[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Supply of low quality products by homeshop 18 | |||
I was order over telephone to the Homeshop 18 one Bone China Dinner set for Rs.2999/- in the last week. Yesterday, on 3rd Aug/2013 the item was delivered in my home by a courier service against of the aforesaid amount. When I opened the box of the item Dinner set I was surprised. Because this item is totally different from which I ordered. It is made by plastic materials and very poor quality( Product Code and name 30513715, Nayasa 56 pc Printed Dinner set-Blue). I have rejected the item and already intimated the Homeshop 18 and requested to refund my money. They are advised me to send back the item to the address-- APPOLO, Building No-47, Brijmohan Market, Doriyaganj, Near Hindi Park, NEW DELHI- 110002. But, questions are arises that who will bear the courier charge for send back the said item and how will they refund my money? Would you like to help me with your valuable suggestions ? last one month se mere sath totaly frod convence kar rahe h..
maine spice mobile combo order no[protected] se purchase kiya tha jo ki tecnichal defective hone ki wajah se maine rsplace k liye return kiya...
ab na to mera product replace krte h na mera paisa wapis krte h aur na couriear charjes hi dete h..
daily call krne par call attender badtamiji se baat karte h frod baat krte h aur puri baat sune bina fone disconnect kar dete h...
