Dear Sir, I had Purchased two wheeler vehicle (make-Honda sine JH02X8944 ) dated 13.01.2013 from Kalra Honda Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. My battery which is under warranty period got spoilt.After verbal complaint he demanded the battery for rectification on date 16.07.2013 keeping battery with him no rectification or replacement done from his end.As per my knowledge and as per warranty provided by distributor is considered from the date of purchase.Now the distributor is refusing for the rectification or replacement of the battery of my vehicle. Honda is the reputed company in market, but the reply which is I am getting from the distributor is very unsatisfactory.It will impact on the name of the company reputation as well as the poor mouth publicity.Please refer here with attachment for your reference.     Dear sir I have buy a new HONDA ACTIVA Still I have gone 1st free service and now I am coming for 2nd free service during the time I am stand with him and I found from him activa AIR FILTER NOT properly woking I am talking to him now my activa is in waranty period so why you do not replace then he talked to we will not replace air filter due to that my activa is giving a very low average.       I bought a honda shine bike on "22 Jan 2013" Honda Sine top Model from "ESS key Auto Mobile Karnal, opp.khalsa collage, railway Road".
      I'm facing few issues with that. I went to honda service station. They repaired/serviced my bike their own way. Still I'm facing same issue. when i asked from service man whey the issue didn't get resolved. they are using very abusing words even one person said sell it and go for another brand's bike. we couldn't resolve your issues

      when i asked for consumer court the person said "ja jo krna h kr le mera kuch ni bigaad skta bla bla".
      Honda company Engineer Talk me You Sale the this bike & purchase the other Company Bike. I am not Repair you Bike.

        dear team, I shifted to Renukoot, sonbhardra distt one year back and got my Honda Activa (old model) serviced from local service workshop here( Renukoot Honda). When my schooter was given to me, there were so many new problems started occurring. Side lamps were not working, petrol level needle wasnt working, side stand was tight, and self start wasnt working etc etc. which were working fine before giving it to them. I gave the activa next day again to them to resolve the issues. The did everything but cudnt get the slef start button working.They made an excuse that the specialist worker is on leave today. when he will be back, we will call u. We waited for a month, then contacted again. Same reply. After multiple phone calls and visits and waiting at the workshop for hours, they said there is part which is defective and since its an old model, we will get it from company and will take 15 days. those 15 days were never over. we called them every 15 days but got the same reply that part hasnt come. They spent 5 months making the same excuse. Later when that part came, the issue was still there. They said, may be battery is down and sold us a new battery. The issue was still not resolved. Atlast when we asked them to try again, they said we will call u for entire wiring check. More than 3 months has passed and no call has been received. Its been 1 year since the matter is pending and we are contacting them every month but they are not atall interested in resolving the issue. Reply is always the same : WE WILL CALL U Activa is totally useless for us as it takes really hard for my wife to kick start it again n again. Their service has made it worse. I request you to please look into the matter and help resolve it.

            from you on 5/7/2013 At the time of delivery of the vehicle I was made to belive that my vehicle is free from all defects and is brand new vehicle . At the time of taking delivery of the vehicle I found that the body of the bike had rushed in several place. The body colour also looking faied. When I brought him to his notice of the company representative, he accepted that finding and agreed to rectify
            the complaint the next day several times they have replaced me in the same manner. Thoroughly dissatisfied with vehicle. Now a day’s the vehicle Is becoming more trouble for me because of its complaints. I had paid for a new vehicle and the vehicle sold to me is and old vehicle and it is unservisable . Hence I want the vehicle to be replaced with new vehicle or else I am ready to return the vehicle and I should be refunded the full amount of you fail to do so I will be constrained to initiate all legal steps that may be necessary and you will be liable for all damages and emotional agony suffered by me

              Dear Sir, My name is Jay Hasija, I have purchased a honda CBR250 from PILOT HONDA in 2011 November, Mumbai. Since then its been a really bad experience since then, with the services and the manner of treatment given to the consumer. Lately it has gone over the top, I gave my bike to pilot Honda service centre in chembur on 20th August 2013, for a chain guard rubber that kept coming out regularly, they made the same for me after a week on 29th August 2013 at 11:30pm the same rubber got jammed in the chain and caused a sudden break and I had a fall from the bike, Due to which I am badly injured, the bike is damaged at various places. I have not been able to go to work properly, being the only working member in the house. In this same case I spoke to the Manager at Pilot Honda Service centre on 30th, 31st August 2013 and on 2nd September 2013, he is been trying to avoid, speaking arrogantly, and in the end refused to do anything on it. Then I would like to know who is to be taking responsibility for such circumstances. The possible circumstances of this could be much worst then the injuries I have….. I want HONDA to look this issue At the earliest possible. PLEASE I REQUEST YOU DONT DO THIS TO ANY CUSTOMER IN FUTURE WE EARNED MONEY BY OUR HARD WORK.                 I am hemant chhajed purchased a Honda dream neo on 5.7.13 frame no me4jc623fd8010871 engine no jc62e81010882 dealer code 210001 company advertising that bike will give mileage 74km dealer also said it will give 74 to 80 km but unexpectedly the bike gives mileage 50 km. in this situation I informed the dealer several times they checked my vechicle three times but problem not solved I have to travellel daily 50 km . I am requesting you to solve my problem or replace my bike

                  i am giving you complaint against R HONDA opposite bus stand dinanagar distt-gurdaspur (punjab) i am complaint against their rude behavour i will not tollrate these type of conduct with coustmers i am very disappointed with you services. they are going against of company policy. the owner of that showroom has shouting on the me . that is not company policy. the owner has talking me with in dirty language. they make his own policy he say's that they ever changed the engine oil in every service without asking and consulting with the coustmer. if the coustmer ask about this then he say's(Haan kiya hai change jo kar sakta hai karle, maine bola ki main teri complaint karunga to kehta, jis bhanchod ko complaint karni hai karde main kisi se nhi darta paise dega to hi activa bahar le jaa sakta hai). But i hav changed the engine oil of active before some days on 2236 on reading on the metre then i hav come in agency for service of activa on 2839 thats not a right time to change the engine oil but they change the engine oil without asking me without my allowance when i ask him why you changed the engine oil then they say(yeh company ki policy hai har service par engine oil change hoga uske liye hame coustmer se pooshne ki zarurat nhi hai jis bhanchod ko complaint karni hai karde main kisi se nhi darta hum activa nhi le jaane denge tujhe). What is this thats your company policy i am never aspecting from your company.

                    I visited the showroom to purchase a Honda Activa. The representative told the vehicle is available but you have to take the accessories worth of 3500. Out of those items I require only few items. But as per them if I am not taking all the items then they will not delivery the vehicle. They are simply forcing the customer. And they have given an option, if I don't want the accessories then I have to wait for 1 month or may be more than that.

                    I surprised that the company like HONDA is doing this kind of cheap thing with the customers. And more over if the vehicles are available then why customer needs to wait for one month. Neither Honda is doing a charity service nor customer. Customer is giving the value for the products. I f customer doesn't want a particular sub-product how come they deny to deliver the vehicle.

                    Unfortunately it is happening in all showrooms in India.

                      I have bought a bike in anna nagar JSP HONDA showroom on JAN 2012 and done all free service in the same showroom but still now i facing very poor mileage i used about 6000km only for 2years but i did not get proper mileage i will get only 53-55km for 1.5litre so i will not get satisfied for this mileage i wll reach for morethan 10times to the service center regarding poor mileage but no response pls do some favour for this problem i will reach the manager for service in the showroom but no response for the past 6months i am using the bike i same condition beacuse i am not intrested to take the bike to showroom again i heard about this site so i am filing the complaint here i have all the bills invoice and documents with me so please do some favour i am intrested to claim any amt i need to rectify my mileage problem

                        I purchased a Honda Deo two wheeler for my wife in the month of Aug’12 from Advent Honda Agency, Jaipur. After that on the 2nd day, the side stand of the scooter broke. We complained with agency and got the replacement. After that within a month, the side indicator bursar started malfunctioning and front mudguard started giving sound. My wife visited 3 times to service center of Advent Honda Agency and complained for the same but every time the service people tell “the issue is resolved” and it again reappear in 2 to 3 days. I visited the service center on 3rd of May for 3rd service with my wife to get the issues cleared but after several communication the changed the faulty bursar and denied for the Mudguard which was broken for 1st month because of poor manufacturing quality of accessories. I have written mails to Service Center Manager Mr. Ram Niwas. But till date no reply received from his side. Several times I asked for company customer complain number or email id, then he told me there is no email id or phone number of Honda company to be contacted by customer.

                        I am doubtful that how a company like Honda provides such worst quality accessories. And a company is selling its product and not having customer care to communicate with customer to resolve their issue. If the original accessories of such a big company are having such a worst manufacturing quality that the accessories get broken without any physical damage, then why shall we go for product of such a company.

                        Apart from this, the government should have some law regarding compulsory customer care like Hero Honda is having in Two Wheeler and the agencies should not have the autocratic rights over customer.

                        Honda 2 wheeler/DIO — poor service

                        I purchased Honda DIO and it has problem with its CDI .I took the scooter to my nearest honda dealer in Agra.who said that he does not have CDI parts for the scooter and he also asked the price to change it .where as my scooter is in guarantee period.I send my request to Honda2wheeler company in Hariyana to send parts to my local dealer in Agra,they assured me but no action has been taken by the company.Please help me to solve my problem

                          Sir, My Self Mohsin Gufran, i have purchased honda dream yuga bike( CHASSIS NUMBER

                          ME4JC583MC8153660 ENGINE NUMBER JC58E1152813 ) , done 2nd second service on 19 April

                          2013, that time I also mention on the form there is the chain problem in bike and also mention the

                          Milage Problam ( Not > 35 KM per Liter ).

                          After 19 April 2013, 4 times to go to your service center and I had complained regarding the chain

                          problem Yesterday 1 service engineer said , when you run( speed ) below 40, than sound the chain.

                          And when you run ( Speed ) above 40, then no sound the chain, this is technical problem in YOUGA

                          Said By Service Engineer.

                          Mr Rajkumar ( Service Head , Shree Grand Allahabad ) check my Bike yesterday he said Chain

                          Cover is Plastic i.e Sound Is Wajah Se Aaigi Hi. Yeh Sahi Nahi Ho Sakti Hai.

                          What Is This Sir ?

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is to bring to your notice that your authorised dealer, Om Sai Autoworld, from Mumbai, has till date not given me delivery of Honda Activa booked on 27th January 2012. As you can see, its been more that 1 year that I have not received the bike. Your dealer is lying bluntly saying it will take more time. I was promised the bike to be delivered in 9 months as that was the waiting period for the bike. I have already paid advance money to your dealer.

                              I waited for so long only since I trust Honda as a brand. People who booked after me have received the bike, but your dealer doesn't seem to have any intention to do so.

                              Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                After making repetitive attempts for delivery of my vehicle, your dealer Venetian Honda (Hem Agencies Mumbai) situated at Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067 has failed to deliver my Activa. After 106 days against promised 60 days I am yet to receive my Activa.

                                I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter, and do the needful.

                                Honda — Delivery of my activa

                                Sir,

                                I have booked honda activa in month of 25/06/2009 at AADI MOTORS PVT.L.B.NAGAR branch till now they not given me the viechel .when i approched to showroom at 22/01/2010 1:00pm there is no response. After 1 hour one sales excutive came near me then i asked him when they will delivery me the viechel then he said me go and ask Mr.saidulu (branch manger)when i approched him he said that they r giving viechel how booked in month of march 2009 .so then i gone from there and i asked one of the costumer he said me that they have booked in month of sep then approched near saidulu i said him that they r giving viechel how have booked in month of sep then he said me that they have called me but till now they have not called me .he use to say me that he wiil give me the viechel when next load will come but tiil now there no call from the showroom

                                  I have bought Honda CB Unicorn on the 28th of Feb 2011 from SAPHIRE HONDA(J.P Nagar, Bangalore).I have travelled around 18,000Kms with my bike.I didn't even complete TWO years but I got PROBLEM with the ENGINE.
                                  I was doing regular services in SILICON HONDA service center(Jayanagar 4th T block, Bangalore) and also changing engine oil for every 2,000kms.From last one month I have taken this bike for FOUR times to Silicon Honda(Bangalore), There are not in a position to identify what is the problem.By seeing the vehicle condition everyone is identifying problem with the bore pump in the engine. I don't know why you people are not identifying the problem.This is the way service is going for my vehicle.Everytime when i went to service center, They are changing something else apart from the main problem.If the problem occurs with in 2 years, Then there is some manufacturing defect. So they have to replace entire bore pump with new one. But they are doing alterations and sending me back everytime without resolving main problem and asking me to pay around 1500/- for each time.
                                  I have good opinion on HONDA vehicles and service centers of HONDA.I was totally irritated with the way the service is going for my vehicle.
                                  If it is the case how people will prefer HONDA 2wheeler/4wheeler vehicles. For identifying the problem itself you people have taken one month. if you people are taking this much carelessness and ignorance then how do people trust and go for a HONDA.

                                    Hi,
                                    I had given my bike for 4th free servicing on 24th Jan 2013, after that i got problems with front disk brake,engine starting up and mileage ,i contacted the service center and gave my bike again on 16th Feb 2013 ,i had complained about engine starting up and front brake not working, the manager assured me that proper care will be taken this time around,they changed the front disk pad and charged me for it as well as charged me for the labor , but after 16th Feb 2013 my bike's mileage is down to 30,and i dont know what to do , the service center people are harassing me , i may as well as go to court for this ... please reply soon else i might have to take legal action.

                                      This is to inform u that I have purchased one activa from your
                                      moradabad dealer m/s AKANSHA on 23/03/12 and I get it service on 18/04/12
                                      from AKANSHA and then again on 14/08/12 and since then I am complaining the
                                      dealer that I have starting problem in my activa, since from then service
                                      person at AKANSHA has charged rs. Forty from me every time I visited service
                                      center for battery charge. And when I lastly visited AKANSHA on 12/02/13 and
                                      told the service person about my problem first he told me to get battery
                                      charged, but when I shouted on him and asked him to check the self then he
                                      told me to deposit my activa for repair and get it back at 12:30. When I
                                      visited akansha again at 12:30 for delivery of my activa, service person
                                      told me that he did not check my activa till that time and asked me to come
                                      again.



                                      Please confirm me that this is the services your company is providing
                                      through your dealer network.when I called your head office no.[protected]
                                      2290912 and lucknow office number [protected] then the girl on the other
                                      side told me that she has registered my complaint and will call me soon. But
                                      till today I did not received any call and my complaint number from your
                                      lucknow office. I also tried your head office number today many times, but
                                      no one is there to pick up the phone.

                                      Lastly, when again I called on 14/02/13 at 3.00 PM lucknow office phone, then miss NUTAN at lucknow told me that she has told the dealer for delivery of my activa at my add. By dealer executive in short time. But till today I did not received any call from your dealer.


                                      This I the services A MULTINATIONAL and WORLDS leading two wheeler company is providing to there customers in today time of tough compitition.


                                      Please reply soon ASAP, else I have to make complaint to higher authorities.

                                      Today I received a call from MR. VIPIN and he assured me that my activa and its starting problem has been sort out and company has changed the battery, and my activa is ready and he is sending it at my place. When at 7:53 PM I received a call from qayum from cell no. [protected], he told me that he has come for the delivery of my activa, he arrived at 7:55 PM and I confirm the main problem in activa, he replied me that my battery has replaced, and told me to make payment of services charges, when I ask for the details of new battery, he simply refused regarding change of battery. He take away my activa back.

                                      Please confirm me if the company has changed the battery, then why they are not providing me in written.

                                      Please reply soon, else I have to file a complaint case with higher authorities.
