I had purchased a Louisiana wall unit (MH 18102 W) from the House Full outlet at Mega Mall, Andheri. The purchase was done in July 2011. This wall unit was covered under a one year warranty.
All was good until November 2011. The bottom plank of this wall unit broke, also the support for the T.V. set was bent.
I called the housefull representatives in November telling them about this problem. Promptly, they sent a carpenter to inspect the problem. The carpenter came, saw the problem and supposedly submitted a report to the house full guys. I was told that a response will be received in the next few days.
After a week's wait, I called up the outlet. The person who answered the call was not at all, courteous and put me on hold for about 5 minutes (and eventually I disconnected). Immediately, I decided and visited the outlet. Unfortunately for me, the not-at-all courteous had left for the day. My grievance was heard by Mr. Shashi, who recorded my complaint in a register book maintained by them. He said that, due to non-availability of the same wall unit, it cannot be fixed. He asked to wait till 1st week of December and assured a fix by then. However, no complaint number was given in this regard.
After no call in the first week, I finally called up the person(Shashi) in the third week. After my call being not answered twice, Shashi called me and said that he had spoken with the company; I was surprised to know that the warranty was only against termite (and one more thing, I do not remember) protection; so to fix this bottom plank, I will have to pay. I asked Shashi to show this warranty clause in writing so that I can agree to it, since at the time of purchase, I was not told this.
Shashi said that he will speak to the company again and get back to me in 2 days' time. This call was done on a Thursday and I gave him time till following Monday.
As expected, no call on Monday and on Tuesday, I have been trying to get in touch with him but no response.
I am not sure if this is how Housefull treats other customers; but I am utterly disappointed with this kind of service. It is better if you at least answer the call, let alone give a solution. As of now, I am not expecting them to respond and hence, I intend to visit the outlet again.

Calls made to their customer grievance numbers went unanswered. Landline numbers(tata indicom) of the showroom have been disconnected on user request. Calls to mobile numbers of store managers are not being lifted. Customer grievance numbers[protected], [protected] are not available and not reachable.
This mail is being written in connection with a complaint I have repeatedly followed up with your Hyderabad, Tolichowki showroom in regard to the Finesse Queens bed I have purchased on 07/01/2012 via booking number:[protected].
I had this piece delivered along with my dining set and the side table on 20th of January 2012. Post, 1 week o[censored]sage of this bed, I had lodged a complaint with the showroom here, since the plywood plank or the base of the bed with storage had a crack and broke at the edge. I quoted this damage and had requested a personnel available at the number [protected] and[protected] for check on this bed and have the necessary repair done. Every other week from then on I would have called this guy(I dont recall his name) and a female by the name Geetha who have been repeatedly quoting the same line "Sir, we have lodged a complaint with the warehouse, someone would check on this issue" . But till date noone has actioned on this issue till date.
Last week even when I have warned Geetha and the other personnel(store manager or someone whose mobile number is printed on the bill) to have this case addressed as soon as possible and it was the very same reply with no seriousness whatsoever for the undue delay they have created messing around with this concern. I gave the deadline as last Friday, post which I would have this case addressed to even consumer court for having cheated a customers faith in your product. I have paid my hard earned money for this piece and I do not wish to be taken for a ride due to some puny staff you have in your showrooms dilly dallying with customers concerns.
I will never be sorry to say, business with such an organization has been a pathetic experience. "
