I purchased Honda Aviatore on dt: 18/02/2010 (RJ14 VS 1235) from Satnam Honda, Tonk Road, Jaipur. Therein I found that the top cover of Head light was cracked at certain places. I bought this under the notice of Mechanics at dealer point. They assured me to get it changed but to my utter dismay, even after three services, they did not cheque it as per their commitment. I never accepted this but of services failure from a highly reputed and customer friendly company like HONDA. The fact that I‘d to complain you regarding this shows that how hurt I feel about it?
I am very sure that keeping your commitment o[censored]tmost consumer satisfaction, you will not fail to satisfy me and rectify above error.

Dear Sir,
I have booked for the aviator disc around two months ago and i had got the called from the dealer the Venetian Honda(borivali). to come and do the whole payment the payment is already done and the checked has also passed nw the dealer is like ur scooty had not come yet and making us run to the dealer several times saying come today or it wil come tommorow.
I dnt think such a behaviour is tolerable by anyone it has been delay of about more than two weeks first the dealer was like u can take ur check back or the scooty of soneone else since she has not come to collect it.i have complaint before also for this and i had got a call from the honda headoffice pune saying that they wil talk to the dealer .after talking to them the dealer gave me a call saying ur scooty has come u can come and take it on sunday and when u went today he is talking the same way as before. I wabt you to plz take some strict action against this because this causing me a lot of trouble now.

Sub: Honda CB shine- complaints

I purchased Honda CB Shine on 13th July 2010 from Ghani Honda Palakkad, Kerala. The owner name is P.D Joseph, I found a complaint with the gear box, the gears are not shifting properly.When we reported this matter to the showroom manager, he told us the bike has no complaints.When he ride the bike, he himsel[censored]nderstood that the gear box in complaint.But he refused to avoid the complaint.He told us you can ride the bike for one month after that only we can repair it. But we are not satisfied with his comment.
So we consult A.M Honda at Angadippuram, Malappuram Dt., Kerala. Here we got a satisfactory advice and they told that the complaint will be solved with in 2 days.
Ghani Honda, Palakkad, Kerala the staff and Manager is behaving to the customer very badly. So Sir we hope that you understood all the matters and you should take the necessary action against Ghani Honda, Palakkad, Kerala.

Bellow mention are problem in the bike from the time i had purchased & many visits to the so called authorized dealer v j honda work shop, i was harassed by keeping the vehicle for days & .
I want to know what work has been done for the mention bellow problem till date, the bike is free of any defect, if so please put me in writing, 3rd free service has been done or not & this is the policy of honda to replace the defect part by scrab one, many times the bike has been at the v j honda work shop for problems mention bellow & what scrab spare has been fitted to the bike.
Mr Prashant Shinde don't forcefully make me bring the bike to the work shop at your convenient time for deliberately you had replace the existing parts by scrab one of the bike & harest me many times, as i had experienced bad work quality of the dealer v j honda & don't ever hang the phone on me like that. I has experience the policy of honda & its dealership, from a mechanic to service engineer & you mr prashant shinde also, the last telephonic conversation 2, 3 days ago by you, i was in embarrassment how can a honda personal like you cannot let me speak & justify all the deliberate mistake caused by honda dealer, despite every time you cannot solve the problem i had trust some senior personal will solve, but from mechanic to service engineer, the defect cannot be clear, at the last visit to the workshop i was told the clutch was check & the clutch plate & pressure plate guage was also check, but the clutch was not check or open, the person who worked on the bike conform that it was not opened, every time you guys has lied i don't have any trust in honda. I had suffered a lot, I don't want the defect product & cannot bear.

The problem i am facing with my bike mh05at1716 are mention bellow:
1) Front Disc Brake Failure, work done by replacing the existing with scrab one.
2) Both Front Suspension Leakage, done
3) Clutch Jerks, Not Done
4) Cannot Neutral In Stop Position, Not Done
5) 5th Gear Slips, Not Done
6) Engine Stops While Driving When It Is Raining, Not Done
7) Headlight Deeper Does Not Work Properly, Not Done

On 19/07/2010 Sunday near about 3:30 pm i received a call from arti madiwal (vj honda badlapur) to bring the bike mh05at1716 to sought the problem i am facing for past four months in my bike & i have weekly off only on Sundays, as it was not possible for me on the same day the appointment was fixed on 25/07/2010 & the lady had promised to deliver the bike same day evening, as the problem has not been sought for so long i suggested her to go throw the earlier job cards & make sure the necessary spares are available, she has committed.

On 25/07/2010 Sunday as it was fixed i was there with my bike mh05at1716 the lady arti madiwal introduce me to mr veviek mishra (service advisor), i explain mr veviek & shailesh (technician) the problems i am facing with my bike which mr veviek & shailesh knows very well as the work has been done by them for past 4 months, i was asked wait, till 4 pm nothing has done the bike was kept aside & not a single work can be done & i had to take my bike return, i had waste whole day with prior appointment which was meant for my kids. As the bike is major defect the work cannot be done. I request you to take the defect piece of metal junk & please give my money back as i have enjoy the quality of humiliation, enjoy the quality of mentally torture, enjoy the quality bad service

Dear Ramranjan Kumar for how many rounds of humiliation, mentally torture, waste of time i have to bear with you guys, please return my money i cannot take it any more.

I have purchase Honda Unicorn on dated _30/11/2005_ from dealer located in Udaipur “LakeCity Honda” after that I have faced a problem in bike during rainy season and it switch-off in low rain and not started until rain not stopped but I think that it is a new bike so it occurs.

But in every season of rain I again faced same problem in bike, I contact Honda service centre I took service regarding above problem. But still Bike problem has not been corrected.

The Service Manager at centre they say “It is a Problem in Battery” and I change new battery but still problem not corrected. I have contacted 5-6 times to dealer for this same problem they could satisfied me for this problem, it is only a waste of money & time

So this reason I am writing this letter and facing very big problem, So I have given a bike again for servicing regarding problem and I have told to them if the problem is not corrected then I will not take at home.

Complaint-
It has been 4 months we have informed the service centers of our city about the accident that occoured and the head lamp and the visor have been broken.
And 1 month for the time there is problem in the bike's magnet form which the electric current in the bike is produced. According to the Paradise honda service center the whole magnet part is to be changed and this is a manufacturing fault.
We found that the parts of the bike are not enough reliable and from the time given above we are not getting any genuine honda part at the spare part section of paradise honda.
The Showroom & service center officials informed us that the company is not sending the ordered spare parts.
The bike is in the warranty period and we are having a bad impression about the company's service.
Please kindly send the spare parts to PARADISE HONDA service center Dehradun or Refund us the given Amount by us while we bought the bike as we are facing too much of trouble because of this bike and having loss in our business.
Please give us a time limit in which our bike will be repaired & our problem will be solved otherwise we would have to take legal action against the company.
Reply as soon as possible.

I Purchase Honda Shine Motorcycle Last Year 4.10.2010 .Two Time Front mask, back indicator Broken .Because Material Low Quality .
At Present My Bike no propper Run (15.2.2011 service at company Workshop ) Noise in Chain Set, But Service Engineer tell me if oiling & greeasing done at chain set, after 2 day run Well ok.last time tell me, deffective your bike chain set.i say replaced it .not avilable at company .very very i shocked (i thing purchase new honda activa for my wife but) .big german company honda .but commom chain set, front mask.mask sticker, back indicator no avibality at workshop. i call many, many time at w.shop for chain set, sticker, indicatior ? but part not avilable.
I intrested for extened warranty .but company eng.is say me .your bike 1 year old so cann;t cover in policy.

I ask company coo if my bike warranty extened possibility is no .but why ? dealer (Dharam Honda) say me for AMC 1 year Rs 1000.
(6 washing free & 5% discoount on spare).But i am not intrested .i am intrested with honda company extened warranty policy.
So iam requested to company coo please cover

I purchased Honda UNICORN on date: 16/03/2010 (KL.58.D313), FROM PIONEER HONDA KANNUR, then an accident happened to my vehicle. On04/01/2011 I placed my Honda unicorn bike at PIONEER
HONDA KANNUR(authorized Honda service center kannur district to get service and claim, but till now I didn’t get my bike. When I enquired at show room service manager he told me that they didn’t have the following spare parts (repeated same answer in every day)
1.wind screen set
2.front cowl
3.garnish screen
4.fuel tank with emblem
5.head light unit
6.silencer protecter



I am suffering a lot of difficulties in the absence of my bike
there for if I don’t get my bike with in two days I will go to the consumer court

i have a unicorn dazzler, KL 20 B 5780. i had an accident on 15th dec 2010 and i gave my bike to EVM Karamana at TVM. Even after 4 months i haven't yet released my bike . The authorities said that it was due to the unavailability of spare parts. As per rule during the sale of any vehicle two spares of each part also should be available with the dealer .it is due to the irresponsibility of the authorities .so kindly help me to release my bike as soon as possible else i will go through the proper channel against you in the consumer court. I need a reply from you people within 2 weeks. I made only 1 mistake that i bought a Honda vehicle, i have already suffered a lot. You please give a convincing response else i will file a case against you in the consumer court.

Honda company do not have any parts of the bike CB twister.. first the parts will spoil very early then when we go to buy parts from showroom they says we do not have.. if they cant get the parts then why they launch the bike... from past few months the are not getting my bikes chain spraket , chock weir and some more things too... one of the wost customer support... they wont care about customers at all... in every 2 month i will give my bike for servicing... i feel like i did a big mistake by going with Honda company..............
