Hi,

I want to register a complain against the service Provider "B.U. Bhadari "Honda Showroom, Viman Nagar, Pune.

I purchased a vehicale Named "Honda DIo" with number "MH-12 GB 341" and i have met with an accident. I want to claim my insurance and repair my vehicle so that i can drive smoothly , so from the last 5 months whenever i go to this show room , they are telling me parts are not available for "Honda DEO". They are telling like, "leave your vehicle here, whenever the parts will be available ,we will repair it ".
How can I leave mt vehicle for 5 months and that too with no gurantee that they will repair it.

Can you answer my simple uestion?

a) Do I make a biggest mistake of my life that I purchased Honda product?

Your immidiate reply will be appreciated, I am really in a big trouble !!

    my new honda twister black colour was brought on aug 2010 and met with an accident on 2 feb 2011 and given my two wheeler for the repairs at soorya honda katuppakam , nearly two weeks got over but till now they have not taken any steps and they are saying that they have not got the spare parts. Is this how a reputed company will say to the customer.for this delay in service some action need to be taken. plz. make the parts to be available soon.

    I am buying Honda twister bike 4th feb 2012 I went to first in Honda authorized service dealer in tambaram near sanitarium today
    He is don’t response properly and very very poor customer service I hardly sewing I am totally upset before that my friends all are told don’t buy Honda bike service is very very poor
    But I am only bought the bike
    honda shine and unicorn are worst bikes
    After 3000 kms,
    Engine noisy
    shock absorber hard
    oil leakage
    i think Hero Splender / glamour are good bike
    i sold honda shine and bought Hero glamour

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      We had booked Hero Honda make Pleasure 100cc non geared two wheeler in Niksia Group United Agency on 22/01/2011 with cash of Rs.44,590/-.

      On Friday 4/02/2011 my father received call from United Agency that our ordered vehicle is in showroom and you can come down to make a choice from lot and take delivery. So me and my mother went in their work timings to collect the delivery of vehicle from them on Saturday 5/02/2011, but the answer we received was, "our showroom is under some work so we cannot give you delivery please come on monday 7/02/2011." I said "OK fine".

      Today On monday 7/02/2011 we gone to take the delivery vehicle. We got the feedback that "Only 2 vehicle's of type what is ordered Hero Honda Pleasure are available and we don't have batteries for them, please come when the next stock will arrive."

      I have only one question in my mind for Hero Honda and Niksia to ask that what kind of customer service the niksia goup and united agency is providing. If Hero Honda company dont know about this fact please see this kind of pathetic and disgusting customer service. Please Hero Honda Management see to the pathetic delivery system / mechanism you are running on.

      so Disgusting and pathetic services and rude towards the customer.

      thats right. their servise is really pathetic. i wanted to buy a karizma r since oct.but the dint even aceept my booking. then in on 3rd feb new model of karizma was launched so i went to enquire about that but was surprized to know that they dint even knw abt the new model launch.

        I buy an Honda aviator from Vahini Motors,kollam, kerala. i do my service in zodiac Honda, kottarakara , kerala.
        I complete my free service on13/4/2009, on 2nd service there is complaint starting trouble, we said to the supervisors they said no problem we clear it on this service, after servicing it will be increased.
        I did see such an irresponsible service and service center
        I am working as service engineer in Hyundai, we got an complaint we solve the complaint as soon as possible,

        so how can you force to your regular costumer to take the delivery with accessories. I will take the delivery of vehicle with accessories required by me which you are ready to do so, i will take the delivery of vehicle or otherwise i ll go to the consumer court

        My name G.Yuvaraj.Ph-+91 [protected], honda shine no TN 38BF 1362, E-mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in, purhased on[protected] at pressana honda coimbatore-TN.I have given my bike for third service to pressena honda .I was completely disappointment with the service.First thing, head light dim-bright button works properly before leaving for servicing and not functioning after servicing.When i asked regarding this to their staff they are not giving proper answer saying that electrical accessories have no life or warrenty and also i have to pay approx 500 rs for replace it, Only four months completed after purchasing, in that usage of dim bright button was rare .How it happens??Take immediate action to replace the dim bright button at free of cost.
        Also they have scratched in the right side of the petrol tank.handling is very rough.
        Even at the time of second service, while leaving they said come on next day evening the bike will be ready.Next day by 3 o clock i rang up and asked wheather the bike is ready or not, thet said its ready come at 5 pm.Iwent at 5 reception asked me to wait for 5 minitues, i waited for half an hour, i loose my patience and went to service floor there i was shocked, just now they took for the work a boy opened the oil seal and replacing the oil.after 10 minitues they said every thing is over, only water wash is pending
        This is the way they are servicing.Since we have faith in honda we have waited for three months and took the shinf for 64000rs. but in your service point it is very afraid to leave our vehicle.
        Consider the above dim bright & scratch problem and solve it immediately.

There was rubbing sound in the rear wheel. I took the vehicle to the dealer, they checked the vehicle and found the chain sprocket is making noise, they told the chain sprocket to be changed, but they don't have the spare. They told to wait for 10 days to change it. One month gone they are telling that they put demand but they have not received the spare part. I have send 2 emails to the head office, but there is no reply, such a poor service to the customers.

          dear sirmadam,
          I have booked honda activa at ur distributer HEM agency (mumbai
          ) on 20 april 2010 in the name of SURUCHI MODHWADIA . he had promised to give me the delivery of activa with 90 workin days . so after 90 days i wanted the delivery but he told tat production is slow . and than after 45 days tat is on 29th oct he called and ask me to pay the full payment of activa . so than i payed sum of 52438/- on 31th oct and he promised to give me the dilevery on 20th nov .
          now when i called him for the delivery he again told me that it will take more one month . he has told me tat he will give the delivery as soon as he reciev his 1st lot but he din gave me the delivery in 1st lot . so now i have taken the refund from him the sum of 51438/- keepin my bookin amount of 1000/-.
          so sir/madam i request u to take the necessary action regarding this issue bec i m totally frustrated and i just want the delivery of my activa.....

            I servicer my Honda Shine bike (MH04 EC582)at Sai point Honda Thane service center on 9/12/2010 for paid service.On receiving customer satisfication phone I louged complaint for not proper servicing. they asked me to show bike again at service center. On 20/12/2010 I showed bike at same service center & for repeate job they charged me again. I am thinking of going to consumer court for this matter.Pls advice me.
            i mohan from hyderabad had booked a honda activa on jan2011 in kondapur honda branch.they said that i will recieve it before 3 months, but it is now more than 3 months i request them to deliver bike as early as possible.
            Honda Service is worst Service..and bad management..
            They Cheat Coustmer and take more money from coustmer

              i owned a honda shine 2wheeler from Hasan Honda. My chain sprocket was in a bad condition and should be replaced at once.I enquired the dealer but got reply that the stock was nill for the past two months.Then i enquired in Chennai at Tambaram and T.Nagar dealer point and got the same reply.Iam in need of the spare parts immediately or otherwise i could not use the vechile.Kindly do the needful.

                i purchased honda stunner bike from prassanna honda coimbatore ,avanashi road branch.in the period of january 2010 nov.last week i got a call from prassanna ur vehicle service is due.pl bring the vehicle.oct 1st week i went for service but till day service is not done.they says casually due to deepavali mechanic boys are not yet come to attend.moreover i approached service engr.mr pushparaj to solve the major problem iam facing that my leg finger got paining due to gear engaging upwards regularly.now he says this is sports vehicle cannot do any thing on that. while purchasing the vehicle nobody informed me that the vehicle is only for sportsman.now i have to sell the vehicle.this is one kind cheating to customer by dealer.

                  I have purchased a new Dio from Cargo Motors (Punjab) Jalandhar through CSD Canteen being an army JCO (Sub/Clk Dalip Singh, Tele - [protected]) and EMail ID [protected]@gmail.com) posted at MH Jalandhar on 11 Nov 2010.but unfortunately the DIO self start battery (Exide No 2310460) not working since I have purchased. The DIO is not started through self start and by daughter is not in possession to go to school due to above problem. Sir, I asked you why I have purchased the veh DIO If the battery is not upto the std. The mech and works manger not checked before handed over to me. I have visited four times to Cargo Moter but the scooty is not repaired and now the battery is deposted on 26 Nov 2010 and the same will be returned when the new battery received from Exide . It takes minimum 7 to 10 days. I am waiting for this, this is not correct.I have alredy paid as the same amount in petrol for visit to Cargo motoer which is cost of new battery. I am fed up, if the company/agencies is not repairded/changed my battery within 24 hrs, i will go to consumer court. It is kindly reguested to terminate/changed mech and manager of cargo Moters and put in black listed regarding consumer satisfaction and employed a good and master tech be employed for reputation of your company.
                  The spare parts of CBR 250 R are not available in Allahabad (U.P.) and its been more than 5 months, i have ordered the parts.

                    My self Hiten Patel,i am suffering from the poor responses given by the HONDA authorities,I wanted three parts of my bike(head light wiser,side cowl,&tank top fiber) around 3 months back,but HONDA persons not giving me proper answers when will i get those items.I request all the people of india not to buy HONDA products this DIWALI.HONDA AUTHORITIES are making you a fool.As you purchase honda products their relation with you will over.They wont care about after sales service,customer sufferings,and any other problem related to customer.Once you caught in their trap its over from their point of view.According to me the HONDA2WHEELERS INDIA ,provide the most poor service in indian market.As they dont care about indian customers.When you have a problem related to your vehicle they wont try to solve you but will give you unexpected answers,what more worst is that when you call to their customer care number nobody is ready to pick up the phone.I have tried so many times in last one week but no one has ever received my call yet.The showroom authorities(NAVSARJAN MOTORS,BHARUCH),their store incharge and many others guys are not willing to take responsibilities to tell me that when i will get my parts,for which i've already paid.so please help me in getting my parts as soon as possible or suggest me some legal action.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have purchase Honda Unicorn on dated _30/11/2005_ from dealer located in Udaipur “LakeCity Honda” after that I have faced a problem in bike during rainy season and it switch-off in low rain and not started until rain not stopped but I think that it is a new bike so it occurs.

                    But in every season of rain I again faced same problem in bike, I contact Honda service centre I took service regarding above problem. But still Bike problem has not been corrected.

                    The Service Manager at centre they say “It is a Problem in Battery” and I change new battery but still problem not corrected. I have contacted 5-6 times to dealer for this same problem they could satisfied me for this problem, it is only a waste of money & time

                    So this reason I am writing this letter and facing very big problem, So I have given a bike again for servicing regarding problem and I have told to them if the problem is not corrected then I will not take at home.

                    My name is Lalaji Kalaji Thakor and I am a customer of your Honda Company. I had bought your Honda Twister bike on 28/10/2010 from A-One Motors, Mansa sub dealer of Royal Motors Gandhinagar Gujarat, After two days I was feel the problem of jerks in my bike on that time I had complained to A-one motors and Royal Motors, Gandhinagar . they try to repair but they can’t I was gone 3-4 time to Royal Motor but they said that they are unable for solve this problem. They told me that they have no parts (bearing) for shot out this problem. After tired I had mail on 15/12/2010to Honda. After this they(royal motors ) called for bring a bike to their workshop and I had put on 26/1/2011 at Royal Motors on 27/1/2011 they returned my bike they told me that they done work for this but the problem is not solved you can ask for this to Royal Motors. Now I believe that I have done big mistake about buy the Honda Twister bike. If you not solve my problem I will return my bike to Royal Motors and you are responsible for which step I will take.

                    I am Mahesh K. kumbhar is your customer. I have purchased HONDA
                    CB SHINE on date 27.08.2010.

                    From the date of purchase my HONDA SHINE bike have gear
                    shifting problem. Detailed problem i have frequently communicated to
                    honda dealer, (Mirje Associates, Jaysingpur) but till now the problem is
                    not solved though the bike had given for servicing for 2 times. I am
                    using my bike daily & during the riding I am suffering lot of
                    problems, & because of this i have already faced two serious accident.

                    Bike servicing is also not proper & satisfactory.

                    I am requesting you please take suitable action on this as early as possible.

                    I have already mailed you about my above bike problem but there is no
                    reply from your end. Please help to solve my problem.

                    Engine block & Piston is not available at any spareparts auth. dealer of Honda for stunner at Vadodara & round about cities
                    Our new activa after 700 km faced the problem of short circiting of wireing & carborator has been damage.for repairing the damage part we have send our activa to PARASNATH HONDA PANIPAT.Activa has been standing at PARAVANATH for last ONE & HALF MONTH. (45 DAYS). They were giving us the reason that company is nor providing the damage part . We are facing lot of problums. its our request to MAKE AVAILABLITY OF DAMAGE PART.as soon as possible.

Peoples kindly give a look before you go to honda. worst experience till date with HONDA PRODUCT. Looking like buyed this vehicle at some secound hand brokers.............                       enjoying driving Honda Vehicle how it has to be.

                      their is always answer from service station people it is manufacturing
                      defect in headlight cover case. but i have paid full amount in cash
                      mode to buy a defected avaitor na.... please answer. and take
                      personally.

                      Illegal activities going on in the honda showroom in Delhi at Swaroop Honda, Vikas Marg

                      Dear Sir,

                      On 20th october i booked Activa in Delhi in Swaroop Honda showroom at Vikas marg. These guys were constantly forcing me to buy the accessories from their showroom, else they will not deleiver on time.

                      Hence i cancelled my booking. Now yesterday Rashmi called my dad up at 1210 in after noon and told me that you can take the deleivery . My dad told them that the booking is cancelled. They said it does not matter. My dad told them that we will not take any accessories from you. They said it is okay. Then i went to the showroom and confirmed this. Today when me and my dad was there to take the delivery, they said that you will have to take accessories worth Rs 2500. When we refused and were having conversation with them, they used abusive language and said its the order from our owner not to give without the accessories. Persons involved in this are : Singh, Dinesh, Rashmi and other staff of Swaroop honda.

                      These guys are constantly forcing the customers to buy the vehicles at high rates or with the accessories.

In this Bike I found that there oil leakage from the engine.I've gone to service station but they are saying that it is common,being a mechanical engineer i know that there is some serious problem.Another thing that I would like to tell that the problem which I am facing is to get the genuine spare parts of my bike.For 80 days ago I wanted one whole HEAD LIGHT UNIT FOR MY BIKE.Which was scratched by me during riding.There is no proper date or time given by the showroom authorities that when should i will get it.I had paid 4 it but i didn't get any reply from them. But what followed was even more surprising.First I went to Navsarjan motors saying I have this problem,the guy had a look at me and say that v cant say how much time it can take it may take three to five months.Its company's responsibility that when they are launching a bike they should provide spare parts too And the answers given by the showroom authorities is just unacceptable when you are spending around Rs.45000 from your pocket to buy a good value for money bike. For all along I was quite, but now I feel things are going above a tolerable level. Consumer’s right should be protected, and it is not only the responsibility of a Company but also (Dealers, Sub dealers) every single person associated with it.

                        honda cb twister — ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE&NOT GETTING GENUINE SPARE PARTS

                        My name Hiten Patel and My mom Mrs. D.V. Patel has gifted me a HONDA CB TWISTER which was bought from NAVSARJAN MOTORS BHARUCH,GUJARAT on 27th July 2010 The bike was good, until I found out this defect.                         bike from 2 month, n I am facing lots of problem like speedometer is not working, I complained of that in workshop but no result,
                        I have get it done my second service after 5 days bike engine was noisy so much n ur mechanic found that oil was not supply in engine then some engine parts was damaged. My bike is on the Honda workshop to 21 jan toll now. I am not getting any answer from workshop.

                        So, please do something I belong to be a middle class family, iam not able to buy new bike, I do the job in marketing if I don’t get my bike so far, then I will be lost my job.

                        An accident held on 03/12/2010, relating to which I claimed insurance from my above mentioned dealer on that very date, after eleven days (14/12/2010) at the time of delivery, though I paid all required amount for claim settlement, but they delivered me the two wheeler with broken front inner, with another two broken fiber body parts ( whose item nos. are 50621-KWP - 9W, 81131- KWP-9WZA, 64200 - KWP - 9WZF) . And whatever body color they did that is not according to your company standard of work and with so many spots . And that time they assured me that within very short period they will change those damaged parts and do again the collaring with good quality . But after several notice still they have not entertained my due services . Every time they are assuring for another day from last two month.

                        I purchased a Honda CB Twister motorcycle from Maa Durgey Honda, Purnia, Bihar on 14/05/2012 in the evening and noticed in the morning that oil is leaking from shockabsorver and make this complain to the dealer`s showroom and workshop and the mechanic called on me next day and tried to tightening the nut bolt but invain it is still leaking.No proper action is being taken for replacement .In my opinion, this might be a manufacturing defect.Even my request vehicle delivered without cleaning and P.D.I. If there would have been P.D.I., said vehicle could be stopped to be delivered and a customer may be saved from dissatisfaction of your valuable product.I am looking forward for redressal of my this grievance as your earliest

                        i have buy a honda unicorn bike (KL/05, AD 2783) from purakal honda kottayam in 27/09/11, from the time i buy it my bike shows some unwanted sounds and the engine vibrates soo badly at the 1st service i inform the mechanic about the problems, after the service they said they had clear the problems but all the problems where their, and after that i again tell the mechanic that the bikes problems then they said that they will clear it in the 2 nd service but didn't clear it, now my bikes 4 th service had done now engine shows soo much noise and vibrates even it is in neutral . what should i do now.where should i complaint all this where ever i said this they all said they will take care of it but they don't i give my bike for service in kottayam purakal honda and chenganasery .is this way to service your customers, , i believe you will take necessary action for this, .

                          Purchased a Honda Two Wheeler, Green & Black Combination DIO No. HR26BB3793 from Nawab Honda (Haryana).
                          I always had an issue with the Service Center, since their service Standards were not up to the mark like
                          * No Calls of reminders regarding General Service Due Date recieved.
                          * Service not upto the mark despite of explaining minute issues the vehicle had.

                          On[protected], There was a accident in Noida(Near DND fly away) during my transit to Office and the Vehicle was totally smashed off.

                          Post which I left my vehicle for Repair in Sangam Honda(Saibabad - Ghaziabad) tentative date being 18th of Sept 2010 and decided to claim Insurace Cover against the repair and spare replacement charges occured.
                          Post several reminders my vehicle was delivered on 27-Sept-2010, in a incomplete position.

                          * I compromised on the Indicator Lamp & Tail Lamp replacement with Orange color as they told that the White Color Lamps were Out of Stock which my Vehicle Initially had.
                          * My Vehicle was deliver naked with No Side Sticker on the either Side of the Body.
                          Currently the Side Cover of the body is completely Black and looks Odd.
                          * I was promised for a call back to provide the Stickers in a short while and recieved only one call and no call there after.
                          * I've made several follow ups with the Vendor and recieve no response except they say that they've not recieved the Stickers.
                          * When i Checked with the Store Team in Sangam Honda, they have not even raised a PO for the Side Stickers which is an Irony and very Annoying incident.
                          * After all this drama when I spoke to Insurance, got a response that Service Center has not given payment details and reciept to Insurance for further processing of the same.

                          Am now frustrated and awaiting for early revert.

                          If this complaint is not treated seriously, i bet i would go to any extent to sue the company for the under standard service that they are rendering to Customers and claim for a new bike in lieu of the Annoyance they have created.

                          CBR 250R bike is total piece of .The bike has high maintenance. Thats alrite. But you are always forged for original parts by the dealer.
                          I have been going to V D Autowheels Mayapuri for servicing of my 250R for the past 1.5 years. The standard of service can be called a classic fraud. They only clean the bike and CANNOT fix anything faulty in the PAST 1.5Years. They charge very high just to meet their sales target. AMC which says labor cost is free is charged everytime @ Rs270 onwards. I have bills of more than Rs30000 in their name but the bike only gets worse. The Tyre is defective since the time I had Purchased the bike. Chain gets loose every 10 kms of even riding at 50 kmph. They told me to replace the chain at just 7500km. Isnt that amazing money making. HONDA KE BAS KI KUCH NAHI HAI. Iam ready to pay but TUMHARE BAS KI NAHI HAI.

                            I would like to bring this to your kind notice that had purchased a Honda CB TIWISTER bike from RADIANT HONDA. Sir the problem is that my bike takes jerks (like missing) when it is driven in the speed between 50-60 KMPH. I have already made a complain to the workshop manager Mr. Atal Singh about this fault. He got it checked & concluded that a part in gear-box may be gear-soft is faulty which is a manufacturer fault.He made a STR on 21st Sept.2010 for this problem & asked for time of 10 days for solving this problem. But till date, He has not looked into the matter & my problem is unsolved yet.
                            I have reminded the sales manager & workshop manager 4 or 5 times but they have not given any response.Such a kind of irresponsible attitude is not expected from a renowned company of yours, Which purchasing the bike, I had been assured that any problem in the bike would be solved immediately.
                            So, I request you to kindly look into matter & make me feel that i was not wrong in being a customer of your renowned firm.

                              hello sir,
                              I Kshitij Kothari, using unicorn bike of Honda co. from last 3 years. i stay at Kandivali, Mumbai-67. i always give my bike at Om Sai Honda for servicing, it is always ok. But from last 2 time it is creating lots n lots of problem for me after every service.
                              My engin key is not working properly, when asked to repair at the time of servicing, no improvements.
                              My signal light indicator is not working, i told him to repair or replace, no improvements again. the break light which was working properly, it is not working now.
                              There was some problem with fuel tank which was solved bt not 100%.
                              After servicing when i went back and asked why these problems are not being solved? they said now to replace some parts n again give bike to them.
                              I m very disappointed with the poor servicing. because every time i go to a mechanic i have to pay atleast 50 rs. for a small problem to be solved..

                              i deposit my bike INNOVATIVE HONDA C G ROAD AHMEDABAD GUJRAT. i send my bike for service after renewal contract 1st service on dated[protected]. that time i complaint for battery is very low so please solve my complaint. that time they are doing only service not solve my complaint and return back my bike and advise me please go out side and recharge your battery through out side local repairer. that time i refuse this advise but that manager is force fully convince me and deliver the bike. after few day my battery is totally not working and i contact one local person and try to open the cover crows but not open the crows again i contact at honda service center and meet the manager and discuss regarding matter but again and again they advise me you go out side and solve the problem but i demand your main head office contact details after they are ready to solve my problem. after inward my bike in service center and i found they are not doing any thing in battery section and i found that battery cover crows area totally junk so that reson my battery cover is not open that time i ask the manager and discuss this problem that time manager is replying me if you are open this crows so your cabinet is burnt ( damage ) in this case i have to replace my battery cover and battery cover is approx costing is RS 500. so my question is why i expense RS 500 for one crows. at the time of service what they are doing. after so many angry discuss they are ready to recharge my battery and solve the my battery problem but my battery cover crows are as it is. but that manager beaver is very bad. after i visit in service center and found all tool kit is very old and very poor condition in that case you understand for-way crows how to open.
                              please do needful in this matter and take very strong action against the service center.

                              Sir, I purchase Honda Shine 2 wheeler on 28th Oct 10. Post first two free service I was surprised to note that the battery ( Exide )failed and the same was sent by the dealer M/s Didar Motors, Chennai to the factory on 20th Dec 10. Two weeks have gone and till today I have not been neither replaced with a new battery nor given an alternate battery.

                              Sir,
                              Respectfully, I beg to state that I Smt. Usha Rani Dash, a customer of Honda 2wheeler company. I purchased a Honda Activa vehicle from PGL Honda, Bhubaneswar on 3rd June 2013. I have already completed my 03 free service at PGL Honda, Fire station, Baramunda, Bhubaneswar. After 03rd free service, when I kick for a start, at that time my kick was not functioned and I started my vehicle through self. Immediately I contacted to service manager and he told me that when your 4th free servicing will due, at that time I will repair and replace that parts if any damage or broken in warranty as your vehicle is under warranty. After listen his good words I returned back.On 20.5.2014 I send my vehicle to PGL Honda (T) my husband after one month for 4th servicing receiving SMS from PGL Honda. My husband gave the vehicle at PGL Honda for 4th free service and told to replace that parts according to previous conversation. All the facts and troubles of the vehicle were mentioned in the Job card prepared by Mr. Rajesh Pradhan. Mr. Rajesh Pradhan also told to my husband that your vehicle is under warranty and that damage parts ( Kick Pinion ) will be removed by a new one. Mr. Rajesh told to my husband to come to 4.30 PM for handover the vehicle. Accordingly, my husband went to PGL Honda at 5.10 PM to take the vehicle. He asked about the trouble to Mr. Rajesh and Rajesh told to my husband that your vehicle is Ok and you should close your account and to bring gate pass. When My husband started the vehicle (T) kick, the same problame arose. Immediately, my husband asked to Mr Rajesh and his answer was suspicious. When my husband asked to the Service Manager Mr. Gyana about the problame and replacement of that broken/damaged parts, at that time Mr. Rajesh told to Manager Gyana that the broken/damage parts has been welding in a out side repair shop and the same welding parts was fitted again by mechanic Chinu. My husband asked to Mr. Rajes in front of Manager Gyana that why he fitted the old broken one again in that vehicle under the warranty period with out the consent of the vehicle owner/ her husband ? He did not give any satisfactory reply. Then Mr. Gyana, manager of the servicing told to my husband to come after a day to replace the same. Accordingly, my husband went to the PGL Honda today i.e. on 22.5.2014 to repair the same. In that service station, nobody is willing to accept the words. At last one lady manager Gauda listen and sent my husband to Mr. Gyana, Manager to make a new job card for repair. The vehicle was repaired by the same mechanic Chinu. Mr. Chinu again replace that parts by an old welding parts. I am not satisfy with the service of PGL Honda. It is requested, please take drastic action against the 02 mafias Chinu and Rajesh who were cheating the innocent people. The service of Mrs. Gauda and Mr. Gyana is appreciated. Please, look into the matter seriously and take action against the both culprits who cheated me and also to other people. You please, inform this matter to the senior officers of Honda Motor company. It is requested, please inform me what action you took against both the culprits though this email. Copies of the job cards and assurance of Mr. Gyana, Manager service are enclosed for your ready reference. I am suggesting you to make an inquiry to find out the truth. Also it is requested your good self to stop the illegal things like replacement of broken parts by old repair parts in out side shops and selling the new parts in the name of that warranty vehicle out side and cheating the Honda Company in day light. They are taking the salary from the Company and also cheating the Company in this way in the day light.
                              An early action is requested.

                                I booked Honda Unicorn Dazzlar at Agartala , Tripura before 1 month & they assured that they will deliver in 7 or 8 days. Even after 1 month the vehicle not delivered & whenever I check with dealer , I will get some usual excuses. And there reply is so rude. They never deliver a byke on the due time. Even not me also the other customer also having this problem. But they can't do anything. I thing my this complain can be work and I and the others customer can get their bike on due time. and one thing more we all are already paid the half price of the bike.

                                We also booked Honda activa since last 8 months at Rushabh motar Pvt ltd Nashik, but he refused to deliver saying that silver deluxe color is not painted by company and so we are not deliver the same. I want where we confirm that this colour is realy stop and also want costomer care number.

                                  Very upset from the date i have purchased HONDA AVAITOR, very bad response from your Orange dealer located at hyderabad, shaikpet.

                                  compalint.1. Headlight cover is not fixed properly from the day of delivey when i questioned them the people from service station said it will be same in any avaitor, if it is so kindly respond/explain? 2. Vehicle Handle is so hard in driving when i complained the same service people in 1st free service they said because vehicle is new it will be same it may come to normal after using for some days, if it is so kindly respond/explain? and head light foucus of the vehicle is somewhere in sky it not atall hitting road. iam sure if i askthem they will tell me "IT WILL BE SAME IN ANY AVAITOR" if the above mentioned complaints are so. kindly explain me me why it so.

                                    I m Abdul Rashid. I purchase Honda shine on 27/08/2010 from gopalka Honda dhanbad Jharkhand. Color of shine is black grey. The chassis no is ME4JC36CH8078664 and engine no is JC36E2112970.
                                    After purchasing of shine a got a problem of sound coming from engine loudly I think from gear box. Complaining after two days the manager assured me that the part will change within 15 days. The parts I think is balancer pinion or DVD pinion. The manager told me that drive the bike no problem. Now till today there is no response and problem sort out from the service centre. So many times asking about parts but nobody gives the right information and not talk about parts. I have got a lot problem from a huge sound coming from engine. Pls help me from this type of shameful service of Honda two wheeler. I got harassed because of Honda shine. I regret to purchase it.                                     I have a Read coller stunner CBF honda bick . In my 2nd free service in Venential Honda service in Borivali (E), after service i have found that my fuel meater was stoped . I have showned them they have sead fuel meater should be replesed . But they are sead that they have not have that part . after 3re month they not replaced yet . so please seand fuel meater of honda stunner CBF in venetial honda, Borivali (E).

                                      Honda Activa delux purchased from the dealer m/s Kalyaniassociates,on[protected].The vehicle is due for the second service.run 1500Kms.It is quite surprising to note that the kickstarter is only used as per the dealers advice once on the first start, that too kick behind, keep the vhicle on the mainstand,Kick the starter from behind. Hardly the kicker would have been used for 120days or 120 times. It is very ironical that a reputed company like HONDA manufacture unworthy engines. The kick starter spring lost only for 120 days. It gives me the doubt whether the THE HONDA ACTIVA will run till the warenty period. Please send the replacement since it is the manufacturing defect.Do not disappoint customers who have faith in HONDA & its products.

                                        We have booked a HONDA ACTIVE on 6th April 2010 though the authorised dealer of HONDA by the name of Venetian Honda - Hem Agencies situated at 3 Rohit Arcade, opp Kandivali Telephone exchange. S.V.Road,Poisar,Kandivali[w],Mumbai 400067. Tel[protected] / 10. The Said Dealer has booked Honda Active Dix model in april the Booking Form is attached herewith. The tentative date of delivery on the same is mentioned as 90 days from the date of booking. However even after 180 days and also paying the full and final payment on 20/8/2010 the Vehical is still not delivered neither are we getting proper response from the dealer. they still give hopes to deliver another 15 days. The dealer has taken full payment and enjoying the benifit of same. It is lost of interest for us also and not getting the benefit for the consideration either.

                                        Please see attached all the Documents viz - Booking form date April 4th -2010, Booking amount receipt dated April 4th-2010, and Full and final payment receipt dated August 20th 2010.

                                        The dealer is not only using the money but also selling the Said Vehicle to others who pay a price over and above the market price. they are resorting to artifical hording and making a extra money by selling illegally to third party who pay "Own" money in gray market.
                                        We had also booked Activa with Venetian Honda Hem Agencies on 24/4/2010. I have mailed many times to them and Honda also regarding delivery, but they are not responding. Some dealers are selling Ex-stock Activa is sold at[protected] premium.

                                        Your service centres here in Mumbai [ Pilot-Honda (Chember), Jhaveri
                                        Honda (Kurla) & Jhaveri Honda (Cotton Green)] are not able to solve
                                        the issue that my bike has [ Kaicchi problem ] and i want your
                                        immediate action on this.

                                        I would also like HONDA team to bring in notice that i will be filing
                                        a case against you guyz, i want my full money back. Attached is the
                                        list of experiments done on my new bike with no positive outcome [
                                        almost 6 times the bikes is opened, very FISHY ]

                                        Have tried all the below options, but no response from you HONDA :-

                                        >> I have tried calling on Pune Honda helpdesk number [ [protected] ] but no one is picking up the call.
                                        >> Have placed 3-4 complaints but revert from HONDA,

                                        If HONDA has little bit of shame, i want you to revert back on my mail

                                        now. I have all the documents with me as a proof.


                                        Show some professional attitude man. Absoultely Unethical i must say,
                                        what a FISHY company HONDA is.

                                        Really poor customer service. Even I am also facing the same with Sudarshan Motors, Nagpur. Even that manager and one Mr Khan are literally harassing the ladies by the name of documents. I think we should file case against them on sexual harassment.
