I buyed the sofa set from House Full Furniture shop of chinchwad Pune on 3rd Jan 2009 they committed me delivery date 14-Jan-2009 but they delivered damaged sofa which they taken back for replacement on 27th Jan 2009 but again they delivered damaged sofa on 31st Jan 2009 so I Refused to receive the same again on 10th feb they delivered damaged sofa since that was delivered at 10 pm I just accepted that sofa but refused to give sign on delivery slip and told them to replace this sofa with new sofa and they are saying they will send replacement till 3rd march 2009 but now they are refusing for replacement.

I completely agree! i have experienced the same thing.. my delivery was scheduled for 19 of nov.. i informed them well in advance that i have a party at 21 so i want everything before that.. i purchased goods worth 60 K in one go from house full.. but was felling so helpless after placing my order.. after so many phone calls & personal visit i got my goods delivered much after the scheduled date.. that too not all, they just delivered half of the stuff and said half in not in stock.. then after waiting for 4-5 days finally i got remaining stuff but this time it was not what i ordered!!.. he is delivering something which i have not ordered!! and arguing with me that company doesn't deliver wrong thing &. i must have ordered that! finally after speaking to their seniors they agreed their mistake... . that is not enough.. it is hardly 5 months and my bed i.e. CADIZ BEDROOM SET is literally broken into two!! screws from one side are all loosed & it is of no use to me.. i have uploaded pic of my broken bed on this link c it your self!--http://img246.imageshack.us/img246/7308/housefulldahisar.jpg i am warning all those who are planning to buy any stuff from them.. BEWARE ... i am trying there ph no but no one ever picks up phone which is provided on thr website i.e. Tel.[protected], 29451801 .. if they are giving these types of services in a city like mumbai then i really fell pity about all those small towns customers where they their branches... I have lost all my faith in this company & i seriously dont want any consumer to fall prey to them.. PRATEEK
I too agree with their bad customer service, I ordered a shoe rack for 3k on 01-06-09, After a long wait i got the material on 08-06-09. But latter i found, when the guy came to assemble that its is not complete shoe rack. Some parts were missing from the pack.

Till now i am following up with them, They casually reply saying they have ordered the missing parts to the mfg company and soon they will deliver, After arguing for so many times i am still not able to understand, why they can't just replace my piece or just take the missing parts from other pack and fix my problem ?. Why i am suppose to wait for their next consignment from their supplier ?...Now even they started avoiding my calls, once they come to know i have called them.

My friend is very fond of paintings. We took me along to check out the canvas there. He usually doesnt pick up much, but he went bonkers in Housefull. He picked up so many canvas and gifted me one too. Ive never seen him so happy.. Thanks Housefull... :)

    i had ordered a bedroom set on Housefull International Limited, Dahisar in December 2008 and asked them to deliver the goods on 26 Jan 2009. The company (?) didnot deliver the goods on time and scheduled the delivery on 3 Feb 2009. The delivery people arrived at 12:00 pm when there was no one in the house (even though the previous day i had gone personally to the stores manager to confirm the delivery time as after 5:00 pm). The next day the carpenter came to assmeble the furniture when we discovered a damaged wooden piece. The complaint was launched the next day (i.e. 5 Feb 2009). Till this day (i.e. 8 Feb 2009), no one from the company has come to even inspect the furniture.
    The furniture is of quite a poor quality (as we had selected the goods on the basis of asthetic appeal, we weren't advised by the salesman about the weak quality). The service is very very poor and the officials talk about the schedules ; and don't even care about the schedule and time of the consumer.
    ...Absolutely dissappointing...and a waste of time and hard - earned money...

    Yes you are correct, i am also one of the person like you, i order the sofa set on 25th jan 2009, they promised the delivery done on in time. they mentioned delivery date on feb 7th, but till today(21st feb 2009) i didn't get any call from them, i made a call number of times some numbers are wrong numbers they mentioned in invoice. at last i get connected but no one can reply properly, always says give me one more week time we can call regarding this with in 30 min.. if we wait for that call we fooled no one can make a call. i dicided to take my amount back its worst shoppe. please no one can cheet like me.

    i totally agree. the service of the co. is very poor.my wife had purchased a bed and wardrobe from their mall at dahisar to be delivered on 27th April 2009.the delivery was in time.but the bed which was installed and the mattress were not matching. the concerned technician on the day of delivery said that the mattress was big in size which was subsequently confirmed by r another technician, who only visited our premises after 2-3 visits to their mall and regular pursuasion on phone.the salesman on the counter was kind enough and it was decided that the single big matress will be replaced with two small mattressess. however when the two small mattressess were delivered the problem faced by us could not be solved.the person accompanying the mattressess informed that there was no problem with the mattress but the bed was not properly assembled and installed.therefore once again we had reached to point where we were.till today the problem exists. no response from the company inspite of me sending an email to [protected]@housefull.co.in. the email address provided by them.can co. response to my email.i have so far not beeen able to use the bed.no body is picking phone neither the sales person nor the customer care person nor the technician.

    Dear Sir,

    I have ordered bed room sofa cum bed on June 21st, 2009 from Showroom at Thakur Mall, Dahisar and the company delivered as per the schedule on 28th June 2009 and after that on 1st July 09 your carpenter came and install Three Setter with two chairs and Wardrobe he was about to install the sofa cum bed he found the ply was broken and that time only we have complained to Mr. Sampat and Mr. Rahul and they promised to replace it within a day or two, when we did not received any response from them we tried to contact and informed about the complete which they verbally promised every time but which never happened till date.

    They also gave falls information which we regret. The service is very poor and the official talks about the schedules and don’t even care about the schedule and time of the customer.

    I would not recommend any body to purchase furniture from your show room, so please look into this matter immediate and reply to us. Don’t let me to go to consumer completes forum which we don’t want to do.

    Hope you would take a appropriate action and deliver.

    i too agree with you all, as i am also a victim of "house full", we orderd the wardrobe, set of chair and sofa cum bed, delivery was on time, but installation was done after 2 days, when carpenter found the broken ply in sofa cum bed, i called sampat and rahul, who have been employed only to give false commitments to the consumer, 1st of july i complaind verbally to them, the way they answer, will make u feel like the problem would be rectified, till date 12th of july they are giving me false promises,

    I have decided to go to the show room and blast over the managment, let the other people know what kind of service they provide, i will warn all the consumer not to buy from house full, you pay more but buy from a reputed and good quality furniture shop

    I have bought Jasmine Wardrobe set .All the handle of Wardrobe is of poor quality and service is poorest of all, Called more than 10 times.There was diamond pendant free which i has never got and dont hope so, Can i go to the consumer court on this
    I have faced all the issues mentioned above and more.

    My sincere advise to all is NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from HOUSE FULL.

    I've faced several issues since i bought a bedroom set, sofa set and a wall unit form housefull on 19th of july...in two months without even using the furniture(its just kept in an empty room) the condition of the it is miserable... today when i turned the sofa and saw the sofa cover is not stitched its stapled.i advise everyone not to waste your hard-earned money on such 3rd class furniture..u better get it made from the carpenter
    Hi iam sachin Negi working housefull International Ltd company last 2006 to 2007, i leaft the job but till dated i am not getting my PF i dont know what happen, i told Mr sharad He is the Operation Manager Housefull I dont know what he is doing. I call shara 2008 he told me you will get your PF in your A/C. why he given wrong Commitment with me.Pls reply me as soon as posival.ok my sharat
    Houseful has opened a new store in Bangalore very recently. Before reading the above complaint, i had booked bedroom set and dining set. they have delivered dining set on agreed date. But DEFINITELY NOT OF THE SAME QUALITY as was DISPLAYED IN THE SHOWROOM. Delivery of Bedroom set is postponed giving obscure reasons. The delivery time is almost a month.
    IT IS DEFINITELY A DUPING STORE. WANT THE CONCERNED TO STOP THIS STORE FROM DUPING CUSTOMERS.
    Even after the above complaints, it is SAD that NOBODY has taken any action against the store and they are spreading all over and WE ARE BECOMING VICTIMS of their promises. DEFINITELY THERE IS NO DISCOUNT AS THEY CLAIM IN THEIR ADS. THE VALUE IS AS PER THEIR QUALITY. THERE IS NOTHING THAT HOUSEFULL IS FAVOURING THE CUSTOMER BY GIVING DISCOUNTS. But their attitude is as though they are doing a favour by giving huge discounts.
    STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO BUY FROM HOUSEFUL AND IF WE WANT VALUE FOR MONEY, WE SHOULD NOT THINK ABOUT DISCOUNTS AND GET DUPED BY SUCH FRAUD COMPANIES.
    Just a small line to say very very poor service, rude behaviour of the officials after selling the product, delievry & assembly schedules not adhered after confirming the same with the customer. I suggest we all as a customer should stop giving business to such stores where the employees are not bothered to help the customers & also safeguard the name & reputation of the organization they work for. Even the senior management officials are having a casual approach to the companints & try to defend the deleivery / assembly staff. The overall experience is absolutely dissappointing, waste of time and hard - earned money.
    BAD BAD BAD choice . they should shut shop!!!1 never answer calls i have a million numbers to their outlets and no one answers any. poor poor quality. yes bought on aesthetic sense . just bad choice. disgusting experience. no consumer friendly staff or outlet. i got cheaper and better stuff from my local furniture wala!
    I totally agree with you all. House Full worst and most unprofessional company. I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND any to go this Furniture shop. They have delivered me a piece after 25 days and in one of the Rack there were few parts missing and these people are yet to assemble or even to get in touch with us. WHO EVER IT IS PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR HOUSEFULL AND DROP THE IDEA OF BUYING THE FURNITURES.

    Full House — Quality of the Goods & services

    I bought the bedroom set from Full House & in 3 months the cupboard sides and partitions started falling apart, After calling them for 3 months they sent a carpenter who fixed the item. A week after he finished it the doors started falling apart.

    I have contacted them on so many occasions however they do not respond & their service is terrible.

    Please do not buy items from HOUSE FULL, The stuff is BAD & waste of money.
    Housefull is a cheater. They take order and deliver defective items and then they never replace the item. I have being following with them for 2 months now and nobody tells when it will be replaced. They are not cancelling the order and not refunding my money, Neither are they replacing the defective item.
    White Collor Thief. Shame on you Housefull International. Very cheap was of making money. Shame Shame Shame.
    STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY THING FROM HOUSEFUL, THEY ARE WHITE COLLAR THIEF.

      I bought a wrough iron for Rs. 6000 and paid octroi extra on that. After 20 days, the bed is not in working condition and they are not ready to replace it. Moreover, for repairing also they asked for Rs. 600 for welding and all.

      I managed to find a local welder and repaired the bed for 100 Rs.

      There quality of the product as well as service is pathetic, don’t ever buy anything from them.

        Hi,

        I have bought a bed room set and dinning table on 1st Dec'2008 from HouseFull Chinchwad. Products were delivered on 07th Dec'2008. Double bed was damaged at the time of delivery and one of the parts was missing from dinning table. I have logged a complaint on 08th Dec' 2008 mentioning that I should not be available after 25th Dec'2008. I got the response saying that they will take the necessary action before 25th and get back to me with updates. Till now there is neither any call nor any support from HouseFull. I have to call them daily but getting the same response that they will call me in an hour. I am not sure how long their one hour is. Today is 25th Dec'2008. I again got the same response 5 mins back. I am not sure what action I should take so that they can take care of my complaint.

        Even i faced same problem.I purchased a bed room set on December 31st 2008 with Rs.35000.
        At the time of delivery there was a crack in the ply of the bed.House full Carpenter told me, it is nothing.
        But after 3 months o[censored]se, crack has increased.Now i am fearing of total breakdown of the bed if it is not replaced soon.I complaint so many time to housefull, initially they told it will be replaced, but afterward they are telling it is because of daily use of the bed, it is not defect of the bed.Now they are telling me i have to pay for it.It is totally unethical, as i have the warranty for one year.So it should be replaced by the housefull in free of cost.

          Housefull have the worst customer service I have ever seen.
          I have purchased 3+1+1 georgia sofa set from Kharadi Housefull on 13th Sep 08 & within a month the ply came out from leg side and all legs are also in different shapes. From last 3 weeks we are complaining Housefull about this but nobody bothers about it. 3 times carpenter came and just clicked the picture and went away...everytime they say that we will fix it tomorrow, even we have a letter also from housefull manager with signature saying that he will fix that sofa on 26th Oct 08 at any cost but still no update. We have been to kharadi office lots of time but noone even talk to us. I just want my sofa to be fixed up ASAP.
          I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from Housefull.

          Same situation happened with us when we bought a flashy dinning table from ISHANYA Mall, near Airport Road PUNE. It seems all these big names are selling Chinese products...
          I have ordered for a queen bed and a Kurlon budget mattress which was supposed to deliver me on 19th Dec 2008. Though the Queen bed delivered on time mattress took around 3 weeks as they claimed that it was out of stock.

          Finally I got my mattress delivered on 07th of January, 2009. Today I was really shocked the way they cheated me. The mattress delivered to me had a sticker labelled as Kurlon which went unnoticed at the time of verification. The mattress is actually torn and got stitched by them and to cover up the same they put the sticker on top of the same.

          I had lot of follow-ups with these ...(s) ( I don't want to put abusive words here ) but they always had some stupid excuses everytime. Since I have been cheated, I would to let others know about this torture. I would say that I have got better customer care from the local vendors in PUNE.

          I strongly recommend that we all need to unite and teach these people a lesson that they would never forget. In fact they have a feeling the money that we pay lacks the customer service. Please feel free to mail in case you need any sort of clarifications on the same.

          I agree with DISHA.

          I too have bought a victor lounge sofa set this Diwali from Houseful, Kharadi. To my surprise the quality of the sofa is so pathetic, I never felt it looked new. Over an above that, all the resting legs are so weak, that within a week the got bent beyond a limit. On complaint, they sent a carpenter who came & tweaked with it. But the condition got only worst.
          With the kind of product they have, they should send their service person every 2 months for free repairs.

          Houseful has the best advertising but worst value for money for their products. dont get tempted, lest u'll repent.
          BEWARE OF WORST SERVICE AND QUALITY I would like to create awareness regarding pathetic treatment by House Full, Kharadi, Pune (Furniture, home appliances store). We purchased bedroom set worth 15, 999 on 14th Aug-08. We made full payment and asked to deliver the same on 3rd Sept-08. After a week I called them up and asked to deliver this on 1st Sept-08 to which they confirmed over the phone. I once again cross-checked after 2 days by calling whether they will be delivering the furniture on 1st Sept-08 and they replied positively. On 1st Sept-08 when I did not hear from them till late afternoon, I checked with the showroom and some lady told me that it has already been dispatched. After calling them thrice, I was informed that they do not have stock and they will send the furniture after 5 days. As informed, I doubt when I will get the furniture as the showroom manager informed me that they are bringing it from their Nasik Showroom. After running after them like mad, I received furniture from them on 7th sept 08 though I had paid them on 14th August08. Still the mattress was not fitting to the bed size. Till now I am regularly following up and shouting at them but all in vain. They just give lame excuses and commitments. Even some of my office colleagues had told me earlier about the poor delivery response and customer treatment by House Full. ANYBODY PLANNING TO BUY FROM HOUSEFULL DUE TO LOWER PRICE BEWARE..THEIR SERVICE IS WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN AND QUALITY SO PATHETIC...WAIT FOR SOMETIME TO GET SOME MORE CASH IN HAND AND BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE..

          AND YESTERDAY (23-JUNE-2009) IS JUST 10 MONTHS FROM THE DATE WHEN MY FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED BUT THE FURNITURE JUST CRACKED WHILE I WAS SITTING ON IT READING A BOOK...WHEN I CALLED ALL THE CELL NO.S I HAD, ALL WERE OUT OF SERVICE...BY LUCK WHEN I GOT A CALL ANSWERED ON LANDLINE, THE LADY SAID WE HAVE TOOO MUCH WORK LOAD AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND IT IMMEDIATELY BUT AFTER SOME TIME ...I DONT KNOW WHAT IS SOMETIME FOR THEM, A WEEK OF 2 MONTHS...
          I would like to say everybody not to go for Houseful showroom in kharadi as I am suffering a lot of problem due the pathetic treatment by House Full. last Aug 08 we have purchesed a sofa from the same showroom & withen 15 days the legs bended, service given by them is free but it is very teriffic.
          Now after a year the as problem is coming again & again but they are not responsing at all. Now we are fade up of all their reasons.
          I totally agree with everyone above.One of the worst service and product providers in market.They just bluff the customers and nothing else.I baught a regan bedroom set last year and not even a year is over the ply i.e the lamination on the top is coming out by itself.we baught the set and we were in hurry as we left for UK the very next day.We have not even used the product since baught and when i entered the house on 13th March i found that the lamination is comin out byitself.My house was fully locked.They are providing one of the worst products and nothing else.I am tired calling them and asking to replace the item or give me some solution to the problem but nobody there to answer it and even i[censored] call they disconnect the phone.
          The quality is not good - 100%
          Yesterday the side table broke with a slight pressure, don't know whether I should even call them to get it replaced/repaired.

          the housefull guys are bloody crab, they never stick to the commitment, what i think is that we all should get united & file a case in the consumer court & make them bend on there knees for all this forgery things that they do, they feel that we can do nothing then only complaining them multiple times, lets show them that we can sue them for all this crab they are doing...
          lets gear up guys else many more like us will suffer for whatever they purchase from this stores, the name should be crabfull instead of housefull.
          Same Here. I bought the Saffire Bed set from Housefull year ago. Within 6 months it got it base broken. Now i am persuing them since last 2 months but they are not paying attention to it. Always some useless reasons are given and asked to contact other persons. Though its in warranty period i am ready to pay for repair, still these guys are not yet ready to fix it.

          Same happened with me
          I bought a Swing on 24th july through their website and was promised delivery in 7 days. There was no delivery till 5th August. So i called Customer care after several calls and reminders finally It got delivered on 6th Aug evening. And was promised that it will be assembled by next day afternoon.

          Again Since nobody came for assembling i called up Customer care again (on 7th July evening) and was told that Assembling will be done within 48 hours of delivery i.e. by 8th evening. Unfortunately that too did not happen and all my effort to call the Customer care failed as the phone was either coming engage or nobody was picking up.

          Again On 9th morning i called up customer care, Again there is no proper responce fromt hem wonder when it will finally be assembled. i have talked with everybody right from Customer Care executives in Mumbai to the store manager in Pune kharadi. and nobody seems to be aware of when the assembling will be done.

          Worst people, worst service.

            well my 6 seater table was suppose to be delivered yesterday but i got it today.n more over when the carpenter guys came up and unpacked the boxes, we all discovered that the table top was damaged.i called up house full people and asked for the table top's replacement today only as tomorrow is diwali..since then i've been callin these guys n i can't even recall how many time now but on every call; 1st a new guy will pick up the phone then u'll have explain all the things to them again n again n again n then the 2nd thing they'll tell u that they will call u within 15 minutes with the updated details but no 1 will ever call u up...these people will really make u pissed off as i'm now by callin again n again n teling them the story from A B C to Z..n thats is really frustating..these guys dont know how to keep a customer happy to their expectations.n this is the last thing m gonna buy from them as they are big time crook.n i'm still waitin for my table top since 4 hrs n they say it's on it's way..where i live 4-5 KM away from the house full show room in magarpatta cyber city...so guy's be wise enough n dont order anything from them or else u'll regret like me.

              I bought a NeelKamal cupboard from HOUSEFULL for Rs4599, paid Rs250 in delivery charges on the 27th of July 2008.
              They delivered a cupboard which cannot be locked as it was delivered without a key..
              After a long series of telephone calls, ( 28 calls to be precise) over a period of 3 months there was no response. Ten days back when i threatened a police complaint they sent someone and removed the lock of the cupboard promising to install it back with a key the very next day. There has been no action from their part since then. I am left with a useless cupboard with a hole and 5000 rupees down the drain.
              AND THEY GIVE BILLS WHICH RUB OFF ON THEIR OWN AFTER 3 MONTHS..SO THERE IS NO PROOF OF PURCHASE!!! I want to buy a new cupboard since I need one urgently to keep important documents in my office.
              BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK WHICH I WAS CHEATED OUT OF.
              I have talked to every customer care personnel, all of them reel ofF the same set of lies..and subsequently refuse to remember me or my complaint every time I call.
              I want to be recompensed for the mental stress and trauma they have continuosly and consciously put me through for the last three months.
              And I want my money back.
              THEY ARE CLEARLY OUT TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK USING EVERY CONCIEVABLE TRICK!!
              CAN YOU GIVE JUSTICE? CAN ZOU STOP THEM???

              Housefull have the worst customer service I have ever seen.
              I have purchased 3+1+1 georgia sofa set from Kharadi Housefull on 13th Sep 08 & within a month the ply came out from leg side and all legs are also in different shapes. From last 3 weeks we are complaining Housefull about this but nobody bothers about it. 3 times carpenter came and just clicked the picture and went away...everytime they say that we will fix it tomorrow, even we have a letter also from housefull manager with signature saying that he will fix that sofa on 26th Oct 08 at any cost but still no update. We have been to kharadi office lots of time but noone even talk to us. I just want my sofa to be fixed up ASAP.
              I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from Housefull.

              I completely agree! i have experienced the same thing.. my delivery was scheduled for 19 of nov.. i informed them well in advance that i have a party at 21 so i want everything before that.. i purchased goods worth 60 K in one go from house full.. but was felling so helpless after placing my order.. after so many phone calls & personal visit i got my goods delivered much after the scheduled date.. that too not all, they just delivered half of the stuff and said half in not in stock.. then after waiting for 4-5 days finally i got remaining stuff but this time it was not what i ordered!!.. he is delivering something which i have not ordered!! and arguing with me that company doesn't deliver wrong thing &. i must have ordered that! finally after speaking to their seniors they agreed their mistake... . that is not enough.. it is hardly 5 months and my bed i.e. CADIZ BEDROOM SET is literally broken into two!! screws from one side are all loosed & it is of no use to me.. i have uploaded pic of my broken bed on this link c it your self!--http://img246.imageshack.us/img246/7308/housefulldahisar.jpg i am warning all those who are planning to buy any stuff from them..               I agree. The posted add in paper saying gift with purchase. I did not know about it and my wife had to call and argue before they would agree to deliver. Also, i asked for 22nd delivery and bill says 28th. I called and asked why this is so and they are telling em out of stock so why sell when no stock for a sofa ? They wont refund the money i will call and cancel with my credit card company on monday. If they dont want business they wont get it.

              Hell with Housefull worst shop everyone should avoid for their customer service. I never recommend that anyone even enter the store

              I have a bedroom set taken from housefull.we had to shift to a new place so wanted to dismantle this set.I went and inquired about the labor and charges in one of the housefull outlet and took der number.Next day my husband called on the showroom number but the employee who picked the call was not the same one with whom i had conversation one day before.
              So this new guy sent a carpenter and he dismantled the bedroom set and took 1.5k for dismantling the bed and wardrobe.. After 1-2 day the previous guy whom i meet in showroom called to inquire & i told him that guy from housefull came and did the work.
              Since that day guys from housefull are calling me and my husband every now n then asking who had come to dismantle the furniture, how did he look, who sent him, whom did u talk to.answering them several times has not solved the issue yet..n they r constantly bothering us..
              I purchased a neelkamal cupboard for 6199/- on 20th August from Housefull, Chinchwad, Pune... when I assembled it at home the same day, I realised that I have recieved 2 sets of right side door... left side doors were missing. After many followups, about 3 weeks back (today is 21 Sep), they sent a repairs guy, who took the extra pair of door with him, with a promise to come back with correct set the next day... and since then there is no response from Houseful guys

              peaple keep on bluffing of giving the delivery in 10 days even after 1 month i didnt get the product
              Cheaters… and Frauds…..
              We had booked chairs and center table on October 2011 during Diwali season and had paid an advance as booking amount.

              We went back after some time when our new house was completed and made the full balance payment. They promised delivery within one week. On the day before delivery they called us saying the material is out of stock and that we should wait. After Two months they have still not delivered our material.
              I have made numerous phone calls to the customer care and also the outlet at Worli mumbai.
              However no one is bothered to do anything. They dont provide with their managers numbers and dont let you meet them or speak to them.
              Several times I have asked for the refund of my money paid to them. Shockingly they have refused to refund my money. They say it is their policy not to refund the money.
              This is nothing short of cheating. If they cant give the material ordered they have to give a refund. If they take the money and dont give the material it amounts to cheating and nothing else.
              When they booked they should have kept our ordered the items for us. When they took the money and promised delivery again at that time stock should have been checked. If there was a mistake by them and for the reason that the material is out of stock they cant deliver they have to refund the money paid.
              However they have simply refused to pay back and have not give us any delivery promise also. Shamelessly they say when the items are available that time they will give. No one knows how long this will be.
              Disgusting, shocking and simply fraud.
              So beware Dont get cheated like we have been just dont buy anything form them. Who knows they will give the material or not. If they give will it be the correct one or not and the quality will be right or not. Moreover for a company with such malafide intentions the warranty sound like a joke and is only to fool customers and nothing else.
              I agree, even am facing same issue.
              I bought a bed set along with two side tables. This was almost a year back. This purchase has been satisfactory. No complaints.

                I had purchased one slider sofa cum bed and one onyx dinind set and one diamond earings and one Double futou with mattress on 3rd-Oct-2008 and already paid amout of furniture and trasportation as well .                   I would like to create awareness regarding pathetic treatment by House Full, Kharadi, Pune (Furniture, home appliances store). We purchased bedroom set worth 15, 999 on 14th Aug-08. We made full payment and asked to deliver the same on 3rd Sept-08. After a week I called them up and asked to deliver this on 1st Sept-08 to which they confirmed over the phone. I once again cross-checked after 2 days by calling whether they will be delivering the furniture on 1st Sept-08 and they replied positively. On 1st Sept-08 when I did not hear from them till late afternoon, I checked with the showroom and some lady told me that it has already been dispatched. After calling them thrice, I was informed that they do not have stock and they will send the furniture after 5 days. As informed, I doubt when I will get the furniture as the showroom manager informed me that they are bringing it from their Nasik Showroom. After running after them like mad, I received furniture from them on 7th sept 08 though I had paid them on 14th August08. Still the mattress was not fitting to the bed size. Till now I am regularly following up and shouting at them but all in vain. They just give lame excuses and commitments. Even some of my office colleagues had told me earlier about the poor delivery response and customer treatment by House Full. ANYBODY PLANNING TO BUY FROM HOUSEFULL DUE TO LOWER PRICE BEWARE..THEIR SERVICE IS WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN AND QUALITY SO PATHETIC...WAIT FOR SOMETIME TO GET SOME MORE CASH IN HAND AND BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE..

                  I totally agree with Tejas on this and also would like to share my first and bad experience with HouseFull, Kharadi, PUNE.

                  I have ordered for a queen bed and a Kurlon budget mattress which was supposed to deliver me on 19th Dec 2008. Though the Queen bed delivered on time mattress took around 3 weeks as they claimed that it was out of stock.

                  Finally I got my mattress delivered on 07th of January, 2009. Today I was really shocked the way they cheated me. The mattress delivered to me had a sticker labelled as Kurlon which went unnoticed at the time of verification. The mattress is actually torn and got stitched by them and to cover up the same they put the sticker on top of the same.

                  I strongly recommend that we all need to unite and teach these people a lesson that they would never forget. In fact they have a feeling the money that we pay lacks the customer service.

                  I too agree with their bad customer service, I ordered a shoe rack for 3k on 01-06-09, After a long wait i got the material on 08-06-09. But latter i found, when the guy came to assemble that its is not complete. Some parts were missing from the pack.

                  Till now i am following up with them, They casually reply saying they have ordered the missing parts to the mfg company and soon they will deliver, After arguing for so many times i am still not able to understand, why they can't just replace my piece or just take the missing parts from other pack and fix my problem ?. Why i am suppose to wait for their next consignment from their supplier ?...Now i don't have to run after them as now even they started avoiding my calls, once they come to know i have called them.

                  I also have similar opinion about the service by Housefull. It is patehtic!!! I bought a sofa set and a dining table set from housefull in Chinchwad, Pune. The cushion of the dining table chair is not fitting properly when their carpentar assembled them first time. He assured me that he will come back and fix it next day. He did not show up next day. I tried to call them, but their phone is always faulty. I had to redial almost 20 - 30 mins to get connected. I told them about my concern and they fixed an appointment for the carpenter to come. But he did not showed up again. After many follow-up for two weeks the problem was not solved. I physically visited the show room again and shouted at them for the kind of service. They assured me that the problem will be solved the next day surely. As expected they did not come. So i request all you to rethink before buying from Housefull. Though they advertise sale ka baap and all dont fall into their play. Buy it from another reputed furniture dealer. HOUSEFULL SUCKS!!!
                  I had bought dinning set from PCMC, Pune before 6 months after severe hard efforts by regularly calling them for delivery on time but as they have habit of cheating customers they failed to deliver goods on time.When I got goods after delay of 3 days I saw that they didn't have the screw, nuts and other things which helps in assemble the dinning set. Again they keep telling that hey will come tomorrow and fit all the items. Now, before 2 days what I saw that it just simply broke into pieces. We were just sitting at sofa watching T.V and suddenly it breaks from corner. By God's grace, thankfully no one was near otherwise it would have become worse. I know its a glass item but untill n unless you will not put any hammering or any pressure it should not break like dis atleast???? That means they had delivered us a defective glass by making some polish and shining so we cannot see the defect, crack on the glass. I strongly feel that we should teach them a very good lesson so in future they will keep in their mind. I request the customers who are planning to buy from HOUSE FULL, don't even think to go there, they are making customers fool...
                  A few months back I had to buy a new cupboard for my wife since I was getting married. Mom and me went to Housefull. We got a cupboard for a great price... My wife loved it and we are satisfied with the quality..

                    Today on 5th April 08, I went to Hose full store on Kharadi-Mundhwa bypass road in Pune, Maharashtra. Store boy said there is assured Rs5000 worth scratch card gift on purchase of Rs-10000 & above. it will be in the form of scratch card which will contain
                    - 5000 worth free shopping
                    - 5000 worth of DVD player,
                    - 5000 worth of mobile
                    - 5000 cash back or
                    - domestic return flight worth of 5000.

                    When I got the card I found domestic return tkt. then he clarified that they will only pay base charges which now a days u will get for 1 to 100 rupees max if you to book it 15 days in advance as per their conditions. When I asked him why did not you mention earlier that tax amount will not be borne by store. He said Management decides. I told him this scratch card is not worth of 100 rupees also if I have to book the return tkt with all ur conditions of advance booking etc.
                    I doubt that all the scratch cards are with such false gifts of air ticket only which u get for as less as 1 rupee.
                    when I asked store manager to share me the data of few scratch cards to check if other offers exists in scratch cards. he said he can not.
                    They are cheating the customes with false promise of scratch cards.

                    I agree to the previous comment made by my unknown friend, who has been cheated by Housefull mall guys in Kharadi like me.

                    I purchased bed room set from them on 29th August 2008, got a confirmation form them about delivery on 10th September and assembly on 13th Sept. Unexpected from them, I didn’t hear on 10th Sept about delivery of furniture. They promised me that on 13th furniture will be delivered and assembled on the same day.
                    They delivered the entire bed room set but not the wardrobe. Gave stupid and illogical reasons, when asked about partial delivery of furniture.

                    There is no difference of ATTITUDE OF WORK between Houseful Carpnter and Manager of the showroom. All of them lack efficiency, give false commitments.

                    The nightmare for all customers of Housefull is, you pay for the new product and THEY SELL BLOODY DEFECT PRODUCTS. i.e the last thing that any customer would want after paying their hardearned money.
                    Till date i.e.6th October, we are still i the process of replacing the wardrobe, because all this while, they have made 4 replacements and all of them have been DEFECTIVE Products.

                    These guys work with the ATTITUDE OF CALTA HAI SIR, thoda defect to rehta hi hai, such unproffessional is their way of work

                    They made their carpenters wait at my till 12.00 midnight, as I fired the hell out of them and asked to return my money.

                    PLS PLS PLS PLS, if you really value your hard earned money, don`t make the mistake of buying anything from houseful, if you believe in QUALITY.

                    Following are the details of the corrupt staff members working in Housefull mall in Kharadi -

                    1) Store Manager in Kharadi - Shantanu (Liar No. 1)
                    2) Dept Head - Nagraj (No. 1 in giving False commitments)
                    3) Raj - No. 1 Coward, who gives false commitments and then asks his seniors to face the wrath of the customers).
                    4) Retail Manager - Ritesh Mishra
                    5) Mahavir - Drunken staff who never responds and picks up the phone
                    Housefull is one of the biggest cheaters place. I bought furniture worth 20000. They promised me a pendant worth 10000. Till date I have not got any furniture. The pendant they gave was not even worth 1000. Now I am busy climbing the steps of consumer forum to see if I do anything about it.

                    I agree my inlaws also bought a dining table with a set of four chairs in wood and a computer table with space for large speaker and players and a chair matching to it.

                    The chair came without the rod (just two pieces arrived the back rest and the seat the rod which connects them was missing. It is been over two months they have not yet got this attachment.Once two of their people came with a wrong attachment.

                    I agree that they are big cheats and nobody should go to their showroom.
                    I totally agree to all the above compalints. I have purchased one TEXAS BEDROOM SET by paying Rs. 18, 287.50 on Sep 6, 2009. I was told that, it will be delivered on 15 Sep 2009. But it was not delivered in time, after i made several visit to their Chinchwad (opp to Big Bazar) branch, it was not delivered. Fianlly it was delivered 29 Sep 09. In that also, later (during their installation), we found that, the dressing table with mirror is not there. Till date i'm following with them.

                    So if anybody plans to buy something from House Full, kindly make sure that, what will be the delivery date, how many boxes supposed to be delivered. make a proper check list... or you'll be in trouble like anything...

I happened to be latest victim of Housefull`s phatetic service form their Aundh outlet. I had to run pillar to post to get my sofa delivered and get it assembled.Adding to my surprise i found scratches on the centre table which when asked to the concerened was very casually handled.

                    Please raise your voices. Jago grahak Jago.After all it`s your hard earned money.

NEVER Buy anything from HOUSE FULL...It's been almost three weeks while I bought Dinning Table and 4 seats of chairs It tool almost 3 days for DELIVER and after delivered the tols us it will again take two days for Assambled then finally after 4 days assembled and still NO REPLACE MEANT done for the FAULTY parts of the Dinning table..

                    I totally agree with al above complaints. i bought 3 door wardrobe. The delivery was late as usual and the mirror door was broken. Now i am using the wardrobe without one door.they havent replace it yet. dont even pick up the phone.
                    Bad Experice from housefull i purchased one dressing table. mirror were defective one .complaint many time didn't got any respone.while calling never pick up the phone. literally very bad service.
