, TWICE I HAVE PLACED ORDER AND ITS RETURNED BACK TO HS18 AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS THE REASON ???? HUH ..... DON'T SHOP WITH HS18 IF THEY DEAL WITH SUCH BAD LOGISTIC PARTNERS.
              I have no WORDS TO ABUSE THE PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES THEY HAVE Who are extremely rude, Hang up on you, FIRST OF ALL, CANT SPEAK ENGLISH.(RIDICULOUS)
              END OF THE DAY Its just not about the money you pay or the refund you get.what matters is- You place order to RECEIVE IT and MOST IMPORTANT- Receive ON TIME.

                I have ordered one earphone from homeshop18 on 26th July'12 , the delivery time written on the website ins 7 - 8 days. After 6 days I got a message from them saying a slight delay which is of 3- 5 days more. My purpose is not solved , I have been trying to contact them all this while on their customer care number [protected] Noone answers that ever... I have been holding that call for more than 15 minutes twice I got no response. On their website I have raised two tickets to resolve my issue to either cancel the order or dispatch the same soon. I still have not received any response they are open. My order number is[protected]

                  Sir/Mam,
                  I am Ramchander Naik.As I spoke to Ekta madam on phone and explained the whole issue regarding EMPTY PACKAGE delivered to me, I am sending the photographs of the IN-VOICE COPY and BLUEDART COURIER CARBON COPY...

                  Regarding the issue-----
                  I received a call from bluedart on 12/07/2012 in the afternoon at around 2pm and they told me to collect the consignment from homeshop18.com. But when I contacted homeshop18 customer care immediately and asked them regarding the same,they told that the product was not yet dispatched and it is still with them.This confused me a lot bcoz I dint understand how come bluedart guy called me up to take the parcel and hs18 are telling that its not yet shipped...

                  I had been to bluedart office in the afternoon and they gave me the parcel at around 02:30pm with awb no [protected].Since this is not my first order with them,I just trusted them and carried the parcel away to my hostel.I was shocked to see that there was only a user manual and a separator inside the GALAXY NOTE BOX.I was totally confused and called up hs18.They told me the same thing again that it has not been shipped from their side and so my words seemed to be meaningless to them...

                  I kept the same box with me and next day(13/07/2012) I called hs18 again and explained the whole thing.Then they took the complaint(No..[protected]Mr.Vikas) saying that it might be due to TECHNICAL ERROR that item might have been shipped but courier details not updated on their website..

                  I was asked 24-48 hrs for resolution. I was shocked again to receive an SMS from hs18 team ststing that ''THERE IS A SLIGHT DELAY IN THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDER'' ...

                  Immediately I called up hs18 and told them NOT TO SEND THE PRODUCT AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME BECAUSE THEY WOULD BE AT LOSS DUE TO TECHNICAL ERROR...

                  The next day I got an sms again stating that SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE7000 is for shipment through awb no. [protected].I felt something was going wrong and didnot want hs18 to lose such a huge amount by sending it for second time so I insisted upon them saying that its already delivered to me but content missing inside.I told them to find out where it was missing and I told them not to ship it again.

                  Inspite of me being sincere and honest to them, they are least bothered about the issue.Finally they told me to send the package back and they told they would re-imburse even the courier charges also if I send them the scan copy of the courier-slip on [protected]@homeshop18.com...

                  On 17/07/2012, I sent it back through DTDC courier awb no H04174104.As per DTDC website, it was delivered to them on 21/07/2012 but when I called hs18, they denied the receipt of the item and asked me for proof of delivery..
                  However after 2 days or so, they accepted that they have received id and asked me 24-48 hrs for providing me with the information...

                  I was in touch with them regularly but whenever I call them up,they say "THERE IS NO UPDATE. PLZ WAIT FOR MORE 24-48 HRS"...

                  This way they passed on the time and on 31/07/2012 I became very serious upon Mr. Divinder Pandit (thier SUPERVISOR) at 1:40 pm and he requested to give him a couple of minutes so that he would get back to me with the resolution.I waited till 2:15 and when I called again,executive told me that their supervisor is on the same work and requested me to wait for 15 more minutes..I called up again and I was told that DIVINDER has been for his lunch.I called up again after sometime I was told he was unavailable but when I shouted at the executive, my call was immediately transferred to him. They kept on lying to me..

                  Finally Divinder told me that in a max. of 1 hour I would get a call-back from the concerned department Mr.Sukhvinder.I waited till 03:45pm and since I didn't get any call I again had to remind them.When I called them up, executive told me that Divinder sir and some other person were trying to call me on my contact number and she asked me to disconnect the call. I waited.When I called them up again at 04:15 pm, I was told that Diviner has left for the day and when I asked for the update from their concerned department,they again replied "Plz call us tomorrow.Divinder sir is not available now".When asked about the "callback" promised by Divinder,they told they had no info again.I asked them to transfer my call to available supervisor.That supervisor told me that only Divinder has the update and that he should tell me when I call him the next day...

                  I waited till the end of the day...
                  Next day when I called up to hs18 and spoke to Mr.Divinder and shouted at him that he failed to put up all his promises,he told,"THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN CLOSED.NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW.WE HAVE CHECKED WITH THE VENDOR AS WELL AS THE COURIER COMPANY,VENDOR TOLD US THAT HE HAS CROSS-CHECKED THE ITEM TWICE BEFORE DISPATCHING AND BLUEDART CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE COMPLETE PRODUCT TO YOU .NEITHER REFUND NOR REPLACEMENT IS POSSIBLE.IT IS CONFIRMED AND I CAN'T HELP YOU ANYMORE IN THIS MATTER"

                  INSPITE OF ME BEING SO HONEST TO THEM AND HELPED THEM NOT TO SEND THE ITEM FOR THE SECOND TIME IN WHICH CASE THEY WOULD BE AT LOSS,THEY HAVE ANSWERED TO ME SO RECKLESSLY and are un-bothered...

                  He also told me that SUKHVINDER tried to call me on my number 3 times the previous day at around 05:30pm but I didnot pick up the call.(I already saved his contact no. as[protected] when I last spoke to him between 16/07/2012 to 20/07/2012.I dont remember the exact date and he told me to send the item back )
                  ONLY GOD KNOWS IF HE REALLY CALLED ME THAT DAY...

                  When Sukhvinder told me that courier has delivered the complete product do me, I put only 1 question to him, "When Bluedart courier says that complete product was delivered, DOES IT MEAN THAT THEY HAVE OPENED AND SEEN THE CONTENT INSIDE AND FOUND IT COMPLETE???" He was answerless and told that he can no more answer my questions anymore and he told me that I would receive a call back on the same day i.e; on 31/07/2012 again...

                  I kept waiting for the call and since I didnot receive callback I again called up in the evening and while I was speaking to the customer care executive, my friend told me that someone called him up and told that he wants to speak to Ramchander...

                  Then I took his phone and found that it was Sukhvinder on line (called from the number[protected].
                  He told me that he called me the previous day after 5pm 3 times but I didnot pick up the call.I was surprised to find out from him that he was calling on my friend's number(from which I called up customer care previously and so probably even his number might have been saved by them)...

                  He told me the same thing that NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW.WE ARE HELPLESS.WE CAN'T PROVIDE YOU EITHER REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.We checked with vendor and courier...

                  Then I told him that it was me who helped them not to send the item for the second time due to their technical fault...He was so un-interested and reckless that they was not even willing to listen what I was telling him

                  Finally, he asked me for 4 more days so that courier person would come to my place and check it.This thing is so silly that when I received the courier at their office and not at my place,what is the use if even they come to my place???

                  However since I was asked for 4 more days, I kept silent..

                  Yesterday, I had been to SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE and when I checked with them with the help of IMEI number, they told me that it was manufactured around two months back . BUT ON THE BOX IT IS MENTIONED AS "FEBRUARY 2012".This confused me...

                  To confirm the same, I called hs18 again today but none of their executives was listening to my words.They kept on sayin only 1 thing "ISSUE IS CLOSED.WE CAN'T HELP YOU ANYMORE" I asked them atleast to transfer my call to any of their supervisors,but all of their executives were so rude to me saying that I can no longer speak to them...

                  I told them, "Sukhvinder sir again, is investigating into the case, I had a word with him 2 days back"...

                  But no one is atleast bothered about what I was trying to explain them ...



                  PLZ HELP ME...Actually I am a medical student and I have a lot of work to do.But these hs18 wasted a lot of time and finally told they are helpless...

                  The only proof I had was that empty box and now its with them.They told me they don't even send that back to me...

                  Now I don't have any proof and I am totally helpless..Plz help me

                    i have ordered a diamond facial kit from home shop18. through tele booking but is was not aware of the product code so,i mentioned the details to the customer care executive.
                    but he booked some different product.I clearly mentioned to the exicutive that i am working and before 6pm nobody will be at home so,kindly send it after 6pm. But they sended the product in the noon time and requested my neighbor to except it.she received the parcel without checking and when i checked the product it was a wrong product i immediately informed the company that product they sended is wrong, But they are not taking it back rather asking to send it back by my own and they are not even assuring that they will give my money back.

                      We placed an order for "Gamini - Graceful Saree in Chanderi Silk - Maroon"
                      Order Number :[protected]
                      We received this product on 28th July.When we opened the packet and checked the Saree,It was Purple not Maroon.When it was clearly mentioned while placing an order and it says the same on the Delivery voucher as well.(Pic Attached)

                      We called the customer care people to sort it out and get it replaced with the right product.

                      We clearly mentioned that it was a gift for "Rakhi" and there's a mistake on Home Shop 18's end and they need to fix it ,But in return the guy over the phone hung up on us.

                      We called again and asked for supervisor and after a long hold a guy called "Aalok" answered and the phone and told us that he is a supervisor.We told him the whole story and asked us to help us.

                      First he tried being very cocky on the phone and then he started being rude as well with lots of attitude over the phone.He told us that we have to send the product back and then they will investigate it and it all good then they will send the right product .The whole process was of about 10 days .When we explained him the gift situation he started being rude.He was not helpful at all.

                      First - they never deliver on the specified date of delivery over the phone.
                      Two - They deliver the wrong product.
                      Three - They start being rude over the phone and being not at all helpful
                      Finally - They hung up on you.

                      We are very much frustrated as we trusted these people for gift and first they got delayed and then sent wrong product they have ruined our special occasion.

                      When we mention this to the supervisor and ask him to show some courtesy and sort it out asap.And why we compensate our time and patience for their mistakes.Then the supervisor started being cocky and told us that by accepting the mistake and sending the right product they are already compensating.

                      We are so disappointed with HomeShop18 ,They conned us,Insulted us and cheated.

                        i ordered i product acer laptop order no.[protected] and made payment through debit card, now when iam tracking the product on homeshop18 it says order shipped through bluedart courier AWB no [protected] but when tracking on blue dart's website it is saying that connection lost contact constomer service. I am very disappinted as i paid the whole 15000 rs amount and now iam sitting empty handed. I had made purchses worth thousands of rupees from homeshop18 but this time iam thinking of terminating my menbership with them. Plz guyz help me out as there is 15000rs on stake. I shall feel highly thankful for any help and for sorting out this issue. Thanks

                          I ordered a Ozone safe from homeshop 18. They told me that delivery is free and no charges have to be paid and even if you are asked to pay octroi Homeshop18 will refund it. They also told me that the installation of Ozone safe will be done by Ozone executive.

                          But now they are not refunding the Octroi charges. I have sent them mail twice and also raised a support ticket on their website. They closed the ticket and say they have no updates of my mail sent to them.

                          I am calling them every now and then and they are giving me excuses for the installation. They keep telling that we are looking into the issue. I hope something is done from their side to resolve my issue. or atleast they arange for a return pickup and refund my money
                          I am shocked that even after so many days of posting this complaint homeshop18 didnt care to reply. I have been fighting with their customer executives since 16th July. They are just giving excuses. I raise a support ticket and they keep on closing the tickets without resolving.

                            Order Number:[protected]

                            This complain is in reference to non-delivery of a setner beanbag, which was supposed to be delivered in Bangalore. The payment was made online via a debit card. I had placed the order on 11 July, 2012, the expected delivery time was 5-7 days. Its the 24th of July and the order has still not been delivered.

                            More than this, its really disheartening and annoying to see how your people handle customer complains. Without any exxageration, I have been trying to track the order since the past one week and have made some 10 calls on your customer support. Each time I was promised a call back from your end with a status update, but I did not receive a single call back. I have spoken to some 10-12 different people right from your customer care executives to the floor managers, but none of them was professional enough to revert with a status update. I am the one who have been calling them time and again, wasting my money every single time, after aving made the initial mistake of investing in homeshop18.

                            The team has still not been able to track the order. They say they are not able to contact their logistics and transportation department. I really fail to understand that how come a big name like Homeshop18 cannot have its departments inter-connected. I mean havent we technologically progressed enough to track a mere courier in minutes? Its really shocking to get such responses from your team.

                            They have been constantly delaying the tracking since a week, giving me false hopes each single time. Online shopping is supposed to make life easy for people. However, this sour experience with homeshop18 has left me with a lesson not to trust your portal at least with online shopping. I frequently shop from other websites also, but havent had such a bad experience elsewhere. They manage their orders properly and ensure from their end that their customers and their queries are handled in time and in the right fashion.

                            I do not even know how far this complain be acceded to, but yes its ridiculous how someone's money and someone's time doen't matter to your team at all. And its disturbing to keep running aftre a thing without any mistake of your own.

                            You are some of the best names in business in India, and am sure I do not need to tell you about the importance of integrity and customer relations for a business, but I have my doubts how far your team understands and more than that implements these business ethics.

                            I just feel cheated and fooled.

                            Looking forward to see how professional are the top managers of Homeshop18.

                              i orderred for ele tandur and paid rs 2990 to homeshop18 on 12july2012
                              w.r. t above order, i got a mail on 16july stating that your order has been dispatched vide awb no del[protected] thorough logistic partner and get within 2 -3 days ,
                              Not receiving ordered item in time , i called 3 times to Cs and my requests were taken and told me that they have updated
                              i also trek my consignment to professional courier but it was found that they have not received such item from Homeshop18
                              , I called regional office gujarat of the courier agency , they told they have not received

                              there is no call back from hoimeshop18 in reply to my calls

                              kindly return my money ,experiencing such worst and unattended behavior from Homeshop18 , i intend to publish my feeling to here in gujaarat vide local news papers
                              so let me inform actual position of order

                                First of all i will suggest all users not to go for Homeshop18.You will be displeased with their product and support
                                I bought Akai dvd player 2 months back .They have send that without remote .Dvd player was also not working then they said sir i am sending u remote after that it will work.After a week i received remote but then also dvd didnt work.They i returned dvd.After 10 days i received Dvd without remote that also is not working properly.Daily i am calling Homeshop18 people but they are saying i have forwarded your problem to concern department they will get back to you but i am still waiting for their call.
                                Finaly i have decided to go for legel action

                                Remember My dear friend never go for Homeshop18 ....

                                  I had booked a canon camera on date[protected] and its order no. Was[protected]..
                                  On not getting the dilivery of my product again i had called homeshop18 customer care, but they told that you will recieve your product in next 2 days..on waiting and calling again..they told that your product is lost in courier ..they told that also that they will send another camera..but this dosen't happen..on calling again they told that they had issued new order no.[protected] .and my complint no. Was 73169737.
                                  Some time they are telling that they had not send because i had not done payment...sometime they again told you will recieve product in 5 days...i am fade up of this ..the thing is that they had not dispeched my product.

                                    I have ordered kaiserhoff 12pcs jumbo cookware set on 09/07/12 in Home shop18,order no;[protected]and suborder no45216181.I have received the item on 11/07/12, paid full amount.In the package I have found one fully broken 2.1 liter saucepan glass lid and also one missing knife set.In the knife set package only knife stand was there but all the 4 pieces of.knife and one piece of scissor were missing.I have complained the matter to Home Shop18 through E-Mail and also by phone.But no response from Home Shop18.The Request No;73031923.

                                      With reference to order No. 9137451 for Motorola Atrix 2 Mobile, I have purchase the same from Home shop18, paid amount of Rupees 18,657/- . When I received product I have inform to home shop18 customer care regarding the product faulty/ defective, at that time they ensure me for replacement of the same or refund if not possible. My various complaint are as, 72802453 dtd 01072012, [protected]/07/2012, and also 72913499, but home shop 18 only giving promises for doing the needful but still I have not receive any phone call from them. Is this is the way behave or respond to us. We are purchasing keeping faith on such website, but this is the service how we can believe next time.

                                      Also your customer care has suggested us to go to service center, So i follow the same and I have gone to service center of the address provided by Customer care of Home Shop18, At service center they ask us to submit mobile and will take 10 to 1 days for servicing and repair, so I immediately call to home shop 18 customer care ( Miss BARKHA) and arrange their talk with service center executive. Then Barkha customer care executive of home shop18 told me not to submit the mobile and will arrange replacement of refund. After that I am continuously talking to Customer care but not proper response are getting.
