Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to complain against Housefull Furniture Shop,2nd Floor, Plot No. 17, Palm Beach Galleria Mall, Vashi , Navi Mumbai 400703. The HDC No. of the product is 1009/2012/3250 Booking No.[protected] Invoice No. 101/007639 in the month of August 2012.

This product is booked in the name of my father Arvind Hansrajani as I am a working woman and am unable to be in the house when the assembly team of the company was supposed to come.

It has been 5 months since I originally paid full amount of Rs. 2500/- for a TV Cabinet and the top was found to be faulty. So I requested the top to be replaced.

The assembly team is not prompt nor punctual. They told me they would arrive at my house at 4:00 pm but reached at 8:00 pm. This tardiness has occurred not once but thrice and when they came for the fourth time they came with the wrong piece. Its obvious there is no co-ordination between the customer care and the assembly team at all!

And now after repeated phone calls and visits to the shop they have still not replaced the top of the cabinet. The staff is very rude and do not co-operate with the customer. They seem to be least bothered about the plight of a customer who has been troubled for over 5 months. They said very arrogantly that if you want to go to the consumer court we have no problem you can go and complain against us.

They have been saying that the product with be delivered within the next two days or five days. And the delivery never happens as they always have some excuse or the other.
Today they told me that if you do not want it delivered then you can ask for refund which will be a process of more than one month. This is very very annoying as I have been pestered by this company for over 5 months.

I have all the emails that have been sent between the company customer care and myself as proof that all that they have delivered are false promises.

Kindly take the required action against this company, as they think that they are above the law and can trouble customers once they got the full amount upfront.

i was searching for a grand chair that I wanted to place near my balcony french door in the living room. I finally found a lovely piece in Housefull. Anyone who visits my place is awed by the chair. Their stuff is amazing..

    I did an order on August 12, (#4107 for a dining table and a rack) Now the piece were of my linking and rates were good; so I bought them online. (I did not read review before ordering, my mistake).

    the order was delivered, the guy gave some number, on which I was suppose to call and ask for assembling. So I called on the number, some guy picked the phone and assured me that someone will come in 2 days. On second day I got a call, and the person told me that he’ll come on 3rd day. 3rd day, no visit, when I called; the guy told me that he is sick, and some one will come. I waited for a week (keep calling), no one turned up.

    Now I decided to do a complaint, and dialed there Mumbai customer care number. No one picked the phone for hours and days.

    After trying same thing for few days, I than posted on their facebook page, Initially they respond but after few post they simply blocked me from posting on their FB page. When I asked them why using my wife’s account; they blocked her as well.(I could continue with this but dropped the idea as it was not worth it)

    So blocked on FB, no one picking the phone in customer care, what I could do to? I waited for them for 1 more week and than decided to do it myself. Never going to buy from them or recommend them. Their post sales service is plain pathetic. In case your FB group is big I suggest to question their FB daily(if banned than from a new id). In case you have paid with card, and your stuff is not deliverd (or is broken), you can charge back them, ask your credit card company.

    For records, it is same as HouseFull International.
    I recently bought some furniture from Housefull. I really like the stuff. Serving my purpose well.. I dint have any problem with the delivery when I purchased the furniture.

      Please Never Ever Buy Any Product From Housefull.

      12th Nov. 2012

      We have bought a bed for rs.10000/- From your kalyan nagar show room with hdc no:1017/2011/1747 on 20th oct 2012,DID not even last for a year.The plank is broken and we have placed a request for replacement on 16th august 2012, request ref no:62, its more than a month we haven't received the plank and there is no response from the kalyan nagar show room. The people at the shops are not at all friendly. The customer care lady asha is not proper in her approach to the customer and our issues are not solved. It is really a poor service.


      Waiting for 1 month for a plank is too long a time, I want the plank to be replaced as early as possible other wise I may have to appraoch some other forum like consumer court taking this issue.


      Even today ie on 12th nov 2012, We have not got any response and the issue is not yet resolved. The complaint you have taken has got closed complaint no: cc9/0912/013, without even resolving the issue. Long back we have sent the photos of the broken plank. But we are yet to get the plank replaced.We got another complaint no: cc9/0912/371, with this ref no. Mr.Anish menon your supervisor told the issue will get resolved by nov.8th 2012. But still the issue is unresolved. Please never ever buy any product from housefull.

      I have too faced problem with houseful (marathalli bangalore store).
      I ordered for sofa and at the time of assembly one leg of sofa broke, after that I kept chasing them for about 3 weeks and they sent carpenter and during fixing the damaged leg, another leg of sofa broke (such a unreliable product).
      When I called customer care, it was dealt in such an irresponsible manner, he cut the call 2-3 times and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@housefull.co.in. I've sent mail but not sure what will happen.
      I would suggest everybody NOT to go with housefull product, and definitely NOT after looking at website because I went to store and chose the product then I'm suffering this how would it be when people purchase looking at the website.

      I'm planning to approach for consumer court, lets see what happens.
      My friend bought a sofa set from Housefull. I really envy it. Its amazing. I think Im also going to buy some furniture from Housefull soon.. Fingers crossed!

      I bought a queen bed and the quality is worst. Two planks broke in two months.No response from customer care.If you sit on the cot it will go inside. Very bad furniture. It looks great from outside. The wood is very thin and it bends easily. Dont go for housefull furniture. Quality is worst.

        Dear Sir

        My brother has booked TV on the behalf of me at House Full International Ltd: Kalyan on 02/11/2012 and asked delivery at C-1010, Arihant Anaya, Sector 35, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. It has been committed delivery would be on 7th of Nov 2012. So on Wednesday morning (7th of Nov 2012) I received one call from number [protected] and has been informed to me that your TV unit will deliver today. So as per this I instructed to my CHS security to allow this product. But same day I did not receive this product. So in evening to enquire for delivery status I called up same number from where I received call in that morning. But that personnel did not pick up phone. I waited for delivery on consecutive two days ( 8th & 9th Nov ) and called on same number but that personnel did not pick up phone. So on 9th Nov evening I called up to Customer care of House Full International Ltd and asked about delivery of product. In customer care they people did not have any updates. That lady told me I would receive product on next day i.e. 10th Nov.
        So I waited till 12.30 pm of that day (10th Nov ) for delivery. Since I did not receive that product till time so called once again customer care. Those personnel in customer care had not any delivery updates. He told me he would take update from his ware house at Bhiwandi and get back to me in 1 jour so I waited for his call till 4.30 pm I did not receive any call from them. Then once again I called up to their customer care, even after they did not have any updates and even they did not take effort to call customer. On that call that personnel at customer care take my excuse and take 10 minutes to call back me. So again waited for 1.00 hr for their call. But they did not call me. So finally called them on 5.30 pm and asked about delivery otherwise refund my money. But they did not have words and even no body was giving guaranty of refund of money.
        On next day 11th Nov I approached their shop at Kalyan with all payment details and challan and asked about refund of money. But the manager at that shop was not responded for refund. Then I threated them that I will go in consumer court. On that he replied me do whatever you want to do.

        With this mail I am attaching delivery challan received from them for your referenece. I want to herewith to teach lesson to them.
        I hope I would get justice.

          I have bought furniture from Housefull International and now I am regretting it.I have booked around 80,000 Rs. Furniture (8 items) from Housfull International on 1st of July (4 month ago).

          IDC No: 1023/2012/718
          Complaint no:CC9/0912/190

          Out of which only seven has got delivered. One product i.e. Mississippi wall unit has still not got delivered. I bought it from vasai store. Their salesperson (Mr. Milind) is not taking interest any more. I am contacting them over their helpline..but no response so far. Not only this two goods are in damaged condition (Lilly 4 seater Dining Table and Brooklyn Shoe Rack). Haven't got replacement yet. In fact when I wrote to them an email explaining all this and the trouble I went through, I have found my email getting erased from my own mail id. I bet they must be using some hackers help. By doing this housefull international has crossed all the limits leaving me helpless and even more irritated.

          I had purchased bedroom set in Jan'2010. But now a days i m suffering from complaints of my furniture. it has some polished or wooden problem. i don't know ,i had complaint to branch at Surat from where i purchased it on aug'10 but still today there is no solution from them.

            I am very upset with the services of Housefull Furniture. i ordered a product on 2th Nov'12 ( Direct Payment) delivery date was given to me as 6th Nov'12 but on 6th Nov the product was not delivery even have contacted customer care centre of Housefull but no answers...... ..... after follow up on 7th Nov customer care guys intimated that delivery is been delayed it will be on 10th Nov'12.

            Customer srevice is very poor......

            As I was relocating suddenly and required furniture on an urgent basis, Housefull came to my rescue. Thanks to them my family and I dint have to sleep on the floor. I must say their stuff is pretty good.

              I had booked a shoe rack online through Housefull International. It was delivered 4 days after the due date of delivery. After 4 days and numerous phone calls the carpenter from the company came to assemble the shoe rack. On opening the pack, he said that a small part is missing and so he cannot do the assembling that day and he informed their Bangalore office. I had to make several calls to the company again to know when things will be fixed and I was told that they have to manufacture that small part in Mumbai and it’ll then be sent to Bangalore to be delivered to my residence, and that this process will take another 12 days. After 6 days, one staff called up to say that they have ordered the missing part from Malaysia and they are trying to fix up everything by 31st October. They are also not ready to take back the delivered stuff and refund the money. I have doubts whether I’ll finally get the completed furniture or not.

                I had ordered a show rack from housefull furniture http://www.housefull.co.in on aug 18..My order no is 4895..Its not delivered till date..Initially they promised to deliver on sep5 then sep 15, oct2, oct 10,oct 22..everytime i had to wait @ my home for the product and no one turns up nor call me to inform that the product wont be delivered today.I had to waste my entire day waiting for the product and numerous calls.customer care team of theirs dosent give any proper answer.I have also emailed many a time where there is no answer. I had asked for refund if the product is not delivered on oct 22 and even that is not processed.Housefull is the worst company i have even interacted.please never buy from housefull

                Please help me

                never bvuy any product from housefull they are the biggest cheaters.
                I picked up a kitchen cabinet from Housefull. I was lucky to get a cabinet of the exact measurement. The cabinet has been doing good. We dont have any problem.We pretty much like the stuff from Housefull.

                  I had purchased 4 door wardrobe and cabinet from housefull furnitures ghodbunder road, thane on 29th of September 2012. After waiting for 1 week. They dint delivered the wardrobe and came with just cabinet. And told me to sign on the paper where both the items names were mentioned. I did not signed as I didn't recived both the products. So I told the delivery boy to take the cabinet back and bring both the products in next two days. But later on they informed me they don't have stock for wardrobe. The same thing they did not mentioned that time when I was paying the amount. Later on 9 October I went back to housefull as they were not picking up my phone. And one of the guy told me to select another wardrobe and for that I paid 800 rs extra. Now here the story begins after so many days of follow up finally I got the delivery and that two in 4 different boxes where two boxes were duplicate and the I one which was with mirror was missing. Finally i wentto place and told them to provide me the mirror box also. after receiving it i found the mirror is in damage conidtion i again told him to provide me the new one. Now it's 21 oct these guys are not providing me the mirror box which is missing. My wardrobe is not yet completed.
                  It is not yet replaced or assembled.
                  I asked for a refund and they said it is not possible.
                  The store manager mr. Sunil - [protected] is non responsive and talks very very irresponsibly over the phone.
                  He never picks up myphone
                  I have been treated badly and there is no response after I paid the money.
                  These guys are bogus furniture store.
                  They sell substandard stuff!
                  I want my money back.
                  My hdc number is : 2060

                  I have paid rs. 18000 for this garbage. Please try to resolve my issue.

                    This below mnetioned complain mail was send to the houseful complain id after receiving no response from the delivery team and call centre . Please help .i have already paid the money .

                    This is to bring into your notice that i am sick and tired of waiting for my furnitures to be delivered and installed . I have made some purchases and was confirmed delivery on 12th-oct -2012 by the store executive . Although i have receievd calls from your warehouse on 11 and 13th evening to confirm th delivery time on next day @3 PM , but i was shocked to knoew today from the call centre that you have shifted your ware house . This is the funniest of execuses i have ever heard for delayed delivery .
                    its so difficult to get through your call centre number and even after you get through they will promise a call back after half hour , which never comes . I have suffered thrice .

                    buying froim your store seems to be the biggest mistake in my life and i have no clue on what is goining to happen next .
                    . please arrange my delivery by 15th -oct-2012 .
                    you cant take consumers for a ride ..

                      Received the wardrobe in damaged comdition on 19/09/2012, so the assembly is on hold, waiting for parts replacement.

                      After repeated phone calls to customer care and store numbers and 4 visits to the store, still I am not getting any proper answer.
                      On call they ask for some time to check the order status and never call back, in store everytime they promise 2/3 days.

                      No one receives call at customer care numbers and when we complained about same at store, they told yes they have got complaints related to that as well, but no solution for that.

                        This is order no 6396 we did the online payment for 9600 for bed and they gave the date that it will deliver on 21st july neither the bed got delivered nor they called up to say that the bed is not in stock. Now when I am calling the customer care they are telling that we have other color in stock but not this I kept on telling that we don't want the bed as you promise that we will deliver the bed their is no such commitment from your end. Neither the cancellation department called up that we will be refunding the money. And if you call up the customer care they keep telling the same thing that you will get the call from the cancellation department within an hr. Sick people and sick service never trust by paying the amount.
                        I shopped a table from Housefull a year back. i really appreciate their services. They assembled the table on time. The table isnt bad too.

                        Product not delievered not even refunded amount.

                        I have booked furniture set in housefullfurniture website and paid full amount. but my product is not yet delivered or not even my amount is refunded. i have inquired several times butstill not received my amount back. kindly help,

                          Hi Sir I ordered an product from house full furniture's web site on sep 9th with hdc number 9951/2012/218
                          and till this time they not delivered any product and giving silly excuses and some times they abusing me for calling multiple times and also threatening me as not to call these many times other wise i wont get my product etc etc
                          can u do please help full even those guys not have any care on consumer forum also when i say i will approach then they saying nothing will happen and go do any thing fearlessly so
                          My cousin had moved to Hyderabad and wanted some furniture. She picked up some stuff from Housefull. They delivered and assembled the stuff without any issues. Thanks to them my sister was saved from tension and hassle.

                          I have ordered a tv unit on 5/5/15, paid through my credit card...thy advised thy will deliver by 13/5/15 over the fone as i didnt receive any msg...order nu : 69878 amount :6670 ...but thy are not delivering the product n on top of that thy disconnecting my calls...i have been making calls since 14/5/15 n there isnt any response...sent email...no response...

                          can somebody help me...i donot any product from them n i want my money back with compensation of call and for the trauma n torture.

                            Till date (4th oct 2012) I must have made atleast 20 calls and sent at least 5-6 e-mails to housefull furniture over a period of one month but my complaint has still not been resolved.

                            Each time a new person from housefull sends me a holding mail when I complain but there has been no action yet. I called up the complaint cell yesterday and I was surprised by the nonchalant attitude displayed by the executive who took my call. In spite of telling her that I have lost my father due to which we are not staying at the address provided to housefull, she was least bothered.

                            I am listing down the major sequence of events that have occurred so far:

                            * 7th sept - I placed the order with housefull and paid the money for 2 products (a centre table and bench). I received a confirmation call from housefull that the goods will be delivered within 7 days.
                            * 17th sept - I called up the customer care to find out why I have not received the goods even after 10 days. I was promised that the goods will be delivered on 20th sept.
                            * 23rd sept - on 21st sept I lost my father, I and my mom had to leave the house (because of certain rituals) for 4 months. I called up customer care and even sent an e-mail on 23rd sept requesting for the goods to be delivered immediately. Hanish menon from housefull confirmed that the goods will be delivered within 24 hours ie by 24th sept. I waited for the entire day but there was no news from their side. I sent another e-mail in the evening to let them know that I will be leaving the house the same night and will be back only after 4 months but there was no reply at all.
                            * 28th sept - since I received no reply at all from housefull even after 21 days of placing the order, I sent another e-mail informing them that though the goods have not been delivered, I received a sms from housefull that the goods have been delivered. How could this be possible when there was no one at home. I provided my account details and requested for a refund.
                            * 3rd oct - as there was no action from their side still, I had to send another follow up e-mail and I also called up the complaint cell. I explained the situation to the executive that I cannot take the delivery of goods now as there is no one at the house and there is no other person in mumbai who can keep the goods at his/ Her house for 4 months while I am away. Therefore I need a refund of my money. But the executive nonchalantly informed me that as per the company policy no refund can be given. I asked the executive to transfer the call to somebody senior but she refused saying all are busy, while I could hear somebody prompting her from behind.

                            It is such a shame that at this sad time when I am mourning for my father, I need to chase these guys. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with my experience with housefull furniture. Even after almost a month I haven't yet received the products wherein I was promised delivery within 7 days. When the company cannot fulfil its promises, why should I - the customer suffer for it. I don't need their products anymore (even if I want to I can't take it now as I'M not at the house for 4 months). I need some guidance on what action should be taken against these frauds. Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated

                            While I bought some furniture from Housefull I had prepared by mind for some delay in the delivery as it was a bulk order. But to my surprise everything was delivered and assembled on time without any hitch. I appreciate Housefull for their services.

                              We came across Houseful advertisements in a daily newspaper at the time when we were planning to pick up furniture and decided to give it a chance. We went to the outlet in Vashi, Navi Mumbai and bought 3 wardrobes and a book shelf. At the time of sale, i was promised that the life of wardrobes is 5 years and it can take approximately 5-7 kgs of weight.

                              1. Firstly, we did not receive the furniture at the promised time. When we received it, shafts of two of the wardrobes were damaged. We came to know about this only at the time of installation.
                              2. The installation services is also equally bad because in my case,it happened after a week when the wardrobes were delivered.
                              3. I had to make endless calls for the replacement of damaged shafts and after herculean efforts was able to get the replacements.
                              4. All the three wardsrobes have problem now within 6 months even if i use the furniture according to company's suggestions
                              5. Now when i try to contact the after sales support, they dont pick up the calls. I have tried it more than 100 times.
                              6. There is no response even when i wrote an email to to the after sales services team.

                              I have come to the conclusion, that the company and the staff is fake and ridiculous.






                              The after sales support is pathetic.... The installation did not happen on time. Neither there is good after sales support service. I had lodged a complaint at vashi, the manager (prasad) who listened to us, promised to send a guy within 48 hours. A month has passed for this and no body came from houseful furniture till date. I had even written a mail to the customer sales support and there is no response. I have serious issues with the after sales services and will have to look for alternatives (including legal course by lodging consumer complaints) if my issues don't get resolved immediately.

                                I had ordered for a Supreme Dresser (online). The product was delivered on the 12 Sep 2012 and the person to assemble came on the 15. The mirror of the dressing table was broken. I have spoken to varies persons and the customer care people too. But till date the product has not been replaced nor there is any feedback in any form from the housefull team. Extremely poor service. I would suggest everyone to think twice before buying any product from Housefull due to their extremly poor service.

                                Now only last resort for me is to go to the consumer court.

                                  On May21,2012 there was an advt in Mumbai Mirror by Housefull furnitures about discounts offered on furniture by the company
                                  On visit to the vashi showroom of Housefull International Ltd, we were told by the sales execs that it was the last day of the discount offers
                                  (The offers are going on till date). We immediately bought Alice Sofa set (3+1+1), Cameroon Double bed, Cedar 2 door wardrobe and Zabel Coffee table.
                                  I made the full payment of these products on the same day as we wanted to avail the discounts which as per the co. executives were available for the last day. We requested the executives at showroom not to deliver the products as we had sold off our residence then and we where to shift to new place kamothe as we had not got the possession of our new flats by the time we had bought the furniture
                                  We got the possession of our new flat on July 15th and then we requested housefull International vashi showroom to deliver the products.
                                  (I had to visit personally to request to deliver the products as office phones of vashi showroom are always NOT REACHABLE!)
                                  Somewhere during the end of July Cameron Double bed, Zabel Coffee table and Alice sofa set were delivered at our Kamothe residence
                                  After few days the carpenter from Housefull International Ltd came for Installation of the furniture
                                  He Installed the double bed which was decent in quality.
                                  While he unpacked the Zabel coffe table for installation, we found that it was of inferior quality and the sunmica was already torned out
                                  I wrote a note on the visit report of the carpenter that the table is not of good quality. He also took photograph of the same which he was to show to the Vashi showroom manager. We requested him not to install the sofa set as there was some work going on at our drawing room and there was no space available for the sofa set.
                                  After completion of the work we unpacked the sofa and found out that it is also of inferior quality and torn out from many place
                                  I immedialty tried calling vashi showroom of Housefull International Ltd on there number [protected] and again it was NOT REACHABLE
                                  I gave a written compliant letter to Mr.Nazim - Manager of Vashi showroom on 08/08/2012 that I have no further confidence on the products supplied by Housefull furniture Ltd and requested them to return the inferior products i.e. Alice sofa set and Zabel coffee table as I cannot afford to spend Rs.23500/- for such inferior quality products. I requested them to refund my money
                                  Mr.Nazim told me that he will get the products verified at my residence within 2 days and do the needful,
                                  No-one visited my place as promised by Mr.Nazim. I re-visited the vashi showroom on 18/08/2012 with one of my friends and raised my concern to Mr.Nazim. He acknowledged the fact that he forgot to forward my complaint to his head office since 08/08/2012. Subsequently some executive visited my place on 20/08/2012, verified the quality of the products and might have reported to his office
                                  Mr.Nazim requested me to revisit their showroom and check if the inferior quality products can be replaced by some other product
                                  I re-visited the showroom but since I don’t have any confidence on furniture sold by Housefull International Ltd, I requested him to collect the sofa set and coffee table from my residence and refund me Rs.23500/-
                                  I wrote mail on 27/08/2012 to customer service ID of Housefull International Ltd and requested for the refund of My money. I wrote reminders on 29/08/2012, 30/08/2012 and 31/08/2012 and last mail being sent on 05/08/2012.
                                  But till date the Housefull International has not refunded my money
                                  Also inspite of repeated reminders they have not yet delivered Cedar 2 door wardrobe
                                  (Please note that during the above issued I tried to call the Vashi Showroom of Housefull International Ltd numerous times on no. [protected]. The number is always switched off by the showroom authorities)

                                  I request the consumer complaint forum to help me ;
                                  1. To return back Alice sofa set and Zabel coffee table which are of very very bad quality and lying at my home and help me to get the refund of Rs.23500/- which I paid on 21/05/2012 .
                                  2. To assist me for delivery of Cedar 2 door wardrobe.

                                  Sofa Table — Quality of product is not good

                                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                                  I Purchased a Sofa Set & a center Table from Bajaj Furniture shop Greater Noida (Gautam Buddh Nagar), on 5th June 2011, and he committed me the life time warranty, but after using the furniture for 1 months I realizes that the quality of wood and cushions are not good, and as I went to him to complaint for this he is not giving any response and every time he commits for the next time.

                                    I had booked this book case(Order #4780) on 17th August, it still shows status as not yet shipped Its been 5 weeks and still no update. I have emailed in the email Ids mentioned no replies, I called the number given on the site yesterday the guy who spoke to me was very rude and said I have no update and hung up. What level of service is this, I have paid money upfront and getting this kind of service. Its sad & shocking. I regret choosing Housefull and will never ever buy or recommend the same and do my bit to spread the kind of customer service I have got

                                      I ordered a Jennea Book Case from the store located on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. My HDC Number is 1016/2012/2942. They delivered the product on September 17, 2012. But, so far the carpenter has not arrived to assemble the book case. I tried to call the office as well as the customer care numbers. Either they cut the call or they did not respond. At least, they would have informed me about the delay in sending the carpenter, which they have not done so far. I was about to order all the furnitures for my newly purchased house. In a way, I have to thank Housefull Furnitures for showing me how they treat customers after taking the money. If people want headache and mental harrassment after paying money, then they can take furnitures from Housefull. Please do not fall in their trap.
                                      I bought a computer table for my kids desktop. Im happy i stumbled upon this piece. Its multi functional. I can store all their stationary and books in the cabinet attached. It makes their room look much more neat and organised..

                                        My self Jayakrishnan g < i have ordered a furniture [Dining table] and paid the money in advance on 26th of August and they have promised that i will get the delivery on 15th of Sept . I product arrived on 17 th and they promised the carpenters will come on the next day. Its already 21st and no intimation has been receiver from their side .
                                        Please take this as a breach of contact and solve it immediatly .
