this is to complain that my new unicorn dazzler had a trouble with self start and i had given it for free service as it had done 3000 kms to keerthi honda hosur for rectification but they delivered my bike after service on 03/11/2011 stating that they have rectified the trouble,but the next day vehicle didnt even show neutral with battery totally dropped and didn't even start.so i had given it back for service again to the same keerthi honda dealer on 04/11/2011 but the service personnel told me that the battery has been failed completely and they sent back to the comapny for replacement but till now i have not given the date of delivery and they are not able to tell me exactly when they can deliver the vehicle this is humiliating me this is clear example of poor service backup by honda

    Think is that i always Service my bike from Honda Bhadurgarh....I dont knw its Company defect or Honda Service Center default....
    MY Honda Stunner bike Engine is leaking Engine oil.. i have already complaint it from Manager but He always Say its a normal leaking not a big issue and He said to Mistri use Aireldite(Gum) and stop the leakage...
    And When I Saw It.. I was Shocked There was a Crack in Engine..So Please take Some legal Action..

    And Its In Warranty..

      i am ravikumar from tirupur,

      i have purchased new honda activa in 2009,it is not getting start in both self and kick start,after paid service done by dealer m/s .Pressanna Autombile in Tirupur,but it is in running condition while i giving to service to dealer,but the collected Rs.1057.00,for to find out the fault in activa.
      The main thing is there is no response from dealer side,even we ask any doubt.It is happened for me several times form the beginning of purcahse of activa.The same thing happened to my three friends,who purchased a one shine,one activa,one unicorn.Still we are satisfied with the Honda Activa dealer in Tirupur.Now i given my Activa to outside mechanical shop for service,before two days back. I AND MY ALL FRIENDS AND RELATIVES ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH HONDA TWO WHEELERS DUE TO ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEM.if you have any doubt pls note my reference.

      i had bought a honda activa from jugul kishore honda lko. u.p.
      but right from the date of purchase tehere is a serious starting trouble in the vehicle which could not be cured despite repeated efforts.
      this shows that there is a manufacturing deffect which could neither b removed by jugul kishore nor by bee aar honda lko. despite their best efforts.
      as such it is requested that my vehicle be changed at the earliest.

      My honda activa was bought in Kunhonda showroom, Ashoknagar, chennai.It was hardly travelled for 2500 kms. There was frequent starting trouble and button start stops functioning when the vehicle stops automatically while travelling.It frequently happens and i feel annoyed. It seems there is defect in the battery. I need to replace the battery soon.

      We purchased Honda's Activa in December- 2010 from proper Junagadh city's called GJ-11-HH- 2147 from Honda's Showroom. we used service two times from the showroom. which is related to self start. Because of so many times repairing the problem is there & there. The service provided to us is not proper. The self start button is not properly able to start the Activa.We have told them but they didn't action on that problem. so we kindly request to u. sir, please do the needful for the same. Requiring positive response from your side.

      I have purchased honda Activa in 2006 and the same is sparingly used only for 5600 km. From theh past few months the scooter is not starting on battery regularly. I always kick start in the morning and that too I have to kick for long time. Thereafter it will start on battery after running for some time. While keeping the vehicle idle for more than 3 hours again it will not start on self and we have to kick again. My complaint to Planet Honda in Rajajinagar bangalore, has not yielded any result. Even the service quality is poor and they always find way to replace part. As in the last service done recently they asked me to change air filter ( which is required to be changed only after 10,000 KM)
      Please suggest to rectify the above problem.

        sir
        i am maruthachalam.v purchased a hero honda passion pro bike reg no.TN 37 BQ 0507 on 11.4.11 from suguna automobiles ,avanashi road , coimbatore by the fist service onwards i had the engine valve problem but the service enginer not cleared so that i changed the service station from suguna to MRG motors they did something but on delivery i niticed that the head of the engine paintings are look old when asked about that the said due to heat it may be damaged but the cylinder of the engine looks new as on buy but now the problem arised i again send to SUGUNA AUTOMOBILES service manager and kindly informed the complaints but there is no result on delivery they said some spare inside the engine got the problem there is no spares wait for ten days , i got very hurted and taken the delivery , but i send to a mechanic by private they removed the plug and said the engine got over (dead) because the head is pulling the oil to the plug there is a rich white smoke on the exaust,got very much tensed and complainting to you please get back my bike money from suguna automobiles and so hurted for that too.

          Sir,
          I have purchase AVIATOR in 19th Apr 11 which Reg. No. RJ01 SP 6970, Engine no. JF21E9182212, Chasis no. ME4JF213CB8164736. Last Few days I got problem that my scooter is not starting properly. Two times I Have given my scooter battery at authorized service center but problem is remain same. I gave attention to the parts manager then he told me that these types of battery are manufacturing defect and I left my battery for replacement. At service center by chance I met 2-3 customers they told me that we are suffering from this same problem for two or three months. And there are approx 300 batteries for replacement at service center. I am an Advocate so they request me to complaint about that to the company. And after replacement new battery is giving without warranty by company. I met with dealer and his employee not given me proper response. I have to know that it’s all mischief with the consent of the dealer and service center. When I purchase my scooter that time also dealer force me for purchase of accessories. And at Present
          Please give attention in that matter and urgently replace my Scooter Battery.

            The vehicle met with an accident, from then I've been making rounds to show rooms in Hyd. since Aug 2011 but of no use. Many times I've sent online request about the spares. But of no use.

                i had visited honda yesterday i.e on 8.11.11 to enquire and book unicorn or cb unicorn dazzler but, when i asked for test drive then the salesman of honda said straight no to me and gave option of other bike for test drive. such as stunner,twister and cbr250r as he knows the person enquiring for unicorn will not test the another bike fronm this service i changed my dicision to yamaha fzs as i got the test drive there

                  i prit modi(c/o vishvajit modi) bought a white activa on[protected] from "IMPERIAL AUTO" vapi having

                  dealer code:- 9119629.
                  Invoice number :- R10001216
                  Engine number:- JC44E1445799
                  Vehicle number:- Activa 110BDLXWHITE
                  Within 3 months the vehicle got stuck(i.e.it is not starting with stater nor with kick). We complained at the

                  showroom they came to our place and tried to start it but were unable to do it and so they took it to their

                  showroom on 5-11-11 and replied after a day that there is an engine break-down.

                  I think this vehicle is defective because i am using an activa from past 7 years which is still working well....

                  Through this mail I would like to request to the company to replace our scooter with a good one or refund us full

                  amount.

                  Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible if not i will have to contact the Consumer Forum.

                  Please send me your company's customer care number because the dealer refused to give so.

Maine sabhi service company show room per hi karai. 5th service per mujhe bataya gaya ki aapke activa ke Engine ki plate red ho gai hai jiski vajah se Engine Oil zaldi-zaldi khatam ho zata hai. Aapke engine ke kafee parts kharab ho gai hai it dooran aapke engineer Agra se Mr. Rinku Singh bhee Meerut me show room per the. Unhone aashwasan diya ki aapke parts company se change kara diya jaiynge magar 2 months ke bad bee jab bee mai company zata hoon mughe TARAKA diya jata hai kaha jata hai ki hamne goods ki complain company ko forward kar de hai magar vaha si koi jawab nahi aaya hai. Mughe pichele 2 months se pareshan kiya ja raha hai. mera activa 20 Km/l ka bhee nahi de raha hai. Mujhe har 100 Km ke bad engine oil be dalana parta hai. Activa dhua bhee de raha hai. .

Even a month i lead my bike to the service executive for dat Engine problem shouldn't be solved yet. And Even though the Mech Honda Kumbakonam representatives response is also not good. Every day i should ride upto 100 kms. I am a LG Service Engineer. Becoz of my Bike's low Performance, i left the bike home and borrowed a hero honda splender from my friend to do my duty. U should replace my Engine and do my favour, Really I felt lot of My decision to buy Honda Shine. Finally I Informed u my troubles, Responded me immediately or i Should Complaint in consumer Court.

                        hero honda passport — Passport not received yet

                        Dear Sir / Madam,
                        I have got my passport for my Hero Honda Passion Pro Vehicle with Regd. No. OR-14-S-2903 purchased in December 19, 2009 from Dua Motors, Rourkela, Orissa. I have had my passport there at Rourkela but as I was transferred from Rourkela to Bhubaneswar, on my first servicing at Bhubaneswar in the month of February 2011, the manager requested me to change my Passport to SmartCard. I deposited Rs. 50/- but still waiting for the Smart Card. On enquiry the manager Mr. Prasanta Biswal, Hero Honda Service Centre, Near Kalpana Square, Bhubaneswar told the Smart Card will be received from Mumbai Hero Honda company which has not been received yet. My passport was valid when I deposited it for Smart Card. Now I am without a passport. Neither I am on receipt of the Smart Card. Being a Police Officer if I am facing this sort of problem, what would be the case of common man!. I am quite shocked, surprised and disgusted.

                        I request you to kindly enquire into the matter and please help me receive the smart card.

                          i got delivery of honda shine and subsequently i took the vechile for some fitting extra things. On retrurn delivery found the engine itself is changed when questioned the attitude of the dealer chennai ambattur no response from and went to the extent of telling to move any forum and nothing cannot be done against him.
                          i want to know what the company has to do for the attitude of the dealer and his mis behaviour

                            I AM FROM JALGAON AND WORKING AT PUNE. I PURCHASED A HONDA SHINE BIKE FROM RAM HONDA,JALGAON,MAHARASHTRA-425001 ON 17TH AUGUST2011. BY MISTAKE THE OFFICER PUT THREE DIFFERENT DATES ON SERVICE BOOK, FINAL BILL AND TAX RECEIPT. THEN WHEN I HAD GONE FOR SERVICING AT STERLING HONDA(ROHAN HONDA),PUNE-MUMBAI HIGHWAY,CINCHWAD,PUNE; THEY PEOPLE REFUSED TO DO THE SERVICING DUE THE REASON OF DIFFERENT DATES.
                            THEN I VISITED RAM HONDA SHOWROOM AND GET THE DATES CHANGED FROM THE AUTHORISED PERSON WITH HIS SIGNATURE AND STAMP. STILL THE OFFICER FROM STERLING HONDA IS NOT READY FOR SERVICING.
                            NOW BOTH THE DEALERS ARE NOT ENTERTAINING ME FROM LAST 1 WEEK. I WANT YOU TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                              i m really disappoined with the service of honda activa i had a lot of expectations but honda activa has not fulfilled my needs i havae send my complaint to the customer care but customer care is not initiative of the consumer's greivance so i have decided to send my complaints to the National Consumer Helpline, Grievance Redressal , ministery of consumers affairs , cnbc pehradaar, director of honda activa

                              i have registered my complaints so many times to the customer care but no one is there who can contact me on this issue

                              i have paid Rs. 55,500 for purchasing of Activa honda white color and after paying a huge amount i m very much frustrated with the service of honda activa neither sub-dealer nor dhingra automobile dealer is hearing the voice of victim kindly help me in this matter

                              i have purchased honda activa on dated 16/08/2011 and chasis no. ME4JC448HB8425113 kindly register my vechile in company records

                              I am disappointed that within a month the activa honda side stand broken by default and also my activa honda gives the avearage of 30 km/per litre after first service

                              i want to know the replacement process ,
                              i have to suffer from two major factors , i have paid Rs. 55.500/- for purchasing this honda activa with accessories TO JMV AUTOMOBILE , the subdealer of Honda activa and i request them to change my foot side stand cover they have told me that they will not repair or replace it, they can deliver the honda activa by opening the showroom but they will not provide me a service of honda activa and even when i contact the dealer DHINGRA AUTOMOBIE they also denied to replace the service of this stand

                              tell where should i go? who will hear the voice of customer

                              and i have also done first service on dated 15/09/2011 and paid Rs. 480/- for engine oil, gear oil and speed oil etc.

                              I m also enclosing the Receipt of activa honda for chasis no. and i have a lot of trust in HONDA ACTIVA kindly help me in this matter

                                Sir,
                                I bought a Honda DIO scooter last year which was delivered to me on 13/9/2011.the free services were done on 6/10/10, 6/1/11, 6/4/11, 6/7/11 and first paid service was on 12/10/11. on31/10/11 afternoon, the 'self start' of vehicle was not working. so i kicked started It and took to the service centre(marikar motors,mg road,honda division,statue, trivandrum)and they said that battery should be replaced. Just after completing 1 year, battery had to be replaced. As battery was out of stock at the service centre, we went to the battery shop and got it replaced. During changing, we noticed that the battery was that of exide while in the papers given to us during delivery ,battery type was recorded as Amco. No battrey number was given.. we have all copies of the papers and i request you to look into the matter.I bought the scooter as i trusted the company which became doubtful after this incident.. We have with us the old battery and all the papers of the vehicle. The losess may also be compensated.Expecting reply soon.......

                                  I had purchased a Hero Honda Karizma ZMR on 3rd November 2010 bearing registration number JH05AF3970, my dispaly unit is not working because of heavy rain. I had given for servicing. They fixed everything but they didnt had spare part for display unit. So they told me that they will get within a month as it has to be procured from Japan. Now its been three months but till now the part have not yet arrived. I am not able to see my fuel meter. The service center is named as Union motors situated in sonari. Please help me on the same ASAP.

                                    I met in an accident on 19th of september in meerut. I purchased my bike from baghpat thats why i thought of getting the claim from Baghpat itself. I deposited my bike on showroom on 3rd or 4th october. They told me that we will repair it in10 to 15 days, that is enough & more. Then also i told them that i need it before or on 31st october. They said that we will shurely do it. Then on 19th october i just went to the showroom to just see what is going on, at that time only front tyre's Plastic cover & one part on which hunk striker is coming was not available. They asked 2 to 3 days more then i again told them that i want it on or before 31st october any how, because that time was maximum. Many of my friends applied for claim in various cities they have gotten it within 7 days. Then when on 30th october i reach on showroom my bike was in the same condition as it was on 19th October. They are simply saying that Spares Parts are not available. My Bike is purchased on 1 january 2011, it is a new model & with in from india it is not impossible to get the spare parts in 25 days. So please take any action against them. I have to go on my job on 1 november & that is so difficult without a bike in noida. My bike is on my fathers name. Showroom name is BHARAT AUTOMOBILE BAGHPAT (UTTARPRADESH).

                                      I Have purchased a Hero Honda Glamour from OM Traders Biharsharif, After almost 06 months later i have noticed a battery failure, It seems that battery is not working properly so that Horn also. When i contacted with dealer then he said that it will changed/repaired after 45 days. How can anybody drive his vehicle without battery.
