sir,
i m really disappoined with the service of honda activa i had a lot of expectations but honda activa has not fulfilled my needs i havae send my complaint to the customer care but customer care is not initiative of the consumer's greivance so i have decided to send my complaints to the National Consumer Helpline, Grievance Redressal , ministery of consumers affairs , cnbc pehradaar, director of honda activa

i have registered my complaints so many times to the customer care but no one is there who can contact me on this issue

i have paid Rs. 55,500 for purchasing of Activa honda white color and after paying a huge amount i m very much frustrated with the service of honda activa neither sub-dealer nor dhingra automobile dealer is hearing the voice of victim kindly help me in this matter

i have purchased honda activa on dated 16/08/2011 and chasis no. ME4JC448HB8425113 kindly register my vechile in company records

I am disappointed that within a month the activa honda side stand broken by default and also my activa honda gives the avearage of 30 km/per litre after first service

i want to know the replacement process ,
i have to suffer from two major factors , i have paid Rs. 55.500/- for purchasing this honda activa with accessories TO JMV AUTOMOBILE , the subdealer of Honda activa and i request them to change my foot side stand cover they have told me that they will not repair or replace it, they can deliver the honda activa by opening the showroom but they will not provide me a service of honda activa and even when i contact the dealer DHINGRA AUTOMOBIE they also denied to replace the service of this stand

tell where should i go? who will hear the voice of customer

and i have also done first service on dated 15/09/2011 and paid Rs. 480/- for engine oil, gear oil and speed oil etc.

I m also enclosing the Receipt of activa honda for chasis no. and i have a lot of trust in HONDA ACTIVA kindly help me in this matter

i am going to consumer court this company is very cheater dealer & company all member's is cheater

    Sir,
    I bought a Honda DIO scooter last year which was delivered to me on 13/9/2011.the free services were done on 6/10/10, 6/1/11, 6/4/11, 6/7/11 and first paid service was on 12/10/11. on31/10/11 afternoon, the 'self start' of vehicle was not working. so i kicked started It and took to the service centre(marikar motors,mg road,honda division,statue, trivandrum)and they said that battery should be replaced. Just after completing 1 year, battery had to be replaced. As battery was out of stock at the service centre, we went to the battery shop and got it replaced. During changing, we noticed that the battery was that of exide while in the papers given to us during delivery ,battery type was recorded as Amco. No battrey number was given.. we have all copies of the papers and i request you to look into the matter.I bought the scooter as i trusted the company which became doubtful after this incident.. We have with us the old battery and all the papers of the vehicle. The losess may also be compensated.Expecting reply soon.......

      I had purchased a Hero Honda Karizma ZMR on 3rd November 2010 bearing registration number JH05AF3970, my dispaly unit is not working because of heavy rain. I had given for servicing. They fixed everything but they didnt had spare part for display unit. So they told me that they will get within a month as it has to be procured from Japan. Now its been three months but till now the part have not yet arrived. I am not able to see my fuel meter. The service center is named as Union motors situated in sonari. Please help me on the same ASAP.

        Sir,
        I met in an accident on 19th of september in meerut. I purchased my bike from baghpat thats why i thought of getting the claim from Baghpat itself. I deposited my bike on showroom on 3rd or 4th october. They told me that we will repair it in10 to 15 days, that is enough & more. Then also i told them that i need it before or on 31st october. They said that we will shurely do it. Then on 19th october i just went to the showroom to just see what is going on, at that time only front tyre's Plastic cover & one part on which hunk striker is coming was not available. They asked 2 to 3 days more then i again told them that i want it on or before 31st october any how, because that time was maximum. Many of my friends applied for claim in various cities they have gotten it within 7 days. Then when on 30th october i reach on showroom my bike was in the same condition as it was on 19th October. They are simply saying that Spares Parts are not available. My Bike is purchased on 1 january 2011, it is a new model & with in from india it is not impossible to get the spare parts in 25 days. So please take any action against them. I have to go on my job on 1 november & that is so difficult without a bike in noida. My bike is on my fathers name. Showroom name is BHARAT AUTOMOBILE BAGHPAT (UTTARPRADESH).

          I Have purchased a Hero Honda Glamour from OM Traders Biharsharif, After almost 06 months later i have noticed a battery failure, It seems that battery is not working properly so that Horn also. When i contacted with dealer then he said that it will changed/repaired after 45 days. How can anybody drive his vehicle without battery.

              I have booked a Honda Activa in the month of 13th March 2011 @ in the name of Manish Gupta at Autofin Honda Showroom at Himayatnagar branch in Hyderabad with a delivery date of 2 months from the date of booking. & now after more than 7 months we got our vehicle that too with increased rate. When we have booked long back why do the Honda Company charge as per current rate? Firstly there were late in delivering the vehicle and now even selling at the current rate which is making the vehicle costlier by almost 10 thousand (incl. all tax+ insurance) on road.

              I would request you to help us in getting the vehicle on the same rate which was on the day we booked or two months from the date we booked.

                I want the above items urgently. my bike is standing still for last 25 days because of this. I have called my dealer abt 30-40 times and has paid advance also. This is my worst experiance with HONDA. They talk abt "The Quality" and this is what customer get back as service- mental harrasment and loss of money. Pls solve the issue urgently.

                  Iam very sorry to inform you that we had purchased a Honda Stunner from your Palakkad dealer(no:kl 080001).Unfortunately Iam not satisfied with the service from your palakkad and pattambi dealers and they are not caring the customer and even challenging us each time.They charged Rs1400/-(palakkad dealer)to change a chain socket and when we bargain they agree for Rs 850/-.I put my vehicle in their garage for a day and next day when i go there to take my vehicle they say there is no chain socket there.Iam unsatisfied and I don't want to encourage any one to buy your motor cycle because of your above dealer.Iam sending this mail just to bring this case to your attention and you to take further action.My contact address is given below.

                    1.MILEAGE GIVE 40 TO 45 KM PER LITERE INSTEAD OF 65 KMS
                    2.TANK RESERVE CAPACITY IS MORETHAN 2 LTRS BUT MENTION COMPANY MANUAL BOOK 1 KM -(SHOW ROOM MANAGERS SAYS)

                    I Already give complaint nearly 13 to 15 (two times complaint letter give to works manager) times to Sri Harsha motors -vizag for above milege complaint. every time showroom people cheked vehicle and delivery to me and says this words "problem rectify and plz come after chek the mileage and comeback if any problem there"
                    but
                    still today the problem is not rectify

                    i am very disappiontment above service of SRI HARSHA MOTORS -VIZAG (all services done in this showroom)

                    I Purchase bike since 14 months back (21.8.2010) and i complained about milege since 8 months (i have all service bills also)

                        I have honda shine bike. I bought it form Muthoot Honda, Pathanamthitta the dealer of honda bikes. At the selling they provide somamny offers and service guareentee. Now a days they are very irresponsible to handle the grievence about the bikes and all. Preveious month i want to change my front madgad, but still now i don"t get it. I think its the problems of administrative and purchase department of muthoot honda. So the Honda company are also responsible to solve the problems of the customers. I think the Administrative department of Honda company in India can do something and try to take the necessary action aganist the muthoot honda and its servicing department.

                          I booked a Honda Activa on 22nd Oct at Shuban Sai Honda Show room at Najafgarh and paid 24,000 as booking amount. They provided me the delivery date of 24th Oct. They called me yesterday and asked to get the delivery as per the schedule. I went there and told them that I would not need accessories so get my scooty ready without accessories however the manager said that I need to purchase accessories or else wait till 15th November to get the delivery. I told him that I have a booking for today and even though I'm not purchasing accessories, my booking still stands so why can't I get it today. He said, he can't do anything today and I'll need to wait. Ultimately I had to cancel my booking and pay an amount of Rs 500 for the same. I think this is not justified, If we have a booking for a certain date, we should be allowed to get the delivery even without accessories. Please have someone look into this and put a check on this extortion by the Honda dealers. They make vehicles readily available if you are ready to purchase additional accessories from them or else you need to wait for some outrageous periods. It is only hurting the reputation of Honda as a brand and needs immediate attention. Looking forward to some change.                             Today i visited to your authorized dealer M/S ISHAAN MOTORS, ALWAR (RAJ.)
                            to buy a new honda activa scooter but i am very much regret to write that M/S ISHAAN MOTORS, ALWAR (RAJ.) has compelled to buy the accessories with scooter.I m very keenly interested to buy your scooter without accessories but they refuse to deliver the scooter without accessories.Few yrs. ago i had purchased your scooter(activa) and I m not satisfied with the quality of services which they renders to us ..........they denied to give us scooter without accessories. i want to confirm whether it's your company's policy or not .. The accessories are of local brand and they charge heavy amounts from us..it's very upsetting and a kind of exploitation of customers....

                            staff members also talk rudely and their behavior is intolerable.

                            i m interested to buy scooter on Monday i.e 24th Oct.2011..

                            plzz take the necessary steps against them to wake them from their slumber.

                            not satisfactory service can be provided nor trained staff, & not having proper tool to open handle of activa,they can open with the help of screw driver with the help of hammer which cause to distortion of edges of nut of handle,they tight the handle two times in a month with new set of cup or cone with new bearing balls,so i have to pay for same problem two times in month & also wastage of time,cone & walls damages within 10 days,i register the vehicle at 9:30 a.m,they give the time of deliver1:30 p.m but they don't even touch my vehicle 1:30 p.m as i arrived they had provided services about 40 vehicle which has comes after me my no. is 7 after forcing them to make complaint against them,they deliver it at 4:30 p.m when all the services they had completed & again bill bared by me after again repair of same fault after 10 -12 days,these dealer r making the fool of customer & just for making money ,which can damage the reputation of honda company services,as this (cargo) dealer have not good service center & not very well equipped with latest machine as like hero honda company with taking the consideration of environment,which can be major issue for this service center kindly check the workshop of this service center, & their tools,as they are of 18th century or 21st,is that a honda (workshop) service center very poor, shame for company
                            I have given my Honda Eterno vehicle for a simple repair on[protected] and every time, when i visited the service centre -in-charge got the vehicle ready and it was ready for delivery, but it does not start. then he replaces one unit. Again it does not start. it went on like this upto[protected]. Finally when I wanted to pay the bill, I was shocked. It was only Rs.8442/-. The beauty is that the service centre in charge never attended to the complaint for which the vehicle was given (for repair). However, I got my vehice with lot of parts replaced which is of no use other than paying a hefty sum of Rs.8442/-.

                            Now after reading this column, I understood that there are many customers who have undergone this type of treatment from the service centre.

                            It will be appreciated If the Honda company/manufacturer can train these mechanics for doing the repair.

                              i want to complaint against the dealer of activa -sangam autos, modinagar branch,main sahibabad.i bought the activa 1 year later but the battery started giving problems.they replace me a new battery of exide.actually in papers they mention amco company batery. but the give exide battery.but the battery is again started problems when i tell them they give useless reasons.so i myself went to the exide dealer and ask for replacement.but later on they rejected my claim because in papers amco battery mention. the exide dealer said how it is possible.then when i ask the dealer he gave reasons and try to make fool of me.in this the dealer passes my waranty period few days ago.now he is saying that he cant do anything..the exide company is also saying that the second battery activa dealer gave you is second hand.. because in papers there is amco battery.there are lot of complaints against the dealer.....

                              I purchased a Honda Activa that new model from EVM Honda TVM on june-09.I found one problem with my bike is the front mud guard is getting spoiled due to rust,paint is damaging of because of the out let of battery that kept just above the mud guard.Kindly give some directions to product my vehicle.

                                I have an complaint against the universal honda( Authorised Showroom Of the Honda 2wheeler products).
                                I want to purchase an activa so i visited the office o[censored]niversal honda situated at lal darwaja city ahmedabad
                                the on road price of the vehicle is around 52000 but they demand 56000 saying that the accessory is compulsory to purchase.
                                so the cost of accessory is rs 2000 in the out side market and they charge more than 4000 so this is unnecessarily extra burden on the consumer.
                                all the dealers made a cartel and they all are saying this
                                so please do something
                                Non acceptance of complaint there service are not good

                                  I booked a HONDA AVIATOR DELUXE RED in one of your showroom ,HASAN ASSOCIATES PRIVATE LIMITED,PUDUCHERRY,
                                  ,BOOKING NO:B034313 on 27.8.11. From the date of booking the showroom executives told that the vehicle will be delivered within 45 days.There is no response from the dealer even if we call him through phone ,there is no proper and relevant information from the person concerned.
                                  The current status what the dealer said is you come to our showroom directly and cancel the booking order stating that we are not in need of the HONDA AVIATOR DELUXE RED as it is getting delayed and to book some other model of honda after giving a letter in the showroom. . We planned to get Honda aviator deluxe because of the features what it possess,as because of your dealers response we regret for choosing Honda aviator .

                                    I currently own a hero honda hunk.My warranty period is about to end in a month.My digital speedometer is not working since 2 long months.A new one costs Rs[protected] as per the dealer.Although its included in the warranty,the dealer is not able to provide the same as company doesn't supply it to them.The question is "Why does the company provide such a fake warranty where the warranted parts are not given care??"
                                    "Why isn't company able to provide the parts?"
                                    "Why is there no provision to extend warranty for such critical cases?"

                                      I went A.S mortors gwalior for my 1st free service.

                                      after the service was done i went back pick up it and without my render notice the engine oil was changed and i was asked to pay Rs 180/- for the oil change which was not mentioned in any document. the total run was only 600 km.

                                      I went Hasan Honda in Mudaliarpet Pondicherry for 1st free service. I get charged for engine oil Rs.180 and labor Rs.110. Totally I Paid Rs.294. I asked them What's meaning for FREE SERVICE? They didn't answer properly. Everything eyewash. First they pleasing customer and they are making business by sucking money from the customer. Worst management. Top level staffs or management are responsible for this. Do you think they don't know this?

                                        I visited at shaibag Ahmadabad (Gujrat) Honda show room for booking active. They told me give, 1000/- to booking amount and it will take a time 8 to 9 month. I say ok I pay you that amount. Its one type of deposit for you for 9month so you have to pay me interest on that amount. At that time Mr. Tajendr came in this matter he is store manger of that store. As per him 500 person are given 1000/-Rs. As a deposit at our store. I reply him this is not a good thing you are using that amount (1000*500) its without interest. So you are doing money making . he reply you wont to book hear you can do otherwise door is there. I say take my chque and give me booking memo. And I ask him plz give me knowledge what booking no is going today & what my no. he told that one is confiditonl I can’t give you. I told him must have to give me knowledge of this even. He reply it’s not came in my part. I say ok . suddenly I saw EDC machine is there I told him so plz take my payment from Your EDC machine he reply you have to pay 2.5% extra charge for this. I told him so plz take it if you are not give me any interest and you asking change of EDC machine using. Suddenly he told me I am not going to book you active hear I say why ? he told me you asking us so many question right now. you waist our morning now . They don’t book it so what should I have to do plz give us knowledge.
