Last Year July I bought 3 Products from Housefull in Kalyan Nagar Bangalore.
It was a Sofa 3+2+1, a TV Stand and a Dining table.

The dining table chair planks has broken 2 times within 3 months of purchasing the product.
Now another plank of the dining table chair is broken since March 2012, We have called up the store and even gone in the store.
At first Madhu and Vishnu their so called supervisors assured us that they will come replace the broken plank and also make sure they fix the rest of the 5 chairs to avoid such damage.
Every week we call them about the status and every week they tell us that it will be repaired next week.
Its been 3 months since we have raised a complaint and their excuse is its still coming from the warehouse.

Kindly avoid buying from Housefull, Their product is very very unstable and they have the worst sales after service.

    I PURCHSED FURNITURES AND PAID 100% BILL ON 3RD APRIL. SURPRISINGLY, THEY TOOK 15 DAYS TO DELIVER THE BOXES ON 23RD APRIL SINCE THEY HAVE LARGE DEMAND AND NEEDS 15 DAYS ESCUTION TIME,,,GOD KNOWS WHAT THEY DO WITH MONEY FOR 15 DAYS.

    I AM STRUGGLING PAST ONE WEEK TO GET THE CARPENTER FROM THE STORES TO FIX THE FURNITURES BUT NO RESPONSE... EVRY DAY I AM WAITING FOR THE CARPENTER TO COME..

    WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP TO GET IT RESOLVED....... P

      We had purchased Bedroom set worth Rs40,900. This included one 4-door wardrobe. The delivery was made on 21st March 2012 and found that the top of wardrobe is damaged. The carpenter had immediately informed at the showroom about the damage part. They had promised that within 4-5 days they will replace the damage part with new one but still its not replaced. Its 1 month now and we have to keep them calling every 2-3 days and still they have not responded back. Its the worst service we have seen till now. No person at their showroom is responsible enough and they don't even know the status of complaints. Whenever we go and ask about our complaint they have their ready-made excuse "We will get it done by this sunday". But till now that sunday as not come. Shameful of them.

        I have purchased following items on Date 25 Mar 2012 from Housefull International Ltd, Bangalore-Banergatta.

        HDC number: 1016/2012/720
        1. SKU number:[protected]Lords dining set 1+6 A-18/B-16), Qty:1
        2. SKU number:[protected]Cary center table E-041), Qty:1

        Booking number:[protected],
        Invoice No: 005359 on date 25 Mar 2012 (paid full payment, 15390/- Rs)
        Expected Delivery date: 9 April 2012

        But still I didn't received my purchased items at my home. I have called them four to five times to Bannergutta road, Banglore Housefull international store but they did not response me properly.
        Initially they didn't pick the phones. Than after that I have visited store (on 10 Apr 2012 Housefull International Ltd, Banergatta road, Bangalore) to get the proper solution. Store officer told me that he can not deliver the items before 30-May 2012 (still he is not sure expected delivery date) because items are not available in store. So I had requested to him that please refund my money so I can purchase it from outside. But he is not ready to refund me and force me to purchase new items which is more expensive and it is not suitable for my house. Now he is ready to give me show room floor piece which are used by so many costumer & it is in not good shape (damage piece). So I asked him to give me your higher authority persons contact number so I can talk to them but he is not ready to give higher authority contacts number. He is so rude to consumer. I have already recored his video on my phone for that. Now he is not responding at all.

        Please let me know what I have to do now. Shall I go ahead with legal procedures? I don't want furniture after May 2012 (it is too late for me). I would request them to refund my money with interest.

          Dear Sir,


          I have purchased Sofa(HDC number: 1019/2012/435) from Housefull located at Aundh, Pune on 26/02/2012 which was supposed to be delivered on 15/03/2012. On 15/03/2012 Housefull employee informed me that delivery will take another 5 days. On 20/03/2012 I was following up with the housefill staff to get the delivery done but they did not delivered and again gave some another date after 5-6 days. Last week I called the housefull store numerous times and they had given me the delivery date of 08/04/2012 but still they did not make any delivery. When I called them today, the staff says, "I am new and unaware , will check and let you know by evening".

          I have made full payment of 20000 Rs. on 26/02/2012 and it has been over 40 days, my furniture is not delivered.

          If the housefull international is not having the stock they why they are selling the furniture. I have been wasting my time in calling them numerous times, reschedule my plans because of their non-delivery and going through mental trouble. I have made complaints [protected]@housefull.co.in on 04/04/2012 but there was no action taken by this store.

          Request you to take strong action against this store for not delivering the furniture because of whatsover reasons.

            We had purchased a 4door wardrobe from HOUSE FULL INTERNATIONAL LTD,kalyan nagar ,Bangalore. dated Sept 15 2011 . The details in relation are as follows: HDC No-1017/2011/1458 , Booking No:[protected] ,Invoice no:0101/9989.
            There was a defect in the wardrobe the day it was brought, the 2 doors were chipped off paint and the door keys were not given along with the delivery and the bottom support sheets for the drawers were not stable.
            The complaint was lodged with the company several times from the day it was delivered.The number of complaints have been increasing but not a single person concerned with the problem have responded till date.the company is showing least responsibility towards our grievances.there is zero service support from the company though the product is under warranty. The numbers we have contacted are[protected] and spoken to Diwakar , who assured that he will press somebody to solve this issue and nobody responses if called to the local number.I will not recommend a single person to buy any stuff from your outlet. I request me to help me get what i have paid for.

              Fancy Sofa set purchased with full payment made by card on 29th Jan and the wrong set was delivered a week later and returned from our end.
              Today is 21st Mar, the sofa set not delivered to us, no date is adhered to, no one calls us up, we have to keep calling and mailing and everytime given some new dates, very unprofessional company with no process / standards to handle customer complaints.

              I need the new sofa set delivered by this week-end else the full money returned with interest.

                This mail is being written in connection with a complaint I have repeatedly followed up with your Hyderabad, Tolichowki showroom in regard to the Finesse Queens bed I have purchased on 07/01/2012 via booking number:[protected].

                I had this piece delivered along with my dining set and the side table on 20th of January 2012. Post, 1 week o[censored]sage of this bed, I had lodged a complaint with the showroom here, since the plywood plank or the base of the bed with storage had a crack and broke at the edge. I quoted this damage and had requested a personnel available at the number [protected] and[protected] for check on this bed and have the necessary repair done. Every other week from then on I would have called this guy(I dont recall his name) and a female by the name Geetha who have been repeatedly quoting the same line "Sir, we have lodged a complaint with the warehouse, someone would check on this issue" . But till date noone has actioned on this issue till date.

                Last week even when I have warned Geetha and the other personnel(store manager or someone whose mobile number is printed on the bill) to have this case addressed as soon as possible and it was the very same reply with no seriousness whatsoever for the undue delay they have created messing around with this concern. I gave the deadline as last Friday, post which I would have this case addressed to even consumer court for having cheated a customers faith in your product. I have paid my hard earned money for this piece and I do not wish to be taken for a ride due to some puny staff you have in your showrooms dilly dallying with customers concerns.

                I will never be sorry to say, business with such an organization has been a pathetic experience.

                Calls made to their customer grievance numbers went unanswered. Landline numbers(tata indicom) of the showroom have been disconnected on user request. Calls to mobile numbers of store managers are not being lifted. Customer grievance numbers[protected], [protected] are not available and not reachable.

                  This is my 4th and final warning to Housefull. I have made several calls to HOUSEFULL customer care dept. (calls attended my one Ms. Supriya on 10 Feb, and other executives during the last one week), and your Kurla store (point of purchase).

                  Despite repeated calls, I have been promised delivery of the missing Glass panes (window area) of the book case. At the time of installation, your carpenter had noticed that these were missing on opening the packed cartons. So the installation has not been completed due to the missing items.

                  It is well over the promised date of delivery (12/13 Feb) of the missing items. I had called the Kurla store again today and they have again confirmed that my compliant is already registered with them.

                  If I do not receive the said materials with complete installation by tomorrow, ie. Monday, 20 Feb 2012, then I will be forced to take Legal action in the Consumer Court against the company and the store incl. concerned executives.

                  It is shameful that you have already taken a full payment from me (at the time of booking) and harassing for me that I have to keep making calls to follow up with you for this issue.

                      We are one of the sufferers of this Housefull furniture at Kukataplly Hyderabad. Purchased dining set of worth Rs9000 of in the month of July2011. 100% payment was made before delivery and had to chase for almost a month for the delivery of the dining set.The delivered set was defective. lodged a complaint with store manager assured to get new piece but for couple of weeks no response .Again going to the store for 3 rd time assured to get new piece in a week till then will deliver the display piece. Accepting this we have been using only used display piece till now yet to get the new dining set. Followed more than 10 times in last 5 months kept assuring new piece will be delivered upon arrival of stock and have to talk to head office. Now the store manager took U turn saying the the selected set is out of stock either have to go for new set paying extra difference amount nor amount can be refunded. Can someone suggest how to act upon these unprofessional rogues wasting our time,money and no peace.If any sufferers from Hyderabad join me in taking this to media exposing these cheaters or lodging a complaint in consumers court.

                        I had purchased a Louisiana wall unit (MH 18102 W) from the House Full outlet at Mega Mall, Andheri. The purchase was done in July 2011. This wall unit was covered under a one year warranty.

                        All was good until November 2011. The bottom plank of this wall unit broke, also the support for the T.V. set was bent.

                        I called the housefull representatives in November telling them about this problem. Promptly, they sent a carpenter to inspect the problem. The carpenter came, saw the problem and supposedly submitted a report to the house full guys. I was told that a response will be received in the next few days.

                        After a week's wait, I called up the outlet. The person who answered the call was not at all, courteous and put me on hold for about 5 minutes (and eventually I disconnected). Immediately, I decided and visited the outlet. Unfortunately for me, the not-at-all courteous had left for the day. My grievance was heard by Mr. Shashi, who recorded my complaint in a register book maintained by them. He said that, due to non-availability of the same wall unit, it cannot be fixed. He asked to wait till 1st week of December and assured a fix by then. However, no complaint number was given in this regard.

                        After no call in the first week, I finally called up the person(Shashi) in the third week. After my call being not answered twice, Shashi called me and said that he had spoken with the company; I was surprised to know that the warranty was only against termite (and one more thing, I do not remember) protection; so to fix this bottom plank, I will have to pay. I asked Shashi to show this warranty clause in writing so that I can agree to it, since at the time of purchase, I was not told this.
                        Shashi said that he will speak to the company again and get back to me in 2 days' time. This call was done on a Thursday and I gave him time till following Monday.
                        As expected, no call on Monday and on Tuesday, I have been trying to get in touch with him but no response.

                        I am not sure if this is how Housefull treats other customers; but I am utterly disappointed with this kind of service. It is better if you at least answer the call, let alone give a solution. As of now, I am not expecting them to respond and hence, I intend to visit the outlet again.

                          This in reference to

                          We had bought a AVINTIS DINING ST (SKU No[protected] on Sep 11 2011 from PUNE Chinchwad branch of yours.

                          We were delivered AVINTIS DINING SET defective set with cracked backrest of one of the chairs.
                          We were told it will be replaced within a weeks time.
                          Next it was told that it will be replaced by 3rd Nov.
                          Now every week they either dont pick up the phone or misguide us or say it will be replaced next week.
                          They have never called us to apologise for the defective set nor did they do call us back to inform the status after repeated calling them.

                          It has been over 2 months that the defective set has not yet been replaced and we have been treated badly by the shop customer care.

                          We want the chair to be replaced within 2 days time or take the defective set back and give us full refund immediately.

                          Note: They had also delivered defectiveset of the other item i.e. SHOE CABINATE (SKU No[protected] which was replaced on repeated follow ups.

                            Hello sir,

                            This is to inform you that i have purchased sofa cum bed from "House full international ltd" on 15/10/2011 by credit card payment, for which they have given me the delivery date of 22 october 2011. but every time i call they say it will get delivered next week, some excutive says it is not in stock and instead of refund try some other product, and now almost it is more than a month and i have not yet received the sofa cum beds.
                            I know this is fraud done by HOUSE FULL INTERNATIONAL LTD. but need your help to fight against this big dealers who holds police and big lawyers in their pockets.
                            i want my money back and compensation for my loss .

                              i have a problem of joint of chair.joint are open in only 60-85 days
                              then sir i dont have rupees back but sir i will exchange crystal dining table to any one of steel one.

                                HOUSE FULL IS HOUSE FULL OF THUGS. THEY ONLY BELIEVE IN CHEATING. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUST BOGUS. THEY HAVE NO EXCHANGE POLICY. ONCE YOU BUY A PRODUCT AND THEN EVEN IF IT IS FAULTY THEY WILL NEVER REPLACE THEM. THE STAFF IN HOUSE FULL ARE JUST TO CHEATS . HIGH PROMISES ARE GIVEN WHEN YOU GO TO THE SHOP BUT WHEN U RECIEVE THE MATERIAL YOU WILL BE SHOCKED ON SEEING THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. THE PRODUCTS ARE FANCY BUT NOT AT ALL SAFE. NEVER EVER BUY BIG SIZE PRODUCTS FROM HOUSEFULL. THE QUALITY IS SO BAD THAT IT CAN FALL ON YOU . AFTER DELIVERY THEY SAY THAT YOU SHOULD USE IT CAREFULLY.IT'S A NIGHTMARE AFTER U START USING THE PRODUCT.

                                FOR EVERYONE' S SAFETY I URGE PEOPLE NOT TO EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT THAT IS > THAN 5 FEET. IT'S VERY RISKY AN UNSAFE.

                                  I bought saphire bed October, 22, 2010. I have lodged a complaint(M 207111/86) about sagged plank in the last week of August 2011. After lot of follow up, carpenter showed up on 1 Set 2011. He inspected the bed and said that a report would be submitted to Vashi Branch from where I bought this and lodged complaint. Since then I am following up with them on phone(Most of the times nobody responds on this no[protected] and made many visits to their show room. So far nothing has been done and gave some or the other excuse. Now, on 3 Oct recieved a call from their HO (Ph[protected] informing that I need to pay Rs 1800.00 for replacement of these sagged planks. They are trying to avoid to cover this under warranty. They are cheats and their only intent is make the public fools. Their service is pathetic to say the least.

                                  PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY

                                    I bought a wall unit- Christina Wall Unit on 03 Sept 2011- which was displayed with transparent glass in the store ( Kukatttpally Hyderabad) as well as in the company's website : http://www.housefull.co.in/productdetail1.aspx?pid=112
                                    This product is clearly displayed with transparent glass and there is no point that the glasses are shaded/non transparent as the purpose is to display the decorative items..

                                    However first the store did not deliver the glass along with the wall unit and next after 4 days of continuous follow up with the store( Hyderabad, Kukatpally) they sent a wrong glass to me, which I have rejected as the glass is shaded and does not allow any visibility to the decorative items kept on the shelf

                                    I have written to Mr Dhiren Rajgor and to Customer Care in houseful details and called up as well.My first call was picked, but thereafter no answer to the later calls.

                                    I have the Wall unit lying unused for 2 weeks at my house as the glass doors are not yet attached.

                                    I have noticed many other folks complaining about housefull and wish I had checked this prior to my purchase. Now that I am already a sufferer, can some one o[censored]s share the way how to get this problems resolved, any email or forum where I can raise this complaint so that it is addressed by the company asap.

                                      I would like to share my experience with House Full (FOOL) Furniture.

                                      I Bought one Bed (Valour Queen Bed Wenge :[protected] worth Rs 13000/- . 2 days back it’s suddenly broken up. After that I am trying to communicate with the Store People, either they are not picking up the phone or else they said, “they will get back to me shortly”, today they were saying ; “will send you someone soon”. I am really upset with their behaviour and this incident happened within 3 months of purchasing the Bed.

                                      I am new in Pune , I have heard about this store from my friends that they are having some good readymade furniture which are international quality ... is it really an example of international quality product !!!

                                      I would suggest to all do not go with their looks or Colourful Branding; it’s just wastage of money...

The market value may vary of the same in / with different markets / resellers / purchasers. We have not mislead anyone in any form and have delivered / given what was shown / marketed by us as a company promotion as a goodwill gesture for your purchase with housefull.
                                        Got it verified by the Jwellers.You said gift price was Rs.8000, but actual cost is less than Rs.1000.Pendant you have given is without any certificate.Hope market value has not decreased by Rs.7000.
