i met with an accident on 11 Feb 2011 and my scooty's front parts are being smashed totally so i have given my scooty in SREE HONDA MOTORS civil lines on 19 April and till date i have not got my scooty as they don't have the required parts for my sccoty.Every now and then they use to say that the parts is being dispatched from main office so you will get your scooty by next week but till date their next week has not come don't know when their golden week will come and i will get my scooty.Don't know what sort of service you provide and how you handle your company if you are not being able to send the spare parts .when i bought DIO i thought that Honda is a very good company but now i can say that Honda is one of the worst company i have ever met,its really disgusting.KINDLY SEE TO IT AND SUPPLY THE PARTS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. The required parts are :-


1.FRONT BODY UPPER (RED COLOR).
2.FRONT FENDER (BLACK COLOR).
3.CHOKE INNER.
4.BATTERY STAY.
5.FR. WINKER CH/RH(ORANGE COLOR)
6.H.L ASSY.

      Sir / Madam
      I am an owner of Honda Unicorn Bike in India with Reg. No. KL 40 E 4438, I purchased my bike from your dealer - Muthoot Honda in India ( Kerala, Ernakulam ) . My concerns are following.

      1) After one or two days ,I purchased my Bike, the bike was not getting started with the electronic starter .I contacted the dealer and was asked me to bring the bike to their service center for rectification.I submitted my bike for the first free service when it reached 500Kms of running. At that time I found more complaints that the chain was loose and I asked to fasten the chain also.
      I recieved my bike after service and was said by the service personal that the listed complaints were corrected.
      But from the next day on wards the electronic starter failed to work with.
      The chain was still loose and on my checking I found that they even didn't attended the chain tighting .
      I informed the same to the service center and the reply was to bring again my bike back to service center

      2) I am facing a problem with slipping of gear while riding. When I informed the same in the first service itself - the comment of the service personnal was it is happening for all unicorn bikes up to 6000 kms.I cannot even just imagine such a fault from Honda and if that happened so I believe Honda had already found a solution for that. After that I submitted my bike three times for service still noe the complaint persists
      Will there be any solution for this ?????????
      Whom shall I contact with to get my problems rectified ????????
      I dont trust the service of Muthoot Honda any more
      Please suggest somebody else who is trustworthy.

        I can booked active honda from R-honda Gurdaspur show room. sir i can know that the if i can booked honda on the Rs.44,419 show room price on dated[protected] .But when the show room are giving the delivery of active honda they are charging rate of booking present i.e. dated[protected].sir if i can booked a honda on[protected] price then how can the show room owner price will take the present date. sir please tell me that the can company give the new active honda with honda sticker of rs.250/-.sir please help me that about my booking and also give me help.

          without service the scoother was given to me . at 10 o"clock when i reach the service station there was big line of customer . after 2 hours my turn came .job sheet was filed by the staff and the time given to me to collect the scooter was 4o"clock.around 5o"clock i give a call and ask that my scooter is ready they said yes and when i reach there found that nothing was done to my scooter .the space was filled with brand new activa ,no space for service was left . the staff was not giving any answer for my question

            Would like to bring to your notice about the 3rd rate poor service by Honda Didar Motors in Anna Salai (Thousand lights) Chennai.

            I had a very bad experience. Didar had my vehicle for 2 days without attending the complaints I had notified during booking the service.
            The service advisers are totally unprofessional. Do not know how to behave towards the customers. They try to escape from the fault. However had to finally admit, which was the most ugly part.The excuse taken was - "Spares not available" and this was informed, after me suffering lot of pains.

            Didnt expect such a bad service from Honda.

            Already being dissatisfied several times, since the time of purchase (purchased from KUN Honda Adyar) starting from the wait time for delivery, Honda has always been proving inefficient, except for the Engine quality.
            If not the quality of the engine, Honda wouldn't exist only. Honda having its own peculiar rules puts more pain on the customers. Above this the dealers take more advantage of it, pulling the customers as and where they wish. The customers are forced to bear all these pain just because that we have bought Honda vehicle.

            I have given my vechile during first week of december 2011 (after an accident), Didar service engineers tried to escape that there is no spare you have to wait for next two months. I have agreed. Now they are coming saying that it will take some more months. How Pathetic condition the service of Didar... Even the response is not good, each and every time you to go ask/ They will not come and say proactively.

              Respected Sir,

              We had sent the following mail to [protected]@honda.co.in whose id was available on the web site but no reply received also we are not satisfied with the response from the showroom from where we had purchased the bike requesting you to intervene. n

              This is to inform you that we had purchased one of your product which is honda shine (modle cbf125mca, frame no. me4jc36dgb8140745, engine no. jc36e2408547, invoice no. 11In02302). But we are not happy with the product as we had faced the following problems,

              1. The front wheel is defective and due to which it shakes while driving at even a speed of 30-40 due to which there arises a possibility of mis-balance and may lead to accident. When contacted to your showroom from where the bike has been purchased they say that the wheel is not proper and it needed to be changed, the scan copy is attached herewith for your reference of the receipt to replace the wheel completly of the NEW BIKE.


              2. The showroom people are sending to distant places which is 15-20 km apart (total 35-40 km when we return). For each trip we are not even treated properly and sent to local mechanic to change the tyre. we don't know why we HARASSED for the fault of the company. Do you have any kind of agreement with the local mechanic to transfer the fund for the new wheel, or do we have to pay initially and then we will be compensated.

              3. At the initial level it is your responsibility to sale non defective products but you have sold an defective product. We want to know why this has happened as we had paid you for a non defective piece and received a defective piece. And the people here are also not responding properly.


              4. Also the fuel indicator is not working properly which is also an error in the product. Also there is a starting problem in the bike which they say it is due to new bike it it but we dont think so still after 310 km it is the same even after one service still the problem remains.

              please let us know what should we or if this mail needs to be forwarded to some specific id then also let us know

              Sir active 2wheelers grey colour Engine No- OJC44E5311089 & Frame No - ME4JC448DC7311040. I HAVE FULL CASH PAYMENT DEPOSIT IN 15 APRIL 2012 IN AMIRT AUTO SANT BHAWAN ARYA NAGR JWALAPUR HARIDWAR. MY ACTIVE IS BIG PROBLEM. MY PROBLEM ALSO WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SHOWROOM.

              WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT AS WE HAND FACED THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS,

              1. The front wheel & back is defective and I have going to three time service center but my problem is not a done.


              2. Second problem fuel indicator is not working properly and showroom people is your are after 1 week meter is change. I have three time but not change my home to service center distant 20 Km when return.we don't know why we HARASSED for the fault of the company.

              3. Third problem Engine/Silencer out in different sounds.Service Center this problem is not responding properly. After I meet to PA to Gen Manger but problem is salutation.

              4. Fule legged problem but fule legged but problem is patrol is a normal legged .

                Hi,
                This is to bring to your notice the huge black market of honda activa in Pune, due to which, customers like me are suffering a lot. I've booked an activa from one of your showrooms in hadapsar "Yash honda". The dealer is telling me a waiting time of 3 months even when I've no specific color preference, however if I pay the entire amount in advance ( which is 55k in total, again increased price, due to high demand), he promises me to deliver it in one and a half months. I'm utterly disappointed that no action has been taken against this huge black market due to which people are suffering a lot and also this is adversely affecting the honda image and surely activa sale as well, as many of my friends have already suggested me to go for some other option, which obviously i dont want to. Sincerely hoping some immediate action from you in this regard.

                  I gave my bike to the service centre on 30 june 2011 of JOSHI HONDA PANCHKULA, and two months have passed and I did not get any kind of satisfactory reply from the company....

                  M very disappointed and harrased, and humbaly request you plz help me so that I could get my bike as soon as possible..........

                      Myself Satyendra kumar prasad customer of hero honda hunk bike no. DL 5SY 8793. I Want to register this complaint for the unsatisfactory service since last 2 services iam not satisfied at all. Iam really very dissappointed with your service as you have a great market value as we all know hero honda is famous for its product & rest the name is enough
                      Today I’ve given my bike for service and notified them about the problems occuring in bike but when i got the bike back after the service what i see that the washing is not done & the wax polish is sprayed in a manner as if they are in hurry even electrical complaint like zero metre reading gauge, rear brake tightening likewise tunning of the bike is not done now I am frustrated after arguing with them again and again because the mechanics as well as the employees are not ready to resolve the problem & try to ignore all this & unfortunately I am very sorry to say that i[censored] won't take any legal action against it then I am gonna file this complaint in Hindustan Times that you are providing unsatisfactory as well as incomplete services.

                      I’ve registered complaints about the the bike service as below:-
                      • Right hand side mirror was to be installed
                      • Zero meter reading gauge should be lubricated so as it do not stuck after pressing it
                      • Shocker oil leakage
                      • Left hand horn switch is free moving
                      • Break shoe is to be installed
                      • New chain set
                      • Air filter check
                      • Front disk tightening
                      • Both hands grip
                      • 2nd Teflon coating(amount they have already charged before)
                      • Engine oil
                      Out of which only 4 is done rest they didn’t feel important to do so
                      Engine oil, new chain set, rear break shoe, & shocker rod

                        i purchased a hero honda hunk self start version from jammu ,j and k automobiles national highway digiana,after purchasing in just 15 days its start noise in engine ,i went to service provider station of j and k automobiles,after long efforts ,haraasment and by wasting of tym and due to non avaibility of spare parts ...it took 2 mnts to get correct that problem,can u believe dat just 566 kms drove bike engined get opened....its damn hard to believe..they opened it and make it gud to show me....but again after driving just 89 kms its again start complaining same problem again there,again i went to sevice station and again wasting of tym they opened engine again...after 3 days i get my bike...........but still after driving just 100 kms its again start noise in engine..................now i finally decided to filled a case against hero honda regional office and sub dealer j and k auto mobiles for non resolving of my bike issue,customer harrassment, and selling me flaw full bike..................................

                          I have purchased HONDA ACTIVA from M/s.Shivam Honda on 7th May'2011 but due to my bad luck I met with an acccident after one month of purchase and took the scooter to the above service dealer for repairing work on 11th July'2011. All the insurance formalities had been completed within two days. I have been regularly following up with the service dealer for completition of repair and early delivery. But to my surprise last week I came to know from the dealer that the parts are not in stock and will be available next month i.e. in September'2011. I had also discussed with your Regional Service/Spares Manager last week in Bhubaneswar while he was on his tour to M/s.Shivam Honda, Bhubaneswar and got assurance that the parts will be available next month.

                          Now tell what shall I do except or waiting for indefinite period.

                          Kindly, give me immediate feedback for early repair and delivery of my scooter.

                            My bro has purchased a honda stinner 8 months back. in the beginning we used to get 60-65km/ltrs but after the first servie the milage dropped drastically to 35-40kms and the same time the speedo meter cable broken from inside. So went to the service center where they said there is no guarantee for such parts even if its broke from inside. it was only a month old and a part gone, when i said i will pay for the replacement they did not have a cable with them. I went to all 3 service centre in our district no were it was available. Some how i got it from my local service center aftr waiting for 3 months. I have shown my vehicle in all 3 service centre, they tried to increase the milage by doing something but didnt help. the other big problem is the chain keeps getting loose every week. U can not fix it urslf, every week taking the bike to service center n waiting 4 them to tight it is a big headache n u have 2 pay 20bugs to that also. and the battery of the bike is not at all good.. After 15days of purchase the battery died completely without doing anything. called the service center, they came to take the battery n said we will get a free replacement. when asked how it went dead they said the battery is not manufactured by honda and we can not tell how long it comes. the guy came teached us how to put jerk to start the bike without battery n said we will get the replacement battery in 15days.. So we used to put jerk n start the bike wherever we stop n all the people around looking n laughuing at us as new bike not getting start.. n the bike tyres not good, doesnt have any grip.. wasted money 2 change the tyres also..

                            the guys in honda couldnt fix d milage prob but a local garrage guy neear my home did something n now atleast 45-50km i get.. thanks 2 him..

                            I checked the same with around 10-15 guys in my area who own a honda bike like stunner shine n unicor there is no positive reply all r fed up with HONDA

                            so NEW BUYERS please DO NOT BUY A HONDA TWO WHEELER except activa

                              On 6th of August, 2011 I left my vehicle Honda Shine TN 10 T 8847 in KUN Honda Service Centre, Ashok Nagar, Chennai for servicing. The complaint was some hard noise was coming from the chain while riding the vehicle. One of their service persons (Aravind) who was instructed to attend the vehicle neither started the vehicle nor opened the chain guard to check the problem informed the supervisor Shri Janakiraman that the chain sprocket was worn out and the same had to be replaced by a new one which cost around 850/-. When I questioned how can he tell without attending the complaint in a proper way Shri Janakiraman assigned the work to another person called Basker. He checked thoroughly and told that there is no problem with the Sprocket but with one of the chain links. Another complaint lodged by me was clattering sound is coming from the place of tail light while riding.
                              I took the vehicle only on 9th August as they bargained time to get the chain link. They had rectified the problem of chain by changing the link which was earlier reported as sprocket problem. Otherwise, I would have been unnecessarily forced to spend around Rs.1,000 towards the cost of sprocket and labour due to the irresponsible attitude of the Service person.
                              As the vehicle was delivered only at 11 'O' clock and I was in a hurry to go to my office I took the vehicle immediately and left. While riding the vehicle to my office I found that the horn was not working properly, self starter was not working, clattering sound from brake light had not been corrected. I informed the Supervisor about these problems. He asked me to bring on another day. Today when I took the vehicle Shri Janakiraman, Supervisor was not available. Instead someone named Deon who was acting on his behalf asked Mr.Don to attend. He opened the battery unit and told the battery to be replaced. When I told him to rectify the tail light problem he behaved in a rude way and ordered me to go and wait in the waiting room. The person who initially reported that my vehicle had the sprocket problem joined with him and intimidated me. I questioned him how he made wrong diagnosis to change the sprocket he became furious and the acting supervisor also joined with him shouting that I should leave the place immediately. So I asked them to close the battery unit and hand over the vehicle to me.
                              If the persons working in a reputed concern are behaving like rogues to customers and misguiding them just think of innocent customers. If action is not taken on these persons your company will lose lot of customers in the near future.

                                  I bought a Passion Pro bike(Reg. no. OR-01-R-3331) from NEELAM MOTORS (BALASORE, ORISSA ) and from the time of purchse of my Passion Pro bike I saw the mobile is licking from the HEAD, Plug, Packing and from the Smoke from the Silencer till date. I have compalained several time during my service to till date to Supervisor Mr. Ramesh Chandra Panda of NEELAM MOTORS (BALASORE, ORISSA ) WORKSHOP,but he never responded to my complain.. I told to the supervisor that why it happens again and again since my purchase ,he replied that it happens from the defectiveness of bike..the said supervisor is not responding to my complain and ignoring all the time. if asked repeatedly, he is misbehaving with me.pls do the needful in this regad in settlingmy problem at the earliest possible time by intimating him to settle the problem so that he will change the same .they doesnt provide a satisfied service to the customer.
                                  By doing this type of activities they are finishing the reputation of hero honda company..

                                    Hi , Don't buy any hero honda vehicle, now a day they concentrate only on no. of vehicle manufacture only. Not for quality as per earlier. You may think it might be 1 vehicle out of 100. but think you will bye only one, if it is not quality then what will you do? Here am sharing my experience, from day 1 tyre air reducing, 2. battery down for 2 timeskick also not working. mileage below 30kmpl only. No 1 worste vehicle.I have raised till zonal office but there is no response. I am going to consumer court. 2 times I have pushed my vehicle by hand around 1/2 an hour since it is not starting. now more than 10 days show room only for service. Please take care of this. I am going to release this into press also

                                        respected authority,
                                        I am an owner of Hero Honda Glamour 2010.The motorcylces was bought from and under dealership of GURU ASSOCIATES,GURUVAYOOR.
                                        I found that the battery clamp of my motocycle was broken during service and then soldered.This wasnt informed to me by the dealer and on enquiring about they were arguing with me that i should pay for it.
                                        WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE FAULT DURING SERVICE?
                                        IS THIS JUSTICE TO A CUSTOMER?
                                        AND AM NOW RUNNING WITHOUT EVEN A SPARE BATTERY...!!!!!
                                        They even challenged me for complainting..
                                        So i kindly request you for an approriate action against this and inforamation of what to do next.
