[Resolved] HomeTown — Defective Furniture | |||
I bought a wall unit from Hometown on 2 Dec 2012 and it was delivered to me on 5 Dec 2012. When the person came to fix the wall unit it was found that the parts were defective/broken and missing. When tired contact the store manager, he gave a turn around time of 4 days to replace the parts. Please never buy any product from hometown, really pathetic and unprofessional people. receipt number [protected], we hv brought this product on 15th aug 2011 which got delivered on 29th in our residence where in the chairs of the dining table is defective . we been calling them for replacement where there is no response from them, mr santosh asst manager from thakur mall of miraroad everytime promises that he will call back and replece the chair the problem has not yet been solved. neither they are giving us any proof of lodging the complaint. please hlp me to get this resolved.
