I have purchased Elena Washing m/c. from Hometown, Ishanya Mall, Pune 2 at Dasera festival. I have not received any manuel and waranty card along with machine. I have been contacting to home town staff for issuing manuel to me till date over phone. Till date I havn't received above documents.

We have paid full amount money. We are getting our products in bits and piecse. No reply from customer service. They put on hold for half an hour. None of the delivery on time. The person MS. Jenifer speaks in rough language. Even senior managers and store keeper language is worst. Never buy product from Home Town

We purchased some office furniture on 2nd Feb.13 from Home Town, Marthalli, Bangalore (Purchase no.[protected]) and delivered on 5th Feb.But till now installation not completed.I called so many times to customer service desk.But I got irresponsible reply from them.Every time they are giving some new answer and new person name.If we call the person he will never answer our call.If by mistake he lift the phone his answer will be TODAY WE WILL COMPLETE SIR. We don't to whom we have to contact.We feel very sorry that we made big MISTAKE that we purchased furniture In Home Town.My advise to all please fiends, purchase any thing in Home Town if you prepare to use that material after longtime.
