I have purchase a motorcycle Registration No.DL13S J 6285 Glamour on 17/12/2010 from M/s Aman Motors, A-7 Brij Puri, Wazirabad Road, Delhi-110094. The Hero Honda Company has given to me 6(six) & 3 years Warranty but above said showroom/Workshop manager is saying that your fourth service was cancelled because you are late comming for service and he is giving to me fifth service why please tell me in detail. I want to say that against M/s Aman Motors last three services was not satisfactry/good and now the manager is saying that some electronic part/some others parts of motor cycle will be change please tell me why on my mobile no.[protected]

    I have bought the new cbz xtreme with double disc on 17 july 2011.
    This bike is screwing me with the mileage of 35km/lt.
    this bike's engine heats quickly when drived in the hill region.
    when bike's engine heats then bike doesnot ride well in hilly slop.
    this bike has top speed only 85km/hrs with full accelerator.
    Is there anyone from the Hero Honda who can help me.
    I am totally screwed up.

      Dear Sir,
      I have bought one honda city from crytal Honda , Pune . there has been finishing mismatch at the rear right side ,.....the car body with the bonnet. When addresed d i was told that it is that was only and there is nothing wrong.
      I had doubts and got it checked out side and found out that its a manufacturing fault and there is breakage of joint in car body. Please help solve this.
      Further i have bought this car on 27th May 2011 and within 15 days the price was dropped by 60,000/- and further Rs 50,000/- cash discount and Rs 15,000/- corporate discount is being offered. That make the difference to 125000/-
      I think that being a reputed company should compensate customers in cash or kind because the price fall is very high and is within few days of purchase.
      I was being told that the warrant is decreased but that makes a difference of Rs 15000/- only. Please Help.

        I am Dr Prasad Nayak.Bought my Honda City from Apex Honda dealership based in Santacruz ,Mumbai just 3 months back . Car has run less than 500 Km.

        The next day after my second service , my car refused to be put in gear .Forced to stop my car I called up Roadside assistance who toed in my car .

        To my utter surprise the service guys from Apex Honda service ( Kurla) called me up and told me that the Clutch has worn out ( in just less than 500 Km !! ) and I need to pay another Rs 22500/- for clutch repairs and that I need to pay them by cash ( only ! ).

        I went to Kurla service station and met the General Manager there who told us that the clutch had failed because of "Half Clutch" .

        I have been driving Fiat for last 16 years and never ever had I faced such a problem ! I have not been putting my leg on the clutch pedal permananently , however In Mumbai traffic u need to use A,B,C every now and then .

        Is Honda not able to design the vehicle to suit traffic jamms in Mumbai ?

        Or Is Honda Hiding behind inferior quality of cluch ?

        How can the clutch fail after 500 kM ????

        I THOUGHT THE JAPANESE WOULD BEHAVE DIFFERENTLY BUT IS SEEMS THEY ARE NO DIFFERENT !!

        IS THIS NOT CUSTOMER ECCENTRICITY ?

        ANYBODY LISTENING MR.SOICHIRO HONDA ???

          45 days before I buy a hero honda glamour bike from nagappa motors in kilpauk, Chennai. After 25 days noise was come from 3rd gear, when I was driving suddenly the gear was locked and backside wheel not rolling, That time I scatting in the main road my good time I settled without damage & bike not moved a single inch. And then temporarily bike serviced. After that I went to first service to nagappa motors in kilpauk & I said all my bike issues. One person filed the forms like gear problem. I said again & again it’s not a gear problem, It’s like gear locked please ensure you words are correct or not. That person not hearing my words and also that person don’t have any knowledge about bikes. He given the list for first service oil nearly Rs.400 & do you want to protect your bike please take the Teflon (I don’t know exact name) coating it’s nearly Rs.350, Totally he said Rs.700. That day evening I got a call from nagappa motors. Your bike was ready please come & pick your bike. My area is porur after 2 Hrs bus travelling I paid money Rs.700 I got my bike. When I was leave from nagappa motors steps my bike has been affected the same gear noising problem, They just doing the water wash. Again I returned to nagappa I ask to mechanic my bike was not ready. He take my bike driving a km and then he ask to me why you didn’t say anything about gear problem. i got very angry. He said take your bike with problem after 2 days come for service. But I didn’t accept. I leave without bike. Now 15 days gone still my bike was not ready. It’s in nagappa motors workshop. When I ask to mechanic, He said only part not available. This is a excellent service & fantastic customer satisfaction.

              Subject of Complaint:
              Bad quality of silencer, it leaked very soon, Byke is producing very bad sound (cacophony). Product defect of company. I contacted service agency Noida Sec.-11 (Prakash Honda) and told them about this problem , the warranty checker of the agency took the photographs of the defected part of byke and sent STR Request to the company, it's been 15 days still they & we have not got any response from company. The incumbants have not taken any progressive action regarding this case due to which i am facing a lot of inconvenience. It is reducing my faith in Honda , a leading brand, so please take a quick action in this case asap.
              It is a great misfortune that the circumstances will lead me to complaint in consumer court if i am not paid attention to , by the company.

                Dear sir,
                I have purchased one splendor plus bike from kandhimathi motors. i have problem with my bike in front wheel vopling i said that problem to senior service supervisor in the first service.
                But he didn't solve my problem.He said that due to tyre it may comes and use upto 1800 kilometres it will cure.But it doesn't cure i had informed it to him for my problem he said that ur bike center chase should be changed and he told chase is put on order but not yet received.
                so plz take my complaints and take some actions towards my problems.My bike number is TN 76 V 5367. I have brought from the Dealer Kandthimathi Motors from tirunelveli. plz reply me for my problems

                  They are not delivering vehicles in correct time,and they are not giving priority to the booking ones.If we are paying full amount also they are not giving vehicle.I got an incident Trivandrum Marikar dealers, i feel that they are transferring vehicles to the other one in giving more money them.they will take the vehicles from the priority customer to non priority and who all are giving more money extra they will give the vehicle..so kindly take action against this,,am informing to you as customer,kindly give the values to your customer please.

                    I have purchased a Hero Honda Hunk for my son B. Vikram from M/s.S.K.Bykes, T.Nagar, Chennai-17 through M/s.Reliance Motors Ltd. On 8-6-11. we have observed a leakage of air in both the tyres (front and back) and it was reported to your service centre while doing the first servicing and inturn the approved service centre (Navas Automobiles, West mambalam, Chennai-33) have informed us that this may be due to a manufacturing defect and hence advised us to take to M/s. Reliance motors Anna salai for necessary inspection and remedy at their end. And accordingly we have taken our bike and gave it to Reliance Motors today i.e. 30-8-11.(Please refer their JOB CARD NO.83710) for necessary action. When we have approached them in the evening for collecting the bike, we were informed their inability to replace it as they have to take it to MRF for necessary replacement for which they wanted 3 to 4 days time. When I insisted that (as given in the manual) it should be replaced as this falls within warranty and there is no mention that this should be replaced only by MRF. And hence they have refused to replace the tyres and tubes. As for as I am concered this falls within the ambit of the dealer concerned and and not a third party who is not in the picture at all.



                    And this falls within warranty I would request you to kindly replace the tyres and tubes (both front and back) immediately without further delay of time.

                      I hereby take your notice that the battery of my motor cycle CB SHINE was damaged within the period of warrenty. Then I was submitted to your deler but he takes one month time to replaced it. Now after replacement the battery the self start could not happned. It may be due to the battery nto suitable for self start motorcycle.

                        well i purchased aviator on 17/2/10 from Sangam Honda, Sahibabad, NCR-Ghaziabad.i constantly noticed that the battery is not working properly.i noticed my problem in the first four free services.i told the service representative about this problem.but the battery gave problem like self start was not working properly.On 9 aug,2011,i gave vehicle for 5th servicing.as soon after servicing i took my vehicle a mile on the road,battery stopped working and kickstart was jammed.when i went to their service representative,he paid no heed,i mean he wasn't concerned about customer.after that he said that you need to change battery.i suggested him to charge the battery and improve out the performance of kick and vehicle.he suggested me to come tommorow.i went next day and again the same reason.i mean isn't it disgusting.you're coming for 2 days and your problem is still unsolved.it's been 2 days and performance of mine aviator is still the same.

                          my Activa got damaged in a road accident after the formalities of insurance when it serviced i found that my footmat has been changed and one side mirror was not fitted. even then newly fitted speedometer was not working properly its fuel meter is not working so far , when i complained some Mr. Saxena he replied in a reputed service centre nobody will change your footmat even during the AMC period I requested many time for repair my fuel meter but nobody take care of my complaint.

                          HAVING A STARTING PROBLEM IN ELECTRIC START, PROPER TUNING OF THE ENGINE IS NOT DONE BECAUSE THE STAFF IS NOT TRAINED AS PER THE REQUIREMENT OF THE VECHILE IN MY HONDA ACTIVA
                          i gave my Honda Activa for repair three times this year as the switch nor the kicker does not switch on the scooter quickly. They Honda service centre charged me RS. 7738, 2870 and 3119 each time but the problem still persists. I would like to know whom should i complain to.
                          Dear Sir,

                          I am to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities that The Service centre located in Ranigunj, Hyderabad, A.P. is rendering very poor service, as the people working in the service centre are not qualified properly to handle the customers to their satisfaction, They are misleading and taking the customers for granted by giving suggestions contrary to the requirement and not working on the complaints made at the time of service. 1. Since the past 06 months I have been complaining of my bike i.e. (HONDA SHINE with disc brake and alloy wheels, and self starter) that my steering part was vibrating and hence my driving was not smooth, 2. Petrol is robbed, and the serivce advisors mislead the people by asking to replace the spares with new ones even though the parts can work for some time. so please help me out where and to whom should I complain

                          I have honda shine and it is in garantee period with one service left. But whenever i drop my bike for servicing and told the problems they just wash the bike and get it back. this happens two times with me. My bike having starting problem from the first day of purchase and it is still there and also the gear box problem. I told about the problems to engineers who are working in the showroom but they told me it is not a major problem. Sometimes when I start my bike the kick is left at bottom and it will removed by manually. And now I went to service station for 3rd free servicing then they dont take my bike for servicing even my bike is in Garantee. (Purchasing date: 30.11.2009).
                          Please kindly take neceesary action and do the needful.

                          Though after promise of company's executive service by dealer is not improved. It takes 1 hour to hand over the vehicle for servicing and 1 hour to get the vehicle after servicing.
                          It seems there is no difference in company and executive of company both are from same category. In hindi ek hi thali ke chate bhate

                            Subject: Non delivery of Kinetic Honda Scooter Model SCV-110VType 2ID Colour Grey by your Local Dealers at Patiala.

                            Sir,
                            I have booked a Honda Scooter with M/S :Llaypur Motors, Patiala keeping in view the name and goodwill of your esteemed company in the country rather abroad as there is complete satisfaction of the customers in all respects at your end.
                            I have booked the subject cited Scooter with your local Dealers at Patiala, on[protected] vide Receipt No. PR04642 Booking No. BO04687 and a sum of Rs. 1000/- was deposited as advance booking.
                            In this connection, it is intimated that at the time of booking it was told that regarding delivery they may be contacted after 15 days. After 15 days when I went to their Show Room it was told by the representatives (Mr. Varun) of the firm that if I am ready to purchase accessories with the Scooter then they will give the delivery of the Scooter within next 10 days otherwise it will be seen when your turn will come.
                            It is further intimated that neither any list has been displayed by the firm indicating when the seniority of any customer will come. This way they are making the deliveries at their own with accessories. When I refused to get accessories they are unwilling to give delivery of the vehicle. They flatly/openly told if you are not ready to purchase accessories with the Scooter it may take rather 4 months from the date of booking. Moreover the behaviour of the staff of the firm is very rude and non cooperative.
                            It is further intimated that such like dealers are defaming the name of the company just for making money by giving accessories with compulsion, otherwise there is no ruling of company to purchase accessories. It is, therefore, requested that the necessary instruction be imparted to your Dealers at Patiala i.e.M/S Lllaypur Motors, to give me delivery of the Scooter booked by me as shown above and they may also be instructed to avoid purchase of accessories with the Scooter.

                              I am having two activa and wanted to buy third one. When I gone to Universal Honda - Naroda they said that I have to compulsary make payment for accessories, one year Annual Maintainence Contract and for the 5 year extended warranty. Activa cost around 52000 but being above mention compulsary payment I have to pay around 57000, which is gross injustice.

                              Kindly requested to look into the matter and take action as early as possible

                                i met with an accident on 11 Feb 2011 and my scooty's front parts are being smashed totally so i have given my scooty in SREE HONDA MOTORS civil lines on 19 April and till date i have not got my scooty as they don't have the required parts for my sccoty.Every now and then they use to say that the parts is being dispatched from main office so you will get your scooty by next week but till date their next week has not come don't know when their golden week will come and i will get my scooty.Don't know what sort of service you provide and how you handle your company if you are not being able to send the spare parts .when i bought DIO i thought that Honda is a very good company but now i can say that Honda is one of the worst company i have ever met,its really disgusting.KINDLY SEE TO IT AND SUPPLY THE PARTS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. The required parts are :-


                                1.FRONT BODY UPPER (RED COLOR).

                                    I am an owner of Honda Unicorn Bike in India with Reg. No. KL 40 E 4438, I purchased my bike from your dealer - Muthoot Honda in India ( Kerala, Ernakulam ) . My concerns are following.

                                    1) After one or two days ,I purchased my Bike, the bike was not getting started with the electronic starter .I contacted the dealer and was asked me to bring the bike to their service center for rectification.I submitted my bike for the first free service when it reached 500Kms of running. At that time I found more complaints that the chain was loose and I asked to fasten the chain also.
                                    I recieved my bike after service and was said by the service personal that the listed complaints were corrected.
                                    But from the next day on wards the electronic starter failed to work with.
                                    The chain was still loose and on my checking I found that they even didn't attended the chain tighting .
                                    I informed the same to the service center and the reply was to bring again my bike back to service center

                                    2) I am facing a problem with slipping of gear while riding. When I informed the same in the first service itself - the comment of the service personnal was it is happening for all unicorn bikes up to 6000 kms.I cannot even just imagine such a fault from Honda and if that happened so I believe Honda had already found a solution for that. After that I submitted my bike three times for service still noe the complaint persists
                                    Will there be any solution for this ?????????
                                    Whom shall I contact with to get my problems rectified ????????
                                    I dont trust the service of Muthoot Honda any more
                                    Please suggest somebody else who is trustworthy.

                                      Dear sir
                                      I can booked active honda from R-honda Gurdaspur show room. sir i can know that the if i can booked honda on the Rs.44,419 show room price on dated[protected] .But when the show room are giving the delivery of active honda they are charging rate of booking present i.e. dated[protected].sir if i can booked a honda on[protected] price then how can the show room owner price will take the present date. sir please tell me that the can company give the new active honda with honda sticker of rs.250/-.sir please help me that about my booking and also give me help.

                                        without service the scoother was given to me . at 10 o"clock when i reach the service station there was big line of customer . after 2 hours my turn came .job sheet was filed by the staff and the time given to me to collect the scooter was 4o"clock.around 5o"clock i give a call and ask that my scooter is ready they said yes and when i reach there found that nothing was done to my scooter .the space was filled with brand new activa ,no space for service was left . the staff was not giving any answer for my question
