Dear Honda

Pls chk the response fr Ring Road Honda below:

They have accepted to get windshield replaced realizing the fact that this was their mistake (acceptance in bold in their mail below).
But now they are refusing to do so as this is delayed for one year.

ON BOTH THE OCCASIONS i.e on 05/12/2011 at mileage of 58113 kms & on 29/05/2011 at mileage of 67686 kms(while servicing of the car) I HAVE REQUESTED TO GET MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED BUT THEY CAME OUT WITH AN EXCUSE OF NON AVAILABILITY OF WINDSHIELD.

I kept on requesting but they kept on delaying it for non availability.

THE CHEAT POLICH OF RING ROAD HONDA SAYS, KEEP ON DELAYING THE THINGS ON BASIS OF NON AVAILABILITY N THEN TURN IT ON TO CUSTOMER THAT THIS IS DELAYED FOR 1 YEAR SO WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT REPLACED.
THIS SOUNDS REDICULOUS.

IF THEY WILL CHECK THEIR RECORDS EVEN MY Registration certificate & Driving License ARE LYING WITH RRHONDA SINCE THEN.

Bottom line:

1)THERE WAS NO DELAY FROM MY SIDE.HAVE REQ SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY KEPT ON DELAYING FOR NON AVAILABILITY
2)THEY HAVE ACCEPTED THAT THIS WAS THEIR FAULT AS WINDSHIELD WAS NOT FIXED PROPERLY
3)THEY WERE TRYING ALL THE TIME TO GET THIS FIXED THROUGH MY INSURANCE POLICY SO THAT THEY ARE NOT SUFFERING ANY LOSSES FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
4)WHY SHOULD I BE LOOSING ON NO CLAIM BONUS ON MY POLICY FOR A MISTAKE THAT WAS COMMITTED BY RRHONDA
5)IS THERE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FROM DEALERS RIND ROAD HONDA’S SIDE TO CHECK WITH THE CLIENT REGARDING FIXING OF WINDSHIELD REALISING THE FACT THAT THIS WAS THEIR MISTAKE.

Pls advise where have we gone wrong.We should not have trusted RR Honda at first place.They are just smart in skipping with their responsibilities.

The fact is that they were trying to get it fixed through insurance company so that they don’t have to pay from their own pockets.

SOMEONE IS TRYING TO WASH HANDS FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE WHICH IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

AS I KNOW RR HONDA WILL DO NOTHING FROM THEIR SIDE.THEY ARE SITTING THEIR JUST TO MAKE THEIR OWN MONEY.
THEY HAVE TO DO NOTHING WITH BRAND HONDA.

WOULD REQUEST HONDA TO INTERVENE & KINDLY GET THIS FIXED.

Once again we would like to inform you that after a year it is not possible to the needful against the same wherein your vehicle has also reported to our workshop twice for service on date 05/12/2011 at mileage of 58113 kms & on 29/05/2011 at mileage of 67686 kms. During these service period such issues were not informed from your end. Thus, the windshield would be replaced on payable basis.Please inform us in advance of your visit at our workshop for the resolution of your concern to avoid any inconvenience.

Dear Customer Service Manager

Kindly note that RR Honda body parts manager Mr Pramod checked crack on my my replaced new windshield (as per mail attached below) & confirmed that crack was b’cos of lapse from their side in fixing new windshield..He even agreed to get it replaced FOC realizing that this was their error.
After that they kept on delaying the things for one or other reasons.

Today Mr Pramod called after been approached through HONDA, informing me that he will be get it replaced through my insurance policy & I have to bear some expenses too.

Pls advise 2 things:
1)Why should I be paying for any lapses which occurred from RR Honda’s side
2)Why should I allow them to claim money fr Insurance policy & loose my No claim bonus.

This type of practice is unethical & totally unacceptable.Looks like we are dealing with unprofessionals

OUR ALL HONDA CARS ARE SERVICED/REPAIRED BY RR HONDA SINCE WE BOUGHT THEM.
STILL LOOK AT THE TRATEMENT THEY GIVEN TO THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMERS & SPOILS THE BRAND NAME.
WOULD EVEN REQUEST TO CHECK REVIEWS & COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS DEALER ON INTERNET.

Hope HONDA will intervene to value their regular customers & will ensure that these type o[censored]nprofessional dealers are not taking client/consumers for a drive.

The concern
Kindly note that one of your authorized dealer Ring Road Hinda Gurgaon got my windshield replaced few days back.Within coupls of days it started cracking fr the left side corner without any damage fr outside.Same was informed to the lady n someone was supposed to visit our place to chk it out.But till now no one turned up.Even the mail was floated to their MD but we didn’t get no response.
Either glass was not fixed properly or they are not using original Hinda windshields.
Could someone fr Honda investigate into it so that dealers are not damaging image of Honda.
We have seen few more complaints abt the same dealer on online consumer forums.
Looking for prompt response.

Recently got windshield replaced for my Honda city reg no HR26 AG 1714 through RRHONDA.
To my utter surprise I realized later on that there is a small crack at the corner on left hand side of the glass which is increasing day by day.
This might be for the reason that glass in not been fitted properly.Really fail to understand how can it happen even though RRHONDA took 8 days to fix it.
Could you pls look into it & get it sorted.

Ring Road Honda is highly unprofessional firm, , , , they jus work on tips and nothing else, if you don't pay them extra they will delay your work and compel you to complaint. They are also into making of illegitimate money. Recently I admitted my car in their workshop for minor work for which they informed me that the insurance policy does not cover all and I will have to pay them min Rs. 5, 500/- whereas when I contacted my insurance company they informed me that I'm only supposed to pay 1000 rupees and that's it. The insurance company surveyor is too party to this act. Their should be strong action initiated against RR Honda and the Bajaj Allianz Insurance company surveyor.

    I have to mention this to all buying bikes from Dhruvdesh Honda Yelahanka, they are the most unprofessional and unethical company you can ever come across wherein for them customer is a and they are right always .

    From the Time i have purchased the bike from them they are constantly harassing me eg when i had an issue for mileage and complained to the customer care manager sangeetha she was so damn rude and went on record saying it cant happen and is not possible to my shock and horror they refuse to even check.

    secondly though they have given a detailed document on when the servicing has to be done still 1 month before the due date they will call you and argue that the information that we have is incorrect and we have to do the service as per their demand and the worst part is they never believe and will call you atleast 10 times and even threatening stating we will lapse your warranty BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN U DEAL WITH THESE GUYS THEY ARE PATHETIC AND HAVE THE WORST STAFF TO HANDLE THE CUSTOMERS.

      hi sir my name is dinesh...iam from the state andhra pradesh.. city nellore... regards iam buyed hero honda cbz xtreme bike on last year...iam having warraty...all needs...iam purchased dis bike in hero honda sarayu show room in nellore...near mini bypass road...in dis speedo meter was not working past 4 months and fuel indicator was also not working...but raising dis complaint so many times but there not bringing spares...to the show room...so u pleasee take kindly action regarding diss...or orther wise i wiill legally...iam totalyy..not getting any proper reactions from your service providing side so iam asking u kindly raise complaint and slove dis problem immediatelyy...my mobile number [protected]...

        NOW A DAYS CHENNAI AND TAMIL NADU INCREASE CRIME OF TWO WHEELER THEFT ACTIVITIES. ONCE VEHICLE THEFT IS NOT FIND OUT BY THE VEHICLE OWNER AND POLICE DEPARTMENT.

        I THINK THIS IS BIG NETWORK HAS WORKING NOW. BECAUSE IF START THEFT IN ONE AREA AND PLACE CONTINIUOSLY 6 TO 10 BIKES WITHIN A WEEK OR MONTH. AND WHO WILL BUY ALL THE VEHICLE AND WHERE IT BE SOLD AGAIN BY THE THEFTER. SO, HERE SOME ONE LEAD BIG DEALS WITH THEFT VEHICLE AND SOLD SOMEWHERE. ITS VERY COMMON IN TAMIL NADU LAST 1 YEAR. THIS CRIME HAS INCREASE DAY BY DAY........

          Hi,
          I own CBZ Xtrem since 2008 and recently I shifted it from my home town to Hyderabad.

          When I visited Prasad Motors( Gachibowli) for my vehicle's New Clutch plates they refused to sell the spare parts in counter and asked me to give my vehicle for servicing there and then only they would provide the clutch plates to me.

          Earlier when I gave my vehicle there for servicing they charged me excessive amount without doing any denting to Petrol tank, without adjusting the fork and without changing handle. After showing them the proof they returned my amount.

          Since I lost my confidence in their show room I asked for the spare parts to get my vehicle repaired outside garage where as they refused to sell and replied No stock available even after visiting their service center for 5 times.

          Even I tried to purchase the Clutch Plates from other show rooms in City. Everybody is refusing to sell the spare parts in sale counter and asking me to give the vehicle for servicing.

          Kindly take the necessary action and please let me know.

            main jab Bhadra k authorize dealer BANSAL AUTOMOBILE BHADRA jo ki costumer se sahi se baat bhi nahi karte hai our mare abhi service free hai par muje water service k charge dene padte hai yahan par service karvane k liye sab costumer ko water service k charge dene padte hai sab ki majburi hai ki vo ya to charge de nahi to service k liye 150Km hanumangarh jaye ya haryana se apani byke ki service karya is liye sab charge dete hai.
            maine jab kaha ki mari company ki free service hai to unhone ne kaha ki company se karva lo hum to water service ka charge lege to muje bhimajburi main charge dena pada.
            meri bike ki front shocker ki rod kharab ho gayi thi par maine alag se service karva li thi is vaje se muje pay kar k rad sahi karvani padi par mari byke abhi warranty pried main hai phir bhi hame une pay karna padta hai.

              This is Vimal Parmar living in Nadiad-2.
              I have given my Bike (Honda Stunner, Bike Number: GJ7 BA 6561) for the service to AJS HONDA
              NR, TULIPS WOODLAND RESTAURANT,
              KALIA KUVA, COLLEGE ROAD,
              NADIAD-387001

              to the Service Manager Vipul Patel.
              When i reach to take my bike at the service center the same time the technician is repairing my bike and because of him some damage has been appeared to my bike.
              now Vipul Patel has taken money for the damage. It is his responsibility still i need to pay due to his fault.
              Please let me know is this considerable.
              as well as over there no-one is responding properly they are talking rudely with me.
              please let me have a solution on this as soon as possible.
              i hope you will take care of it and do some steps as soon as possible so no one will face the same problem again which i have faced.

MOTORS PVT.LTD GWALIOR.THIS IS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OF HONDA TWO WHEELERS.I BOUGHT A NEW HONDA ACTIVA IN DECEMBER 2010 @47900(ON ROAD PRICE) +ACCESSORIES (@2035) .I REQUESTED FROM THEM GENUINE HONDA ACCESSORIES BUT THEY PROVIDE ME SOMETHING ELSE.THE ACCESSORIES PROVIDED BY THEM CATCHES RUST WITH IN 6 MONTH.
                THIS IS NOT THE PROBLEM OF ONLY ONE BUT ALL THE CUSTOMERS SUFFER FROM THE SAME.

                  we have great trust on Honda vehicles but, this dealer is actually spoiling your reputation..

                    I have bought HONDA SHINE three months before in Noble Honda showroom erode branch. I have complaints on fuel injection system. Regarding this complaint i am contacting them regularly. But i'm receiving VERY VERY POOR RESPONCE from them. I already heard that there is no response for customers after sales. But i made mistake and now i realised. If this continues i'm sure honda will loss their marketing in erode.

                    Kindly do the needful regarding this.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have bought honda shine in noble honda (13.03.12).My registration has finished last week .Till now i have not received service book, they are telling first service in 600 kms.i have runed upto 600 kms but service book is not available.so that i cant able to service my bike .so regarding this please take necessary steps
                    I give 4th service in nobal honda erode branch (date: 23/04/2012);
                    Mr. selva was check my motor cycle details.
                    Next day 4'clock i take motor cycle, my motor cycle water clean is bad.
                    not responding that member(selva).
                    two net is gone, i ask question selva was not responding.

                      I have purchased the Honda bike ' Honda Unicorn Dazzler',last week09/09/2011,
                      from dealer 'Kothari Wheel' at Hirabaug branch in Pune.

                      I was very happy to when I drive it to home, I was able to drive till home.
                      and was in happy and in party mood for new bike.

                      But to my surprize, On the very next day it FAILED TO START,
                      since then I am following up with Honda, but no one picks the calls to hear my worries.
                      Very poor customer satisfaction.

                      still, I am afraid, as how many and which kind of problems this bike has, that I will need to face.

                        complaint against VJ HONDA Services Ulhasnagar (Dist: Thane. Actual Dealer name is STERLING SPARES PVT LTD since the same is not available in the drop down hence selected Sai Point Honda. I had been to VJ HONDA Services Ulhasnagar to inquire on the servicing of my activa recently purchased before 3 months. Earlier they informed me that total charges for servicing will be rs.150 now they are asking to pay rs.1500. Are they being trained before there placement in the honda showroom as the behaviour of the staff was very rude not at all helpful. No professionalism at all. Do you people train your staff on the importance of customer service ?????? i never expected such rubbish and unco-operative service from a reputed company. Staff with such a attitude is spoiling the name of the brand also. there is a problem in your production that within 3 months only i had to contact the service centre for servicing.                         My name is Nagaraju S/O,N.Krishna murthy & vehicle owned by my father's name.I have attaended pratul honda workshop on 14.09.11 for carrying out the periodical services on paid basis.But as per the Pratul honda-Somajiguda, the information provided is the workshop is bing rennovated & will be started only by 19.09.11.This has caused high inconvenience to me & also Pratul honda not provided any prior information or they have not displayed any information about the response.Please look in to the matter that such things not happen in the future as Iam proud customer of Honda.My Bike number is AP23A4492.My mobile number is [protected]

                        I am here in the vj honda service center here is no customer support provide by the staff of vj honda. I had done two servicing of by activa 4g scooter they do nothing. On the name of servicing they just wash your bike nothing else they I am suffering from that can any one help me regarding this

                        I was booked Honda activa 6g from VJ honda dealer badlapur (maharashtra).

                        due to production issue i was waiting since feb till the time however they was always saying that we will give you bike in 5 days and 10 days everytime.

                        after I was finally cancel my booking in 23rd march and requested my DP 10000.

                        till the date i didnt received my money back. I went there 5 times but still they are saying we will give you in next 2 days.

                        Im rushikesh son of prabhakar Girkar .My Bike also owned in his name. I had serviced my Bike (CBUnicon150-ABS / Black) two days in advance. There is a very strange sound now in the bike. Before servicing the Bike, there was no sound coming from the Bike and now there is noise coming from the Bike . Besides, the Gair-box is Not working properly as before.
                        I'm Raising my complaint from service center But in the sense Them says The bike is all ok ?what are the way of service center problem are solve?
                        My only problem is why do you give the Bike to servivicing?In order to run properly, but in the Bike is creating issue by servicing here, then No means To service from VJ Honda...

                          Ref: Model - PIR, Hero honda Pleasure(black), Engine no - JF16EDAGL15316, Date of purchase - 20/12/2010, Dealer name - Nagappa Auto, B-25, second avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600 102. Service Centre address - Mohana Auto mobiles, 79/31, Walltax road, Near Padmanaba theatre, Chennai-600 079.

                          I given my two wheeler to the service (3rd service) to the service centre, they told me that i need to change my break lever, both wheel DISC, Handle bar etc, just there was a small scratches in my bike, i dont no how it happend, also they told me that parts are not available. They informed me that, they have searched for spare parts in all the places but they have not received from Hero honda. 2 months ago i asked them for speed meter glass, but no proper response from them, they told me to call but no proper response from them, if we are asking some questions they are disconnecting the call. I don't no my bike wants to become new. Why we are preferring Hero Honda? it is best in quality comparing to other companies. Also to purchase Hero honda pleasure i have patiently waited for 90 days. I don't no at any cost i want my bike should become how i purchased. In 2nd service asked for bike's body gaurd for my bike which is cover the bike by steel rod or iron something, iam not sure about that, they said no stock. While purchasing the bile in Nagappa they didn't informed me about this bike body gaurd to protect my bike from scratches, later on in service centre till date they are saying that no stock, my bike have scratches now...Iam expecting good service from you.

                          ALSO IAM EXPECTING A CALL IMMEDIATELY, KINDLY LOOK AFTER MY MATTER SERIOUSLY OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT.

                          Hero Honda/ Pleasure — Body Parts are not available

                          It is difficult to get genuine body parts of Hero Honda Pleasure. As i enquired with nearest delears near by thrissur and thriprayar i came to know that Company is not providing body parts to the delears. If this is the case why we have to trust such a big company.

                            On 11 December,2010 I have booked Honda Activa at Pashankar Auto Pvt Ltd, 364,365/2,J.M.Road Near Standard Chartered Bank,Shivaji Nagar,Pune-411005 and Paid Rs.1000 as booking amount.
                            The saleswoman "Swati" has assured me time of approx 6 to 7 months in writing, but it's been 9 months with no communication from the dealer. Finally on 5th Sept-2011, I paid full amount of Rs. 51,198(Receipt No:A5076) by cheque for Activa DLX (Grey colour) but still Activa has not delivered.

                            This is really frustrating to get such a poor service from established company like Honda. I hope Honda should look into this matter and increase the customer confidence in Honda as a brand.
                            Please help me in getting delivery on time.

                            They are still unable to confirm of activa availability for a march booking. Full payment already made.

                            It is a complete appointment from Brand from which i would have expected more.

                                  But they are refusing to collect the cheque & answered like we will think after Dussera(6th Oct.) to give the vehicle or take your money back.

                                  I want a delivery of Dio by Dussera.

                                    i gave my bike to "Venkanna motors" on 18th august for a small repair which happend due to the negligence shown by the staff of the show room, when I gave my bike for servicing as it comes under the warranty. The showroom staff and the manager of the Venkanna motors give just useless answers. they blamed company for not providing the parts of my bike they make fake promises. my daily routine is totally disturbed. kindly take an action as soon as possible
                                    I had done full engine work of my 1995 model cd100 deluxe at hyderabad, but due to un availability of some magnetic type spare near gear side the sound and mileage of the vehicle is not satisfied, please do the need full

                                      HERO HONDA SPLENDOR PLUS — unusual noise while driving

                                      my bike has been 2000+km and now there is some unusual noise while driving in the fourth gear after 10 km running from sold start.
                                      i approached them two times but the problem has remained as it is. please advice
