Got the new bike with lot of scratches

I have purchased the Honda Activa from Saphire Honda, JP Nagar, Bangalore on Oct 1st 2011. When I went to collect it on the delivery day after registration, I really got shocked to see lot of scratches every where. They said, they will replace all parts next day. They have wriiten in the invoice abt the replacement. I some how got convinced and went to the show room for replacement on the next day. I literally had to fight with every one...

Clutch problem

Hi, I also have Hondacity of 2008 model. I drove only 21,000 km and its single hand drive. When I drive last week to office, lot of sound is coming during the rise. When I went to White field honda, they said clutch has gone and it will cost 15,000 Rs. will it cost 15K? Looks like its a big scam from Honda and its service centres.
