This is Abhijeet again Vehicle no.- HR 29 Y 0248, who already complained about 2 months ago regarding the service provided by Regent Honda in Sector-15 A, Faridabad. At that time my bike battery was on warranty but create some disturbance so they charged it but result remain the same. I put up the complain and the processing was stop from there side only by discussing the matter with me.

Although i decide to change the service station and prefer to get the battery charged from outsider. Now after a month i again went to REGENT HONDA for servicing and asked them to change the battery and Rear mirror( for this i asked them for last 6 mnth). But at the time of job cart they told me they will change the battery and get the Rear mirror for me. but at the time of delivery they simply told "We do not have battery and rear mirror on our Stock".

and every individual who purchased their vehicle from their showroom have the same complaint. I found Stunner as a waste for me and its not self start its now dhakka start.

The best part of Regent honda is that every individual have attitude there. It seems like they do something great by selling the bike to us. and now we have to bear their attitude. For an inf. i need to go here and there. Mr. Girish, Great guy, dont want to listen anything.

I dont know how Honda give Licence or dealership to these kind of person.

But at last i left with dhakka bike and know its going further as well.

I am Abhijeet Dey. I own a stunner bike and purchased it from Regent Honda, Faridabad (Haryana). Last week i went for the service of my bike and got my bike on sunday[protected]. but my problem remain the same so i thought to have it service again. but the problem remain the same. Today on Friday[protected] i called them up and told them about my issues but they are such a illiterate person and do not cooperate with me at all. When i told them i would complain against your franchise they simply replied "GO AHEAD". It meansHonda provided these franchise full liberty of exploiting customers and play with customer money.

This time i am going to complain and spread all these about Honda companies and specially against Regent Honda, Faridabad, Sec-15. on all forums and Social networking sites. If Honda provides any of after sales services, please coordinate with Regent Honda and try to educate those illiterate that After sales Services is much more important than Sales.

Rest Its depend on you. I am doing my things, further i never suggest any of my friend to go for Honda bike or also recommend them to spread all these to their friend as well.


I send this mail to customer service of honda , but i received the same mail that i read on these forums. they also do cut, copy and paste work. I would suugest honda instead of sending this copy-Paste work, look after the matters. it would benefit their company.

My Bike is 10month Standing. Because my bike 'Block Pistan $ Indicator Switch problem' this Part are not avilable in showroom. i m many time contact to show Room but Service Is not Ok

    Hello,
    I have bought a Honda CB Shine bike on 19th May, 2011, and since the day I purchased it, I am facing multiple issues with the bike. Regarding the same, I have dropped a long mail, with all details and relevant pictures and documents as well to [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com. However, I haven't received any kind of reply from them yet. Its been 3 days now since I dropped the mail, but there's no acknowledgement mail as well from them.

    I can forward the mail to you, if you provide a mail id, since it contains attachments as well, and the text also is too long to post here.

    Can you also please confirm whether the Honda Two Wheelers customer care mail id is "[protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com". I couldn't get their customer care mail id from their website, however I got it from other threads on your forums.

        Dear Sir,

        I have Honda Stunner bike, I purchase AMC from Prangya Honda Okhla, I use to servicing from there only but i m not satisfied by their service.
        Every time when i give my bike there to resolve some issue they not done through.Even when I told then that i am not satisfied by service they still not asked me for issue and they just sleep. Is that a professional way ? I am realy very unhappy by there service, even they don't have bike parts and it has done many times.
        So please do needful asap.

          I purchased a Honda Unicorn Two Wheeler in Suryabala honda showroom, Coimbatore on last month in full cash Payment.
          From the very begining of the purchase of my vehicle itself i had front suspension problem in left side fork. I am not able to drive more than 60kms and the gear suddenly getting strucking so the vehicle is tending to fall down due to this front suspension problem. During the first service I also complaint about it but there is no remedy. So when I contacted to the concerned persons the are not properly replying to our questions.

            I had purchased HOnda City Ivtec model.In Which Sales Man MR Gunjan & Mr Darshan has commmitted the discount & free acessories not provided to me.And Even my Car parcing is still pending from last 3 month.Even RTO Vehicle no also not given to me.

            I had follow up lot.But they r not responding to me.

            Such a big brand provide these type of services its very ridiculous.

            Pls look into these & revert me with solution.

            I had made mistake that bought car Honda city from Ahmedabad Landmark.

              This is Reetam, I purchased my bike Passion Pro in the month of May, 2011 from Shubhyan Motors Pvt, Ltd. Shop No. 5,6 & 7 Mega Center, S. No.: 143, Pune- Solapur Road, Hadapsar, Pune- 411028.
              I had given my bike for 1st free servicing on 26th July & after the 1st service I am facing difficulty with my battery. Neither auto start is functioning nor the horn, light, indicators with their full functionality. I had submitted my bike multiple times with this problem but no one is taking proper corrective & preventive action & the problem remains unresolved. This has forced me to launch complain against Hero Honda as well as Shubhyan Motors. Is this type of service expected from a reknowned company & retailer??? Looking forward for proper solution.

                I have purchased the Honda Activa from Saphire Honda, JP Nagar, Bangalore on Oct 1st 2011. When I went to collect it on the delivery day after registration, I really got shocked to see lot of scratches every where. They said, they will replace all parts next day. They have wriiten in the invoice abt the replacement. I some how got convinced and went to the show room for replacement on the next day. I literally had to fight with every one in the show room for the replacement. They said, they cant replace now. It came like that from company etc etc. And they redirected me to service center, godown, show room many times. I spent almost a day to fight with them to get the things done. Finally they replaced those parts and screwed up other things. When they replaced the parts, they have screwed up many things. More scratches on other parts and they used some paint to cover those scratches and slipped the threads of many screws. They keep postponing abt all these. For the entire last week, I went to godown/showroom again and again in the morning. NOTHING WORKED OUT. I lost the patience after seeing their response and too much redirection. Nobody is responsible and blame on others. They just tell some reason to escape pon that day. For any details about this complaint, you can contact me @[protected]. My sincere suggestion is DONT EVER BUY 2 wheelers in SAPHIRE HONDA, JP NAGAR, BANGALORE. You will get the used piece. They will simply do mix and match with the defect parts.

                  I am Ajay from Patna.I have purchase a Hero Honda Glamour on 6th Oct. 2011 from ASHA AUTOMOBILE, Byepaas, Patna. After 7 days of purchasing, my Hero Honda Glamour Bike's Front drum plate of tyre is broken due to setting of bad and weak product. When I'm inform this matter to
                  the Asha Automobile. The showroom Manager said to me that your problem is solved within 25 days but 40 days is going on. No action is taken by Asha Automobile. And after 10 days of purchasing, my Hero Honda Glamour Bike, my Bike's battery is going dead. Due to drum Plate, I can't able to use my front break. As same as battery also, I can,t use Horn, Passing Light, Self Start and my Kilometre Metre is stop working due to dead battery.
                  Today, 45 days is going on, My Problem is unsolved from the showroom. I'm requesting you to take action against the Asha Automobile for his bad service.

                    I have booked Honda Activa scooteron 5th Jan 2011. Serial No.20504 Enquiry no.63934 and paid Rs.1000/=.At booking time they verbaly tel a new production unit starts on April 2011. So the required one year time to be reduced. But now I enquired they tell now they deliverd November booking. So please check the matter and do the needful at your end.

                    I have booked a Honda Activa at the dealers show room of the company SAI POINT AUTOMOBILE PRIVATE LIMITED THANE at 6 june 2010. Booking Receipt No. is 23187 in the Name of Surekha Sandeep Patil & the booking Amount is One Thousand Rupees. Date of delivery is 10 october 2010 .When i used to go to enquiry the Dealers staff told us to come on 25 september 2010 for full payment of vehicle with documents .when i went for making full payment , today, means on 25 sept 2010 they told us that they couldnt provide us vehicle on commited delivery date due to honda company's problem more also they gave me another date that is 27 october 2010 which too late .
                    Due to some my physical reasons i need the vehicle urgently i[censored] need medical papers i am ready to provide it .so I want to complaint about the dealer & want vehicle as soon as possible or to give me penalty for the late delivery.

                      Honda Plessure - starting problem
                      Honda Plessure - Auto start problem
                      Honda Plessure - Faulty dry battery provided by dealer
                      Honda Plessure - again wiring fault in the plessure & said it is manufacturing
                      Honda Plessure - starting problem problem
                      Honda Plessure - Noise will occur in the front side of plessure
                      Honda Plessure - Air pipe was broken
                      Honda Plessure - Oil was spoiling & damage the body

                      From the above service records it is clear that from 7 times the vehicle has been serviced
                      By Plessure Authorized service center.
                      Even after repeated complaint and service, the basic problem of vehicle has not been detected and solved by your
                      Service centers. The money spent is not my constraint here. Still I am not able to use the vehicle comfortably.
                      The details of complaints shall be collected by your service dealers & i already talk to Mr.Bipinbhai but he was not respond very well.


                      1. Excide battery problem (used recycled battery at the time of delivery of the vehicle? Or Excide company has supplied sub standard batteries?)
                      7. Even after completion of one month service centers unable to set the proper idling.they just convince that every time they replace the parts if again problem was occur but never replacing the plessure. can u tell me why replacement was not possible ?
                      i am not satisfy or comfortable with this plessure so, i need to replacement.

                      During the past one month of the Plessure vehicle I have faced enough problems and given enough chances to Set right the problems.
                      Hence hereby I request you to replace the trouble giving "PLESSURE" at the earliest. If the company is not willing resolve my problems,
                      I have decided to lodge legal complaint as per the consumer act to CONSUMER CELL against the service centers and the manufacturer.
                      I have collected all the supporting details, However I would like to give a last chance to you to resolve the problem to avoid
                      unnecessary complications in future.

                      Hope you will take necessary action in the regard.

                        By Activa Authorized service center.
                        Even after repeated complaint and service, the basic problem of vehicle has not been detected and solved by your
                        Service centers. The money spent is not my constraint here. Still I am not able to use the vehicle comfortably.
                        The details of complaints shall be collected by your service dealers by referring above Invoice and date of service.
                        For your kind reference the major complaints lodged during every service are as follows:
                        1. Unusual Engine sound after completion of ONE YEAR use.
                        2. Self start problem.
                        3. Why the engine bearings has been replaced @ my cost within one and a half years o[censored]se? to resolve the unusual engine sound.
                        4. Sudden drop in engine performance like loss of pulling power.
                        5. After every service sudden jerk during average speed and stopping of the engine.
                        6. Excide battery problem (used recycled battery at the time of delivery of the vehicle? Or Excide company has supplied sub standard batteries?)
                        7. Even after completion of one and half year service centers unable to set the proper idling which gives trouble @ traffic signals?

                        During the past one and a half years of purchase of the ACTIVA vehicle I have faced enough problems and given enough chances to
                        Set right the problems.
                        Hence hereby I request you to replace the trouble giving ACTIVA at the earliest. If the company is not willing resolve my problems,
                        I have decided to lodge legal complaint as per the consumer act to CONSUMER CELL against the service centers and the manufacturer.
                        I have collected all the supporting documents, photographs and videos. However I would like to give a last chance to you to resolve the problem to avoid

                          My bike UNICORN got a complaint with gear shifting.And serviced by JOHN'S HONDA Thrissur.They replaced Spring,Gearshiftr(24651-KSP-91) and Spindlecomp.,Gear (24610-KSP-91).The problem was within standard warranty period and the in warrantycard warranty covers these parts. But JOHN'S HONDA did not given me any warranty conditions and rejected my request without any reason.

                            A truck came and hit on the back of my new HONDA DIO on 24/6/2011 (KL-11-AH-7929) (Violet) which is purchased on 23/04/2011 (invoice number- BV344). As a result of this the back part is
                            damaged, Break light, left side body cover and Sticker (Violet) (only back part), also fiber Part at the back of dio( back lock attached part) and Left side signal Light. After that I visited the Honda dealer in
                            Kozhikode (K T C Motors) as I purchased the bike from there. Every time I told them to change the parts broken in accident. But there was no stock of new Dio parts. They told me that "we are
                            forwarding order to the company for new parts. I visited for 6 to 7 times but they told me that they don’t know about commence of parcel (parts). At Last I met the Parts Manager SANTHAKUMAR for
                            replace the parts as early. I also called the parts section Manager of Honda Mr RAHUL He told me that to contact the Dealer KTC Honda Calicut and to inform him the part numbers of necessary parts.
                            But after that I visited the showroom and talked to Santhakumar regarding the problem. But he did not do any further steps to get the parts from HONDA .Then I collected the parts numbers and send SMS
                            to Parts Manager RAHUL three times. But there is no response from RAHUL also. In this condition how I can get new spare parts from HONDA. I want them to deliver the parts immediately.

                            I am also suffering from exactly same problem. My Dio's mud-gaurd has been broken and I have checked at least 6-7 times at a Honda showroom in Noida but the part was never available. I checked even yesterday, same response. I am now searching for some website which can supply Dio part by taking order online.

                              As per instruction given for pre servicing in your manual but after servicing the vehicle given the average of 40 km per litre.regarding this plz take the necessary action for this.

                                I BOUGHT A NEW HONDA SHINE ON JANUARY 10, 2011. AFTER 2 MONTHS, IT'S VISOR BECAME LOOSE. THE CONNECTION OF VISOR TO ONE SCREW HAS COMPLETELY GONE.
                                WHEN I ASKED THE DEALER, THEY TOLD THAT IT MAY BE DUE TO VIBRATION.

                                  I PURCHASED BIKE HERO HONDA PASSION PRO + FROM RAHUL AUTO AGENCY OBRA, I HAVE COMPLETED MY THREE FREE SERVICES BUT I AM NOT GETTING MILAGE OF MY BIKE ABOVE 40 KMPL IT ALWAYS COME 37-38. I COMPLAINT MANY TIME TO DEALER BUT ALWAYS HE SAYS THAT IN NEXT SERVICE YOU WILL GET THE SAME EVEN I SENT MY BIKE 3 TIMES BESIDES THE SERVICE TRIP, EVERY TIME THEY REPLY THAT NOW FROM ONWARDS YOU WILL GET THE 60 KMPL MILAGE, BUT TILL NOW I AM NOT GETTING MILAGE OF EVEN 40 KMPL, AND MANY OTHER PROBLEM I AM FACING LIKE SUDDEN ENGING STOP DURING RIDING WHEN I APPLY BREAKE ALSO ITS HAPPENS, STARTING PROBLEM ALSO I AM FACING.

                                    I am salman.the vehicle in my ownership KL 9 X 2093 Honda Aviator met with an accident.it has been given to repair,in Ghani Honda, palakkad on 12/09/2011.They told that it will be returned with in one week.but it has never been given till first oct 2011.The vehicle is still in the same condition as it is before and for the same reason i had come to the service center a number of times.But there was no response.I am a regular user of the vehicle.so i kindly request you to consider the complaint as soon as possible and make a solution immediatly.

                                      I HAD PURCHASED THE HONDA CB SHINE (BLACK) ON 1ST SEPTEMBER 2011 FROM
                                      STERLING HONDA SHOWROOM ,KSB CHOWK, PIMPRI ,PUNE, MAHARASHTRA ,INDIA . IN CASH.

                                      BUT THE METAL BODY OF THE VECHICLE GOT RUST ON IT AND EVEN THE COLOUR
                                      HAS STARTED DISSAPPEARING TOTALLY.

                                      COULD YOU PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF MY COMPLAINT AND TRY TO AVOID SUCH
                                      THINGS FROM HAPPENING AS WE DO HAVE TRUST THE BRAND AND SERVICE OF THE COMPANY.

                                      ALSO COULD YOU ARRANGE FOR REPLACEMENT OF BIKE .

                                      i am A.C.Arunprasadh, my bike no is TN02 AR 5713 and model is CBF125P and it has been only five months after i bought it .For the past 3 weeks, my bike arises problem of getting friction sound & vibrations along with gearbox problem also .Already i complained two times in JSP HONDA MADHAVARAM HIGH ROAD PERAMBUR, CHENNAI 11.They took the bike for service and returned it in the same condition but they gave the report as they changed the gasket headcover and gasket cylinder head cover for the first time and the next time with changing of lubricant . But i lose my bike's originality and i can't able to drive with this condition.when i asked the branch supervisor, he was not responding properly please rectify my bike's problem, otherwise reply me what legal steps should i take .

                                        hello i am apoorva upadhyay,i bought honda activa new on 23/12/2010 from sahil honda,near 4th bridge,napier town,jabalpur-482001(m.p.) i have complaint against honda activa scooter that it's battery is making problems that within 4 MONTHS it become discharged 3-4 times and a liquid (electrolyte or distilled water or acid) is dropping through day & night from this, our floor and the paint is distroyed(vanished) of front part of scooter and because of this a hole is made in the front matel part of scooter. i complained a couple of times but they couldn't rectified the problem. ones they keep the scooter in their service center for a day for observation of scooter but couldn'd do anything. now i am very dissapointed and frustated because of honda service. they dont agree to replace the battery,though it is within its warranty period . is these are honda's custmor services? after sometime an employee named vijayandra gupta looked after my problem and said that after 1 week new dry batteries will come to their shop for replacement and will inform me but didn't do so,i called him then he said 1 week more then once after that week i went there shop he again replied that 1 week more for reaching the batteries for replacement . Mr.chitpal singh & mr. joseph & Mr.prashant dwivedi(sales executive) also have acknowledgement about my battery problem and once i asked about this from owner of the shop.After that week i called couple of times to mr. vijayendra gupta his mobile is switch off , after calling to helpline i come to know that he resigned(left) his job and i am again in the initial situation. i again went to that shop everytime they misleading me and return me from the service center. they dont show any interst in my problem and make me confused and Mr.prashant dwivedi's mobile is also always busy that i couldn'n make call.PLEASE HELP ME I AM A MIDDLECLASS STUDENT. PLEASE RACTIFY MY PROBLEM my mobile number is [protected]

                                        yes honda company is bunch of fool bliends
                                        Honda bikes are good, but their service is poor and a worst than everything in this world. Anyway we should not buy Honda bikes or scooters henceforth due to their poor service. Let us spread this word across the Internet, so that others will not become as victim.

                                        DON'T BUY HONDA MODELS...
