I buy a new Honda Dio bike on (17/06/14) at Abvr honda cuddalore, I paid full amount of 56600 rupee for my bike, Then i got a Rc book on that book they mentioned Hypothecation, so past 6months i am trying to change that Hypothecation in my Rc book.     sir, on 22/11/2014 i purchased a honda activa - i at orange pvt.ltd towlichowki, hyderabad. while delvering vehclie they given due slip of honda activa-i manual book due to shortage from company. till date book not received. i have to for first service. my residency far distance to purchased show room about 50km. regularly monitoring for manual book they unable to say perfect date. few days bacl i lodged a complaint. due that show room people saying you cannot get short time, you have to wait more than 10 days. you want to attend service. you must have to come our show room only due to non availability of manual book. pl.rectify the problem immediately and avoid the inconvenience and preotect the brand name. with regards sampurna

      Dear sir/mam I am digvijay singh from jalandhar i hv buyed honda twister bike from your jalandhar dealer G S Honda n aftr when i go there for Registration of bike they are asking 1500 rs xtra which was not at all genuine & they also dnt gave me any payment reciept against dis payment n its not d 1st tym they take this xtra money frm all the custmrs which is nt genuine at all.         My Ticket No: Q211006 I bought a Honda Shine for my brother from your Sathyamangalam SUB dealer, but even after 20 days the bike was not registered.I found out that Noble Honda which is the main dealer has not provided the invoice to get my bike registered. I tried contacting Kadhir from Noble Honda to help me out. But he was shouted (like hell) at me and asked me to contact the sub dealer. But some how I managed to get help from your Area Sales Manager who was so cooperative in getting my bike registered. Being a Honda car owner(I would rate their customer care to the maximum) I felt 2 wheeler customer care too would be so concerned and would take some action so that no other customer ends up into such a bad experience. I registered a complaint in Honda customer care, even more pathetic was they kept on replying that a concerned person would call me which never happened. I feel nobody is concerned, I then called up your Honda south office and informed them regarding this issue. Then my brother received a call from Honda and the person who called (from Honda) apologised and promised that Kathir from Noble Honda will call and apologise. That did not happen, my brother then informed regarding the call. I then called up your customer care and found out that the issue was closed. Why was it closed when I did not receive any call from Noble Honda? I again narrated this issue to your customer care and they asked me to wait for 2 days. I called up yesterday and asked requested the status. TO my shock this executive was asking me what needs to be done. My shock here is Honda does not even know what needs to be done to a customer who was harassed by its dealer. She then said some concerned person will call me within an hour which never happened. Pathetic! I have been told every time that some concerned person will call me. But I guess Honda needs a new recruit for a concerned person. Does Honda think one sorry to the customer would ease the pain? And how do you suppose to confirm that Kathir is not repeating this to other customers? Who is that concerned person that your customer care talks about? If you are really concerned that take some serious action against this person so that he does not hurt another human. I would say Honda is encouraging such people by not taking serious action. Tell me if you are so concerned in protecting such people so that I might look into companies which teats its customer good. I am feeling proud own a Honda car but deeply frustrated, hurt and reconsidering my options in future to choose a Honda 2 wheeler after such a worst experience with Honda.I would like this issue to be escalated as I feel the customer acre has been outsourced and Honda does not give a damn about customer complaints. If you are not able to work on this issue provide me the email for escalation.

          Respected Sir/Mam, I purchased Honda's aviator just 1 and a half year before, the vehicle is not working properly, I asked for the servicing to one dealer other than my purchasing dealer (i.e. Rajpal Honda showroom) they told us that your purchasing dealer only can resolve your problem. I went to them than they just do the normal servicing and told that we don't have same parts of it, firstly let us call that parts and we will let u know about it, but they did not replied us, I again approached them and again asked for the same the told that come tomorrow, now parts are available to us, i went there showroom than they told that we are sorry the parts were on our other showroom and now that are injured, we can't help you out of it. I again approached to rajpal Honda than they told that ok we will do but u have to pay for everything we do. Sir/Mam, my vehicle is in warranty period, all services are done on time till now, and told me that nothing will be covered in warranty please help me out of it, my vehicle is still not working properly, and I am totally frosted.

            My name is Dinanath S. Rokade.

            I want to bring into your notice, a pathetic, ridiculous & unprofessional experience of buying Honda Activa from your showroom, [Sai Point - Mira road, Shop no. 4 to 6 Hariyas park, Hatkesh, mira-bhayander road, mira road (e)]

            After a detailed discussion held on 8th September 2014 with your sales executive Mr. sameer, I booked honda activa on 9th September 2014 from above showroom with a cash of Rs. 1000/- and on 20th September 2014, i made a down payment of total 16395 [16074 + 321 (2% extra that you charged on card payment)] as i wanted a delivery on 3rd October 2014 on occasion of dashera festival.

            This booking was well in advance to receive vehicle on 3rd october & i got the delivery of my vehicle on 3rd october 2014 in the evening.

            While making down payment, i got an assurance from Mr. Sameer that i will get RTO number in Maximum of 7 days time.

            On delivery [on 3rd october] again i confirmed about the same with Mr. Sameer, but he came up with a different answer that now it will take 15 days as RTO offices are closed due to elections. Although it was very much disappointing & in-spite of knowing the fact, that RTO offices are not going to close for such a long period, from 3rd to 15th october, i said okay.

            After elections, when i again visited showroom & asked about RTO number, i got a response that now it will take 7 days again. this was completely frustrating and still i requested your staff to give it to me at least before diwali. I found your staff was not that enthusiastic to listen to me as it was at the time of booking. I thought to wait till Diwali.

            Meanwhile, i never received any call from showroom, so i visited once again before diwali & asked about RTO number. this time again Mr. sameer talked to somebody & told me that you will get it by this month end. This was extremely irritating. I never knew that buying a two wheeler from such a big manufacturer like Honda will result in such a pathetic & ridiculous experience.

            after diwali again i visited showroom & this time Sameer gave me number of Mr. Umesh [protected], so that i could speak to him, instead of speaking to sameer. unfortunately there is no single point contact. I called Mr. Umesh & after continuous requests almost every day, he told me to leave my vehicle at Sai-Point so that he will take it for RTO passing. Although earlier i was confirmed & assured by your staff member that vehicle will not be required for this, i dropped my vehicle @ your showroom on 30th October & collected it on 31st october. This time i was assured by Mr. Umesh, that i will get RTO number by 5th of November, [ i.e, after 58 days from Booking & after 47 days of Down Payment & after 33 days of Delivery] isn't that inappropriate? isn't that appealing enough you to check your professionalism?

            This is not all. when i am expecting my RTO number after such a long wait, i received a call today from showroom that they need some original documents which needs to be produced in RTO office & it will take 10 more days at least to get the number.

            I am now not interested in all of this & also i am going to file a case in consumer court, if i don't get number by tomorrow on 5th of November 2014.

            In-spite of facing all this unethical & unprofessional behavior from your side, i will drop my vehicle at your showroom & i will submit required original document tomorrow, but i will not be interested in dealing with you more if i don't get my RTO number tomorrow. If it is not possible then you will have to cancel this deal & return my & my bank's money with interest.

            I hope you will take it very much seriously as this is end of my patience & i will take it to every concerned senior authority & court

              I have given my bike for service to the dealer. The dealer has changed my bike parts without my knowledge and refused to answer me when i questioned them. So O I have registerd a complaint with honda customer care on 16th october. They asked me to wait of 3-5 working days. Already 9 working days has gone. But there is no response from them. I called them 7 times after registered the complaint. They keep on telling me to wait for some times. But no use of waiting. Complaint #200182

                Dear Sir/Mam, I had purchased New Bike (honda trigger) on 16th Jan 2014 from JKM Dealer, Ghaziabad (Authorised honda dealer). I'm not satisfied with my bike performance till date. As i'm facing lots of problem from time to time, I want to discuss the things in detail... 1. First problem arose after 3 days of purchase of my new bike i.e. leakage of petrol near to petrol tank. for which i approach to the dealer regarding same due to which i wont be able to drive my bike for atleast 1.5 month. 2. Second problem came across after 3-4 months of purchase a disturbing noise came out from silencer for the same i approach to the dealer and get it repaired in warranty. 3. Right now i'm facing problem of tilt handle and lock in my bike for which my dealer is not ready to listen any thing still the bike is in warranty period. So, i don't have any option apart from writing this mail directly to honda... Kindly look in this matter or approach your dealer for this...                   Dear Sir This is to bring in your notice that we are severely facing problems with servicing facilities of M/s Varun Honda Raipur. Twice we had given our scooter Activa for servicing and both the time we had faced immense problems from the dealer in regards to our complaints and personnel behaviour. Neither their spares stores had enough spare parts at their stores neither they are bothered about the complaints of customer regarding their scooter . Even after registering the complaints still their responsible manager did not take right action to resolve the issues. They had damaged the our scooter mat but also had stolen the indicator buzzer and no personnel had registered our complaints . I here by request you to responsible person of Honda company to take necessary action against the dealer VARUN HONDA RAIPUR for the proper solution and improvisation of company reputation. After purchase byk i m suffering from the problem with chain sprocket and after nine months from Aug.2014 I am facing the continue problem with steering cone . Many times i have go to dealership axis Honda and same inform to them and ask for help & Rectify the concern ASAP but they strictly forbade to work in...

                    I bought this bike on 25/11/2013 from Venetian Honda Authorized Showroom 2 wheeler bikes, Kandivali - West, Mumbai and after first service of bike, its giving serious and threatening wobbling problem and its almost unsafe now to ride this bike. I took it to Om Sai Honda Service Center, Charkop, Kandivali West, Mumbai and I explained entired problem to the manage Mr. Dalbeer and Mechanic Mr. Raju for more than five times and they are unable to solve this problem, In the fourth time they had change my whole engine now it is again coming the same problem. They itself accepted that they are not able to solve this problem. Also they are not able to diagnose that what is causing this issue. Again i went to the Venetian Honda Authorized Showroom and meet Manager over there Mr. Prashant Kadam, he suggested me to take my bike to other service center ( Borivali West, Mumbai ) which is very far away from my house and it is completely pathetic and unjustifiable suggestion by them. I am very disappointed and scared to drive the bike. I bought this bike to reduce my travelling time and problems while travelling, but my problems are now increased after buying this and getting pathetic service from HONDA. We users are paying such big amount on bike and we are getting fooled as we are getting such pathetic service centers nearby who dont know to solve the problems. How and Why This service centers are given authorization to run the service center? After paying this much user has to do all the compromises like suffer due to these problems, wait for its correction, fear drive the vehicle and risk our own life. I paid 18k for down payment and I have paid every month installment 1731/- without any delayed for 11 months to its brand value but i got 0% safety.                         How I will say such bad customer
                        Experiences from such big auto brand HONDA.I gone dt 29.08.14 such an auspicious day GANESH PUJA with full amount with company Rs 54107/-
                        DD except accessory amount they refused to deliver the vehicle from UTKAL HONDA
                        sales person mr.manoj ku behera with a very rude behave.when i insisted is that
                        Accessories are from HONDA company provided, he said no they purchase from
                        locals & charging much more price than from actual but company knows very
                        well but keep silent.When i asked to meet manager but they refused to meet.such
                        Worst customer experience for saling their cheap type accessories they sucking
                        Customer hard money.where the hell is politeness or the saying Customer is King
                        and treat them nicely. I am really pissed off with this disgusting service and
                        bad sales representatives.

                        I am also working under the group of
                        Shapoor & Pallonji but i never ever get such erratic customer manner-less
                        & non sense communication for sale
                        of accessories which really affect company standard & recruitment of dealer
                        for sailing the their good product.

                        Now I booked my order with utkal
                        honda in cuttack orissa also collected receipt from him. I would like remind
                        you If I will not get my activa with in 5 days I will filed the case of
                        customer harassment against HONDA as well as m/s UTkal auto both to pull you
                        company to consumer forum.


                        I never ever suggest anybody buying
                        from utkal auto buxi bazaar cuttack orissa.

                            i have booked a Activa 125 from GLOBUS HONDA SARASWATI VIHAR, PITAMPURA on 21 may, 2014 and my date delivery was 3 rd july and i have not got my vehicle until now .Every time i go there they say you will get it on wednesday and on wednesday they you will get it on sunday and they continue doing so . The manager of the showroom has confirmed me that you will get it on monday i.e, 28/7/2014 but due to any reason she's absent today and sales staff is saying that we cannot give you as we do not power to deliver the vehicle .on the other hand they have just delivered a vehicle in front of me .plz help me in getting my vehicle

                              I, m 60 years old and having shoulder problem. So i bought honda activa as my doctor told me to buy this vehicle for its good suspension as compared to other vehicle in the market but now i am so disappointed with my purchase. The suspension is not good and gives me further problem to my health and the vehicle wobbles when riding! I have already complained this problem in Haritha honda on first company free service but they have not attended or rectified properly. Now iam regretting buying this vehicle! since it have not provided the satisfaction i was looking forward on honda when i could have bought other vehicles in market for much cheaper!                                   Hi, I own a Honda CRV generation-2, 2.4 AT that has been manufactured in the year 2006. The said vehicle is self-driven and has been serviced from the company authorised service stations from time to time. Moreover, I have been personally taking my vehicle to the authorised service stations even for minor running repairs necessitated due to normal wear and tear. The complete memorandum of service bills raised on me from time to time for the above said routine repairs along with yearly service records are enclosed herewith for you ready reference and perusal. Sometime in the month July, 2009, the rear braking mechanism of the car started to emanate a distinct rattling sound upon the application of breaks to decrease the speed and /or halt the car. Moreover, there was a sudden decrease in the reactive braking intensity as and when the braking mechanism emanated the noise as explained above. Immediately, after hearing noise from the brakes and feeling a sudden upsurging decrease in the reactive intensity and force of the breaking system, I took my car to the authorised service station / workshop functioning in the name and style of Courtesy Honda for rectification of the above said technical deficiency. The Engineer / Technician in charge of my vehicle thoroughly inspected my car stationed as well as in motion by taking it on a test drive in order to ascertain the exact cause of the aforesaid technical defect. Subsequently, after thoroughly inspecting and checking my vehicle, the technician / engineer in charge arrived at a Contd…2/- conclusion that the above said noise is coming from the rear brake discs due to rust and corrosion and the only way to rectify the above said defect is to grind the brake discs to ensure responsive and noiseless braking. Thereafter, the rear brake discs of my car were grinded and other ancillary components were replaced and serviced by the technicians / engineers of the above said service station / workshop, in respect of which a bill was raised on me for a total amount of Rs. 18, 662/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty two only). However, even after undergoing a comprehensive check and subsequent rectification, the rear brakes of my car continued to emanate the same distinct rattling sound and even the brake force continued to remain incessantly depleted. It is to be stated that despite of spending more than Eighteen Thousand Rupees to set the above said technical anomaly right, I have been patiently trying to get the defective brakes of my car rectified and have been taking and leaving my car with various company authorised service stations and workshops across the city from time to time. However, despite of visiting and availing the services of four different workshops, Contd…3/- the break force distribution of my car continues to remain suboptimal and the distinct rattling sound continues to disturb and perplex the occupants of its cabin. It is further pertinent to mention that during my last personal visit to the workshop functioning in the name and style of Whitefield Honda, I was shocked and bewildered to hear an incompetent endorsement made by the Engineer / Technician in charge to the effect that : “If the repairs done and components changed during the instant visit don’t rectify the breaks we will be constrained to send for a vehicle of the same model in order to replace the components of your car’s breaking system with that of the identical car” In view of the brief and incisive facts stated herein above and also the helplessness and incompetency expressed by the Engineer / Technician, it is conclusive that Honda as a Company clearly lacks competence in terms of after sales service and has been harassing and raising frivolous bills on me merely on trial-and-error. Moreover, the comprehensive failure of your Company to rectify defective breaks and the noise being emanated therefrom is indicative of the fact that Honda, which enjoys an un-parallel reputation for manufacturing quality passenger cars, is least concerned about passenger safety, since the breaking mechanism of a car is the most crucial safety feature of any passenger vehicle. Therefore, I request you to kindly refund the payments made by me towards the repairs and service of the breaking mechanism of my car and rectify its break mechanism forthwith free of cost within 15 days of the date of receipt of this letter, failing which, I will be constrained to institute appropriate legal action against you and your Company without any further notice to you in this regard.                                     Honda Product Purchase Details:
                                    On 26th Day of April 2014, I purchased your Honda Aviator from Adrash Motor Plaza in Chennai. Before purchasing your Honda Aviator product, I had lot good expectations on reliability, product quality & performance of this bike. Below are the details of Vehicle tracking serial for your analysis.

                                    Problem Description:

                                    But I was really surprised about your worst quality & strength of the outer RH body side panel in my purchased Honda Aviator. This body panel get broken in very short time within one month of purchase. I have attached the photograph of defect area for your analysis.

                                    Actually this part get broken by just hitting a small plastic ball on the side body panel on 2nd June 2014. The children's were played with bat & ball in the street, unfortunately the ball hits the RH side body of the scooter.

                                    As I am a quality engineer, I know very well about this product specification & warranty analysis criteria in an automobile field.

                                    Yesterday I sent my brother to near Honda Authorised service center for 1st free service & He explained about the crack to service persons.

                                    They are not properly listen to his words & simply told that ''cost for replacement this side body is 1500, eventhough you will not get original finishing of Aviator Logo''

                                    Again I am very depressed on the service feedback & also your 1st free service is also very worst. I have attached the invoice copy of the 1st service from Kun Honda from Ashok Nagar, Chennai.

                                    I am another complaint after this 1st free service, If the scooter is riding between 10-25Km speed, huge vibration is observed in front area bottom the head lamp.

                                    Last night the scooter has been delivered after service, I did the test ride to check the condition. It given this abnormal vibration & sound. I am not faced this kind of vibration before 1st service.

                                    Now I am suspecting the quality of whole parts of Honda Aviator delivered to me. Since within one month I am dissatisfied with your part & service feedback from the dealer.

                                    I am really fed up & feeling very bad about your new product especially on this brand new Honda Aviator delivered before a month Ago in Chennai showroom.

                                    As you know, Honda having a good name with people for their service & quality. But these two issues are given a negative impression about your product.

                                    I am handling warranty analysis for customer feedback & returns in my professional experience. But I am itself facing this kind of complaint in brand new scooter.

                                    Action plan from my side:
                                    1. Do the part analysis on the broken assembly to check the property that meeting the minimum requirements. Since it hasn't withstand in little abnormality
                                    2. If the part get fail to meet the requirement, I take this issue to legal proceedings in consumer court.
                                    3. I hope this will lead to recall your Honda Aviator deliveries from customer
                                    4. And Finally I will publish this complaint details to AIAG & recommend the IATF to cancel the TS16946 certification.
                                    5. Since You're failed to maintain the quality level of the product.


                                    Action Plan Required from your side:
                                    1. Need detailed failure analysis report on the broken part of side body
                                    2. Share the specification detail of the fibre material verifying the quality with external certified lab
                                    3. Need root cause from the service center of the vibration & sound after 1st free service.
                                    4. Immediate replacement of side panel RH in FOC.
