The below mentioned mails are sent to CUSTOMER CARE HONDA and their is NO response till date. and No body is williny to pick the calls, Before going to honda. Peoples kindly give a look before you go to honda. worst experience till date with HONDA PRODUCT. Looking like buyed this vehicle at some secound hand brokers............. Highly Frustrating................ and dissappointing. The Guy KUNAL from HONDA hats off to you dude........ GUYS I WANT THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PARTICLAR HEADLIGHT COVER? ARE FIX IT AS IT SHOULBE>>>>>>

You said that you will be getteing back to me shortly if your short
period is of 10 days, Then you would have mention me the same in
previous mail.
Chalo Tik Hai..... But my concern is that your representative Mr.
Parmeshwaran called me at 11pm on 12.10.2010 and asking about the
complaints what i have because just to close the issue in your records
right.
If you people wants to close the issue only through mail/letter then
directly you would have done in first mail which was sent on 10.10.10.
Sir, simple thing is that i have a concern with HeadLight cover and
odo meter GAP, Their is some abnormal sound from Handle started after
1st free service, Vehicle pickup gone down, Front Susupension sound
when moving the vehicle on speedbrakers. in single word iam not
enjoying driving Honda Vehicle how it has to be.
their is always answer from service station people it is manufacturing
defect in headlight cover case. but i have paid full amount in cash
mode to buy a defected avaitor na.... please answer. and take
personally.

Great Customer Care Honda is having. i was thinking only dealer is a
bad service provider. too great....

We thougt only Honda Dealers do not know what is service ? But to day
i came to Know HONDA the brand name does not know what is service ?
Great Guys keep your customers dissatisfied and Honda is always
satisfied wether their customers are happy with their product &
services they provide great guys. keep this bad work goin........ All

Hi,
Very upset from the date i have purchased HONDA AVAITOR, very bad
response from your Orange dealer located at hyderabad, shaikpet.
compalint.1. Headlight cover is not fixed properly from the day of
delivey when i questioned them the people from service station said it
will be same in any avaitor, if it is so kindly respond/explain? 2.
Vehicle Handle is so hard in driving when i complained the same
service people in 1st free service they said because vehicle is new it
will be same it may come to normal after using for some days, if it is
so kindly respond/explain? and head light foucus of the vehicle is
somewhere in sky it not atall hitting road. iam sure if i askthem they
will tell me "IT WILL BE SAME IN ANY AVAITOR" if the above mentioned
complaints are so. kindly explain me why it so.

I am buying Honda twister bike 4th feb 2012 I went to first in Honda authorized service dealer in tambaram near sanitarium today
He is don’t response properly and very very poor customer service I hardly sewing I am totally upset before that my friends all are told don’t buy Honda bike service is very very poor
But I am only bought the bike
