[Resolved] Honda — very poor service | |||
my Activa got damaged in a road accident after the formalities of insurance when it serviced i found that my footmat has been changed and one side mirror was not fitted. even then newly fitted speedometer was not working properly its fuel meter is not working so far , when i complained some Mr. Saxena he replied in a reputed service centre nobody will change your footmat even during the AMC period I requested many time for repair my fuel meter but nobody take care of my complaint. HAVING A STARTING PROBLEM IN ELECTRIC START, PROPER TUNING OF THE ENGINE IS NOT DONE BECAUSE THE STAFF IS NOT TRAINED AS PER THE REQUIREMENT OF THE VECHILE IN MY HONDA ACTIVA

Dear Sir,
I am to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities that The Service centre located in Ranigunj, Hyderabad, A.P. is rendering very poor service, as the people working in the service centre are not qualified properly to handle the customers to their satisfaction, They are misleading and taking the customers for granted by giving suggestions contrary to the requirement and not working on the complaints made at the time of service. 1. Since the past 06 months I have been complaining of my bike i.e. (HONDA SHINE with disc brake and alloy wheels, and self starter) that my steering part was vibrating and hence my driving was not smooth, 2. Petrol is robbed, and the serivce advisors mislead the people by asking to replace the spares with new ones even though the parts can work for some time. so please help me out where and to whom should I complain

Sub: Regading improper service for bike (hoda shine) by TTR motors, Amravati Maharashtra.
R/Sir,
I have honda shine and it is in garantee period with one service left. But whenever i drop my bike for servicing and told the problems they just wash the bike and get it back. this happens two times with me. My bike having starting problem from the first day of purchase and it is still there and also the gear box problem. I told about the problems to engineers who are working in the showroom but they told me it is not a major problem. Sometimes when I start my bike the kick is left at bottom and it will removed by manually. And now I went to service station for 3rd free servicing then they dont take my bike for servicing even my bike is in Garantee. (Purchasing date: 30.11.2009).
Please kindly take neceesary action and do the needful.

Though after promise of company's executive service by dealer is not improved. It takes 1 hour to hand over the vehicle for servicing and 1 hour to get the vehicle after servicing.
It seems there is no difference in company and executive of company both are from same category. In hindi ek hi thali ke chate bhate
