Sir,
My name is Nandesh and i am a businessman in Karwar. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I had booked an ACTIVA scooter to one of your authorised dealers SHANTESHA HONDA, HUBLI. On Monday 27th of SEPT 2010, We (my friend & me both) have gone to Hubli from karwar (200km) only to buy activa after a call made by show room to me. We meet Manager and told that we are coming from karwar please make arrangement of quick dispatch of our (2 no. activa ) vehicle. Manager (i think his name is Venkatesh) told - go and talk to our salesman he will deal you - i am busy. Salesman told it will take 6-7 hrs we told that we have purchased 5 vehicles from hubli within 3hrs (Herohonda CBZ and Pleasure and TVS- Apache) we have given references also but he was making stories by saying RTO takes min4 hrs and then our fitting accessories time ...... all these.

To save our time we told that don't fit accessory we will fit in Karwar showroom, he told that accessory fitting is mandatory, when we reached to Manager , he also repeated the same.

In the mean time a customer from Hubli was querying to sales executive that why they have not informed about his booked vehicle Manager interfere and told customer to show the call detail of his mobile number and when the person has shown then he was saying we have many booking, if you want to complain go and complain.

After fitting our accessories to our vehicle (almost after 6hrs), we saw the Temporary Permit receipt it was only of Rs110. When we again queried for this, Manager told that it is RTO's COMMISSION, you are creating problems since morning and it is enough of my passions and you should be thankful to us because we have delivered you within one day..... and all rubbish he was saying to us.When i asked him to provide us customer care number he told that- open vehicle service manual and see the number, he was not talking properly his behavior was to bad like a sadak-chap. He told go and complain......

I really wonder how come these people are siting in hot seats and allowed to take higher level position while they are too low level category people having full of attitude, no manners and don't have respect to the customers. They do neither value their customers not their time, how come such people be the manager.

I believe honda is a brand name but this type of behavior of a Manager results with the bad reputation of the Company

Kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Business and customer .

Honda — Engine sound

Dear Sir, I purchase Honda Shine on 25/06/2011 at Nobel Honda,Namakkal. I told on 2nd service onwards engine valve sound in my vehicle, he told that sound was nothing.After all free services (4 Services) over, he told you will change the valve and other parts.5th paid service he change the valve and other parts.I asked many peoples nothing no response he charged the parts without my permission.I pay money and i take the vehicle.Further what can I do Sir.Please reply as soon as earlier.

service is very very poor and theycharging without checking the scooter and i asked them why it is like this . for that they say ,its like that only where ever you go and complint wedont care so its not only for meitsfor every body whobought frome this dealer dealer name -prasanna honda coimbatore so pls do nessary action thank you warm regards siva kumar

Honda — poor service,threatening

This is my second complaint regarding the poor service.I have serviced my Honda Deo from Payyanur.This is the 3rd service.from the 2nd service onwards they are not providing water service.When i m asked about this,they are giving so many promises and appointments.But they are not giving the water service to me.and because of he poor service,my break system damaged again immediately after the service and break light is not working after the service.I am a lawyer by profession and i am going to take legal action against the authorities.

i am a customer of honda aviator in dealer muthoot honda pathanamthitta frame no-3ab81478848,sold on 08/02/2011.i get first service 14/04/2011 529 kilometers and second service is get 16/11/[protected] .after 2500 is my vehicle get trouble i infoamed dealer .dealer provide freely just check up the vehicle.then not take 3 rd service coupon .then today i aproach the dealer not providing me 3 rd and 4th service.i get information ur 3 rd and 4 th service is laps need to must be paid service.the dealer is cheatting me actualey.pls gve me the reply as soon as posible

Honda — faulty vehicle

I bought a new deo on 31st dec 2011(vehicle make:HONDA SHINE_A)its not even been 2 months and the vehicle is giving a lot of problems,i gave it for free servicing after 15 days from the date of issue as informed i left the vehicle in the morning and took it back in the evening pd them for the oil too. 2 days after the servicing was done the vehicle did not start up so we contacted the dealer from where we bought the vehicle[ RUSHAB HONDA,PLOT NO.14,NASIK-NEAR MUMBAI NAKA,MUMBAI AGRA ROAD,PH:[protected],FAX:[protected]].they sent a mechanic who informed us that there was dust in the carborator and that the servicing was not done only the slip was given to us,so he took the vehicle back and got the servicing done.i dont think that there should have been a problem as the vehicle is new,moreover the handle lock of the vehicle is also faulty i did inform them when i gave the vehicle for servicing and now the stand has also given up it has become loose the chooke is also faulty unlike other deo that i checked.also there was very little oil when i bought the vehicle.the vehicle is faulty i dont feel like i have a new bike.plz let me know what to do,plzzzzzz help.

MY VEHICLE WAS LYING AT ETERNAL AUTOMOBILES AUTHORIZED DEALER WORKSHOP SINCE LAST 3 MONTH BUT AT PRESENT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED, DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY SPARES WITH DEALER AND COMPANY. WORKSHOP OFFICIAL REPORTED THAT, SPARES NOT AVAILABLE IN COMPANY AND SPARES DEALER. AT PRESENT, AUTO FAIR PAID DAILY RS 100/- NON AVAILABILITY SPARES PAT NO. (1) 16015 KVT 901 (2) 45010 KWP 910. PLEASE ADVISE ME FOR SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROBLEM.

I have booked for Honda activa during November,I have got intimation regarding allotment. Today when I went to the deraler he asked increased price, which is about to charge after budget approval. How can he charge excess for vehicle received by them last week.

Honda Activa — Extra price taken after payment made

I booked HONDA ACTIVA from Dealer "Chakradhar Auto" , Anand mahal road , Surat ...before 4 months .

I paided full payment on date 6/3/2012 (with confirmation that we will get delivey within 3-4 days) ..by cheque .

But Delivery was given on date 27/3/2012 with asking extra payment of (994/-) ......we have delivery challen with old price ...

we also have receipt of BARDCODE NUMBER which has delivery date showing as 16/3/2012 ....but they gave delivery to me on date 27/3/2012 ...with asking extra payment .. ...they also talked with us very rudely ...

many customers faced same problem with this dealer ..........

Now i need refund money back (994/-) or planning to visit "CUSTOMER FORUM" ..Grahak surskha kendra ....against company and this dealer

I am an officer in Kerala government service. I belong to Kozhikode. I booked a white Honda Activa on one of your dealer ie. Adithya Enterprises, Nadakkavu, kozhikode, Kerala on 24/11/2011 vide receipt No. AE/CLT/11/5115 by paying Rs. 1000. But they called me only on 25.04.2012 to remit the full amount.I remitted Rs.53731 vide Rt. No. 12-19/01062 as balance amount on that day itself. On that they told me that the vehicle will be delivered within two weeks. Since there is no response from that end I called them over mobile phone on 9.5.2012. They told me that registration process of vehicle is completed and the vehicle will be delivered in that week itself. But they not even call me after that. I called them again on 14.5.2012 and asked them why not they deliver the vehicle promptly, but the delivery section in-charge responded irresponsibly. During this period they delivered several vehicle to the persons who booked the vehicle after me. I had' nt received the vehicle till date(15.5.2012)

Awaiting the appropriate action against the dealer concerned and a reply regarding this.

i am not getting HUB for front wheel of my bike honda shine (disc brake spoke wheel make year 2006/07) since long time.

Honda — engine oil leakage from engine sump chamber

my honda cb unicorn ap16bw 2753 was purchased on 19 april 2011 from sri kanakadurgaautomobiles hanuman junction branch. It is engine oil leakage from engine left side chamber from recent service so kindly tell me the proper channel to claim for warranty

Honda — No service provided

I was given a token saying my number would be coming in approximately 30 mins.After that despite of waiting for 2 hours at the end when my number arrived, they went away for lunch and did not fulfill their quota before lunch and asked me to wait for another 1 hour.Nobody even came forward to listen to what I had to say and just went inside their room.

I BOOKED HONDA ACTIVA SCOOTER WITH OM SAI AUTOWORLD VIDE BOOKING NO. 75079 RECEIPT NO. 3885 DTD 07/07/2011. MORE THAN A YEAR NO SIGN OF DELIVERY .I AM SURE WAITING PERIOD IS NOT SO LONG MY FEW FRIENDS BOUGHT WITH IN ONE MONTH BOOKING FROM OTHER DEALERS. I CALLED EN NUMBERS OF TIMES TO DEALER BUT THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DONT WANT TO TALK. WHAY TO DO ANY BODY CAN HELP
