i have booked a Activa 125 from GLOBUS HONDA SARASWATI VIHAR, PITAMPURA on 21 may, 2014 and my date delivery was 3 rd july and i have not got my vehicle until now .Every time i go there they say you will get it on wednesday and on wednesday they you will get it on sunday and they continue doing so . The manager of the showroom has confirmed me that you will get it on monday i.e, 28/7/2014 but due to any reason she's absent today and sales staff is saying that we cannot give you as we do not power to deliver the vehicle .on the other hand they have just delivered a vehicle in front of me .plz help me in getting my vehicle

    I, m 60 years old and having shoulder problem. So i bought honda activa as my doctor told me to buy this vehicle for its good suspension as compared to other vehicle in the market but now i am so disappointed with my purchase. The suspension is not good and gives me further problem to my health and the vehicle wobbles when riding! I have already complained this problem in Haritha honda on first company free service but they have not attended or rectified properly. Now iam regretting buying this vehicle! since it have not provided the satisfaction i was looking forward on honda when i could have bought other vehicles in market for much cheaper!     Respected sir, my 2 wheeler honda cb unicorn dazzler get an accident and i paid for all the parts they said on 12/7/2014. now 1month later also i didnt get some of the parts so that i cant ride the bike. my vehicle is 2010model vehicle

        Hi, I own a Honda CRV generation-2, 2.4 AT that has been manufactured in the year 2006. The said vehicle is self-driven and has been serviced from the company authorised service stations from time to time. Moreover, I have been personally taking my vehicle to the authorised service stations even for minor running repairs necessitated due to normal wear and tear. The complete memorandum of service bills raised on me from time to time for the above said routine repairs along with yearly service records are enclosed herewith for you ready reference and perusal. Sometime in the month July, 2009, the rear braking mechanism of the car started to emanate a distinct rattling sound upon the application of breaks to decrease the speed and /or halt the car. Moreover, there was a sudden decrease in the reactive braking intensity as and when the braking mechanism emanated the noise as explained above. Immediately, after hearing noise from the brakes and feeling a sudden upsurging decrease in the reactive intensity and force of the breaking system, I took my car to the authorised service station / workshop functioning in the name and style of Courtesy Honda for rectification of the above said technical deficiency. The Engineer / Technician in charge of my vehicle thoroughly inspected my car stationed as well as in motion by taking it on a test drive in order to ascertain the exact cause of the aforesaid technical defect. Subsequently, after thoroughly inspecting and checking my vehicle, the technician / engineer in charge arrived at a Contd…2/- conclusion that the above said noise is coming from the rear brake discs due to rust and corrosion and the only way to rectify the above said defect is to grind the brake discs to ensure responsive and noiseless braking. Thereafter, the rear brake discs of my car were grinded and other ancillary components were replaced and serviced by the technicians / engineers of the above said service station / workshop, in respect of which a bill was raised on me for a total amount of Rs. 18, 662/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty two only). However, even after undergoing a comprehensive check and subsequent rectification, the rear brakes of my car continued to emanate the same distinct rattling sound and even the brake force continued to remain incessantly depleted. It is to be stated that despite of spending more than Eighteen Thousand Rupees to set the above said technical anomaly right, I have been patiently trying to get the defective brakes of my car rectified and have been taking and leaving my car with various company authorised service stations and workshops across the city from time to time. A detailed summary chart of my visits to various workshops, concisely indicating the amounts raised and billed upon me in order to rectify the defective breaking mechanism of my car is as under: Date Dealer Amount [protected] Courtesy Honda 18662 [protected] Courtesy Honda 14107 [protected] Ring Road Honda 5246 [protected] Lally Honda 5137 [protected] Lally Honda 14247 [protected] Lally Honda 7997 [protected] Whitefield Honda 34206 Total 99602 As the above chart would depict, a total consolidated expenditure of almost One Lakh Rupees has already been incurred by me to somehow get the above said technical anomaly rectified. However, despite of visiting and availing the services of four different workshops, Contd…3/- the break force distribution of my car continues to remain suboptimal and the distinct rattling sound continues to disturb and perplex the occupants of its cabin. It is further pertinent to mention that during my last personal visit to the workshop functioning in the name and style of Whitefield Honda, I was shocked and bewildered to hear an incompetent endorsement made by the Engineer / Technician in charge to the effect that : “If the repairs done and components changed during the instant visit don’t rectify the breaks we will be constrained to send for a vehicle of the same model in order to replace the components of your car’s breaking system with that of the identical car” In view of the brief and incisive facts stated herein above and also the helplessness and incompetency expressed by the Engineer / Technician, it is conclusive that Honda as a Company clearly lacks competence in terms of after sales service and has been harassing and raising frivolous bills on me merely on trial-and-error. Moreover, the comprehensive failure of your Company to rectify defective breaks and the noise being emanated therefrom is indicative of the fact that Honda, which enjoys an un-parallel reputation for manufacturing quality passenger cars, is least concerned about passenger safety, since the breaking mechanism of a car is the most crucial safety feature of any passenger vehicle. Therefore, I request you to kindly refund the payments made by me towards the repairs and service of the breaking mechanism of my car and rectify its break mechanism forthwith free of cost within 15 days of the date of receipt of this letter, failing which, I will be constrained to institute appropriate legal action against you and your Company without any further notice to you in this regard. I am handling all automotive part validation & performance evaluation on approving the new vehicle part buy-off & warranty analysis. (Includes all automotive international requirements TS16949, PPAP documentation's etc.)

          Honda Product Purchase Details:
          On 26th Day of April 2014, I purchased your Honda Aviator from Adrash Motor Plaza in Chennai. Before purchasing your Honda Aviator product, I had lot good expectations on reliability, product quality & performance of this bike. Below are the details of Vehicle tracking serial for your analysis.

          Problem Description:

          But I was really surprised about your worst quality & strength of the outer RH body side panel in my purchased Honda Aviator. This body panel get broken in very short time within one month of purchase. I have attached the photograph of defect area for your analysis.

          Actually this part get broken by just hitting a small plastic ball on the side body panel on 2nd June 2014. The children's were played with bat & ball in the street, unfortunately the ball hits the RH side body of the scooter.

          As I am a quality engineer, I know very well about this product specification & warranty analysis criteria in an automobile field.

          Yesterday I sent my brother to near Honda Authorised service center for 1st free service & He explained about the crack to service persons.

          They are not properly listen to his words & simply told that ''cost for replacement this side body is 1500, eventhough you will not get original finishing of Aviator Logo''

          Again I am very depressed on the service feedback & also your 1st free service is also very worst. I have attached the invoice copy of the 1st service from Kun Honda from Ashok Nagar, Chennai.

          I am another complaint after this 1st free service, If the scooter is riding between 10-25Km speed, huge vibration is observed in front area bottom the head lamp.

          Last night the scooter has been delivered after service, I did the test ride to check the condition. It given this abnormal vibration & sound. I am not faced this kind of vibration before 1st service.

          Now I am suspecting the quality of whole parts of Honda Aviator delivered to me. Since within one month I am dissatisfied with your part & service feedback from the dealer.

          I am really fed up & feeling very bad about your new product especially on this brand new Honda Aviator delivered before a month Ago in Chennai showroom.

          As you know, Honda having a good name with people for their service & quality. But these two issues are given a negative impression about your product.

          I am handling warranty analysis for customer feedback & returns in my professional experience. But I am itself facing this kind of complaint in brand new scooter.

          Action plan from my side:
          1. Do the part analysis on the broken assembly to check the property that meeting the minimum requirements. Since it hasn't withstand in little abnormality
          2. If the part get fail to meet the requirement, I take this issue to legal proceedings in consumer court.
          3. I hope this will lead to recall your Honda Aviator deliveries from customer
          4. And Finally I will publish this complaint details to AIAG & recommend the IATF to cancel the TS16946 certification.
          5. Since You're failed to maintain the quality level of the product.


          Action Plan Required from your side:
          1. Need detailed failure analysis report on the broken part of side body
          2. Share the specification detail of the fibre material verifying the quality with external certified lab
          3. Need root cause from the service center of the vibration & sound after 1st free service.
          4. Immediate replacement of side panel RH in FOC.

B003008 from your esteemed dealer FAHRENHEIT TWO WHEELERS Engine No. JF50E80770597 Chasis No. ME4JF501BE8771522. Till date we have not received RC of the same beside our numerous visits and follow-ups with their esteemed supportive staffs who least bothered that what types of problems we are facing without it. We wish to return back your vehicle to you without registration and my payment has been reached to you on the same date and not able to drive the same I feel that you dealers fools us and not capable to provide services.               Recently i bought myself the new honda stunner from siddharth honda ANPARA (UP) phone no.[protected] at first i was satisfied wid my bike but after then i faced a problem with my engine. I Noticed some strange noise coming from engine, low mileage, poor pickup and also I noticed an oil leak frm my bike's cylinder head...my bike is now 4months old and is under warranty period.and now I thought of selling my bike just because of honda's poor quality as the company claims an average mileage of 55-60kmpl ubut my bike gives maximum mileage upto 38-40kmpl...what to do now??               hi jayesh mishra, i m bunty from jamshedpur jharkhand. After read your complaint i thought you have written abt my problem with my honda stunner. I m also facing low mileage, low pickup and engine noise. And i also had oil leaking problem, replaced the engine head by honda service center.                 I have booked HONDA ACTIVA on 27/02/2014 thru RF MOBIKES (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd., Edappally, Kochi. My booking receipt no.16448. I have an ACTIVA of Model 09/2005 and the good performance of the same I intended to go for same with an upgraded one without considering other two wheelers of Mahindra, Suzuki or Hero, which recommended by others. The Dealer have offered me the delivery period WITHIN 10 DAYS or THAT WEEK ITSELF. But it is now more than 15 days and still it is confused when it will be delivered as the delivery is not forthcoming from the manufacturer, whereas this period EVM & MUTHOOT has got two lots of delivery. In this connection, I would request that I may be informed about the exact date of delivery or I may cancel the booking and go for other two wheelers or Dealers. An early reply is highly appreciated.                 Dear Sirs,

                I refer to my mail of 14th March, 2014 regarding non-delivery of HONDA ACTIVA booked on 27/02/14. Also please refer your Advertisement in Malayala Manorama Daily appeared on 17/03/14 mentioning "IMMEDIATE DELIVERY". I contacted RF MOBIKES (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd.yesterday and today and understood that still not my booked ACTIVA is not loaded/reached to them and they are still saying wait for tomorrow - tomorrow.

                I am totally disappointed, hence please ask the Dealer RF MOBIKES to cancel my booking and Refund me my advance amount of Rs.20, 000/- paid to them on 27/02/2014 plus its interest from 27/02/2014. Please treat the matter as URGENT, otherwise I have to refer the matter to various Statutory Authorities.

                  I purchased Honda Activa with HET Technology last year.On taking the delivery scooter had a dent on it on telling them they said we will repair it when it is brought for servicing.On taking it for servicing they said you will be charged for it because the dent was made by us and not came like that from company.Then just within couple of weeks after the delivery engine started making a rattling sound and scooter use to vibrate a lot like its 4-5 years old.On informing about the problem on servicing it was not repaired and after service scooter started giving very low mileage.So i took it back and got it repaired from them.But engine kept on making the rattling sound and also vibration didn't reduce.This kept on going and my problem was ignored every time i complained about it.Due to this i had to take my scooter for service and repair 10 times in a year.In last service when i complained about the problem they made it even worst.The rattling sound has increased now and also engine stops when no throttle is given even when scooter is in run.also scooter gives jerks while running and does not start easily.I have been given a defective scooter.I want a replacement also compensation for the money i have wasted in the faulty scooter and services.

                    Hi, I had taken my Son's Honda Aviator Two Wheeler to M/s Ganpati Honda at Railway Road Gurgaon. The complete experience from front office management to service was pathetic. They normally take the two wheeler's from rear door for service where there is no place to sit for customers and the guys handling customers do not know iota of customer service and soft skills. It appears as if you have gone to an old ration shop where the owner use to think that they are doing favour to the customer. I even pointed out to one of the seniors but they were equally insensitive. Probably they think the two wheeler owners are poor or mediocre guys and do not deserve any customer like treatment. I was shocked, at the selection of service center and the staff handling it. Very very very bitter experience and pathetic experience from a reputed multinational brand like Honda. Wake up guys!!!

                      I have purchased Honda Dream Yuga on[protected] till today date even 5 month is not completed and the bike is giving so much trouble. problem is that bike making too much noise. problem is since after first free service. so I have complaint about problem in second free service after second service still the problem remains same. at last I have report problem under warranty. workers keep my bike for 2 3 days and return with the same problem. In last three four week I have given my bike 3 time under warranty and result is same still problem in bike.

                      I have also contact their customer care regarding complain but no reply.

                      I file complaint and within 12 hrs i get call from Honda 2 Wheeler Customer care.

                        On the month of July 2013, i have purchased a bike (Honda trigger) and there was some problem in carburettor. Tank colour from one side was also dull. i spooked to the manager and he guided me to service center. i went there and the manager at the service station assured me that the issue will be resolved while 1st service. So i came back after 1 month for bikes first service. It was shocking that they just gave my bike without resolving my issue... i gave my bike for service around 3 to 4 times in that month and they just cleaned my bikes carburettor and fitted.but later the mileage of my bike was reduced to 35 kmpl and still the carburettor issue was not resolved. Later they told me that there is no problem with my bike and there is no scratch and dullness in my bikes tank. i saw them handling my bike without care. my bike was on side stand and they gave full load on it to turn the bike. Honda service and sales have ruined my time and now no one is helping. I have spoken to the managers, owner of that Honda shop and regional office head Hasrat Mulani from pune. But no solution till now.. After every service they assure that my bike is free of trouble but every time the issue increases... i have many complains with Honda... tell Honda that i just don't want Honda product..i need compensation

                          I have booked HONDA DIO on 13/01/2014 thro DIDAR MOTORS, chennai. My booking receipt no.23840. I am doing my second year eng. and i have convinced my parents to book the dio with great difficulty. Since the delivery of the vehicle is going to be delayed like this my parents may opt for some other vehicle instead of dio. But i like very much to ride dio only and i made up my mind like that.                           Colour: Black

                          I purchased my bike from Dharti Honda Rajkot Black Colour but in bill it shows red and Dharti honda cheated me by spraying black colour on red bike. on RC book it shows Red colour bike. Once i complained to Dharti honda on behalf of that complaint they replaced bike's few body parts. i have given my rc book them to change that fault but they have done correction manually in 23 no. form but they refused to change in smart card. and once i talked to one of their engineering named mayur

                            I Mr Atul Sawant would like to inform you that my honda cbr 150 purchsed on 2nd Oct 2013 is having problem with its rear TVS TYRE. I am particularly having problem of skating very often so i request to please arrange to replace the same which come under manufacturing defect. I have also informed my dealer whose name is RUSHABH HONDA, NASIK. but they are keep on saying that it will not be replaced.

                                Sir, i purchased a scooter, it was to be serviced as 2nd free service before[protected] ie end of 6 months. when i went on 10th of november ie late by one month when the vehicle run only 600 kms only the dealer said the vehicle can be serviced on charges only since the date is expired.                                   Bought from spg honda bareilly. And now its hving problem and aps honda badaun is not solving any problem and not listening or paying attention on our problem...

                                    Honda downtown in Vadodara (gujarat) they show no stock of activa & fake waiting of 90days. If we pay 4000rs. Thn They will give activa in one day. Bt they dont give reciept of 4000rs. Thats simply corruption. I booked activa at chhani branch, vadodara, gujarat. Before diwali.. bt still I dint get activa... so plZz solve my prblm I want activa in a week...

                                      Hello, Greetings, I K.Rathnasabapathi, Sri Raajam Fuels(IndianOil Dealer). I was running business (Distributor) for FMG products of MNCs(HLL, Pepsi) for 18 years. Presently, I am being a distributor for Nestle India Ltd and Philips Electronics India Ltd.. Am also the vice-president in Chamber of Commerce. I had bought HONDA Aviator on May 2012. My vehicle had fallen down on June 2013. The Left brake lever (Disk Brake) had broken into two parts and Right indicator glass also been smashed. Am waiting, for more than 5 months, for these 2 spares and always getting the same reply, from the dealers that "NO STOCKS AVAILABLE". Presently I have only one inch of brake lever in my vehicle since June 2013. With that handle, I couldn't apply brake properly, which is causing me not to use the vehicle properly. It causes me psychological hindrance (As Driving in unsafe bike) while driving. Imagine a vehicle running for 5 months in rush street without brake lever. Even after explaining about the severity to the dealers, No action taken. Does it show the HONDA’s lack of interest over the customer (Customers life, to be precise)? It is too pathetic that, the most used and critical part (Specific to brake) of the bike is not available all over the 3 district (Tiruvarur, Thanjavur and Chennai (GEM and JSP Honda). Not sure about other districts, probably won’t be available throughout Tamilnadu or Even INDIA). And dealers are in chorus telling that, I could use Activa’s brake lever, which is not suiting for Aviator (ACTIVA brake lever design is completely different from AVIATOR Brake lever). When you sell a bike, it is company’s responsibility to provide the spares to the customers. On failing that, I don’t think so, that consumer should go for HONDA product. We should pass this information to all the consumers, who are planning to go for the HONDA product, especially to Aviator. Please address this issue immediately.
