[Resolved]  Housefull — do not buy a single product from this company

we bought gautier bedroom set from house full furniture in the month of January...its totally collapsed and useless within the spam of 6 months against the great saying by the company people that will work atleast 4-5 yrs.

Now when we complaining again and again for repairing or replacing it....they always come out with the new excuses.

we almost spent rs 2000 in petrol to visit their respective counter..

if i would have political approach, i could have kicked them out of market legelly or illegely,

please come to me before buying any product from them at [protected]@gmail.com

and banned them to work in india so that we can teach them the lesson of making consumer fool.

do not buy any products from houseful international. These are cheap Chinese products routed via Malaysia. I have also experienced similar problems with the quality of furniture bought from houseful. never again i will buy products from these crooked fellows.

Had purchased shoe rack and 3 door wardrobe on dated 28 Dec 2014,
18 feb 2015 suddenly opening knob of Shoe racks broken, while
observing closely I found crack on knob.

This very shocking to know the quality of products from House full.
Today the second knob also found loose. Please find the photo's in attachment.
And now I am not able to open the gate of shoe rack, its of no use to my family

Now my request is to replace the shoe rack instead of repairing.
I do not have faith in quality of sheo rack sup pied to me

But this very shocking that you had dispacted only one knob for me. After I had reported complaint of 2nd knob also loose from shoe rack.
Most worst after sales service experience I had from house full.
And also thank full to you all for this before I would go for buying other expensive product from you.

I purchased double glass dining table along with 6 chairs. Now chairs and dining table legs are being corroded. kindly replace it or change the table and chairs immediately.
All your furniture supplied by you for my house are not standard. Always to call your service mechanic to repair and paying charges.

I made a mistake by not reading the reviews before I ordered a dining set (Camry Teak - order no 84749).As they say, act in haste and repent at leisure.
My consignment was delivered with a broken chair leg. (At least it WAS delivered !) The company carpenter himself opened the consignment on 19 October and phoned them in my presence. Looking at other consumer complaints, I find that sending broken furniture is something that Housefull specialises in (ha ha!). They have blocked my e-mails; they are not taking calls; but they did give me a phoney -sounding complaint number (CCFF2015FF10FF420). . . If you look carefully, the number sequences describe the year, the month, and then the company.
Well, if there's someone at home with low blood pressure that needs raising, or if you want to enrich BSNL with countless STD calls, then Housefull is the place for you. . . Otherwise, not worth even a single star.

Hi, my 2 planks of my double bed i bought from Housefull have broken. The customer complaint of housefull is coming busy evrytime i call..Can someone guide me how can i replace the planks of my bed or repair it.
Housefull.com is nothing but an attempt to swindle unsuspecting buyers. Having taken full payment for my order in November they have been postponing delivery every month with the latest being March. Strictly avoid buying on this portal.
They Provide a poor quality Product. I purchase ultra-shoe-cabinet-wenge from this site and after 3 months uses it lamination getting out. When i call in customer care they told use warranty is not covered in case of lamination.
I think this type of company should be banned for business in India.
Pathetic after sales and non delivery of goods as promised
I have purchased a Lance Chest of drawers from Housefull furniture, kharkhana. The delivery has not been made as promised and every time I call the store for enquiry (ph no: [protected]), the guy doesnt answer the phone, even if he does, he has an excuse ready and not a solution. I have tried calling him multiple times over the last two weeks and he doesnt even have the courtesy to at least call back. This will be last piece of furniture I will ever buy at housefull. I have decided to file a complaint for Fraud/cheating criminal case as I am not even able to reach the concerned person of the store. The delivery is over three weeks due now and I cannot wait any further.
One of the worst delivery service.never do what they say. To get my 3 door shelf, i have been waiting for 5 days after their actual committed delivery date..still not received..last five days I have been following up and they say it's comming today and Tommorow..some times excuses of vechile breakdown..they won't connect to their superior to discuss.. ridiculous...every time a wait time of 2 to 5 mins before taking to the staff...not reliable..finally one lady staff named ashwini told it will be delivered today but came with excuse that vechile broke down. Can't rely very frustrating...our government should not give licence to run this shop...

Interesting they don't have a system to lodge the delivery complaints and every time I need to repeat the story...I would have made 20 phone calls till now but no trust or commitment seen...I would strongly recommend to think over before you book a furniture with them...

PATHETIC SERVICE!!!” - This store is FREAKING FRAUD SHOW!!! I ordered a bookshelf and received it end of last month. One plank was broken. For the last one month, I have been calling and mailing them numerous times. They kept postponing the reply to my complaint and made no updates for the delay. Never had SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The customer service executive was one Mr. Ritesh and his supervisor Mr. Steven gave us no satisfying responses.
Finally I got fed up and have demanded my money back!! SHUT DOWN THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!!!
I have no hope about the refund either. NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

i had placed order for wardrobe on 5th Dec 2016 . Got call from Housefull on 14 dec 2016 that they will delivered product on 15 dec 2016 and no one turned up. I waited till 7 pm. No one informed and customer care is no more available after 7pm. Next day i called up and they said vehicle got puncture that's why product could not delivered. We will delivered today means on 16 dec 2016 at any cost. Whole day i waited and delivery could not happened, No one took initiative to inform about delivery. Very pathetic experience with HouseFull.
A group of morons who are cheating customer. I paid money 4 months back and these [censored]ers won't event reply.
Every time you call, They will say "We have escalated to higher level and will be delivered within 3 days "
Most horrible service I have ever experienced. We can't go to store as well since they have shut all there stores.
So Stay away from these fraudsters if you don't wants to get screwed in life.

INCIDENT: on 15/7/2017 at 11.53 pm i started to book "Calino queen Bed Oak with Storage" at the cost of Rs 11990=00 through bank when payment was made immediately web site was disconnected but my order was not booked regarding this i called nearly 100 times to what they given phone nos in website " [protected] / [protected] " i recieved that always representitives are busy Regarding my amount Rs11990=00 no body was answering
so THIS HOUSEFULL.COM FURNITURE WAS TOTALLY BOGUS AND FRAUD COMPANY I REQUEST ALL OF YOU DON'T MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU MAKE YOU WILL NOT NEITHER PRODUCT NOR AMOUNT

Hi Raju,

I have also faced the same issue yesterday. I cannot reach anyone on their phone number plus their email id cannot receive any email . The emails bounces back stating their mail box is full. What are you doing to get back your money.
