Actual Dealer name is STERLING SPARES PVT LTD since the same is not available in the drop down hence selected Sai Point Honda. I had been to VJ HONDA Services Ulhasnagar to inquire on the servicing of my activa recently purchased before 3 months. Earlier they informed me that total charges for servicing will be rs.150 now they are asking to pay rs.1500. Are they being trained before there placement in the honda showroom as the behaviour of the staff was very rude not at all helpful. No professionalism at all. Do you people train your staff on the importance of customer service ?????? i never expected such rubbish and unco-operative service from a reputed company. Staff with such a attitude is spoiling the name of the brand also. there is a problem in your production that within 3 months only i had to contact the service centre for servicing. Kindly get this checked with your respective branch in ulhasnagar teach them what is customer service how to speak with the customers's???????? Was this information helpful? | |||

THEY ARE NOT TREATED ME PROPERLY... THEY ARE CREATING A HUGE AMOUNT OF BILL ALWAYS...
I.E 2500 OR 3000. NOW IN MY ACTIVA THE ONE SMALL SPARE IS MISSING ... PRICE IS RS12... I TOLD SERVICE ADVISOR TO SOLVE... HE TOLD... NO SIR U ARE LIEING... NOW TELL... I AM GIVING 2500 AT SERVICE AND NOT TREATED ME PROPERLY... SIR I AM REQUESTING TO U SOLVE MY PROBLEM...THANK YOU

Huge Issue in the VJ Honda showroom in Ulhasangar, No proper service to the customers, No proper behaviour, Service is not proper, Huge Waiting Time, Service Guys are so irresponsible, that is spoiling the brand of Honda.. and they changing the original parts also during the free service

I am here in the vj honda service center here is no customer support provide by the staff of vj honda. I had done two servicing of by activa 4g scooter they do nothing. On the name of servicing they just wash your bike nothing else they I am suffering from that can any one help me regarding this

The scooty we took over 1 month ago its not working properly its engine got a problem in a week its took very dificulty to start the engine its not working properly and others please it humble request to you take our bike and clear it !!

I was booked Honda activa 6g from VJ honda dealer badlapur (maharashtra).
due to production issue i was waiting since feb till the time however they was always saying that we will give you bike in 5 days and 10 days everytime.
after I was finally cancel my booking in 23rd march and requested my DP 10000.
till the date i didnt received my money back. I went there 5 times but still they are saying we will give you in next 2 days.
request you to please look in to this matter or else i will complaint on the business and local dealer.

Im rushikesh son of prabhakar Girkar .My Bike also owned in his name. I had serviced my Bike (CBUnicon150-ABS / Black) two days in advance. There is a very strange sound now in the bike. Before servicing the Bike, there was no sound coming from the Bike and now there is noise coming from the Bike . Besides, the Gair-box is Not working properly as before.
I'm Raising my complaint from service center But in the sense Them says The bike is all ok ?what are the way of service center problem are solve?
My only problem is why do you give the Bike to servivicing?In order to run properly, but in the Bike is creating issue by servicing here, then No means To service from VJ Honda...
