I have purchased 32 inch koryo led tv from big bazaar on 21/03/2011 with 3 years warranty vide invoice no. 9327.

On 22/09/2012 I have faced a problem with tv and it is not working. I have lodged complaint on this issue to koryo no. [protected] on the same day and they have given a refernce no as 421721. Immediately I have approached the koryo service center in vijayawada and they have said that there is problem with the board and it needs to be replaced under warranty. They have told me to wait for 1 week and with in that they will replace the part under warranty. But now when I approached tham they are not at all responding and telling that you need to wait for one week or 10 days further. When I asked them to replace with the part or replace with new tv and I cannot wait further as I have already waited for 1 week, they are speaking to me rudely and are telling that some times it may take months together and they cannot do any thing.

I have spoken to the local service center on [protected], and with mr. Kishore of big bazaar on [protected] and with mr. Babu rao on [protected]. They are also not able to respond on this and has given thier service manager no. Mr. Mahesh [protected] who is not at all responding.

Hence I request to help me in this regard.

    I have ordered three different products from future bazaar on 02 Sep Order no - [protected] on 02/09/12. But still now the product haven't dispatched. i hav called customer service four times they told that due to warehouse migeration it is getting delayed. migeration work is there please dont cheat the customer that it will be delivered in 4 days because i got the delivery date as 08/09/12. when i purchased that product. also they are not at all intimating unless i call them. on believing their promised date i waited till friday then they told it will dispatch in 3 working day now they are demanding another seven days. yesterday i called them and they told it will dispatched by next monday. i dono wat to do and atlast if i did not recive the product by saturday i will file a civil case against future bazaar stating that i have been cheated by their wrong promise. also no where it is mentioned in the website that they are migerating their ware house and it is none of my concern. i want that product to be delivered by saturday and the compensation for the delay as they promised 7 days delivery guarantee. really it is worst service comapared to any other online shopping. i have there mail and all the details in snap.

    FutureBazaar — NON DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS

    Dear Sir,

    I am peeved to complain you with regard to my unsupplied order for HP Compaq CQ420 booked vide Order No. [protected] dated 28th Oct., 2010 at 10 o clock. I have been touch with Futurebazar executive by telephone & e-mail from the next days, even on the last day (after 7days) I was assured that the order was being supplied. Hearing this I sold my old HP laptop. Till now I was being told that the order will be served but after 18 days tale battle I am being offered a Samsung laptop that to without any freebies. What is this? Should I pressure that a big business house like Future Bazar is unable to supply a small item like HP Compaq Laptop. You very well know how fast bad reputation travels.

    I allso want to make a note that I had several similar option/offer in the market but future bazar being the reput one I choosen them but at last I lost the other option 2

    On 16th evening 5.51 P.M. I have received a mail from futurebazar, that they will arrange my ordered laptop. On 18th of Nov. when I called for checking of the status of my order, Still I was assured that they are doing their best to arrange my Laptop (HP) . But was very much disappointed to here from them that they have returned the money to my banker without making any effort.and all the affend withen fiew hours, I called them.
    I also bring your kind notice that they have not even refunded even the processing & Service tax 9they charged from me at the time of booking the order. Iam attaching all the references connected with this order for your prusal. I request that the stern action be teken against this willful defult.

    Future Bazaar — Non delivery of ordered Item

    I had placed an order for a 306 V Cordless Screw Driver bearing item code number 2579829 priced at Rs 1097 on 5-3-2012 and the payment of the same was also made on the same day through net banking.

    I have received the confirmation mail for the same with the order number [protected] and confirmation regarding receipt of the payment . The date of delivery mentioned in the confirmation mail dated 5-3-2012 was[protected]. In spite of waiting for more than 2 weeks I am yet to receive the delivery for the ordered product. I had called the customer care number and no response was given to me for the query as to when the product will be delivered. The action on the part of the company after receiving my payment and not delivering the product on the agreed date amounts to cheating and also amounts to breach of trust. The amount of Rs 1097 was paid by me to the company on the belief that the product ordered would be delivered in time promised by them.The company has also in its order tracking system shows that the order is confirmed and has made me to believe that the product ordered by me will be delivered to me on the agreed date.

    The non delivery of the confirmed item after taking the money has caused huge mental harassment and agony to me and the same is not expected from a company like Future Bazaar. I felt cheated and the company has earned interest and profit out of the money taken from consumers like me for the enrichment and personal gains of the people at the helm of its affairs.If the product is not delivered to me in the next 3 working days I will be forced to take appropriate action including registering of criminal case for cheating against the company and its Directors.

      This is Namrata, I had placed an order of mudular kitchen and bed room furniture from Home town in the month of June.
      The commited date of dilevery was July end. Full payment was also made before July. Since then the material has been comming in bits and pieces. The measurement was taken wrong by home town team. The rectification of the same is shill not completed till date. We have called them several time and we keep getting false promises. We were suppose to give out our apartment for rent from August, since the work is still not completed we have lost 2 months of rent. You are requested to kindly help us out to complete the work.

      Home Town — LATE DELIVERY-

      I BOOKED SINGLE BED IN HOME TOWN ON 29.01.2011. THE DELIVERY DATE IS ON 2.02.2011. ON CALLING 3.02.2011 TO HOME TOWN CALL CENTRE ( NOIDA) THEY SAID THAT THE DELIVERY DATE IS ON 18.02.2001. I TOLD THEM THAT BILL CONTAINS DELIVERY DATE IS 18.02.2011 BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO ACCEPT IT. PLEASE HELP ME. IREALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO?. EVEN I MAILED ON THERE OFFICIAL MAIL ID. BUT NO STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN.

        Realyy bad customer service.. paid for my dining table atleast 50 days back. promised delivery on 30th August.
        Called them on 10th Sep enquiring about the table and was told it will take 7 days more. today is 23rd of September and still no result in sight.
        Phone numbers dont work...cant reach out to anybody..u feel helpless, cheated and absolutely frustrated.

        I[censored] want to screw up your weekends chasing these guys for deliviries then you should consider buying anything from them.

        Really really really really pathetic services. Never ever buy anything from them..bought stuff from Reliance and lifestyle as well( both delivered absolutely on time )

        I ordered a 3+2 sofa set on the 31st of December with delivery date set for 15th of January. Today is the 15th of January and i called a little after 10:30 AM to ask about the delivery, for which i was told it would be delivered today. Later in the evening at 5:30 PM i called again and was told that the store manager would call me in 30 mins which he did only to lie to me or give me a lame bunch of excuses. Like the truck broke down and so it didn't get in which i find hard to believe that HomeTown would only have 1 truck to fulfill delivery's. The next excuse was that the lady who was the sales representative that sold me the sofas was sick and so she couldn't inform me 3 days ago that the shipment was delayed which again is not a valid excuse, you mean to say that HomeTown has only one staff member that can inform or speak to me, why did i speak to the store manager then today. Also at the time of ordering i received sms notifications, why was i not notified of the delay and given an alternate date by sms?. The lack of honesty and common courtesy is almost amusing and rather sickening at the same time. Now i've been told that they will deliver and assemble it within a week... the saga continues!!! Thank you HomeTown for nothing as of today... i shall enjoy sitting my floors no thanks to you!!! This is my last order with you and be assured that i shall never recommend you!!

          I have placed a order on 11-Sep-2012 (Order# [protected]) at futurebazaar.com but still I am waiting for the delivery of my order, I have placed the order because it was suppose to deliver till 19-Sep-2012 But when I contact to customer service they told me that It will deliver till 18 Sep, When I contact again to customer service then they are saying "due to an overwhelming response for the ordered product we will deliver it on or before 22-Sep-2012" but still there are no update on the my account section.

          I am not able to understand why these guys are taking order if they are not able to deliver these orders, If the orders in shopping cart is not in their control then refund the order amount to customer if they want.

          But I am not getting any thing neither the refund nor the products. As the name suggests Futurebazaar, I hope they will deliver it in future if my luck works.

            Consumers’ Legal Protection Forum today files a complaint against Big Bazar for selling of goods at price above MRP with the Controller of Legal Metrology. Forum also demands to prevent and control such unfair trade practice for the greater interest of public service particularly the common consumers. In their complain letter, Forum’s Chief Coordinator Ajoy Hazarika and Administrator S.M.Sarma revealed that Smt. Aruna Barua a resident of Junali, Guwahati purchased a packet of Jeera alongwith other items from Big Bazar, Bhanagaghar, Guwahati on Sept 5 by paying cash. Accordingly, the computer generated cash memo was furnished to her. The MRP of the Jeera packet was Rs. 85/- as noted down on the body of the packet. But to utter surprise of the complainant the price of the item was shown as Rs.95/- on the cash memo. But as per prevailing rules, no one can charge price above MRP fixed by the competent authorities. Charging price above MRP is highly illegal, unfair, and unjust besides being violation of the promises of the Legal Metrology Act amongst others. The Big Bazar authority is responsible for such act and liable to be punished/penalized for such misdeeds under relevant laws and the aggrieved consumer is entitled for adequate compensations for infringement of her consumer rights under Consumer Protection Act 1986. Foresaid case may not be the only one and there must be innumerable cases which are going undetected and as a result of which the Big Bazar earns huge amount as wrongful gain from the innocent aggravated consumers. Legal Metrology Dept. should enquire the matter properly and take necessary steps for redressal of the grievance of the complainant.

              I have ordered AT Zurich Soft Trolley, 76 cm, Black Order no - [protected] on 10/09/12. But still now the product haven't dispatched. i hav called customer service on 13, 15, 17, 19, 20 and they told that due to warehouse migeration it is getting delayed and also i wrote to customer care on 13th and got a reply that it will be dispatched. if migeration work is there please dont cheat the customer that it will be delivered in 4 days because i got the delivery date as 14/09/12. when i purchased that product. also they are not at all intimating unless i call them. on believing their promised date i have planned my travel on 19/09/12 and postponed post feedback tat it will be delivered by friday to friday 20/09/12. today i called them and they told it will dispatched by monday. i dono wat to do and atlast if i did not recive the product by saturday i will file a civil case against future bazaar stating that i have been cheated by their wrong promise. also no where it is mentioned in the website that they are migerating their ware house and it is none of my concern. i want that product to be delivered by saturday and the compensation for the delay as they promised 7 days delivery guarantee. really it is worst service comapared to any other online shopping.

                  On the faith and consumer satisfaction of bigbazzar,future group i just tried purchasing the very first product and you have shown that you do not care the consumer satisfaction.

                  I have booked a cello casserole and the delivery date given was 8th september.Todays date is 19th september, till now i have not received the product.The only answer the customer care says when ever i call them is that " the product is about to dispatch from the warehouse and you may expect in next week".

                  I use Zovi, ebay etc. They deliver the product in three to five days of order date. Now that iam regreting why did i booked the product in futurebazaar.

                  This shows very bad impression on the whole future group. I will try not to buy any product from your group and will defenetly post the same message to my friends and other website blogs.

                      Unfortunately, I have booked a sofa cum bed on 12 –Aug’12 from your showroom at ambience mall Gurgaon. (Invoice copy attached)
                      The date of the delivery mentioned on invoice and committed was 08th sep’12.(SO No.- [protected])
                      Unfortunately it is not delivered yet and there is no plan to deliver it any time soon.

                      Is that the level of the commitment your company is providing to the customer??

                      Your representatives even fear of talking to there customers and they don’t even pick up the phone.

                      When we tried to contact your representatives about the delivery, they abused and provide the feedback that if you want the delivery then we have broken bed at our end that we can deliver and forget about the delivery soon. (told by Mr. Rajesh and Mr. bhupender)
                      Your sales man Mr. Sumit Dubey had never contacted. If I am trying to contact him he is not responding.
                      I think you are planning to deliver the bed next year at 8th September.
                      There is an inauguration planned at my new home on 14th Sep’12 and I want the delivery before that.
                      If you are unable to deliver the same then kindly refund my money with the interest for the lapsed period.

                      Home Town — No delivery commitment

                      I booked furnitures with Home town on 15th Aug-08 and made the advance payment vide cheque(Receipt no.[protected]).At the time of booking the goods, I have been told the delivery will be done on or before 15th Sep-08.

                      My cheque was encashed by the company on 20 Aug-08.Since 15th Sep-08 I am continuously following up for getting the booked furniture, but no body from Hometown is giving the delivery date.

                      I feel that this company is totally a fraud and they are sitting in a big mall just to grab the money from customers.It;s a big harrasement to me.I still do not know How shall I get my furniture/money back.I request everybody to Pl.avoid any purchasing from Home town and be safe.

                        So Sir I want to make a complaint in court against them for that, they never being thought to inform customer for this every time i need to be called customer care they assured me that i will get call back with in 30 min from senior but never get that. To day i was spoke with Ms. Srigupta and she promise me that i will get arranged for call back with in 10 to 10.30 but not get that.                           I purchased a bookshelf from Big Bazaar Kachiguda in March'13. Right from the start, the bookshelf wasn't assembled properly - the same was detected and a complain was lodged with the Big Bazaar authorities during June'13. A repair person was sent and he tweaked the shelf a bit and left saying he didn't have the necessary equipments to repair the problem. We waited for few weeks before lodging another complaint and till date no action has been taken.
                          The Big Bazaar people refuse to lodge complain through phone/net. It is very difficult to travel all the way to lodge the complaint. They do not respond to calls - this is just one of the harrowing experiences I have had with them.
                          I request the big bazaar authorities to please look into this matter, I am a senior citizen and it is not possible for me to travel so long physically, and I have been harassed a lot already.

                          Thanks for the response, people came in touch with me an a representative was sent day before yesterday to look into the issue. But I am saddened to say, that I am not happy with the solution provided.
                          Mr. Srinivas, from Big Bazaar Kachiguda came and looked into the issue, he changed couple of worn out parts and informed that the issue was because of the product not being manufactured properly. He said that he can't help any more and we need to discuss about the issue with the goods with the "higher authorities".
                          I am not sure how to react to this anymore.

                              Gift coupons issued when credit card points redeemed. When we went in to make purchases, the workers at the department store say that the coupons are invalid. These were valid till 2.20 pm and we missed that deadline by an hour. We reached the cash counter at 3,15 pm. Nowhere on the coupons is this mentioned, no where on any site, neither was this mentioned at the time of redemption. Complete and straight forward cheating

                                I purchased 4 bottles of Catch Peach Water from Big Bazaar near Netaji Subhash Place , Pitampura,
                                yesterday.
                                When i came home i noticed that the four bottles are expired . the expiry was 14th august 2012 and i bought these bottles on 5th september.
                                Also i intended to buy Nestle Slim Fit Milk tetrapacks also from this store. But luckily i notiiced that the expiry was only a few days hence. i had planned to buy atleast 10 packs , but fortunately i saw the expiry and decided not to buy.
                                Is this the way Big Bazaar treats its customers? supply expired stuff?

                                They need to make some strict rules so that none of their staff is able show such unbearable carelessness.

                                  We had purchased a Washing Machine from Big Bazaar –R City Mall Ghatkopar on 11th August 2012 as part of the Sale during the Independence day week.
                                  As per the machine displayed in Big Bazaar, we noted the size, that is the Height, weight and length. As the same time our Kitchen renovation work was in progress. Our Kitchen’s renovation work was completed as per the size of Koroyo Washing which we had seen and booked on 11th August 2012.

                                  We were promised the delivery within 7 days after we paid the amount in cash on 11th August 2012. However Machine was not received as promised and we didn’t receive any intimation from Big Bazaar about the same. On our several follow up, we were promised that the delivery would happen in next 2 days, which again failed. After following up atleast 8-10 times we visited the Big Bazaar at R City Mall Ghatkopar, now we have been informed that the washing machine is not available and we have to pay additional amount to take delivery of another washing machine model. However still the washing machine is present in display and according sales are taking place. I guess this is new way of selling low cost product and later denying the delivery and forcing the customer to pay additional amount to purchase another product.

                                  We have already wasted our time (more than 20 days on following up), money on calls and visit to Big Bazaar, but still we have not received the delivery of a washing machine.We will appreciate a quick response from the concerned team.

                                    I have purchased T24 prepaid SIM at BigBazzar ,Chinchwad.The number is [protected].
                                    At the time of registration I have submitted photo and copy of driving license.
                                    However now SIM is outgoing barred and call to this SIM is given IVRS message
                                    "This number is temporarily out of order".
                                    When I got in touch with Custmorcare T24 they said the Application ,photo, and documents are no provided by Big Bazar Chinchwad.While they issued me the SIM card only after I have given photo,Id and address proof to them(Big Bazar)
                                    Pl see why Big bazar Chinchwad has not submitted Photo and Id proofs of my SIM to T24 even after 1 month and T24 SIM is blocked without any fault of mine.
                                    I can easily forget about this SIM since other SIMs are frreely available ,while Big bazar has taken 30 Rs for this and offered as incentive for purchase of Rs 4500/- from Big bazar.
                                    Now activate the SIM at ealriest.

                                      i had purchased a sandiago sofa set from big bazaar, pazhavangadi, trivandrum for Rs.21,759/-.(invoice no. 1721 dated 31.3.2012) Even though we had paid full amount on 31.3.12, and the due date of delivery was 20.4.2012, we received the sofa only during second week of june 2012 and that too after repeated requests. The leg of the sofa collapsed in two weeks and this was repaired after one week. Now, on 29.8.12, the other leg also collapsed. The leg of the single chair with the sofa is already rusted.

                                      hi. my name is monikandan, we orderd one bed room set at onam offer price 17990 and one dinning table worth 6000 rupees total 22998 rupess paid and ordered, sales man told maximum 30 days required for transporting. we wait for furniture up to last week. one week before we contact the sales man he told on the way your furniture. after 2 days he called and informed me, sorry sir your furniture are damaged on transporting. so we refund your account. we send the big bazzar palavangadi and collect the money. this is an big cheating of big bazzar.

                                        Very sad to see that my order was not delivered fully and after 1 week i was informed that the mentioned Item is no there in the stock.
                                        Its really pathetic to see such things and because of this i even missed the offer which was easily available in the Store.
                                        Now its very easy from your side to say its not there in the stock but who will pay for the offer which i could not avail.
                                        When i called that time all the product was very well in the stock and now after almost 1 week you guys informing me that too when your guy came to deliver .
                                        If i was made aware about this on or before 15 aug i would have bought from Store diredlty.

                                        When i have caleld for ordered your customer care executive did checked and then only took the order.

                                        BIG BAZAAR — ITEMS ARE DIRTY AND NOT WORKING

                                        BIG BAZAR - IS se accha aur sasta kahin nahin. this quote is totally amusing. I WENT BIG BAZAR FIRST TIME IN 2007. AT THAT TIME I SAW MANY THINGS KEPT NEATLY BUT WERE DIRTY. THEY HAVE NOT CLEANED THE ITEMS. THE CHAIN OF BAGS WERE SLIPPED, BAGS WERE DIRTY. THE ITEMS KEPT THERE WERE VERY COSTLY AS ABOVE IT IS MENTIONED THAT IT IS CHEAPER THAN OTHER STORES. I PURCHASED GAME CDs FOR Rs. 499/-. I THOUGHT THEY WILL WORK PROPERLY BUT THEY DIDN'T WORKED. INSTEAD THEY DAMAGED THE HARD DISK OF THE COMPUTER.


                                        AFTER 4 YEARS MEANS NOW I HAVE VISITED THERE EVERYTHING WAS QUITE GOOD. EVERYTHING IS CLEAN.

                                        THERE ARE MANY VARITIES BUT THEY KEEP SOME OLD ITEMS WHICH ARE DIRTY AND DAMAGED. MY ADVICE IS THAT THEY MUST CHANGE THE ITEMS WHICH ARE OLD.

                                        they dont give free items with the product.like i baught ponds dreamflower magic and with that product there is 50 gmponds talk free but they dont give me that free item.
