Sir,
My name is Nandesh and i am a businessman in Karwar. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I had booked an ACTIVA scooter to one of your authorised dealers SHANTESHA HONDA, HUBLI. On Monday 27th of SEPT 2010, We (my friend & me both) have gone to Hubli from karwar (200km) only to buy activa after a call made by show room to me. We meet Manager and told that we are coming from karwar please make arrangement of quick dispatch of our (2 no. activa ) vehicle. Manager (i think his name is Venkatesh) told - go and talk to our salesman he will deal you - i am busy. Salesman told it will take 6-7 hrs we told that we have purchased 5 vehicles from hubli within 3hrs (Herohonda CBZ and Pleasure and TVS- Apache) we have given references also but he was making stories by saying RTO takes min4 hrs and then our fitting accessories time ...... all these.

To save our time we told that don't fit accessory we will fit in Karwar showroom, he told that accessory fitting is mandatory, when we reached to Manager , he also repeated the same.

In the mean time a customer from Hubli was querying to sales executive that why they have not informed about his booked vehicle Manager interfere and told customer to show the call detail of his mobile number and when the person has shown then he was saying we have many booking, if you want to complain go and complain.

After fitting our accessories to our vehicle (almost after 6hrs), we saw the Temporary Permit receipt it was only of Rs110. When we again queried for this, Manager told that it is RTO's COMMISSION, you are creating problems since morning and it is enough of my passions and you should be thankful to us because we have delivered you within one day..... and all rubbish he was saying to us.When i asked him to provide us customer care number he told that- open vehicle service manual and see the number, he was not talking properly his behavior was to bad like a sadak-chap. He told go and complain......

I really wonder how come these people are siting in hot seats and allowed to take higher level position while they are too low level category people having full of attitude, no manners and don't have respect to the customers. They do neither value their customers not their time, how come such people be the manager.

I believe honda is a brand name but this type of behavior of a Manager results with the bad reputation of the Company

Kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Business and customer .

Have Very Bad Opinon on Bilgundi Motors Like They Are Providing Vhicles Same Day on extra Payment
Appart From Showroom Price, ( Including All Charges ). Last One Month I visited 07 Times to ur Dealer
But Nothing Wil Happened. they Are speaking To Custemers Bad Words & also They Do not have any
Responsibelity to Respect to Custemers.
I Hope You People Can Undestand My Problem Hope fully u r Responding Properly On dis
If I am Not Geting Today any Reply from ur side Tommorrow I am Going To Book SUZUKI Access 125.

Honda — Unsatisfactory service

Hi,

This is regarding unsatisfactory service from guru nanak autos in amritsar opposite amandeep hospital.

I have Honda activa PB18 T 2310,i have visited in Guru Nanak service center opposite Amandeep hospital for my Activa service on 3-oct-11.On that time within 5-8 min i saw three to four customer were complaining that after there bike service they are harrrased by so many problems like battery is not working some more problems are coming after service,

On that time i ignored all these & handover by bike to same service station but now within one week i realised that all those customer were right bcos i am facing same problem with my activa that even after paying extra for battery chg etc,my vehicle battery is not working & i have to use kick to start my activa.

This is my humble request,pls take some strict action on these unskilled staff & service stations because of them honda brand name is ruined.

Activa — for poor service rendered by the dealer

In continuation of my earlier complaint dated 31 may 2011 regarding poor services rendered by the dealer Shree Krishna honda,Rohtak causing damage to the scooter(activa) parts(pinion) while servicing scooter no. HR 12 E 0231. I am very sorry to that no reply/comments are recived from the company or the dealer . I have purchased the AMC from the dealer at Rohtak on 31/5/11 i handed over the scooter for servicing . All the parts are in proper working condition.In the evening i was told by the sevice manager Mr. Khanna that the pinion of the scooter was broken.I was shocked & lodged the complaint on e-mail to honda website they told that you will recive a message/reply soon but no reply was made to me till date . I visited the dealer time and again and lodged the complaint in their complaint register also , during my last visit to the dealer no comments were written in the complaint register also now the service of the scooter is again due butr i am affraid to hand over the scooter for servicing to the dealer.As they asked me that any loss/damage to the part of the scooter during servicing is on the cost of the customer and not the service provider in the present circumstances i am not unable to continue the AMC please refund my AMC charges and the cost of the pinion damaged by the servicing staff on 31/5/11 otherwise i will be compelled to knock the door of the consumer court. Hoping for reply soon.

Activa — extra payment for the delivery

ihave bought an activa this year.i was surprised when receptionist told me to give extra payment for immediate delivery of the vehicle.

sir, i have baught honda activa on 5/7/2011from om honda automobiles bramhapur orissa. after 15 days self start system did not worked, when we contacted to dealer he told battery is poor, and he recharged it. after one week it again not worked and he do the same. and he done it again and again for next 3 months. now one week back dealer told us for change of battery and it will take one month for replacement. is this quality of service you having? does we bring it to see it in our parking for one month. please reply me. and if you could do anything please solve my problem either also close these sites for complaints

i am basith i would purchased new cb unicorn
bike in didar showroom(thousand light branch) chennai.now
i am not satisfied to purchased the bike, because frequents of problem
in engine (i.e) camsoft was repaired so i left my bike to
showroom 10 days ago and,i request to showroom for claim my warrenty,
but he said the spare parts are unavailabe for cb unicorn
, and also said it may taken too much of time to claim your warranty
and they didn't taken any action for this issue till now, so i
request you take quick action immediately. the honda company not take responsible for any customer, i
file complaint throgh emails but there are no responsible and customer
care also not pick any calls from customer. so honda company no.1 worst
company in customer service.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the HONDA ACTIVA, form Authorized dealer M/S. B.U.Bhandari-Vimannagar, Pune. as on 06.10.11 vide Reg no MH-12 HK -626, as per Scheduled the First Free Sevice is due as on 29.10.11. As per Scheduled date i was visited the same service station twice on that date but to due Diwali there is Leave from 28th to 30th oct 11. i was called for Service for another date and Supervisor given me the date as on 05.05.11, as per schduled date i have given my scooter the same date .

The service engineer is denied for first free services due to lapse of the day i.e.29th October 11.

on the same ground i am fully disagree and disappoint for this type of answer .you are request to resolve my problem and ask for to accept the First free service coupon to avoid the future communication and satisfaction

I purchased a Honda Activa (white) in the month of nov 2010 from SHIVAM MOTORS bhubaneswar. After third service i notice that there was a leak from the battery and as a consequence the front mud guard began to look very shaby.
I am requisting u to change the mud guard alongwith the battery .

Honda — Delivery of Activa

I have booked a Honda Activa from Om Sai Honda - Mahim, Mumbai on 06/08/2011 but when I called the dealer he told to make the full payment by 25/11/2011 and get the delivery by 15/01/2012, but I am bit confused as other dealers ask the payment 10 days befor the delivery of the bike, will you please let me know as per company rule by when the payment has to be made.

New Honda Activa, just 3 months agon taken delivery and the key is matching with the other user honda activa in office. How it is possible? Can Honda please help me as there is no saftey for the vehicle.

Honda — Material failure of aft rim

I am one o[censored] r honda customer i was having 2 bikes 1 was honda shaine and 2 was Honda tiwster recently its taken[protected] i got battery problem with hond twister i given complaint and handover the old battery to pioneer honda show room service center chirala .At[protected],they said they will arange the battery with in 10 days still up to know i didnt get battery replacement i was drove my bile daily 150 km i am getting problem night driving time.Such type of service we are getting from u and ur service center we are getting bad thinking about u r service

Activa — no delivery

i have booked my activa with pilot honda on 18/6/2011 booking no 280860 so will i get it and when please repley
I bought one activa honda 6 days back.Compare to my bike, it is a joy riding it in traffic.Very smooth flow and I enjoyed it.But my fuel guage is now not working .I completed hardly 225 kms and the indicater buzzer also stopped working.It is new experience.My suzuki is giving a trouble free ride for the last 12 yrs.Now I plan to go to consumer forum.

Honda — servicing complaint

respectd sir ,
i have purchased a new honda activa delux model in the month of january 2011.now my vechile is in a bad condition...having major problem of air filter....and has a sound while going above 50km speed....i have purchased the vechile from the showroom VIPUL HONDA karwar.these guys are so careless and they are not servicing my vechile well,even after requesting them several times.last month in the month of november i have ordered mufler cover part,for my vechile,and i have paid the amount,but the part has not yet deliverd to me..i have asked them several times and they used to say it will come next week frequently from VIPUL HONDA....after a minor accident my font body of the vechle is not properly fitted by them...the reason again is that it cannot be fitted properly my the servicing center.i do humbbly request you to help me in any way,and solve my problem as soon as possible.my vechile is been registered in the name of JOLLY.P.ISSAC.and vechile regisreation no is : KARNATAKA-30-Q-5624.and my residential contact no is:[protected],[protected],[protected].
