hello i am apoorva upadhyay,i bought honda activa new on 23/12/2010 from sahil honda,near 4th bridge,napier town,jabalpur-482001(m.p.) i have complaint against honda activa scooter that it's battery is making problems that within 4 MONTHS it become discharged 3-4 times and a liquid (electrolyte or distilled water or acid) is dropping through day & night from this, our floor and the paint is distroyed(vanished) of front part of scooter and because of this a hole is made in the front matel part of scooter. i complained a couple of times but they couldn't rectified the problem. ones they keep the scooter in their service center for a day for observation of scooter but couldn'd do anything. now i am very dissapointed and frustated because of honda service. they dont agree to replace the battery,though it is within its warranty period . is these are honda's custmor services? after sometime an employee named vijayandra gupta looked after my problem and said that after 1 week new dry batteries will come to their shop for replacement and will inform me but didn't do so,i called him then he said 1 week more then once after that week i went there shop he again replied that 1 week more for reaching the batteries for replacement . Mr.chitpal singh & mr. joseph & Mr.prashant dwivedi(sales executive) also have acknowledgement about my battery problem and once i asked about this from owner of the shop.After that week i called couple of times to mr. vijayendra gupta his mobile is switch off , after calling to helpline i come to know that he resigned(left) his job and i am again in the initial situation. i again went to that shop everytime they misleading me and return me from the service center. they dont show any interst in my problem and make me confused and Mr.prashant dwivedi's mobile is also always busy that i couldn'n make call.PLEASE HELP ME I AM A MIDDLECLASS STUDENT. PLEASE RACTIFY MY PROBLEM my mobile number is [protected]

yes honda company is bunch of fool bliends
Honda bikes are good, but their service is poor and a worst than everything in this world. Anyway we should not buy Honda bikes or scooters henceforth due to their poor service. Let us spread this word across the Internet, so that others will not become as victim.

DON'T BUY HONDA MODELS...

    Dear Sir,
    I brought my Brand New Activa from Honda Authorised Dealers M/s Mascot Motors, Nagpur. After 1 month i brought down to M/s Mascot Motors for First Free Servicing Of My Activa and deposited my vehicle key with them but after servicing of My Activa i received a Phone call from service center that they are unable to locate my locate my vehicle key and asked me to bring the alternate key which i have with me i was completely panic after listening to this i reached their service center with my Alternative key and found that they have lost my key after hearing this i loose my temper and i started firing them for their negligence towards customer property also at the time of delivery the Logo/Trademarks of Activa at the top of Handle was vanished or u can say stolen from it.

    To settle this issue their Service Engineer promised me for New Locks for Vehicle at their own expenses and also provide me the Logo for Handle. For this they asked me to wait for 7-8 days which i did and also after this they were least bother about this issue and i have no sign of their follow-ups even after 7-8 days so i contacted them and they asked me to bring the vehicle to the their Service Center. After taking my vehicle to them

    1) They provide me with Logo which got stolen at the time of servicing.

    2) Coming to second issue about my Lost Key they are unable to provide me with new lock on insisting to this i was asked to purchase new lock at my own cost and they can only insure my lost in returns of Duplicate Key from Local Key Makers. I was totally stunned by their statement it was a do-do situation as i have found no other ways to deals with it. Also they promise the key produce i.e.Duplicate from key makers will be of good quality and i have no problems in future. But after 1 day after handling me the Duplicate Key i experience problems with my vehicle lock with duplicate key as they are not Genuine to which i again brought the vehicle to service center and again insisted on providing New Locks because for sure Duplicate key will result in wear & tear of my my vehicle lock.
    But they what do is they lubricate my lock and handed over me the the vehicle stating that the key is good along with their meaningless comments. 2-3 Days have passed i am still experiencing problems of mating with my lock
    & Duplicate Key.

    Sir i seek your help in this matter and request you take strict action against this Faulty Services Of the Dealer (M/s Mascot Motors, Nagpur)

      Dear Sir,
      I have purchased a Honda Shine from R.K Honda (Dealer code- WB050001) Paschim medinipur on 07/09/2008.bearing engine no- JC36E9247728 & chasis no- ME4JC366H88145789, Receipt no- 1798, from that first date of driving there was a noisy sound in engine and at the time of every servicing I noticed it to distributor and listed my complaint in their job card. but they neglect my complaint upto last servicing period. My warranty period is passed, now they advised me to change the clutch housing. when I said them that it was my first complaint from first servicing they said that they were not understanding that fault of engine then.
      Now I pray to enquire the matter & take problem of my two wheelers. as soon as possible unless arrange to issue the copy of job card of my all servicing as I can take the privileges of law under consumer forum.

        THIS IS ABOUT VERY BAD EXPERIENCE DURING OUR MANDATORY SERVICE OF HONDA ACTIVA.
        WE GOT A NEW HONDA ACTIVA ON[protected] FROM HONDA DEALER AT BARODA(DOWN TOWN). NOW THERE ARE FOUR MANDATORY SERVICES WE HAVE GET DONE FROM ANY HONDA DEALER AT HONDA WORKSHOP. WE WENT TO S N MOTORS. ANAND GUJARAT. FOR OUR FIRST TWO SERVICES. BUT THE STAFF AT THE SERVICE CENTER DO NOT RESPOND WELL. THEY DONT BEHAVE PROPERLY AS WELL AS THEY NEVER WASH THE ACTIVA WHICH IS MANDATORY IN SERVICE. WELL THIS S N MOTORS PEOPLE DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF OUR BROKEN SIDE STAND WHICH THEY BROKE DURING THE ONE DAY STAY OF ACTIVA AT THEIR SERVICE STATION. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE BUT THERE ARE LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE SN MOTORS SERVICE & SALSE. SO PLEASE DO NEEDFUL IF YOU CAN.

          I DR.K.PARDHU GAVE MY SHINE BIKE FOR SERVICING ON[protected] AT KANAKADURGA HONDA SERVICES VIJAYAWADA AND ASKED TO COMPLETE WORK BY MONDAY..i.e[protected].
          THE SHOWROOM PERSONS ALSO TOLD ME TO COME ON[protected] EVENING) TO TAKE THE BIKE.
          WHEN I WENT SHOWROOM ON[protected] THEY TOLD THAT THEY HAVE TO FIX A SMALL SCREW AND IT TAKE A WEEK FOR THEM.. THEY ARE SAYING THAT, THAT SCREW IS NOT AVAILABLE IN SHOWROOM AND LOCALLY IN VIJAYAWADA NOW.
          I AM VERY UNSATIESFIED AT YOUR SERVICES.
          I BEING A DOCTOR NEED TO GO TO HOSPITAL DAILY AND AM FACING BIG PROBLEMREGARDING MY TRANSFORT.

            i purchased the new hero honda xtreme on 24 aug 2011 and on 3 sept its got a problem , whenever i put it on the top gear , it start producing some irrelavent noise and then i took the bike to hero showroom they have kept it for 7 days replaced some parts and i have paid bill for that as they are saying the engine parts dont have warranty but the problem is not solved , then on 20 th sept i again submit the bike to the showroom and till now i havent got my bike . when ever i call to the showroom they are saying that we dont have parts for your bike to replace so you have to wait .
            so what should i do now???reply me soom

              I PRABHAKAR KOLVANKAR, AGED 68, had booked a Honda Activa Dx White Color in October 2009 at OM SAI AUTOWORLD, Chincholi Bunder, Link Rd, Malad (W), Mumbai : 64, I was told delivery of vehicle will be given within 6 months.However, they did not inform about delivery. Thereafter, I had gone casually to inquire the present position on 20th August,2011 and immediately paid the cost of vehicle by cheque No.975677 dated[protected] drawn on State Bank of India, Mind space, Malad(west), Mumbai for Rs.51,466/- and same has since been realized and must have credited to Company's account.

              Again I inquired with company about delivery of vehicle on Sept 25, for delivery on auspicious day of Dussehra festival Oct 6. Now representative of OM SAI AUTOWORLD, Malad, told me that they are not sure to give delivery before Dussehra Festival and will have to wait for few weeks more, when called at the Office the phone is always kept on HOLD or transferred to UNCONCERNED people.

              I do not understand despite their assurance to deliver the vehicle after 25 days from the date of payment on Aug 20, 2011, why the DELAY, this kind of service does no justice to the reputation of HONDA.

              In this connection,I shall be glad if you will look into the matter and arrange to give delivery of vehicle before Dasara festival, Oct 6.

                Hi, I also have Hondacity of 2008 model. I drove only 21,000 km and its single hand drive. When I drive last week to office, lot of sound is coming during the rise. When I went to White field honda, they said clutch has gone and it will cost 15,000 Rs. will it cost 15K? Looks like its a big scam from Honda and its service centres.
                I heard the same problem for lot of 2008 model cars. There is a major design problem with Honda city cars. We have to talk to honda guys regarding this issue.

                    With ref to My vehicle no.TN20 BT3151,I have purchased Honda Shine two wheeler from your J.S.P Automotive - Anna Nagar Showroom on 25.05.2010, Till now I have drived only 3000 KM suddenly the battery was totally dead when I have checked in the workshop(J.S.P.Automotive - Ambattur) they are saying that the battery was not original and It was not company batter . Till now I have left my vehicle on service only in the Amabttur J.S.P.Automotive Workshop only and no where else, I have a doubt that somebody from there only could have changed the battery. When I have asked there response was not proper and they gave customer care mail Id to complaint but from there also no response kindly look into this matter

                      Dear Sir,

                      This is to inform you that, I C.R Sebastian, have purchased a Scooter (Honda Activa Model : Code SCV100Q) bearing Chasis No.2M 68475528 from the dealer M/S Johns Honda, Puzhakkal Road, Thrissur,Kerala on 29/12/2006. Presently I am working as a Bank Manager in Thrissur town. The Registration Number of my Vehicle is K L 08 AL 6260. I am staying in Aranattukara within 3 kilometers from my office and I am maintaining my vehicle very well and also would like to mention that the Vehicle is sel[censored]sed.

                      I am maintaining my Vehicle as per company guidlines. After the completion of the service period, I have taken AMC at M/s Johns Bi-Wheelers, Karikath Lane, M.G Road, Thrissur. I had also done full service of my Vehicle with M/s Johns Bi-Wheelers on Two occasions under AMC. Last service was done on 28.08.2011. After the service/checking the Authorised dealer did not mention any problems on my Vehicle. Naturally I was on the impression that the Vehicle is in good condition. But unfortunately on 13.09.2011 I found that there is some problem in the Vehicle and the Vehicle while riding was tilting downwards and was about to fall on the road & I had a narrow escape from a bus coming from the opposite direction. Immediately I approached the dealer, but was shocked to hear from him that the chasis of the Vehicle is damaged within a period of two week after the service, I feel that the damage is questionable because immediately after the service, the Vehicle could run only a few kilometer (i.e a short distance only).

                      As a valued customer, I have respect to the Company & its products. Lastly and not the least, your Authorised dealer charged a hefty amount of Rs.6439/- including Rs.1500/- as service charge. I humbly request you to please look into the matter and to ensure that these kind of incidents due to lack of quality service should not happen to anyone in future.

                      On this occasion, I would also request your goodselves to refund an amount of Rs.6439/- incurred by me as it is not a mistake occured from my side. Kindly inform me any remedy to avoid going further to Consumer Court in this regard.

                        Respected Sir/Madam,
                        To whom it may the concerned that I am a consumer/buyer of CB shine Honda bike. The bike was baught by me on 4.02.2011 from Sudarsan Honda Itarsi (M.P) with frame number ME4JC36CAB817359 and engine no. JC36F2258043 The bike was given for its first servicing on 28.02.2011. Despite being serviced, it started emitting excessive smoke and started giving unusual service. Due to this we filed a complain to Gurgaon factory & dealers but all was in vein.
                        On 2/03/2011 we took our complain in front of Frontier Honda Jabalpur & it was looked upon by their manager Mr. Mehra, but our astonishment we were told that for this we have to give an extra amount of money, which we refused to pay and to our refusal, we were told that there are no spares part available at the moment we will get our serviced bike late.Thus on 15/05/2011 we left the bike for servicing which we received on 22/05/2011. The bike started emitting excessive smoke within 15 days of servicing .
                        Discouraged by the response of Frontier Honda Jabalpur we choose Sahil Honda Jabalpur .But unfortunately Mr. Mehra had joined Sahil Honda Jabalpur as Manager and since we had already met him at Frontier Honda & we have already rejected his proposal of extra payment of money that time, so here he refused to listen anything from us. He also misbehaved with us which has further discouraged us and lifted our faith on Honda.
                        We just want to know what wrong have we done by laying our faith on HONDA that we had to go through such embarrassments. I hope you are going to look into this matter and redeem us.

They repaired but meter do not fitted, we objected but they said meter is not available, for that we will liked to complaint. Please take immidiate action for it.

                            I am sandeep p. patil i have purchased honda cb twister Reg no-MH12-GJ-3301 from AERO WHEELS pune. Since i have took out my byk from show room i was facing problems in GEAR SHIFTING & and other problems are solved by them but main problem of GEAR SHIFTING was not solved by then
                            I was approched to showroom more than 12 times but every time they took my byk and then says problem solved but actually problem was not solved by them .Now iam think that was my biggest mistake that i have purchse HONDA bike. So i think now i have to go to CONSUMER forum to solve my problem i[censored] r not able to solve my problem. i have all proof regarding the problem.

                            Pragnya Honda service, okhla delhi is very very bad, they just third class.
                            there is nothing about the services.
                            when you go there for your bike service then they will not fix the issue or if fix then that will not be permanently because the service manager and team are very irresponsible.
                            if you go there with a problem then will revert with another different new problem which they never accept as the service team is very bad and manager is too in cooperative.

                            I have purchased a Honda twister in june 2011 and from the date o purchase i m facing vibration issue in steering and unbalance issue while get break while driving but there is nothing solution provided yet as i have left bike there around 6-7 times.
                            even they missed my stickers from the bike and then after 15-20 rounds visited and shouted then i got after 2 months and another they broken my speedometer wire but they never accepted.
                            then according to my requirement i purchase personally and fix the same.
                            so overall pragnya honda peoples very irresponsible and they just bull guys.
                            so be careful when try to reach there.

                            Please treat the below complaint with utmost priority as I cannot be made to runabout after spending 2 lacs on a motorcycle with persistent problems

                            Moreso, no one at the service station seems to be qualified enough to rectify the issue rather than suggesting to “wait” which will compel even more damage to the motorcycle

                            Awaiting a response within 48 hours, post which the same will be lodged with the consumer court @ www.consumercourt.in/two-wheeler/

                            Hi All,

                            I have reported the below problem since the motorcycle was purchased, however repeated services and evaluations does not seem to help

                            Please note that the white smoke still persists after the block and piston were finally changed on my 3rd and final service within warranty

                            The white smoke emitted from the exhaust is prominent when:-

                            1. The bike is cold and is idling during startup

                            2. The bike is warm and idling during traffic signals or stopovers

                            3. The engine is revved above 4500 RPM

                            When noticed right at the onset, the bike seemed to be burning oil as the quantity of oil replaced during service was significantly lesser than 1.4 L. When I spoke to the service technician and reported the incident, I was told that it could possibly be due to the exhaust containing some residue oil, which will burnout eventually over 500 kms, hence was requested to wait for 500 kms after the 3rd service and report the problem if it persisted. I am exhausted and frustrated at the lack of expertise on HMSI’s part to rectify the fault, especially it is a brand new motorcycle and has not even completed a year !!

                            I under no circumstances want to be told that the problem will be rectified OOW since the 3rd and last service is completed, failure to comply will result in a legal complaint being logged with the consumer court, as well as involvement of the media in highlighting the lack of customer service and requisite knowledge / training to identify and resolve a mechanical issue. Considering the current bike is prone to problems which may extend beyond the engine to other critical parts, I need this problem rectified without any reoccurrence of the same, or else demand a brand new motorcycle in lieu of the problem still not being rectified !!

                              This is Arun Residing at Tambaram, chennai, i bought a Honda shine bike on April2011 at Didar Show room at anna salai,ch.MY REG:No:TN- 22-CZ 5065, because of distance i gave my 1st service to Lodha Motors Sanatorium, Chennai. which is very near to me, Again my 2nd service i gave to the same service centre, and inform the problem persist of petrol tap is not working, if OFF mode itself its running, so ask them to change or service it. after the service i found that the problem was not rectified, again i gave my 3rd serviceon(31/08/2011) to the same Lodha motors, sanatorium, informing my previous issue and reminding it i already complained in my 2nd service too about the same petrol tap problem, and they make mark on their Job card itself important..& i took back my bike from the service ill check that while keep in OFF mode petrol Tap and i driven around 10KMS and more it was running.stilltoday in the OFF mode... this is very worst service given by the servicer.. last 3services i saw while going to service centre any of the customers fighting there for some reasons... Actually they are not at all servicing just do water washing and return back, and they charging for Oil Change , i dont believe that too, they are changing or not, because after giving service to them, i feel the bike sound is baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa like this.... Not only me, my friends also given the same comments on Lodha Motors.. kindly take an Action on them, and solve my problem. next time i plan to go legal complaint.

                              I hope the Honda company will look in this for maintain there Brand Name.

                                I have purchased a CBZ Xtreme hero honda bike on 8th august 2010. From february 2011 there has been a problem in the rear shock absorbers of the bike. I brought this thing to the notice of the hero honda servoce centre in sakchi,Jamshedpur. But the mechanics have not taken this seriously and till september the problem persists. With each servicing they just change the engine oil and wash the bikes without attendind to the problems.

                                  Pls chk the response fr Ring Road Honda below:

                                  They have accepted to get windshield replaced realizing the fact that this was their mistake (acceptance in bold in their mail below).
                                  But now they are refusing to do so as this is delayed for one year.

                                  ON BOTH THE OCCASIONS i.e on 05/12/2011 at mileage of 58113 kms & on 29/05/2011 at mileage of 67686 kms(while servicing of the car) I HAVE REQUESTED TO GET MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED BUT THEY CAME OUT WITH AN EXCUSE OF NON AVAILABILITY OF WINDSHIELD.

                                  I kept on requesting but they kept on delaying it for non availability.

                                  THE CHEAT POLICH OF RING ROAD HONDA SAYS, KEEP ON DELAYING THE THINGS ON BASIS OF NON AVAILABILITY N THEN TURN IT ON TO CUSTOMER THAT THIS IS DELAYED FOR 1 YEAR SO WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT REPLACED.
                                  THIS SOUNDS REDICULOUS.

                                  IF THEY WILL CHECK THEIR RECORDS EVEN MY Registration certificate & Driving License ARE LYING WITH RRHONDA SINCE THEN.

                                  Bottom line:

                                  1)THERE WAS NO DELAY FROM MY SIDE.HAVE REQ SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY KEPT ON DELAYING FOR NON AVAILABILITY
                                  2)THEY HAVE ACCEPTED THAT THIS WAS THEIR FAULT AS WINDSHIELD WAS NOT FIXED PROPERLY
                                  3)THEY WERE TRYING ALL THE TIME TO GET THIS FIXED THROUGH MY INSURANCE POLICY SO THAT THEY ARE NOT SUFFERING ANY LOSSES FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
                                  4)WHY SHOULD I BE LOOSING ON NO CLAIM BONUS ON MY POLICY FOR A MISTAKE THAT WAS COMMITTED BY RRHONDA
                                  5)IS THERE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FROM DEALERS RIND ROAD HONDA’S SIDE TO CHECK WITH THE CLIENT REGARDING FIXING OF WINDSHIELD REALISING THE FACT THAT THIS WAS THEIR MISTAKE.

                                  Pls advise where have we gone wrong.We should not have trusted RR Honda at first place.They are just smart in skipping with their responsibilities.

                                  The fact is that they were trying to get it fixed through insurance company so that they don’t have to pay from their own pockets.

                                  SOMEONE IS TRYING TO WASH HANDS FOR THEIR OWN MISTAKE WHICH IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

                                  Kindly note that RR Honda body parts manager Mr Pramod checked crack on my my replaced new windshield (as per mail attached below) & confirmed that crack was b’cos of lapse from their side in fixing new windshield..He even agreed to get it replaced FOC realizing that this was their error.
                                  After that they kept on delaying the things for one or other reasons.

                                  Today Mr Pramod called after been approached through HONDA, informing me that he will be get it replaced through my insurance policy & I have to bear some expenses too.

                                  Pls advise 2 things:
                                  1)Why should I be paying for any lapses which occurred from RR Honda’s side
                                  2)Why should I allow them to claim money fr Insurance policy & loose my No claim bonus.

                                  This type of practice is unethical & totally unacceptable.Looks like we are dealing with unprofessionals

                                  OUR ALL HONDA CARS ARE SERVICED/REPAIRED BY RR HONDA SINCE WE BOUGHT THEM.

                                  Kindly note that one of your authorized dealer Ring Road Hinda Gurgaon got my windshield replaced few days back.Within coupls of days it started cracking fr the left side corner without any damage fr outside.Same was informed to the lady n someone was supposed to visit our place to chk it out.But till now no one turned up.Even the mail was floated to their MD but we didn’t get no response.

                                  To my utter surprise I realized later on that there is a small crack at the corner on left hand side of the glass which is increasing day by day.
                                  This might be for the reason that glass in not been fitted properly.Really fail to understand how can it happen even though RRHONDA took 8 days to fix it.
                                  Could you pls look into it & get it sorted.

                                  Ring Road Honda is highly unprofessional firm, , , , they jus work on tips and nothing else, if you don't pay them extra they will delay your work and compel you to complaint. They are also into making of illegitimate money. Recently I admitted my car in their workshop for minor work for which they informed me that the insurance policy does not cover all and I will have to pay them min Rs. 5, 500/- whereas when I contacted my insurance company they informed me that I'm only supposed to pay 1000 rupees and that's it. The insurance company surveyor is too party to this act. Their should be strong action initiated against RR Honda and the Bajaj Allianz Insurance company surveyor.

                                    I have to mention this to all buying bikes from Dhruvdesh Honda Yelahanka, they are the most unprofessional and unethical company you can ever come across wherein for them customer is a and they are right always .

                                    From the Time i have purchased the bike from them they are constantly harassing me eg when i had an issue for mileage and complained to the customer care manager sangeetha she was so damn rude and went on record saying it cant happen and is not possible to my shock and horror they refuse to even check.

                                    secondly though they have given a detailed document on when the servicing has to be done still 1 month before the due date they will call you and argue that the information that we have is incorrect and we have to do the service as per their demand and the worst part is they never believe and will call you atleast 10 times and even threatening stating we will lapse your warranty BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN U DEAL WITH THESE GUYS THEY ARE PATHETIC AND HAVE THE WORST STAFF TO HANDLE THE CUSTOMERS.

                                      hi sir my name is dinesh...iam from the state andhra pradesh.. city nellore... regards iam buyed hero honda cbz xtreme bike on last year...iam having warraty...all needs...iam purchased dis bike in hero honda sarayu show room in nellore...near mini bypass road...in dis speedo meter was not working past 4 months and fuel indicator was also not working...but raising dis complaint so many times but there not bringing spares...to the show room...so u pleasee take kindly action regarding diss...or orther wise i wiill legally...iam totalyy..not getting any proper reactions from your service providing side so iam asking u kindly raise complaint and slove dis problem immediatelyy...my mobile number [protected]...

                                        I THINK THIS IS BIG NETWORK HAS WORKING NOW. BECAUSE IF START THEFT IN ONE AREA AND PLACE CONTINIUOSLY 6 TO 10 BIKES WITHIN A WEEK OR MONTH. AND WHO WILL BUY ALL THE VEHICLE AND WHERE IT BE SOLD AGAIN BY THE THEFTER. SO, HERE SOME ONE LEAD BIG DEALS WITH THEFT VEHICLE AND SOLD SOMEWHERE. ITS VERY COMMON IN TAMIL NADU LAST 1 YEAR.
