I bought three Strontium MicroSD Cards from HomeShop18.com Order number[protected]. All three of them got corrupted in less than a months time. Amazing isn't it. All my data were lost and was not recoverable. So I doubt HomeShop18 is giving duplicate Strontium Cards.

When I created a support ticket "68951571" to HomeShop18, their customer executive ask me to return unused Cards to get refund. So I went to Strontium company and got new ones. I also sent it via Aramex to reach them fast.

Now they say that they can only replace cards, refund is not possible !!!!

Are they mad ? What are they replacing.... fake Strontium cards instead of genuine cards I gave them ?

    I am Samander Singh, purchased a mobile phone ( Micromax Q6 ) from HomeShop18. The producet is in damaged condition. I complent several times by phone and email, but i am not recd, any responce from them on 31/1/2012 they says we replaced in 2days, on 2/2/2012 they says we are sory but we replaced it in 2days and on 3/2/2012 they says that we have not any stock so we can't replaced it. you sent it back to us and we gave your money in 7-8 working days by cheque after receiving the product but I paid them at the time of delivery.

WHEN I USE, I SAW ITS CAMERA IS VERY POOR, I RECORDED THE VIDEO ITS VERY DULL AND SOUND OUTPUT IS ALSO POOR ITS IMAGES I CAPTURED ITS POOR,THEY DIDN'T MENTIONED ON TV PROPELY, WHEN I USE THE FM IT CANNOT OPREATE WHITOUT HEADPONE CABLE ( WIRE LESS FM ).       I have bought a TOY (HELICOPTER )FOR MY NEPHEW ON HIS BIRTHDAY from the HOMESHOP 18 by Order number:[protected], Order placed on: WED JAN 04 22:06:19 IST 2012, product name Turboz 4-Channel Helicopter, by online paying RS 799, which is not working from the day one , at the time of delivery also we told the delivery boy to give demo, he replied "" its not his job, its company job"" . when we TRIED we found that its not working AND PRODUCT IS FAULTY AND DEFECTIVE immediately we contacted homeshop18 customer care.

      Sir how a company can send faulty product to the customer , we are feeling being cheated by homeshop18.

      Sir such company should be banned or heavily charged, SO THAT THEY CAN LEARN A LESSON AND DON'T CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS..
      PLEASE help or guide us so that we can get our hard earned money.

        i had ordered,a electric tan-door from home shop18,which cost was 2990,and i paid the money for it 22 December 2011,they informed me by sms that they have got the money on 27 December and now the product will be delivered very soon means within 7 to 8 working days,on 2nd January i got the MSG,that you will get the product in 3-4 working days.i just wait for it.but i didn't got neither the product nor any kind of information.at last first time i contact with the company about the delivery of the product.and from that very days i v contacted from them many times.and they are telling that within 2 days you will get the product.and till 31 January i v not got my product.i have become irritated and tired from it.so,pls help me what i should do now.

          This complaint is in regards with the product (cash on delivery: Samsung 12 mp digital compact camera with Reebok Watch free @ 4490/-)which i purchased through online website Online Shopping India - Shop Online for Mobiles, Cameras, Home Appliances ,Books, Jewellery and more from HomeShop18

          I ordered Samsung 12 mp digital compact camera with reebok watch free on 19th January 2012 the order was booked for RS. 4490/-
          i received the product on 23rd January 2012 by home shop18 delivery boy. when i open the parcel to my shock i found reebok damaged watch and second shock the Samsung digital camera is non functional defective camera.
          when i immediately called up to homeshop18 customer care number they are told me we will send you a new reebok watch ( i didn't understand why to send again a new watch for second time instead of sending a good condition watch) and coming to second product when i said samsung digital camera is non functional defective camera they told me to contact samsung customer care or visit samsung service center in my city(hyderabad) where in homeshop18 is in noida. i didnt understand why should i approach them when i purchased a brand new product from homeshop18 website. these all words was been narrated by homeshop18 manager.
          i request consumer court to take this case seriously to avoid frauds and do the needfull for innocent customers.

            I have bought a Killer Full Sleeves T-SHIRTS from HomeShop[protected] on 24th December and they promised me to deliver in 8-10 days but when it is not delivered I called Customer care they said they will dispatch the product in next 2 - 3 days.

            Till now I have not received my product, when I called again they said it is Out of stock and they will refund the amount. They have my money almost 25 days and suddenly they say they will refund.

            Totally fake products they display on the website and even they don't have the product in stock. I think they are taking money from us and doing some non sense things and refunding back to us.

            Customer care center is too worst and even they don't know how to speak in English. Complaint they taken 69178249 but of no use.

            Totally unsatisfied with the service from Homeshop18 and will never ever place an order again.

            Homeshop18 is making Indian customers fool.

            People beware of buying stuffs from HomeShop18. Think thrice before buying any products from this website.

              Hi,
              I ordered one mobile from Homeshop18 on 28th December-2011.
              I received the Mobile on 4th Jan-2012
              (while i checked the Mobile, Mobile battery did not provide backup for more than 15 minutes and The Mobile speaker volume is not audible).
              I checked with two service centers at pune and they directed me back to Homeshop 18 to get either the Mobile set replaced or to refund the amount.as the mobile set is defective.

              On 6th Jan-2012, I raised a ticket (Ticket No[protected] on Homeshop18 website mentioning all the problem. But to my wonder no body responded.
              Since then, I have made multiple calls to customer support and getting just fake excuses like
              -within 48 hours our Technical team will contact you
              - visit the service center again.

              I am tottaly clueless, How such a Big brand can practice such a policy with their customers.what kind of business

              My caution note to all customers - Please do not go for any kind of Shopping with Homeshop18 in future.

              Same problem with me a few months back. I've sent back the mobile and then lost. If you send it back to them, it may be lost or get the same defected mobile. So, I think it's up to you.
              Please be aware of HOMESHOP 18 unfair/cheating business policies. I will never suggest any og my friend to go ahead for any kind of fake offer provided by them.
              Even you post all their fraud policies on this portal, the do not bother...

                I want my money back.Its been freaking 3 months people. If i done get my money back, i am surely registering a consumer case in court. Apart from that, I have strongly recommended my known ones and friends NOT TO ever purchase from Homeshop18.Unprofessional staff, they never inform you via email. ask phone numbers only to trash them and never inform. They stand no where in the online retail industry, other web retails are better .Biggest mistake in ordering from Homeshop18.

                  I am Murtaza Badshah from indore,i ordered a book item no 26225234 on homeshop18 order no[protected] on 23rd Dec 2011 which i want to gift my friend on his birthday which is on 30 dec when i placed the order they mentioned delivery in 2-3 days so on safe side i placed the order on 23 Dec but today is 4 dec and book is not delivered yet, i don't know what type of policy this Homeshop18 guys followed and i also want to informed u that this is the third time when i face this type of problem,same type of problem i face in my previous order as well. I want to gift this book to my friend on his 23 birthday but this homeshop18 guys spoil all what i planned.
                  I just want to spread a message to all o[censored] guys that don't trust Homeshop18 site for purchase any product i[censored] want a delivery of product in urgent they commit to delivered a product in 2-3 days but today is a 12th day and product is not delivered yet.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have booked an order for free home delivery of Electrolux Microwave 20 Ltrs Convection Keypad + Jogdial Control Model No: ED20CSSJ vide Order No.:[protected] dtd 14.09.2009 with Homeshop18 paid Rs 7490/- through my Axis Bank Credit Card on the same date. Order Acceptance confirmed by Homeshop 18 through Email is attached. They had promised to deliver the product with 10-12 days from the date of Booking of Order. After passing the sheduled delivery period of 12 days I am in constant touch with Homeshop18 and every time they are making different execuses and ask for 2-3 days more time.

                  If they are unable to keep their promises I need my money back. I request to give me proper guidance to get my money back or product delivery without further delay,

                  i had ordered for a product at homeshop 18 for my child. it was a toy helicopter. when i received the product, i paid for it in full, in cash. when i opened the product, i found that it was not working properly. i contacted the company and arranged for its pick up through TNT Couriers in Delhi on 01 Feb 2010. the consignment no. was DO[protected]WW. The same was delivered to Mr Dalbir, the vendor, on 02 Feb 10, as told by TNT Couriers. Thereafter, i have contacted homeshop 18 a number of times but each time, i have been given a fresh request No. and told to wait for some more time. the last two request nos were 3220527 and 3761911. the product, when ordered afresh, is delivered within 12 - 15 working days. this product being a replacement with all the dues paid for, has not yet been delivered, even after a lapse of approximately two months.

                    STOP SHOPPING ON HOMESHOP18

                    (1) They used to sent empty parcel.
                    (2) They used to sent Used/Refurshed/Non-working item.
                    (3) They used to sent Defective items
                    (4) If you return for replacement, they'll sent back the same or said they didn't receive the item.
                    (5) Complaining means 'nothing'

                    So, if you still want to shop with them, it's up to you. Don't shop just because they are cheaper. Used one/Refurbished are always cheaper.

                      First of all, We were sent an Incomplete product from VLCC Facial Kit which is of no use unless we purchase again!!!
                      What they sent to us instead of 2 packs of Facial was one Item completely missing from the Kit. If Manipulation with Seals is happening, where is the guarantee of ensuring safety of the product reaching you in full form??
                      Are they Fooling most of the Customers here?
                      Also We started seeing aggressive promotion of the same product on TV since this happened & were wondering who buys this stuff??

                        Dear Sir,

                        I ordered a book called The End of Poverty by Jeffrey D Sachs through www.homeshop18.com with Order Number:[protected] by making an online payment through net banking for Rs 594. The company sent me the book in a very bad condition, which was far from what a new book looks like. After much complaining and calling up the company's customer care many times and writing complaints (by raising tickets) on their website, the company asked me to send the book through TNT courier and promised to send me another copy of the book.

                        To my surprise, I received exactly the same book the second time. I again complained about it and received a call on 17 December from their Head of the Books division, who apologised to me and promised to send me the book again or to refund the money. However, to date I have not got the refund from www.homeshop18.com. After that I have registered complaints on their website, but they have not replied to me. Calls to their customer service have also not resulted in any refund so far. When I call them they tell me they will process the refund and get back to me, but actually they are not taking any interest in informing me about refunding the money. In today's age of e-commerce I wonder how much time it should take for a company to refund such a small amount as Rs594.

                        The worst thing is that they do not call me and close the tickets without informing me whether they have resolved the issue, which shows they are simply not bothered about refunding the money.

                        Even after the Head of Customer Service knows about the case, it has not resulted in a refund for me, which is actually a shame. I have today threatened a police complaint if they do not refund my money immediately.

                        I will not recommend anyone to shop on www.homeshop18.com since their customer service is so pathetic. It does not make sense whether the products sold are lesser priced because if you don't get the product itself or the refund, then how does the price matter.
                        I agree with you. I am also facing the similar issue with homeshop18. I will appeal all readers not to buy anything from homeshop18.
                        You are lucky getting the order back. In my case, I've purchased AirTyme TORRID mobile @ Rs. 3999/- and received the product in non-working condition. They told me to sent it back. So, I've sent it back by DTDC, it was indicating delivered when tracking. I also inquire DTDC and told me they deliver it but the Homeshop18 told me they didn't received the item. So, now I clearly know that I've lost my Rs. 3999/- plus Rs. 100/- (for sending the item back). I Agree with you Mr. Neerajsisodia, I'm also recommend anyone NOT TO SHOP on Homeshop18. There are lots of other online shops like eBay, Myntra, Yehbi etc. I used to shop mainly on www.eBay.in, never have a problems till today.

                          I think that Spice and Home shop 18 is doing fraud with customers and tax department as well,

                          Either Home Shop18 is Dispatching the illegal and Fake phones or The Spice is Manufacturing the Illegal Phones Without IMEI Numbers
                          There must be something wrong that HomeShop18 or SpiceMobile is doing with Indian Government and Indian Customers.

                          Kindly replace my phone (Spice QT-68)

                          At the time of purchase,
                          it was showing two IMEI numbers (1) [protected] and (2) [protected] , into the phone if i dialed the number " *#06#".

                          But know if i dial this number " *#06#" , I am getting only one IMEI number at the place of both IMEI numbers.
                          (1) [protected] ( This is the new IMEI number showing in my phone at the place of both IMEI numbers. )
                          This IMEI Number has got changed itself.

                          I had already approached the service centre and Service is not ready to recieve my phone since it is not showing any valid IMEI number.

                          A service center can not accept this phone with any Invalid IMEI or mismatched IMEI number.

                          Now I think that you must have understood my problem and concern although i have already informed you about this .

                          Here i claim for Replacement or Refund against this phone and a reimbursement of Rs.10,000/- only against the inconvenience to me .

                          IT-Spare — Fraud and illegal

                          I am from HP Telecom my name is harshil Patel i have taken HTML work from IT-spare Hyderabad and the person name is veerandra and his partner name is ramakrishna they both are fraud they are taking upfront from the company on the name of HTML tagging and after that they will tell u that your first payment u will get after 45 days and after 60 days also they are not doing payment for more details contact me on [protected]
                          My advice to you is Stop shopping on Homeshop18. I think they used to sell 'used item' as 'brand new'.

                              Homeshop18 often sold a non-working mobiles. The one I got was sent it back to them for replacement but lost. My advice to you is do not sent it back to them, try to repair at local shop.

                                  I thought that Homeshop18 sells a USED ITEMS /NON-WORKING/REFURBISHED only in Mobile Handset. It's sad to know that they also sold a non-working Gaming Console. My advice to you is 'Do not sent back for replacement', try to repair it locally.

                                    1). I have purchased "Philips DSP2500 5.1 Speaker System" from HomeShop18 on 12-Nov-11, I have recd this product but after so many follow-ups with HomeShop18 I have not recd the invoice till date.

                                    2). I have purchased "Crystal 6 Pcs Nonstick Cookware Set - Red" and "Hindi Video CD" from HomeShop18 on 26-Nov-11, I have recd the Cookware set but i have not recd the VCD & invoice till date. Also there is some quality issue in the recd product - we have seen few hard dots on the surface/upper-side of cookware set (specially on tawa items) which we can feel by our hand, it may damage the non stick coating & can create problem in making food. On this matter also HomeShop18 is not replying.

                                    ZERO customer service & ZERO satisfaction from HomeShop18, In future i will not purchase any item from HomeShop18 & will not recommend to anybody. because this is not the safe place for shopping.

                                    Totally Fraud - HomeShop18.

                                      I HAVE ORDERED TH LOTTO DYNAMO SPEED SHOES WITH DUFFLE BAG AND SUN GLASSES UK-7 FOR RS.1999 FROM HOMESHOP 18's ONLINE WEBSITE ON 6/11/11 THROUGH NET BANKING . ITS DELIVERY TIME WAS 4-5 DAYS .BUT WHEN I DONT RECEIVED THE GOODS TILL 15/11/11 , I CALLED TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NO. [protected] ON 17/11/11 THEY TOLD ME THAT GOODS WERE DELIVERED ALREADY. AT SOME OTHER PLACE , BY ARAMEX COURIER . THEY REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT AND TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 3-4 DAYS . BUT I DON'T GET ANY GOODS .THEN I AGAIN CALLED THEM ON 21/11/11 , 24/11/11 AND 28/11/11 .BUT NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE WAS GIVEN BY THEM . MY ORDER NO WAS[protected] DATED 6/11/11.

                                      A order with order number[protected] and sub order 82478337 is not delivered till date. The order was placed on 11th July 2014 with payment through credit card. I contacted the costumer care but their behaviour were very rude and didnot respond properly.

                                      Please see the matter as soon as possible and if the good is not in your stock then please return the money back.

The product supplied to me is a different and inferior one. The seller has adopted a good trick to tackle complaints. On the portal they have provision for making complaints /review. But if the review is negative in nature or about complaint of a product, the same is never published to be shown to public/other intending purchasers. They have not even given any e=mail for lodging any complaint, only available is toll free line, where the voice is recorded/removed as suitable to the company.
