This is Vimal Parmar living in Nadiad-2.
I have given my Bike (Honda Stunner, Bike Number: GJ7 BA 6561) for the service to AJS HONDA
NR, TULIPS WOODLAND RESTAURANT,
KALIA KUVA, COLLEGE ROAD,
NADIAD-387001

to the Service Manager Vipul Patel.
When i reach to take my bike at the service center the same time the technician is repairing my bike and because of him some damage has been appeared to my bike.
now Vipul Patel has taken money for the damage. It is his responsibility still i need to pay due to his fault.
Please let me know is this considerable.
as well as over there no-one is responding properly they are talking rudely with me.
please let me have a solution on this as soon as possible.
i hope you will take care of it and do some steps as soon as possible so no one will face the same problem again which i have faced.

    THIS IS NOT THE PROBLEM OF ONLY ONE BUT ALL THE CUSTOMERS SUFFER FROM THE SAME.

      I have given my Honda Shine motorcycle for service..they cheated twice saying that problem has been solved, but its not.. the dealer name is PAVAN HONDA, TANUKU.. no one responds and do proper work..
      we have great trust on Honda vehicles but, this dealer is actually spoiling your reputation..

        Dear Sir,

        I have bought HONDA SHINE three months before in Noble Honda showroom erode branch. I have complaints on fuel injection system. Regarding this complaint i am contacting them regularly. But i'm receiving VERY VERY POOR RESPONCE from them. I already heard that there is no response for customers after sales. But i made mistake and now i realised. If this continues i'm sure honda will loss their marketing in erode.

        Kindly do the needful regarding this.

        I have bought honda shine in noble honda (13.03.12).My registration has finished last week .Till now i have not received service book, they are telling first service in 600 kms.i have runed upto 600 kms but service book is not available.so that i cant able to service my bike .so regarding this please take necessary steps
        I give 4th service in nobal honda erode branch (date: 23/04/2012);
        Mr. selva was check my motor cycle details.
        Next day 4'clock i take motor cycle, my motor cycle water clean is bad.
        not responding that member(selva).
        two net is gone, i ask question selva was not responding.

          I have purchased the Honda bike ' Honda Unicorn Dazzler',last week09/09/2011,
          from dealer 'Kothari Wheel' at Hirabaug branch in Pune.

          I was very happy to when I drive it to home, I was able to drive till home.
          and was in happy and in party mood for new bike.

          But to my surprize, On the very next day it FAILED TO START,
          since then I am following up with Honda, but no one picks the calls to hear my worries.
          Very poor customer satisfaction.

          still, I am afraid, as how many and which kind of problems this bike has, that I will need to face.

            complaint against VJ HONDA Services Ulhasnagar (Dist: Thane. Actual Dealer name is STERLING SPARES PVT LTD since the same is not available in the drop down hence selected Sai Point Honda. I had been to VJ HONDA Services Ulhasnagar to inquire on the servicing of my activa recently purchased before 3 months. Earlier they informed me that total charges for servicing will be rs.150 now they are asking to pay rs.1500. Are they being trained before there placement in the honda showroom as the behaviour of the staff was very rude not at all helpful. No professionalism at all. Do you people train your staff on the importance of customer service ?????? i never expected such rubbish and unco-operative service from a reputed company. Staff with such a attitude is spoiling the name of the brand also. there is a problem in your production that within 3 months only i had to contact the service centre for servicing. Kindly get this checked with your respective branch in ulhasnagar teach them what is customer service how to speak with the customers's????????

            I was booked Honda activa 6g from VJ honda dealer badlapur (maharashtra).

            due to production issue i was waiting since feb till the time however they was always saying that we will give you bike in 5 days and 10 days everytime.

            after I was finally cancel my booking in 23rd march and requested my DP 10000.

            till the date i didnt received my money back. I went there 5 times but still they are saying we will give you in next 2 days.

            Im rushikesh son of prabhakar Girkar .My Bike also owned in his name. I had serviced my Bike (CBUnicon150-ABS / Black) two days in advance. There is a very strange sound now in the bike. Before servicing the Bike, there was no sound coming from the Bike and now there is noise coming from the Bike . Besides, the Gair-box is Not working properly as before.
            I'm Raising my complaint from service center But in the sense Them says The bike is all ok ?what are the way of service center problem are solve?
            My only problem is why do you give the Bike to servivicing?In order to run properly, but in the Bike is creating issue by servicing here, then No means To service from VJ Honda...

              Hi Sir/Madam,

              Ref: Model - PIR, Hero honda Pleasure(black), Engine no - JF16EDAGL15316, Date of purchase - 20/12/2010, Dealer name - Nagappa Auto, B-25, second avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600 102. Service Centre address - Mohana Auto mobiles, 79/31, Walltax road, Near Padmanaba theatre, Chennai-600 079.

              I given my two wheeler to the service (3rd service) to the service centre, they told me that i need to change my break lever, both wheel DISC, Handle bar etc, just there was a small scratches in my bike, i dont no how it happend, also they told me that parts are not available. They informed me that, they have searched for spare parts in all the places but they have not received from Hero honda. 2 months ago i asked them for speed meter glass, but no proper response from them, they told me to call but no proper response from them, if we are asking some questions they are disconnecting the call. I don't no my bike wants to become new. Why we are preferring Hero Honda? it is best in quality comparing to other companies. Also to purchase Hero honda pleasure i have patiently waited for 90 days. I don't no at any cost i want my bike should become how i purchased. In 2nd service asked for bike's body gaurd for my bike which is cover the bike by steel rod or iron something, iam not sure about that, they said no stock. While purchasing the bile in Nagappa they didn't informed me about this bike body gaurd to protect my bike from scratches, later on in service centre till date they are saying that no stock, my bike have scratches now...Iam expecting good service from you.

              ALSO IAM EXPECTING A CALL IMMEDIATELY, KINDLY LOOK AFTER MY MATTER SERIOUSLY OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT.

              Hero Honda/ Pleasure — Body Parts are not available

              It is difficult to get genuine body parts of Hero Honda Pleasure. As i enquired with nearest delears near by thrissur and thriprayar i came to know that Company is not providing body parts to the delears. If this is the case why we have to trust such a big company.

                On 11 December,2010 I have booked Honda Activa at Pashankar Auto Pvt Ltd, 364,365/2,J.M.Road Near Standard Chartered Bank,Shivaji Nagar,Pune-411005 and Paid Rs.1000 as booking amount.
                The saleswoman "Swati" has assured me time of approx 6 to 7 months in writing, but it's been 9 months with no communication from the dealer. Finally on 5th Sept-2011, I paid full amount of Rs. 51,198(Receipt No:A5076) by cheque for Activa DLX (Grey colour) but still Activa has not delivered.

                This is really frustrating to get such a poor service from established company like Honda. I hope Honda should look into this matter and increase the customer confidence in Honda as a brand.
                Please help me in getting delivery on time.

                      Now from last 15 days I have called at Sterling 4 to 5 times and visited by my family members for 2 times to give the cheque of balanced amount & to be confirm the delivery date but nobody is reponding .

                      But they are refusing to collect the cheque & answered like we will think after Dussera(6th Oct.) to give the vehicle or take your money back.

                      I want a delivery of Dio by Dussera.

                      You are requested to look into this matter & resolve the same on priority.

                        i gave my bike to "Venkanna motors" on 18th august for a small repair which happend due to the negligence shown by the staff of the show room, when I gave my bike for servicing as it comes under the warranty. The showroom staff and the manager of the Venkanna motors give just useless answers. they blamed company for not providing the parts of my bike they make fake promises. my daily routine is totally disturbed. kindly take an action as soon as possible
                        I had done full engine work of my 1995 model cd100 deluxe at hyderabad, but due to un availability of some magnetic type spare near gear side the sound and mileage of the vehicle is not satisfied, please do the need full

                          HERO HONDA SPLENDOR PLUS — unusual noise while driving

                          my bike has been 2000+km and now there is some unusual noise while driving in the fourth gear after 10 km running from sold start.

                              i have many complaints regarding your bike HONDA CB TWISTER. bike start showing its defects since after somedays i had purchase it.my bike starter sometime of its own stopworking and i have to use kick instead of .its horn, headlight also not work properly for sometime but then again of its own it start working, i dont know what is the problem behind these. and also while riding my bike it start jerking for a while then came to normal state but then again these process start.these is a so duffer and bike.and also sometime riding it.it produse a noise like (che che che che)like that.and also there is a defect regarding gear system sometime on changing the gear it produse a harsh noise and then the gear is changed.what is these i had not accept these from a very well know company HONDA.please my humble request is there to solve my probliem please other wise i have to take some steps against you.

                                I have purchased Honda CB shine from Brar's Honda, Bathinda and i shifted from Bathinda to Ludhiana in next day after purchase of bike.

                                Ludhiana's service centre's time is 9.30 am to 6.30pm,

                                I am in job. You know, almost, all employees of other companies on duty in Ludhiana like me. Service time is very poor because they have not attend after 6.30pm.


                                I feel, Honda Cb shine is not good bike, because fuel tank's color is faded in one month and engine is also feel under-pressured.

                                Kindly replace the fuel tank, I have cared like my baby.

                                Sorry, I am not advice to my near and dear, go with Honda.


                                When I go to Honda2wheeler.com like http://180.92.169.249/contact.aspx for complaint, this is not working. It means, they are not interested for quality, they are interested with quantity.

                                  i'm sankar,i was booking honda shine on (20.11.10) Rs 1000 at ROYAL MOTOR'S,38,JAWAHARLAL NEHRU STREET,KARAIKAL.609602.PH 04368_222387/220080,the booking was made in the name of Mr.R.SANKAR and OUR BOOKING NO IS 251,dealer was given six month time at the most of the time of booking for the delivery of honda shine to us,but i was still 11 month he is not deliverd.from that day till (31.08.11) he nevar called to me for any delay in the delivery.On 11 month after utter compulsion by me.but they said if you want honda shine today,you can take some other colour (again our choice) or other model bikes.so please help for me,take action this complaint.i'm wait for your replay..

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am a customer of your on 26.02.2011. There is a self start problem before third service on dated 01.07.2011 at 4183 kms. I have complained it on third service time. but they ignore it due to non- availability of that relay and said to attend it after 15 days, when I contact the service manager after 15 days, he told that no spare of relay available now and to buy a hero honda spare relay from any where.These are the responses from your Authorized service center. Matter may kindly be considered at your end.

                                      problem in the ignition lock , many times unable to open the lock since the key doesn't get inserted completely.

                                      i am very much disagree with the working of the lock in the honda city exi model.. the company dont want to claim it... even they dont want to listen the complaint... they just ignore... the problem.. nd just want to charge us for their new lock.. just want to sell their lock...nd make their profit...
                                      when we had paid 8 lakh for a good car so they should keep their promise to provide a good performance..of the car functions..

                                        I purchased a Honda Jazz WB06F6410 on 19th Feb 2011from Pinnacle Honda, Kolkata. I met with an accident on 2nd July 2011, the same night it was transferred to their garage. I went to their office/garage and I signed all the papers the very next day (03-Jul-2011) in spite of my injuries. Since then it was a complete hide and seek story. They are not giving me right picture of the parts delivery, repair date. Initially they put all the blames to their service representative and i was told by their kolkata service head Mr Bhatnagar that they are sacking him. The parts took almost 5 weeks to arrive. Even after that the car was lying idle. Everyday they give me one date for the delivery and the next day it changes. I am completely frustrated by the service that Honda provides. Onbe shoudl not buy a HONDA car.
