unavailability of spare meter

poor servicing

I have purchased a CBZ Xtreme hero honda bike on 8th august 2010. From february 2011 there has been a problem in the rear shock absorbers of the bike. I brought this thing to the notice of the hero honda servoce centre in sakchi,Jamshedpur. But the mechanics have not taken this seriously and till september the problem persists. With each servicing they just change the engine oil and wash the bikes without attendind to the problems....

Harrasment to customers

I have to mention this to all buying bikes from Dhruvdesh Honda Yelahanka, they are the most unprofessional and unethical company you can ever come across wherein for them customer is a and they are right always .
